Abstract
一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,属于人体热敷理疗技术领域。该装置设有第一内腔室(2)及第二内腔室(6),多个蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)排放在第一内腔室(2)内的活动支架(4)上。在第二内腔室(6)中设有提供第一内腔室(2)蒸汽的蒸汽发生装置本体(7)等。在用蒸汽加热蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)时,高温的蒸汽有效的杀死附着在蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)上的细菌,可有效防止蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)的细菌感染。在利用蒸汽加热蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)的过程中,部分蒸汽在与蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)接触时,导致蒸汽变成水珠,附着在热敷眼罩的表面及深层中,温润的湿气会给使用者干燥的眼部补充水分。蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)内还设有储热体(5.2),在高温加热过程中,同时更多的热量被储存在储热体(5.2)内,促使蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)使用时间延长。蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)还可多次重复使用,给使用者节省开支。
Description
本发明涉及一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,属于人体热敷理疗技术领域。
随着社会的电子信息化进程加快,人们越来越多地依赖于电脑、移动手机、AV、VR等电子产品,由于人们看屏幕时会全神贯注,所以会导致眼睛眨眼次数减少,造成眼泪分泌相应减少,同时闪烁荧屏强烈刺激眼睛导致引起眼干、眼涩、眼肿胀、黑眼圈等常见的眼部不适症状,长期以往即造成眼部肌肉紧张和疲劳带来的眼部血液循环不畅,造成视物模糊甚至视力下降,直接影响着人们的工作与生活。
在日常生活中,热敷是缓解和解除眼部疲劳的一种理疗手段,人们通过常用水盆盛装热水,把毛巾放入盆中浸透加热,拧干毛巾吸含的热水,再将毛巾敷盖在眼部来解决疲劳。由于毛巾散热快,需要反复多次才能达到目的,整个操作过程繁杂,且盆中水过热时会烫伤手。还有采用一次性蒸汽眼罩,一次性蒸汽眼罩结构上是采用化学反应发热方式,效果不及如上所述,而且一次性产品消费成本高,给消费者带来经济负担及使用过后即废弃掉,不环保。
为了克服现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,该装置以克服以上传统热敷方法和一次性蒸汽眼罩的不足,安全、节约、有效的方便人们的生活需求。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,它包括外壳和电路控制装置,它还包括蒸汽发生装置、锁盖装置、降温装置、活动支架和蒸汽热敷眼罩,所述外壳内设有第一内腔室及第二内腔室;在第一内腔室顶端设有开口,开口处设有外壳上盖,外壳上盖使第一内腔室形成封闭腔体,所述活动支架设置在第一内腔室内,多个蒸汽热敷眼罩间隔排放在活动支架上,在第一内腔室的侧壁上设有温感器;在第二内腔室中设有提供第一内腔室蒸汽介质的蒸汽发生装置、水箱腔体、降温装置、锁盖装置和电路控制装置;所述蒸汽发生装置包含蒸汽发生装置本体和发热体,蒸汽发生装