Description

자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법
본 발명은 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 개인의 계획이나 현재 상황에 따른 정보를 개인정보를 제외하고 제공된 플랫폼을 통해 정보를 서버에 제공함으로써 생산자와 소비자에게 모두 이득이 되는 방법을 제공한다.
최근 빅데이터 분야에서는 고객의 흥미가 높은 상품이나 과거 구매 내역 등 기존 보유한 데이터를 수집 및 재가공하여 사용자의 거래성향을 분석(상품 추천, 판매 예측 등)하는데 활용하려는 추세이나, 기존 사용자의 성향 관련 연구들은 조사시기와 대상의 범위가 한정적이며 세부 상품에 대한 예측이 어렵고, 실시간성이 없기 때문에 트렌드에 적절한 빠른 판매 전략을 도입하기가 어려운데다가 개인정보를 자신이 통제할 수 없어 개인정보통제권이 보장받지 못한다.
이에 따라, 빅데이터의 개인정보 유출에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 이와 관련하여, 선행기술인 한국공개특허 제2016-0127581호(2016년11월04일 공개)에는, 분석서버가 개인정보가 포함된 빅데이터를 저장하고, 빅데이터에 포함된 민감성 정보를 익명화된 정보로 치환하는 데이터를 치환하며, 빅데이터로부터 익명화되지 않은 민감성 정보 잔여 여부를 검토하는 민감성 정보 검토 구성을 개시한다.
다만, 민감성 정보를 치환한다고 할지라도 빅데이터를 수집함으로 인하여 발생하는 불확실성 및 예측 정확도 저하 문제는 여전히 남아있고, 실 사용자와 피정보 수집 사용자가 다를 수 있으며, 질병과 사고와 같은 취향, 성향 및 일정 변화를 감지할 수 없으며, 기관이 개인 자신이 보유한 정보보다 더 많은 정보를 보유할 수 있고, 정보 수집 기관은 마케팅 등으로 인한 막대한 수익을 올리는 반면 개인은 자신의 정보만 유출될 뿐 이윤을 전혀 분배받고 있지 못하며 기관만 이익을 독식하고 있는 것이 현 실정이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 고유식별정보 및 준고유식별정보를 제외한 소유 정보 및 계획과 같은 미래 정보를 사용자가 제공된 플랫폼을 통하여 서버로 전송하고, 서버는 정보를 필요한 기관으로 제공하고, 정보 이용료를 수익으로 개인과 나누며, 공통 관심사나 필요를 가진 회원의 공통 정보를 수집하여 공통 정보와 관련된 상품 또는 서비스 물품을 판매하는 유통업체와 중개를 함으로써 개인은 할인된 가격으로 편하게 물품을 구매할 수 있고, 유통업체나 생산자는 수요를 미리 파악함으로써 재고를 남기지 않을 수 있도록 하는, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 다만, 본 실시예가 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 상기된 바와 같은 기술적 과제로 한정되지 않으며, 또 다른 기술적 과제들이 존재할 수 있다.
상술한 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 기술적 수단으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집하는 단계, 수집된 상태 정보 중 사용자를 식별가능한 고유식별정보를 제외한 나머지 정보를 통계 식별정보에 매핑하여 저장하는 단계, 수집된 상태 정보를 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버로 전송하는 단계, 및 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버로부터 상태 정보에 대한 수수료를 정산받는 경우, 수수료에 기 설정된 약정 비율로 산정된 이용료를 지급하는 단계를 포함한다.
