本申请要求于2017年11月15日提交中国专利局,申请号为201711131335.7、发明名称为“员工培训报名方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及教育培训技术领域,尤其涉及一种员工培训报名方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
以前员工报名参加某个培训班,是由机构通知到各个营业区,各个营业区通知到员工,填写纸质报名表,再层层上报回来。机构收到名单后再在培训管理系统中创建培训班,录入学员报名名单。既费时费力,又不准确。可能导致营业区把名单报上来了,已经过了培训班的报名时间,或者报错了员工,要更改已经来不及了。
另外,每个员工的现有知识和业务水平不同,岗位需求也不同,因此每个员工希望报名的课程也不相同,需要及时了解到适合自己的课程信息。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提出一种员工培训报名方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质,以解决如何智能、简便地完成员工培训课程的自主报名的问题。
首先,为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种员工培训报名方法,该方法包括步骤:
采集每个员工的基本信息,包括岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求;
记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息;
当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息;及
根据所述岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求、已报名课程信息和所述创建的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种应用服务器,包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的员工培训报名系统,所述员工培训报名系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
采集每个员工的基本信息,包括岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求;
记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息;
当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息;及
根据所述岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求、已报名课程信息和所述创建的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
进一步地,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有员工培训报名系统,所述员工培训报名系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的员工培训报名方法的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请所提出的员工培训报名方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质,可以将培训报名与员工信息进行对接,根据员工的岗位等基本信息和创建的课程信息进行自动匹配,为每个员工配置合适的课程,并在通知员工确认后进行自动报名,从而智能、简便地完成员工培训课程的自主报名,满足员工需求,节约时间和人工投入。

其中,所述存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器11可以是所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元,例如该应用服务器2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器11也可以是所述应用服务器2的外部存储设备,例如该应用服务器2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器11通常用于存储安装于所述应用服务器2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如员工培训报名系统200的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器12通常用于控制所述应用服务器2的总体操作,例如执行与所述终端设备1进行数据交互或者通信相关的控制和处理等。本实施例中,所述处理器12用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的员工培训报名系统200等。
所述网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口13通常用于在所述应用服务器2与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。本实施例中,所述网络接口13主要用于通过所述网络3将所述应用服务器2与一个或多个所述终端设备1相连,在所述应用服务器2与所述一个或多个终端设备1之间的建立数据传输通道和通信连接。
至此,己经详细介绍了本申请各个实施例的应用环境和相关设备的硬件结构和功能。下面,将基于上述应用环境和相关设备,提出本申请的各个实施例。
首先,本申请提出一种员工培训报名系统200。
参阅图3所示,是本申请员工培训报名系统200第一实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述员工培训报名系统200包括一系列的存储于存储器11上的计算机程序指令,当该计算机程序指令被处理器12执行时,可以实现本申请各实施例的员工培训报名操作。在一些实施例中,基于该计算机程序指令各部分所实现的特定的操作,员工培训报名系统200可以被划分为一个或多个模块。例如,在图3中,所述员工培训报名系统200可以被分割成采集模块201、记录模块202、获取模块203、配置模块204。其中:
所述采集模块201,用于采集每个员工的基本信息。
具体地,所述基本信息包括姓名、性别、工号、部门、岗位类别、管理职、学历、专业、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求等。
所述记录模块202,用于记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息。
具体地,所述管控周期可以是一年,当前管控周期即当年内。对于已经开设的课程,记录已报名的员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息,以作为后续课程配置的基础。
所述获取模块203,用于当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息。
具体地,所述课程信息包括开课时间、地点、课程名称、讲师、学员要求等信息。
所述配置模块204,用于根据员工的基本信息、已报名课程信息和即将开始的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
具体地,根据岗位类别和/或管理职,可以配置公司要求该岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与该岗位类别相关领域的课程等。根据兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程。根据学时要求和所述员工已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。将上述条件综合考量,智能化地配置出合理的课程。
