优选的,所述凸轮扳手上设置有锁紧定位机构,所述锁紧定位机构包括有设置在所述枢接轴上的定位卡槽,以及设置在所述凸轮扳手内可活动的定位件和锁定操作件,所述锁定操作件可推动并保持所述定位件卡入所述定位卡槽中,所述定位卡槽通过所述定位件限制所述凸轮扳手转动实现锁定;所述锁定操作件上设置有用于容纳所述定位件的让位槽,操作所述锁定操作件,所述定位件可落入所述让位槽以脱离所述定位卡槽的限制,所述凸轮扳手可转动以实现解锁。
进一步,所述握把的顶端面设置有与所述拉杆适配的定位直滑槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,通过在握把上设置有用与快速锁紧装置连接的锁紧导轨,或者握把上直接设置快速锁紧装置,使得握把不但能够在登山时起到普通的登山手杖的作用,还能够在有摄影需求时,通过快速锁紧装置连接相机快装板组件,以实现相机在手杖上的安装,从而实现了手杖作为摄影支架独立支撑相机的功能,用户无需携带其他支撑结构如笨重的三脚架,减轻了用户的负重,为用户带来了很大的方便;而当使用重量大的长焦距镜头时,或者拍摄者为体力欠佳的女性时,用户将整个摄影装置支撑在身体上会感觉很辛苦,此时可通过快速锁紧装置将手杖快速的连接在相机主支架上,手杖作为摄影支架将摄影装置支撑在地面上,用户无需负重摄影设备,可以将更多的精力集中在取景构图中,可有效保障拍摄的质量,本发明所述手杖拓展了摄影装置的模块化,通过与快速锁紧装置搭配,使得用户可以根据拍摄环境和使用需求的不同,自由选择组装或拆卸所述手杖,更好的满足了用户自由组合DIY的需求。本发明所述手杖还设置有结构简单紧凑、拆装方便、成本低廉等特点。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图6,以及图12~图13,本发明提供一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,包括握把1,所述握把1上设置有用与快速锁紧装置2连接的锁紧导轨3,或所述握把1的上部设置有快速锁紧装置2;所述握把1可通过所述快速锁紧装置2连接相机快装板组件,或者连接安装在相机主支架4上。本发明提供两类手杖,一类是手杖的上部设置有锁紧导轨3,手杖通过所述锁紧导轨3与快速锁紧装置2连接,然后快速锁紧装置2再与相机快装板组件或者相机主支架4卡接;另一类是将快速锁紧装置2一体集成于手杖的端部,或者通过焊接、螺钉连接等方式固定于手杖的端部,然后通过快速锁紧装置2再与相机快装板组件或者相机主支架4卡接。
具体参见图3~图6,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述握把1内设置有安装导管11,所述支撑滑杆5与所述安装导管11滑动配合,且可轴向外伸或内收于所述安装导管11中,所述锁紧导轨3设置于所述支撑滑杆5的上端部。在需要将手杖连接相机快装板组件或者相机主支架4时,可将支撑滑杆5从所述安装导管11中伸出,在只需要作为手杖使用时,可将支撑滑杆5内收即收藏于所述安装导管11中,使得支撑滑杆5设置有连接使用伸出,以及在不需要连接使用时收藏两种变化状态,从而不占用空间,方便实用。
为了能够助力支撑滑杆5从所述安装导管11中伸出,在本实施例中,优选的,所述安装导管11内设置有助推所述支撑滑杆5伸出的弹性件6,所述弹性件6优选采用压缩弹簧,所述弹性件6一端与所述支撑滑杆5套接,另一端内置于所述握把1底部,还包括有锁紧开关7,所述锁紧开关7用于操作将所述支撑滑杆5伸缩和定位锁定在所述握把1上。即,当支撑滑杆5伸出安装导管11,与相机快装板组件或者相机主支架4连接时,为了避免支撑滑杆5受力而退缩,通过锁紧开关7可将支撑滑杆5定位锁定;当支撑滑杆5收藏于在所述安装导管11中处于收纳状态时,通过锁紧开关7将支撑滑杆5定位锁定在握把1上,避免在作为登山手杖使用时,支撑滑杆5在弹性件6的作用下自动伸出。
上述的锁紧开关7即可以设置在握把1上,也可以设置在支撑滑杆5上,在本实施例中,优选的,所述锁紧开关7设置在所述支撑滑杆5上,所述握把1上设置有避让所述锁紧开关7上下移动的直滑槽12,直滑槽12的作用在于,当锁紧开关7随着支撑滑杆5上下位移时,能够对锁紧开关7形成让位,锁紧开关7从握把1中伸出,可被用于支撑滑杆11的上下移动操作;所述握把1上对应所述直滑槽12的外侧还设置有上、下两个定位锁扣位13,所述锁紧开关7与两个所述定位锁扣位13,实现所述支撑滑杆5在伸出和收纳状态的锁定,具体到本实施例中,所述定位锁扣位13为设置于直滑槽12外壁上的凹槽,所述转动开关72设置为与所述凹槽适配的片状结构,结构简单紧凑,锁紧操作方便且锁紧可靠耐用。