전술한 본 발명의 과제 해결 수단 중 어느 하나에 의하면, 고유식별정보 및 준고유식별정보를 제외한 소유 정보 및 계획과 같은 미래 정보를 사용자가 제공된 플랫폼을 통하여 서버로 전송하고, 서버는 정보를 필요한 기관으로 제공하고, 정보 이용료를 수익으로 개인과 나누며, 공통 관심사나 필요를 가진 회원의 공통 정보를 수집하여 공통 정보와 관련된 상품 또는 서비스 물품을 판매하는 유통업체와 중개를 함으로써 개인은 할인된 가격으로 편하게 물품을 구매할 수 있고, 유통업체나 생산자는 수요를 미리 파악함으로써 재고를 남기지 않을 수 있도록 한다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)나 연동되어 동작하는 다른 서버(미도시)가 사용자 단말(100), 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400), 유통업체 서버(500) 및 그룹원 단말(600)로 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 애플리케이션, 프로그램, 앱 페이지, 웹 페이지 등을 전송하는 경우, 사용자 단말(100), 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400), 유통업체 서버(500) 및 그룹원 단말(600)은, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 애플리케이션, 프로그램, 앱 페이지, 웹 페이지 등을 설치하거나 열 수 있다. 또한, 웹 브라우저에서 실행되는 스크립트를 이용하여 서비스 프로그램이 사용자 단말(100), 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400), 유통업체 서버(500) 및 그룹원 단말(600)에서 구동될 수도 있다. 여기서, 웹 브라우저는 웹(WWW: world wide web) 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 하는 프로그램으로 HTML(hyper text mark-up language)로 서술된 하이퍼 텍스트를 받아서 보여주는 프로그램을 의미하며, 예를 들어 넷스케이프(Netscape), 익스플로러(Explorer), 크롬(chrome) 등을 포함한다. 또한, 애플리케이션은 단말 상의 응용 프로그램(application)을 의미하며, 예를 들어, 모바일 단말(스마트폰)에서 실행되는 앱(app)을 포함한다.
도 2를 참조하면, 수집부(310)는, 사용자 단말(100)로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집할 수 있다. 수집부(310)에서 사용자 단말(100)로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집할 때, 사용자 단말(100)에서 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 입력하여 이용 범위, 이용 대상 및 이용 기간을 포함하는 이용 조건을 설정하면 수신하여 저장하는 것을 포함하 수 있다.
이에 따라, 이용 기간이 만료된 경우, 사용자의 상태 정보는 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300) 및 상태 정보를 수신한 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400)에서 자동으로 소멸되도록 설정될 수 있다.
그리고, 이용료는, 이용 범위, 이용 대상 및 이용 기간을 포함하는 이용 조건과, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서버 및 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400)에서 이용한 횟수에 기초하여 산정될 수 있다. 즉, 예금액(이용대상 및 범위)과 예금기간(이용 기간)을 돈을 은행에 예치할 때 설정하는 것과 같이, 범위, 대상 및 기간을 설정하고, 설정된 범위, 대상 및 기간에 따라 이용료를 차등적으로 지급받을 수 있다.
이때, 미래 정보는 사용자의 미래에 대한 계획을 포함하는 정보이고, 현재 정보는 자신의 현재 상태를 나타내는 정보이고, 과거 정보는 사용자가 과거에 보유하여 현재 소유를 한 상태를 나타내는 정보일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 미래 정보는 장래에 결혼하거나 이사할 계획이나, 오늘 저녁에 저녁 약속이 있다거나, 어린이날 아이를 위한 이벤트를 해야 한다거나, 크리스마스에 영화를 볼 계획이라거나 하는 등 가까운 미래부터 먼 미래까지의 약속, 계획 등에 대한 정보이다. 또한, 현재 정보는 현재 직장은 어디이고, 어디에 거주하며, 현재 미혼 상태인지 기혼 상태인지 등에 대한 정보일 수 있다. 그리고, 과거 정보는, 사용자가 자동차를 소유하고 있다거나, 집을 소유하고 있다거나, 쇼파와 TV가 있다거나 어떠한 이어폰을 과거에 사서 현재 소유하고 있다는 등의 정보이다. 다만, 미래, 과거, 현재로 분류하지 않고 현재 사용자가 보유하고 있는 것과 보유할 것의 정보로 나눌 수도 있고, 다양한 형태로 분류할 수도 있다.
저장부(320)는, 수집된 상태 정보 중 사용자를 식별가능한 고유식별정보를 제외한 나머지 정보를 통계 식별정보에 매핑하여 저장할 수 있다. 이때, 사용자 정보는, 사용자의 성별, 나이 및 우편번호를 포함하고, 통계 식별정보는, 사용자의 성별, 나이 및 우편번호를 조합하여 사용자를 식별하도록 생성된 정보일 수 있다. 다만, 성별, 나이 및 우편번호에 한정되지 않고 사용자의 고유식별번호를 제외한 나머지 정보 중 적어도 하나를 조합하는 것도 물론 가능하다 할 것이다.