参阅图4所示,是本申请员工培训报名系统200第二实施例和第三实施例的程序模块图。在第二实施例和第三实施例中,所述的员工培训报名系统200除了包括第一实施例中的所述采集模块201、记录模块202、获取模块203、配置模块204之外,还包括通知模块205、报名模块206和反馈模块207。
所述通知模块205,用于将配置的新课程通知员工进行报名确认。
具体地,当智能化地配置出每个员工相应的课程后,将课程信息发送至该员工对应的终端设备1,以通知所述员工进行确认,员工根据自身情况确定是否报名。例如课程是否需要,时间地点是否合适等。
所述报名模块206,用于针对员工确认后的课程自动填写报名信息。
具体地,接收所述终端设备1反馈的所述员工对所配置的新课程的确认结 果。对于员工确认报名的课程,根据所述基本信息中的数据(例如姓名、工号、部门等),自动填写该员工的报名信息。
所述反馈模块207,用于跟踪报名结果并反馈至相应员工。
具体地,到报名截止时间点,组织机构获取所有报名的员工并从中筛选。被筛选上的员工,表示报名成功,否则报名失败。所述反馈模块207接收报名结果,并将报名成功或失败的消息反馈至相应员工对应的终端设备1。
进一步地,在第三实施例中,所述记录模块202还用于根据员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录,下次根据更新后的记录为该员工进行课程配置。
具体地,根据该员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新兴趣爱好、已报名课程、确认报名但报名失败的课程等。针对该员工确认报名但报名失败的课程,在下次遇到创建该课程时,优先推荐给该员工。
此外,本申请还提出一种员工培训报名方法。
参阅图5所示,是本申请员工培训报名方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图6所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
步骤S600,采集每个员工的基本信息。
具体地,所述基本信息包括姓名、性别、工号、部门、岗位类别、管理职、学历、专业、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求等。
步骤S602,记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息。
具体地,所述管控周期可以是一年,当前管控周期即当年内。对于已经开设的课程,记录已报名的员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息,以作为后续课程配置的基础。
步骤S604,当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息。
具体地,所述课程信息包括开课时间、地点、课程名称、讲师、学员要 求等信息。
步骤S606,根据员工的基本信息、已报名课程信息和即将开始的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
具体地,根据岗位类别和/或管理职,可以配置公司要求该岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与该岗位类别相关领域的课程等。根据兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程。根据学时要求和所述员工已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。将上述条件综合考量,智能化地配置出合理的课程。
如图6所示,是本申请员工培训报名方法的第二实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述员工培训报名方法的步骤S700-S706与第一实施例的步骤S600-S606相类似,区别在于该方法还包括步骤S708-S712。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S700,采集每个员工的基本信息。
具体地,所述基本信息包括姓名、性别、工号、部门、岗位类别、管理职、学历、专业、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求等。
步骤S702,记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息。
具体地,所述管控周期可以是一年,当前管控周期即当年内。对于已经开设的课程,记录已报名的员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息,以作为后续课程配置的基础。
步骤S704,当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息。
具体地,所述课程信息包括开课时间、地点、课程名称、讲师、学员要求等信息,以及报名截止时间点。
步骤S706,根据员工的基本信息、已报名课程信息和即将开始的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
具体地,根据岗位类别和/或管理职,可以配置公司要求该岗位类别和/ 或管理职参与的课程或与该岗位类别相关领域的课程等。根据兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程。根据学时要求和所述员工已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。将上述条件综合考量,智能化地配置出合理的课程。
步骤S708,将配置的新课程通知员工进行报名确认。
具体地,当智能化地配置出每个员工相应的课程后,将课程信息发送至该员工对应的终端设备1,以通知所述员工进行确认,员工根据自身情况确定是否报名。例如课程是否需要,时间地点是否合适等。
步骤S710,针对员工确认后的课程自动填写报名信息。
具体地,接收所述终端设备1反馈的所述员工对所配置的新课程的确认结果。对于员工确认报名的课程,根据所述基本信息中的数据(例如姓名、工号、部门等),自动填写该员工的报名信息。
步骤S712,跟踪报名结果并反馈至相应员工。
具体地,到报名截止时间点,组织机构获取所有报名的员工并从中筛选。被筛选上的员工,表示报名成功,否则报名失败。所述反馈模块207接收报名结果,并将报名成功或失败的消息反馈至相应员工对应的终端设备1。
如图7所示,是本申请员工培训报名方法的第三实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述员工培训报名方法的步骤S800-S812与第二实施例的步骤S700-S712相类似,区别在于该方法还包括步骤S814。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S800,采集每个员工的基本信息。
具体地,所述基本信息包括姓名、性别、工号、部门、岗位类别、管理职、学历、专业、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求等。
步骤S802,记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息。
具体地,所述管控周期可以是一年,当前管控周期即当年内。对于已经 开设的课程,记录已报名的员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息,以作为后续课程配置的基础。

步骤S808,将配置的新课程通知员工进行报名确认。
具体地,当智能化地配置出每个员工相应的课程后,将课程信息发送至该员工对应的终端设备1,以通知所述员工进行确认,员工根据自身情况确定是否报名。例如课程是否需要,时间地点是否合适等。
步骤S810,针对员工确认后的课程自动填写报名信息。
具体地,接收所述终端设备1反馈的所述员工对所配置的新课程的确认结果。对于员工确认报名的课程,根据所述基本信息中的数据(例如姓名、工号、部门等),自动填写该员工的报名信息。