在本实施例中,为了操作更便捷,优选的,所述锁紧开关7为转动锁紧开关,包括固定于支撑滑杆5上的固定座71及铰接于所述固定座71上的转动开关72,所述转动开关72可绕所述固定座71转动,以与所述定位锁扣位13扣合或分离。使用时,将转动开关72拨离下端的所述定位锁扣位13,在压缩弹簧的作用下,支撑滑杆5会向上运动,使得支撑滑杆5从所述安装导管11中伸出;当转动开关72到达上部的所述定位锁扣位13时,将转动开关72扣合在定位锁扣位13中,实现锁定,此时通过锁紧开关72与定位锁扣位13的配合,将支撑滑杆5锁止,支撑滑杆5受到相机快装板组件或相机主支架4的重力作用时,也不会向下移动。
为了使转动开关72能够自动复位至定位锁扣位13中实现自动锁紧,在本实施例中,优选的,所述转动开关72通过销轴73铰接于所述固定座71上,所述销轴73上套装有扭簧74,所述扭簧74的两端分别抵接转动开关72和固定座71,当支撑滑杆5移动到位后,放开转动开关72,转动开关72在扭簧74的复位弹力作用下自动扣合在定位锁扣位13中,实现自动锁紧,避免因忘将转动开关72扣合到定位锁扣位13中造成支撑滑杆5伸出或者受力收藏。
在本实施例中,优选的,锁紧导轨3优选为皮卡汀尼导轨(Picatinny rail)或为梯形导轨。
在本实施例中,快速锁紧装置2采用如下结构:
具体参见图6~图9,为通过锁紧导轨2连接在握把1上的快速做紧装置,所述快速锁紧装置包括固定压紧槽21、活动压紧槽22,所述固定压紧槽21与活动压紧槽22上连接有可调节二者张开或闭合距离的拉杆23,所述拉杆23上枢接有凸轮扳手25,所述凸轮扳手25可绕枢接轴24转动,因凸轮扳手25上凸轮曲面的曲率变化,使枢接轴24的圆心随凸轮曲率变化相对于凸轮曲面的距离而不同,使得在操作凸轮扳手25转动时,带动所述拉杆23作轴向位移,拉杆23带动活动压紧槽22绕转轴26摆动,以调节所述固定压紧槽21与活动压紧槽22的开合距离。使用时,扳动凸轮扳手25,调整固定压紧槽21与活动压紧槽22张开的距离,使其卡接在所述的皮卡汀尼导轨或梯形导轨上,然后操作凸轮扳手25,以调节所述固定压紧槽21与活动压紧槽22的闭合距离相互靠拢,从而实现夹紧;当需要拆卸时,只需扳动凸轮扳手25,以调节所述固定压紧槽21与活动压紧槽22的闭合距离至最大,从而实现解锁,操作方便快捷,连接可靠,真正实现快速锁紧和拆卸。
图3~图6中的所述快速锁紧装置包含了上下两对固定压紧槽21和活动压紧槽22,一对用于连接在锁紧导轨2上,另一对用于连接快装板组件或者相机主支架;当快速锁紧装置一体成型、或焊接、或螺纹连接等方式固装在握把1上时,只需保留一对规定压紧槽21和活动压紧槽22即可。
为了保证快速锁紧装置在锁紧时,避免因碰撞、元件疲劳等原因发生松动,可在所述凸轮扳手25上设置有锁紧定位机构8,所述锁紧定位机构8包括有设置在所述枢接轴24上的定位卡槽81,以及设置在所述凸轮扳手25内可活动的定位件82和锁定操作件83,所述锁定操作件83的端部设置有复位弹簧85,通过复位弹簧85可推动并保持所述定位件82卡入所述定位卡槽81中,当然,亦可采用其他结构如弹性橡胶件等替代复位弹簧85;所述定位卡槽81通过所述定位件82限制所述凸轮扳手25转动实现锁定;所述锁定操作件83上设置有用于容纳所述定位件82的让位槽84,操作所述锁定操作件83,所述定位件82可落入所述让位槽84以脱离所述定位卡槽81的限制,所述凸轮扳手25可转动以实现解锁。具体来说,参见图10,为松开状态时的快速锁紧装置状态,当需要锁紧时,操作凸轮扳手25至图11状态,此时,定位件82卡入到所述的定位卡槽81中,定位件82相对于定位卡槽81不可绕枢接轴24转动,凸轮扳手25受定位件82的限制作用亦不能绕枢接轴24转动,此时,固定压紧槽21和活动压紧槽22之间的距离不变而保持稳定的夹紧状态;当需要拆卸时,按压锁定操作件82,使得定位件82落入所述让位槽84中,从而脱离了定位卡槽81,定位卡槽81解除了对定位件82的锁止作用,凸轮扳手25可绕枢接轴24转动至图10所示的解锁状态,固定压紧槽21和活动压紧槽22之间的距离变大,实现快速锁紧装置从皮卡汀尼导轨上的拆卸。
本发明所述的手杖,有如下三种用途:
第一:用作普通的登山手杖;
第二,具体参见图12所示,通过快速锁紧装置连接相机快装板组件,以实现相机在手杖上的安装,从而实现了手杖作为摄影支架独立支撑相机的功能,用户无需携带其他支撑结构如笨重的三脚架,减轻了用户的负重,为用户带来了很大的方便;
第三,具体参见图13所示,当使用重量大的长焦距镜头时,或者拍摄者为体力欠佳的女性时,用户将整个摄影装置支撑在身体上会感觉很辛苦,此时可通过快速锁紧装置将手杖快速的连接在相机主支架4上,具体是,将手杖支撑在地面,臂托组件10抵接在肘关节处,肩托组件9抵接在肩膀处,手杖、臂托组件10、肩托组件9对摄影设备起到了支撑和限位作用,有效的降低了摄影者的负重,减轻了拍摄者的劳累,用户无需负重摄影设备,可以将更多的精力集中在取景构图中,可有效保障拍摄的质量;整个摄影设备由手杖、肩托组件9、臂托组件10进行三点支撑,支撑更稳定,更不容易发生拍摄时的抖动,提高了相机拍摄时的稳定性。本发明所述手杖拓展了摄影装置的模块化,通过与快速锁紧装置搭配,使得用户可以根据拍摄环境和使用需求的不同,自由选择组装或拆卸所述手杖,更好的满足了用户自由组合DIY的需求。