置本体中设有加热腔室,发热体固定在蒸汽发生装置的本体的一侧,并直接与加热腔室中的被加热介质接触;所述发热体的外侧固定连接温度控制开关;所述蒸汽发生装置本体下部经硅胶管或塑胶管连接水箱腔体,在水箱腔体中设置一个带单向阀的蒸汽介质箱;所述降温装置包含与第一内腔室相通的风道、设置在风道中的引风机和靠风压打开的风门;所述锁盖装置采用电磁控制的锁芯,锁芯从第二内腔室伸入第一内腔室中,并插入位于外壳上盖上的锁孔中;所述电路控制装置经处理器与发热体、温度控制开关、锁盖装置、引风机、温感器和红外光感应器电连接并进行控制。
所述活动支架采用一个多孔蒸盘,在蒸盘上面设有多排竖立的支体(4.1),在蒸盘下面设有多个竖立的支撑体。
所述蒸汽热敷眼罩包括蒸汽热敷眼罩本体、用于蒸汽热敷眼罩的储热体以及与眼部稳定接触的弹性扣带,蒸汽热敷眼罩本体设有放置储热体的容置腔室。
所述储热体选用由凝胶材料、硅胶状软体材料中的一种或其组合,或选用直径为1-5mm球状的磁性陶瓷球、远红外陶瓷球、红豆颗粒中的一种或其组合。
所述第二内腔室设置在外壳的一侧,水箱腔体的位置高于降温装置的位置,加热腔室经设置在蒸汽发生装置本体上部的网状过滤器和位于第一上盖上的蒸汽喷出通道与第一内腔室连通,蒸汽介质箱的出水口低于网状过滤器的底部位置。
所述第二内腔室设置在外壳的底部,水箱腔体与降温装置分别布置在第二内腔室的相对侧,加热腔室直接设置在第一内腔室的底部位置。
所述单向阀设置在第二上盖上,活塞穿过第二上盖,在第二上盖外的活塞上安装一个复位的弹簧,在第二上盖内的活塞上安装一个密封用硅胶圈;所述蒸汽介质箱倒装在水箱腔体中时,单向阀开启。
本发明的有益效果是:这种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置设有第一内腔室及第二内腔室,活动支架设置在第一内腔室内,多个蒸汽热敷眼罩间隔排放在活动支架上。在第二内腔室中设有提供第一内腔室蒸汽介质的蒸汽发生装置、水箱腔体、降温装置、锁盖装置和电路控制装置。通过蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的过程中,高温的蒸汽介质有效的杀死附着在热敷眼罩上的细菌,可有效防止热敷眼罩给带来的细菌感染。在利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的过程中,部分蒸汽在与热敷眼罩接触时,导致蒸汽变成水珠,附着在热敷眼罩的表面及深层中,温润的湿气会给使用者干燥的眼部补充水分。热敷眼罩本体内还设有储热体,在高温加热过程中,同时更多的热量被储存在储热体内,促使热敷眼罩使用时间延长。第一内腔室设有温感器,高温加热后的热敷眼罩通过温感器感知,在通过处理器和降温装置,给予热敷眼罩快速降温到合适佩戴温度,在通过锁盖装置打开上盖使用,避免了热敷眼罩给带来的烫伤。热敷眼罩还可多次重复使用,给使用者节省开支。

图1、2、3、8示出了利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置的结构图。图中,这种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置包括外壳1、电路控制装置21、蒸汽发生装置、锁盖装置17、降温装置、活动支架4和蒸汽热敷眼罩5。外壳1内设有第一内腔室2及第二内腔室6。在第一内腔室2顶端设有开口,开口处设有外壳上盖3,外壳上盖3使第一内腔室2形成封闭腔体。活动支架4设置在第一内腔室2内,多个蒸汽热敷眼罩5间隔排放在活动支架4上,在第一内腔室2的侧壁上设有温感器19。在第二内腔室6中设有提供第一内腔室2蒸汽介质的蒸汽发生装置、水箱腔体15、降温装置、锁盖装置17和电路控制装置21。蒸汽发生装置包含蒸汽发生装置本体7和发热体8,蒸汽发生装置本体7中设有加热腔室7.1,发热体8固定在蒸汽发生装置的本体7的一侧,并直接与加热腔室7.1中的被加热介质接触。