전송부(330)는, 수집된 상태 정보를 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400)로 전송할 수 있다. 이때, 상태 정보와 사용자 정보가 함께 태깅되어 전송될 수 있는데, 고유식별정보, 즉 주민번호, 여권번호 등과 같이 즉시 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 제외하고, 전화번호와 같이 어느 다른 정보와 함께 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보까지 모두 제외되어 전송될 수도 있다.
지급부(340)는, 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버(400)로부터 상태 정보에 대한 수수료를 정산받는 경우, 수수료에 기 설정된 약정 비율로 산정된 이용료를 지급할 수 있다. 상술한 바와 같이, 이용료는 사용자가 설정한 조건에 따라 지급될 수도 있지만, 실제로 몇 번이 사용되었는지에 따라 산정될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 종량제와 같이 몇 번이 사용되었는지에 따라 차등적으로 이용료가 지급될 수도 있다.
커뮤니티 관리부(350)는, 저장부(320)에서 수집된 상태 정보 중 사용자를 식별가능한 고유식별정보를 제외한 나머지 정보를 통계 식별정보에 매핑하여 저장한 후, 상태 정보와 유사도가 기 설정된 범위 내인 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말인 그룹원 단말(600)을 선정할 수 있다.
또한, 커뮤니티 관리부(350)는, 선정된 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말인 그룹원 단말(600)과 사용자 단말(100)의 공통취향을 주제로 하는 커뮤니티를 생성할 수 있다. 그리고, 커뮤니티 관리부(350)는, 생성된 커뮤니티에 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말인 그룹원 단말(600) 및 사용자 단말(100)을 그룹원으로 소속시킬 수 있다.
이때, 커뮤니티 관리부(350)는, 생성된 커뮤니티에 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말인 그룹원 단말(600) 및 사용자 단말(100)을 그룹원으로 소속시킨 후, 커뮤니티에서 미래 정보가 공통된 그룹원이 기 설정된 비율을 초과하는 경우, 미래 정보에 포함된 상품 또는 서비스 물품의 리스트를 추출할 수 있다. 또한, 커뮤니티 관리부(350)는, 추출된 리스트에 포함된 상품 또는 서비스 물품을 제공하는 복수의 유통업체의 복수의 유통업체 서버(500)로 그룹원의 정보와 추출된 리스트를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 복수의 유통업체 서버(500)로부터 집단구매에 대한 할인율을 제공받고, 복수의 유통업체 서버(500) 중 할인율이 최대인 업체를 선정할 수 있고, 커뮤니티에 선정된 업체의 상품 또는 서비스 물품에 대한 구매를 중개할 수 있다.
그리고, 커뮤니티 관리부(350)는, 구매로 발생환 할인율 중 기 설정된 퍼센트의 중개 수수료를 선정된 업체 또는 그룹원으로부터 정산받을 수 있다.
또한, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는, 수집부(310)에서 사용자 단말(100)로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집한 후, 사용자 단말(100)로부터 상태 정보와 관련된 텍스트가 입력 또는 검색되는 경우, 텍스트를 실시간으로 수집하고, 수집된 텍스트의 수집 시간 및 빈도에 기반하여 사용자의 상태 정보에 포함된 상품 또는 서비스 물품의 관심도를 실시간으로 업데이트할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스는, 정보자원화에 있어서 수집방식에서 수집된 빅데이터의 보유자와 실제 이용자가 다른 경우를 피할 수 없고, 임의의 계기로 인한 취향, 성향 및 일정 변화를 감지할 수 없으며, 타 기관이 사용자 자신보다 더 많은 정보를 보유하거나, 개인정보통제권을 상실한다는 점, 이용 기관이 마케팅 비용 등을 독식한다는 점에서 출발한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스는, 개인이 스스로 자신의 돈을 예금하듯, 자신의 정보를 플랫폼이 제공한 수단을 통하여 생성하고 위탁하여 이용료를 개인에게 지급하는 방식으로 정보를 자원화하는 방식을 제공하며, 빅데이터와는 정반대의 관점과 개념을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스는, 개인 단말을 통하여 자신의 계획, 현재 상황이나 소유 정보 등을 쉽고 간단하게 입력 및 생성할 수 있는 수단을 제공하고, 사용자가 생성한 정보에 