本发明所述手杖设置有结构简单紧凑、拆装方便、成本低廉等特点。
以上具体结构和尺寸数据是对本发明的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,包括握把(1),其特征在于:所述握把(1)上设置有用与快速锁紧装置(2)连接的锁紧导轨(3),或者所述握把(1)上设置有快速锁紧装置(2);所述握把(1)可通过所述快速锁紧装置(2)连接相机快装板组件,或者连接安装在相机主支架(4)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述握把(1)内设置有安装导管(11),所述安装导管(11)内设置有支撑滑杆(5),所述支撑滑杆(5)与所述安装导管(11)滑动配合,且可轴向外伸或内收于所述安装导管(11)中,所述锁紧导轨(3)设置于所述支撑滑杆(5)的上端部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述安装导管(11)内设置有助推所述支撑滑杆(5)伸出所述安装导管(11)的弹性件(6),所述弹性件(6)一端与所述支撑滑杆(5)套接,另一端内置于所述握把(1)底部;还包括有锁紧开关(7),所述锁紧开关(7)用于操作将所述支撑滑杆(5)伸缩和定位锁定在所述握把(1)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述锁紧开关(7)设置于所述支撑滑杆(5)上,所述握把(1)上设置有避让所述锁紧开关(7)上下移动的直滑槽(12),所述握把(1)上对应所述直滑槽(12)的外侧还设置有上、下两个定位锁扣位(13),所述锁紧开关(7)与两个所述定位锁扣位(13),实现所述支撑滑杆(5)在伸出和收纳状态的锁定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述锁紧开关(7)为转动锁紧开关,包括固定于所述支撑滑杆(5)上的固定座(71)及铰接于所述固定座(71)上的转动开关(72),所述转动开关(72)可绕所述固定座(71)转动,以与所述定位锁扣位(13)扣合或分离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述定位锁扣位(13)为设置于所述直滑槽(12)的外侧壁上的凹槽,所述转动开关(72)设置为与所述凹槽适配的片状结构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述转动开关(72)通过销轴(73)铰接于所述固定座(71)上,所述销轴(73)上套装有扭簧(74),所述扭簧(74)的两端分别抵接所述转动开关(72)和所述固定座(71)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述锁紧导轨(3)为皮卡汀尼导轨或者梯形导轨。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一权利要求所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述快速锁紧装置(2)包括固定压紧槽(21)、活动压紧槽(22),所述固定压紧槽(21)与活动压紧槽(22)上连接有可调节二者张开或闭合距离的拉杆(23),所述拉杆(23)通过枢接轴(24)枢接有凸轮扳手(25),操作所述凸轮扳手(25)转动时,所述凸轮扳手(25)带动所述拉杆(23)作轴向位移,拉杆(23)带动所述活动压紧槽(22)活动,以调节所述固定压紧槽(21)与活动压紧槽(22)的开合距离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种肩托式摄影支架,其特征在于:所述凸轮扳手(25)上设置有锁紧定位机构(8),所述锁紧定位机构(8)包括有设置在所述枢接轴(24)上的定位卡槽(71),以及设置在所述凸轮扳手(25)内可活动的定位件(72)和锁定操作件(83),所述锁定操作件(83)可推动并保持所述定位件(72)卡入所述定位卡槽(71)中,所述定位卡槽(71)通过所述定位件(72)限制所述凸轮扳手(25)转动实现锁定;所述锁定操作件(83)上设置有用于容纳所述定位件(72)的让位槽(84),操作所述锁定操作件(83),所述定位件(72)可落入所述让位槽(84)以脱离所述定位卡槽(71)的限制,所述凸轮扳手(25)可转动以实现解锁。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可用作摄影支架的手杖,其特征在于:所述握把(1)的顶端面设置有与所述拉杆(23)适配的定位直滑槽(14)。