发热体8的外侧固定连接温度控制开关9。蒸汽发生装置本体7下部经硅胶管或塑胶管14连接水箱腔体15,在水箱腔体15中设置一个带单向阀的蒸汽介质箱16。降温装置包含与第一内腔室2相通的风道18、设置在风道18中的引风机18.1和靠风压打开的风门18.2。锁盖装置17采用电磁控制的锁芯17.1,锁芯17.1从第二内腔室6伸入第一内腔室2中,并插入位于外壳上盖3上的锁孔3.3中;所述电路控制装置21经处理器23与发热体8、温度控制开关9、锁盖装置17、引风机18.1、温感器19和红外光感应器20电连接并进行控制。单向阀设置在第二上盖16.1上,活塞16.2穿过第二上盖16.1,在第二上盖16.1外的活塞16.2上安装一个复位的弹簧16.3,在第二上盖16.1内的活塞16.2上安装一个密封用硅胶圈16.4;所述蒸汽介质箱16倒装在水箱腔体15中时,单向阀开启。
活动支架4采用一个多孔蒸盘,在蒸盘上面设有多排竖立的支体4.1,在蒸盘下面设有多个竖立的支撑体4.2。蒸汽热敷眼罩5包括蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1、用于蒸汽热敷眼罩的储热体5.2以及与眼部稳定接触的弹性扣带5.3,蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1设有放置储热体5.2的容置腔室5.4。储热体5.2选用由凝胶材料、硅胶状软体材料中的一种或其组合,或选用直径为1-5mm球状的磁性陶瓷球、远红外陶瓷球、红豆颗粒中的一种或其组合。
图2、6是一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置的结构剖视图。第二内腔室6设置在外壳1的一侧,水箱腔体15的位置高于降温装置的位置,加热腔室7.1经设置在蒸汽发生装置本体7上部的网状过滤器13和位于第一上盖10上的蒸汽喷出通道11与第一内腔室2连通,蒸汽介质箱16的出水口低于网状过滤器13的底部位置。
图3、7是另一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置的结构剖视图。第二内腔室6设置在外壳1的底部,水箱腔体15与降温装置分别布置在第二内腔室6的相对侧,加热腔室7.1直接设置在第一内腔室2的底部位置。
图4、5示出了蒸汽热敷眼罩的结构图。蒸汽热敷眼罩5包括蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1、用于蒸汽热敷眼罩的储热体5.2、以及蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1与眼部稳定接触的环形弹性扣带5.3。蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1设有容置腔室5.4,储热体5.2放置于容置腔室5.4内。容置腔室5.4还设有供放入或取出储热体开口5.5,开口5.5处设有用于闭合或打开开口的连接件,蒸汽热敷眼罩5通过设置供放或取出储热体5.2的开口、使得蒸汽热敷眼罩本体在多次使用过后便于取出储热体清洗或更换。连接件包括相互配合的凹扣和凸扣,将连接件设计成与现有的自封袋开口相似的凹扣与凸扣相互配合的结构,使得开口5.5在连接件的作用下可以多次重复的闭合或打开,而且密封性能好,操作方便。根据要求,开口5.5也可采用拉链为连接件,拉链设置于开口的边缘处;通过拉链实现开口的闭合或打开,操作方便,成本低廉。蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1的材料包括全棉毛巾布、超细纤维毛巾布、黏胶丝纤维毛巾布、丝绸海绵复合布、棉或麻布海绵复合布、涤或锦纶布海绵复合布的任意组合,蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1的贴眼部材料采用全棉毛巾布、全棉毛巾布具有柔软、吸湿性好和均匀传热效果,外部采用任意复合布可有效降低储热体的热量流失。