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 것은 물론, 변화되는 양상을 캐치할 수 있으며, 개인이 자신을 식별할 수 있는 고유식별정보 및 준 고유식별정보(정보를 조합하는 경우 개인을 식별할 수 있는 고유식별정보에 해당하는 경우)까지 제외한 나머지를 제공 및 위탁할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스는, 공동의 관심, 필요, 취향과 공통 분모를 가진 커뮤니티를 생성하고, 수요자 분석과 수요 예측이 필요한 기관 및 기업에게 통합된 정보를 분석 및 필요한 통계를 함께 제공하거나 스스로 통계와 분석을 할 수 있는 계정을 유료로 제공할 수 있고, 통계를 도출할 수 있는 개개의 입력값을 제공한 개인에게 약정한 비율, 즉 이자 개념으로 수익을 공유할 수 있다. 그리고, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스는, 공통의 관심, 필요 및 취향 등을 가진 그룹원이 가입한 커뮤니티에서 구매 예정 정보를 기반으로 생산자나 유통업체와, 집단거래의 개인 간의 중개를 제공할 수 있고, 집단 거래로 개인이 구매했을 때보다는 저렴해진 차액의 일정 비율, 즉 수수료 개념을 수익으로 할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 개인에게는 지출을 최소화하면서 조건은 좋은 거래를 할 수 있고, 필요한 정보와 서비스가 제공되므로 시간 절약을 할 수 있도록 하고, 제공한 정보를 일정 비율로 지급받으므로 별도의 수입원을 가질 수 있고, 자신의 정보를 활용할 수 있는 범위, 내용 및 기간 등의 조건을 자신 스스로가 통제할 수 있으며, 개인을 바로 식별가능하거나, 조합하면 식별할 수 있는 정보를 제외하고 제공받거나 제공함으로써 사생활이 안전하게 지켜질 수 있도록 한다.
공급자에게는, 수요자로부터의 직접 정보에 의해 생산 규모와 시기를 도출할 수 있으므로 유통기간이 짧아지고 재고가 발생하지 않으며 투자 자금 회수기간이 짧아지는 등 수요 불확실성이 줄어들고, 시장조사비용이나 유통이나 광고 비용이 줄어들게 되어 선순환 투자로 이어질 수 있으며, 경영 안정성을 높일 수 있도록 한다.
국가에게는, 실시간으로 국민의 소비 정보 및 소유 정보에 기반한 정책 수립 및 운용으로 자원낭비는 최소화하면서 국가경쟁력을 강화할 수 있고, 공급자의 매칠 및 수요자의 지출을 통해 공정 과세가 가능하며, 정보혁명 및 정보사회 주도권 확보를 할 수 있도록 한다. 상술한 효과 이외에도 다양한 효과를 얻을 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.
이하, 상술한 도 2의 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버의 구성에 따른 동작 과정을 도 3을 예로 들어 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 실시예는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예 중 어느 하나일 뿐, 이에 한정되지 않음은 자명하다 할 것이다.
도 3을 참조하면, (a) 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)에서 제공한 플랫폼을 통하여 사용자 단말(100)은, 자신이 계획한 일이나 보유하고 있는 상황 등을 입력하고, (b) 정보예치에 대한 조건을 설정하며, 예치 조건이 태깅된 정보를 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)로 제공한다.
그리고 나서, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는 (c) 고유식별번호를 제거하고, 준 고유식별정보를 조합하여 통계 식별정보를 생성한다. 이때, 사용자가 개인 정보는 제외하고 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)로 제공할지, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)에서 자체적으로 제거할 것인지에 대한 것은 실시예에 따라 변경될 수 있다. 그리고, 상술한 바와 같이 준 고유식별정보도 제외된 경우에는 나머지 정보를 조합하여 통계 식별정보를 생성할 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.
(d) 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는 정보 이용 서버(400)로 정보를 제공하고, (e) 정보 이용 횟수, 범위 및 기간별로 이용료를 정산하여 사용자 단말(100)로 이자를 지급한다.
한편, (f) 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는 사용자 단말(100)과 그룹원 단말(600)로 공통 관심사가 기 설정된 비율을 초과하는 물품이나 서비스 물품에 대한 유통업체를 검색하고 중개를 제공하여 할인율에 대한 수수료를 결제받는다.