步骤S812,跟踪报名结果并反馈至相应员工。
具体地,到报名截止时间点,组织机构获取所有报名的员工并从中筛选。被筛选上的员工,表示报名成功,否则报名失败。所述反馈模块207接收报名结果,并将报名成功或失败的消息反馈至相应员工对应的终端设备1。
步骤S814,根据员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录,下次根据更新后的记录为该员工进行课程配置。
具体地,根据该员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新兴趣爱好、已报名课程、确认报名但报名失败的课程等。针对该员工确认报名但报名失败的课程,在下次遇到创建该课程时,优先推荐给该员工。
上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种员工培训报名方法,应用于应用服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤:
    采集每个员工的基本信息,包括岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求;
    记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息;
    当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息;及
    根据所述岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求、已报名课程信息和所述创建的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的员工培训报名方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    将配置的所述新课程的课程信息发送至所述员工,以通知所述员工进行报名确认;
    针对所述员工确认后的课程自动填写报名信息;及
    接收报名结果并反馈至相应员工。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的员工培训报名方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    根据所述员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录,下次根据更新后的记录为所述员工进行课程配置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的员工培训报名方法,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的员工培训报名方法,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的员工培训报名方法,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的员工培训报名方法,其特征在于,所述根据员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新兴趣爱好、已报名课程、确认报名但报名失败的课程对应的记录,在下次进行课程配置时优先为所述员工配置所述确认报名但报名失败的课程。
  8. 一种应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的员工培训报名系统,所述员工培训报名系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    采集每个员工的基本信息,包括岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求;
    记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息;
    当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息;及
    根据所述岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求、已报名课程信息和所述创建的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述员工培训报名系统被所述处理器执行时还实现步骤:
    将配置的所述新课程的课程信息发送至所述员工,以通知所述员工进行报名确认;
    针对所述员工确认后的课程自动填写报名信息;及
    接收报名结果并反馈至相应员工。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述员工培训报名系统被所述处理器执行时还实现步骤:
    根据所述员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录,下次根据更新后的记录为所述员工进行课程配置。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述根据员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新兴趣爱好、已报名课程、确认报名但报名失败的课程对应的记录,在下次进行课程配置时优先为所述员工配置所述确认报名但报名失败的课程。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有员工培训报名系统,所述员工培训报名系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:
    采集每个员工的基本信息,包括岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求;
    记录当前管控周期内已开设课程的已报名员工信息,从而得到每个员工的已报名课程信息;
    当创建新的课程时,同步获取课程信息;及
    根据所述岗位类别、管理职、兴趣爱好、职涯规划、学时要求、已报名课程信息和所述创建的课程信息,自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述员工 培训报名系统被所述处理器执行时还实现步骤:
    将配置的所述新课程的课程信息发送至所述员工,以通知所述员工进行报名确认;
    针对所述员工确认后的课程自动填写报名信息;及
    接收报名结果并反馈至相应员工。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述员工培训报名系统被所述处理器执行时还实现步骤:
    根据所述员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录,下次根据更新后的记录为所述员工进行课程配置。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  19. 如权利要求16或17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述自动为每个员工配置相应的新课程的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述岗位类别和/或管理职,配置公司要求所述岗位类别和/或管理职参与的课程或与所述岗位类别相关领域的课程;
    根据所述兴趣爱好或职涯规划,配置相关领域的课程;
    根据所述学时要求和已报名课程,计算所述员工还差多少学时,然后配置相应学时的课程。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新记录的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述员工确认的课程和报名成功的课程更新兴趣爱好、已报名课程、 确认报名但报名失败的课程对应的记录,在下次进行课程配置时优先为所述员工配置所述确认报名但报名失败的课程。