储热体5.2设有储热体本体5.6,储热体本体5.6设有密封的容置腔室,储热体5.2密封放置于储热体本体5.6内。储热体本体5.6为高分子防水材料、包括PVC、TPU、PE、EVA、PP和PVDC中的一种任意组合。储热体本体5.6内的储热体5.2由凝胶材料或硅胶状软体材料中的一种或任意组合,包括但不局限于水、吸水树脂、水凝胶中的任一种。根据要求,储热体本体5.2采用棉布或者无纺布制成容置腔室,储热体5.2为直径1-5mm球状的磁性陶瓷球、远红外陶瓷球、红豆颗粒中的任一种。蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1的左右两端各缝合连接有一条环形的弹性扣带5.3,该弹性扣带使蒸汽热敷眼罩本体5.1与眼部稳定接触。根据要求,弹性扣带5.3上设有调整环5.7和调整扣5.8,佩戴时利用调整扣调整合适的长度,使蒸汽热敷眼罩5佩戴更加舒适。蒸汽热敷眼罩5根据要求,四周采用包边布5.9缝合包边,让蒸汽热敷眼罩5更加美观。
下面对采用上述技术方案的蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置作进一步的结构说明。
这种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置在壳体上盖3的一侧设有转轴3.1、转轴3.1的另一端连接第一内腔室2的同一侧上端、形成门状开/关体,壳体上盖3还设有出蒸汽孔3.2,出蒸汽孔3.2能促使第一腔室蒸汽流通加快,壳体上盖3的侧一端还设有锁孔3.3,壳体上盖3还设有手柄3.4,手柄3.4促使壳体上盖3开/关时便捷,壳体上盖3采用透明材质塑料注塑制成。第一内腔室2内设有提供间隔排放多个蒸汽热敷眼罩的可取出活动支架4,可取出的活动支架4由设置有多个孔的蒸盘、蒸盘上设有独立竖立的多个支体4.1、蒸盘下面设有多个独立竖立的支撑体4.2,可取出的活动支架4采用塑料注塑成型,根据要求活动支架4上面可间隔横立排放1至8个蒸汽热敷眼罩5,可取出的活动支架4可促使蒸汽热敷眼罩5空隙均匀的间隔放置、促使设备加热蒸汽热敷眼罩5时均匀的受热。
第二内腔室6的一侧并联设有第一内腔室2,第二内腔室6的侧端设有开口,开口处设有侧盖6.1,侧盖6.1可以使第二内腔室6形成封闭腔体,第二内腔室6设有提供第一内腔室2蒸汽介质的蒸汽发生装置,蒸汽发生装置包括蒸汽发生装置本体7、发热体8,蒸汽发生装置本体7设有提供蒸汽介质或蒸汽流动的通道7.1,发热体8固定在蒸汽发生装置的本体7上,且与加热腔室7.1联通。发热体8通过密封硅胶7.2固定在蒸汽发生装置本体7上,使用密封硅胶7.2可提升密封效果、使蒸汽发生装置不易出现漏水故障。发热体8采用PTC发热片或铸铝发热盘任选一种,采用PTC发热片具有升温迅速、价格低、使用寿命长、且安全可靠等优点。发热体8的外侧固定连接温度控制开关9,设置温度控制开关9防止加热腔室7.1干烧、导致事故发生。加热腔室7.1的上端设有第一上盖10,第一上盖10设有蒸汽喷出通道11,蒸汽喷出通道11穿过第二内腔室6进入第一内腔室2内。加热腔室7.1的上端与第一上盖10的连接处设有内夹层,夹层间设有网状过滤器13,网状过滤器13能使喷出的蒸汽气泡破裂,促使蒸汽更加细腻。根据要求,网状过滤器13为片材、片材上设有多个0.5-2毫米的微孔,片材为注塑片或不锈钢片其中任选一种。加热腔室7.1的上端与第一上盖10通过硅胶密封圈12密封连接。加热腔室7.1的下端设有进蒸汽介质通道7.3,进蒸汽介质通道7.3通过硅胶管或塑胶管14连接蒸汽介质供给装置。蒸汽介质供给装置分蒸汽介质箱腔室15、蒸汽介质箱腔室的出口15.1及蒸汽介质箱16,蒸汽介质箱16设有第二上盖16.1,第二上盖16.1设有活塞16.2及推动活塞封闭的弹簧16.3及硅胶圈16.4,蒸汽介质箱16活动安装于蒸汽介质箱腔室15内,蒸汽介质箱16倒置放入蒸汽介质箱腔室15内时、蒸汽介质箱体的重量压动第二上盖16.1上设有的活塞16.2上移,促使蒸汽介质流入蒸汽介质腔室15内,蒸汽介质腔室出口15.1通过硅胶管或塑胶管14连接蒸汽介质通道7.3,蒸汽介质箱16的瓶口与第二上盖16.1螺纹连接16.5。蒸汽发生装置7还设有固定装置7.4,固定装置7.4通过螺丝固定在第二内腔体6的内侧壁上,水箱腔体15通过卡扣固定在第二腔体6的上侧壁上。