이와 같은 도 2 및 도 3의 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 대해서 설명되지 아니한 사항은 앞서 도 1을 통해 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 대하여 설명된 내용과 동일하거나 설명된 내용으로부터 용이하게 유추 가능하므로 이하 설명을 생략하도록 한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도 1의 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 시스템에 포함된 각 구성들 상호 간에 데이터가 송수신되는 과정을 나타낸 도면이다. 이하, 도 4를 통해 각 구성들 상호간에 데이터가 송수신되는 과정의 일 예를 설명할 것이나, 이와 같은 실시예로 본원이 한정 해석되는 것은 아니며, 앞서 설명한 다양한 실시예들에 따라 도 4에 도시된 데이터가 송수신되는 과정이 변경될 수 있음은 기술분야에 속하는 당업자에게 자명하다.
도 4를 참조하면, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는, 사용자 단말(100)로부터 정보를 수집하고(S4100), 고유식별정보를 제거 후에 저장하고(S4200), 정보 이용 서버(400)로 정보를 제공하여(S4300), 이용료를 결제받는다(S4400).
그리고, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는, 커뮤니티를 생성하고(S4500), 그룹원과 사용자를 회원으로 하며(S4510), 커뮤니티에 가입한 그룹원의 관심, 예정 및 필요 등을 파악하고(S4600), 파악된 상품이나 서비스 물품을 추출하고(S4610), 업체를 선정하여 집단구매에 대한 할인율을 유통업체 서버(500)로 요청하여(S4700), 응답받는다(S4710).
이때, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는, 업체를 선정하고 커뮤니티에 공고를 하여(S4800), 구매를 중개한다(S4810).
개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버(300)는, 할인율 중 기 설정된 퍼센트에 대응하는 수수료를 정산받고(S4900), 정보 이용 기간이 만료되면(S4910), 정보 만료 및 소멸 신호를 정보 이용 서버(400) 및 유통업체 서버(500)로 전송하고(S4920), 자체적으로도 데이터를 소멸시킨다(S4930).
상술한 단계들(S4100~S4930)간의 순서는 예시일 뿐, 이에 한정되지 않는다. 즉, 상술한 단계들(S4100~S4930)간의 순서는 상호 변동될 수 있으며, 이중 일부 단계들은 동시에 실행되거나 삭제될 수도 있다.
이와 같은 도 4의 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 대해서 설명되지 아니한 사항은 앞서 도 1 내지 도 3을 통해 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 대하여 설명된 내용과 동일하거나 설명된 내용으로부터 용이하게 유추 가능하므로 이하 설명을 생략하도록 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 동작 흐름도이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버는, 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집한다(S5100).
또한, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버는, 수집된 상태 정보 중 사용자를 식별가능한 고유식별정보를 제외한 나머지 정보를 통계 식별정보에 매핑하여 저장한다(S5200).
그리고, 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버는, 수집된 상태 정보를 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버로 전송하고(S5300), 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버로부터 상태 정보에 대한 수수료를 정산받는 경우, 수수료에 기 설정된 약정 비율로 산정된 이용료를 지급한다(S5400).
이와 같은 도 5의 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 대해서 설명되지 아니한 사항은 앞서 도 1 내지 도 4를 통해 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 대하여 설명된 내용과 동일하거나 설명된 내용으로부터 용이하게 유추 가능하므로 이하 설명을 생략하도록 한다.
도 5를 통해 설명된 일 실시예에 따른 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법은, 컴퓨터에 의해 실행되는 애플리케이션이나 프로그램 모듈과 같은 컴퓨터에 의해 실행가능한 명령어를 포함하는 기록 매체의 형태로도 구현될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 액세스될 수 있는 임의의 가용 매체일 수 있고, 휘발성 및 비휘발성 매체, 분리형 및 비분리형 매체를 모두 포함한다. 또한, 컴퓨터 판독가능 매체는 컴퓨터 저장 매체를 모두 포함할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 저장 매체는 컴퓨터 판독가능 명령어, 데이터 구조, 프로그램 모듈 또는 기타 데이터와 같은 정보의 저장을 위한 임의의 방법 또는 기술로 구현된 휘발성 및 비휘발성, 분리형 및 비분리형 매체를 모두 포함한다.