第二腔室6内还设有提供第一内腔室2快速降温的风道18,风道18的一端穿过第二内腔室侧盖6.1、另一端穿过第二内腔室6并进入第一内腔室2。风道内设有引风机18.1,根据要求,引风机18.1快速引入壳体1外部的风、给高温加热后的蒸汽热敷眼罩5的温度适合佩戴。风道18内还设有风门18.2,风门18.2上端设有转轴18.3,当引风机18.1开动时、风门18.2通过风的力量自然开启,当引风机18.1关闭时、风门18.2通过自动自然关闭。
第一内腔室2内设有温感器19,温感器19用于探测第一内腔室2内放置的蒸汽热敷眼罩5是否过热而导致给使用者带来眼部的伤害,温感器19固定连接在第一内腔室2的侧壁上,温感器采用NTC温控探头或红外温度传感器任选一种。第一内腔室2设有壳体上盖3的锁盖装置控制开关20,通过锁盖装置控制开关20控制上盖是否关闭,锁盖装置控制开关为红外光感应器。
第二内腔室6内设有电路控制装置21,电路控制装置21通过电线22引入外部电源。电路控制装置21内设有处理器23,电路控制装置21通过处理器23电线连接和控制红外光感应器20、温度控制开关9、温感器19、锁盖装置17、发热体8以及引风机18.1,处理器23还设有电线连接警报器24、通过警报器24告知使用者使用或使用中出现问题。
水箱腔室16内的蒸汽介质25为纯净水、矿物质水、添加0.1-5%天然精油的水或菊花1-5%、黄连1-5%、银花1-5%、甘草1-5%、桑叶1-5&、决明子1-5%、纯净水94-70%比例熬制出的液态体任选一种。
外壳1的下端设有支撑体26,支撑体26可使利用蒸汽介质加热蒸汽热敷眼罩的设备稳固,支撑体26为硅胶垫或注塑一次成型体任选一种。
在实际操作中,要给蒸汽热敷眼罩包括储热体的加热温度达到92℃以上,高温杀菌后通过引风机降温到39-53℃适合佩戴的温度时,锁盖装置17通过处理器23所设定的温度、通过温感器感知、开启壳体上盖3,并通过报警器24告知使用者。
同最佳实施方式
这种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置设有第一内腔室及第二内腔室,活动支架设置在第一内腔室内,多个蒸汽热敷眼罩间隔排放在活动支架上。在第二内腔室中设有提供第一内腔室蒸汽介质的蒸汽发生装置、水箱腔体、降温装置、锁盖装置和电路控制装置。通过蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的过程中,高温的蒸汽介质有效的杀死附着在热敷眼罩上的细菌,可有效防止热敷眼罩给带来的细菌感染。在利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的过程中,部分蒸汽在与热敷眼罩接触时,导致蒸汽变成水珠,附着在热敷眼罩的表面及深层中,温润的湿气会给使用者干燥的眼部补充水分。热敷眼罩本体内还设有储热体,在高温加热过程中,同时更多的热量被储存在储热体内,促使热敷眼罩使用时间延长。第一内腔室设有温感器,高温加热后的热敷眼罩通过温感器感知,在通过处理器和降温装置,给予热敷眼罩快速降温到合适佩戴温度,在通过锁盖装置打开上盖使用,避免了热敷眼罩给带来的烫伤。热敷眼罩还可多次重复使用,给使用者节省开支。

Claims (7)