전술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법은, 단말기에 기본적으로 설치된 애플리케이션(이는 단말기에 기본적으로 탑재된 플랫폼이나 운영체제 등에 포함된 프로그램을 포함할 수 있음)에 의해 실행될 수 있고, 사용자가 애플리케이션 스토어 서버, 애플리케이션 또는 해당 서비스와 관련된 웹 서버 등의 애플리케이션 제공 서버를 통해 마스터 단말기에 직접 설치한 애플리케이션(즉, 프로그램)에 의해 실행될 수도 있다. 이러한 의미에서, 전술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법은 단말기에 기본적으로 설치되거나 사용자에 의해 직접 설치된 애플리케이션(즉, 프로그램)으로 구현되고 단말기에 등의 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 기록될 수 있다.
전술한 본 발명의 설명은 예시를 위한 것이며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 쉽게 변형이 가능하다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 예를 들어, 단일형으로 설명되어 있는 각 구성 요소는 분산되어 실시될 수도 있으며, 마찬가지로 분산된 것으로 설명되어 있는 구성 요소들도 결합된 형태로 실시될 수 있다.
본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

  1. 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버에서 제공되는 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법에 있어서,
    사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집하는 단계;
    상기 수집된 상태 정보 중 사용자를 식별가능한 고유식별정보를 제외한 나머지 정보를 통계 식별정보에 매핑하여 저장하는 단계;
    상기 수집된 상태 정보를 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버로 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버로부터 상기 상태 정보에 대한 수수료를 정산받는 경우, 상기 수수료에 기 설정된 약정 비율로 산정된 이용료를 지급하는 단계;
    를 포함하는, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보는, 상기 사용자의 성별, 나이 및 우편번호를 포함하고,
    상기 통계 식별정보는, 상기 사용자의 성별, 나이 및 우편번호를 조합하여 상기 사용자를 식별하도록 생성된 정보인 것인, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.

    상기 상태 정보와 유사도가 기 설정된 범위 내인 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말을 선정하는 단계;
    상기 선정된 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말과 상기 사용자 단말의 공통취향을 주제로 하는 커뮤니티를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 생성된 커뮤니티에 상기 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말 및 상기 사용자 단말을 그룹원으로 소속시키는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것인, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 생성된 커뮤니티에 상기 적어도 하나의 공통취향 보유자 단말 및 상기 사용자 단말을 그룹원으로 소속시키는 단계 이후에,
    상기 커뮤니티에서 상기 미래 정보가 공통된 그룹원이 기 설정된 비율을 초과하는 경우, 상기 미래 정보에 포함된 상품 또는 서비스 물품의 리스트를 추출하는 단계;
    상기 추출된 리스트에 포함된 상품 또는 서비스 물품을 제공하는 복수의 유통업체의 복수의 유통업체 서버로 상기 그룹원의 정보와 상기 추출된 리스트를 제공하는 단계;
    상기 복수의 유통업체 서버로부터 집단구매에 대한 할인율을 제공받고, 상기복수의 유통업체 서버 중 할인율이 최대인 업체를 선정하는 단계;
    상기 커뮤니티에 상기 선정된 업체의 상품 또는 서비스 물품에 대한 구매를 중개하는 단계;
    상기 구매로 발생환 할인율 중 기 설정된 퍼센트의 중개 수수료를 상기 선정된 업체 또는 그룹원으로부터 정산받는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것인, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집하는 단계는,
    상기 사용자 단말에서 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 입력하여 이용 범위, 이용 대상 및 이용 기간을 포함하는 이용 조건을 설정하는 단계;
    을 포함하고,
    상기 이용 기간이 만료된 경우, 상기 사용자의 상태 정보는 상기 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 서버 및 상기 상태 정보를 수신한 상기 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버에서 자동으로 소멸되도록 설정되는 것인, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 이용료는, 상기 이용 범위, 이용 대상 및 이용 기간을 포함하는 이용 조건과, 상기 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서버 및 상기 적어도 하나의 정보 이용 서버에서 이용한 횟수에 기초하여 산정되는 것인, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보와, 미래 정보, 현재 정보 및 과거 정보를 포함하는 상태 정보를 수집하는 단계 이후에,
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 상태 정보와 관련된 텍스트가 입력 또는 검색되는 경우, 상기 텍스트를 실시간으로 수집하는 단계;
    상기 수집된 텍스트의 수집 시간 및 빈도에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 상기 상태 정보에 포함된 상품 또는 서비스 물품의 관심도를 실시간으로 업데이트하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것인, 자율 제공 정보 기반 개인정보 자원화 플랫폼 서비스 제공 방법.