- 一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,它包括外壳(1)和电路控制装置(21),其特征是:它还包括蒸汽发生装置、锁盖装置(17)、降温装置、活动支架(4)和蒸汽热敷眼罩(5),所述外壳(1)内设有第一内腔室(2)及第二内腔室(6);在第一内腔室(2)顶端设有开口,开口处设有外壳上盖(3),外壳上盖(3)使第一内腔室(2)形成封闭腔体,所述活动支架(4)设置在第一内腔室(2)内,多个蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)间隔排放在活动支架(4)上,在第一内腔室(2)的侧壁上设有温感器(19);在第二内腔室(6)中设有提供第一内腔室(2)蒸汽介质的蒸汽发生装置、水箱腔体(15)、降温装置、锁盖装置(17)和电路控制装置(21);所述蒸汽发生装置包含蒸汽发生装置本体(7)和发热体(8),蒸汽发生装置本体(7)中设有加热腔室(7.1),发热体(8)固定在蒸汽发生装置的本体(7)的一侧,并直接与加热腔室(7.1)中的被加热介质接触;所述发热体(8)的外侧固定连接温度控制开关(9);所述蒸汽发生装置本体(7)下部经硅胶管或塑胶管(14)连接水箱腔体(15),在水箱腔体(15)中设置一个带单向阀的蒸汽介质箱(16);所述降温装置包含与第一内腔室(2)相通的风道(18)、设置在风道(18)中的引风机(18.1)和靠风压打开的风门(18.2);所述锁盖装置(17)采用电磁控制的锁芯(17.1),锁芯(17.1)从第二内腔室(6)伸入第一内腔室(2)中,并插入位于外壳上盖(3)上的锁孔(3.3)中;所述电路控制装置(21)经处理器(23)与发热体(8)、温度控制开关(9)、锁盖装置(17)、引风机(18.1)、温感器(19)和红外光感应器(20)电连接并进行控制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,其特征是:所述活动支架(4)采用一个多孔蒸盘,在蒸盘上面设有多排竖立的支体(4.1),在蒸盘下面设有多个竖立的支撑体(4.2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,其特征是:所述蒸汽热敷眼罩(5)包括蒸汽热敷眼罩本体(5.1)、用于蒸汽热敷眼罩的储热体(5.2)以及与眼部稳定接触的弹性扣带(5.3),蒸汽热敷眼罩本体(5.1)设有放置储热体(5.2)的容置腔室(5.4)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,其特征是:所述储热体(5.2)选用由凝胶材料、硅胶状软体材料中的一种或其组合,或选用直径为1-5mm球状的磁性陶瓷球、远红外陶瓷球、红豆颗粒中的一种或其组合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,其特征是:所述第二内腔室(6)设置在外壳(1)的一侧,水箱腔体(15)的位置高于降温装置的位置,加热腔室(7.1)经设置在蒸汽发生装置本体(7)上部的网状过滤器(13)和位于第一上盖(10)上的蒸汽喷出通道(11)与第一内腔室(2)连通,蒸汽介质箱(16)的出水口低于网状过滤器(13)的底部位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,其特征是:所述第二内腔室(6)设置在外壳(1)的底部,水箱腔体(15)与降温装置分别布置在第二内腔室(6)的相对侧,加热腔室(7.1)直接设置在第一内腔室(2)的底部位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用蒸汽介质加热热敷眼罩的装置,其特征是:所述单向阀设置在第二上盖(16.1)上,活塞(16.2)穿过第二上盖(16.1),在第二上盖(16.1)外的活塞(16.2)上安装一个复位的弹簧(16.3),在第二上盖(16.1)内的活塞(16.2)上安装一个密封用硅胶圈(16.4);所述蒸汽介质箱(16)倒装在水箱腔体(15)中时,单向阀开启。
