Abstract
一种污水消毒器,包括加热装置(1)、污水消毒槽(2)、臭氧发生器(3)、进水管(4)和出水管(5)。加热装置(1)位于污水消毒器的底部,与污水消毒槽(2)通过一块导热板相连,污水消毒槽(2)为长方形密闭容器,进水管(4)一端通过污水消毒槽(2)顶面的开口与污水消毒槽(2)相通,另一端与自来水相通;出水管(5)一端通过污水消毒槽(2)侧面靠近底部的开口与污水消毒槽(2)联通,另一端与下水道相通。在所述的进水管(4)和出水管(5)上均设置有开关控制阀,在污水消毒槽(2)的上方还设置有臭氧发生器(3),其产生的臭氧与污水直接接触。结构简单、节约空间、使用方便、成本低、消毒效果好,适用于细菌性污水消毒处理。
Description
本发明属于细菌性污水消毒处理技术领域,具体涉及一种污水消毒器。
污水中有大量的细菌和致病菌,这些污水必须经过消毒才能外排,而臭氧消毒和高温消毒是实验室常用的两种细菌消毒方法,两种消毒方法都具有操作简便、成本低、高灭活性和无二次污染等优点,因此两种消毒方法在国内外被厂飞乏使用。市场上提供了一些污水消毒器,但还未见将两者有效地结合起来的消毒器。因此,有必要设计消毒效果好、结构简单、节约空间、使用方便、成本低,将两种消毒方法结合起来的污水消毒器。
发明内容
针对上述现有的技术问题,本发明提出了一种污水消毒器。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
本发明包括加热装置、污水消毒槽通过一块导热板相连,污水消毒槽为长方形密闭容器,进水管一端通过污水消毒槽顶面的开口与污水消毒槽联通,另一端与自来水相通;出水管一端通过污水消毒槽侧面靠近底部的开口与污水消毒槽联通,另一端与下水道相通。在所述的进水管和出水管上均设置有开关控制阀,在污水消毒槽的上方还设置有臭氧发生器,其产生的臭氧与污水直接接触。
本发明结构简单、节约空间、使用方便、成本低、消毒效果好,适用于细菌性污水消毒处理。

为了详细说明本发明污水消毒器的技术内容和构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明污水消毒器包括由加热装置1、污水消毒槽2、臭氧发生器3、进水管4和出水管5组成的长方体密闭容器。其中,加热装置1位于容器的底部,与污水消毒槽2通过一块导热板相连;污水消毒槽2位于容器的中间,所述消毒槽2上下分别与进水管4、出水管5相连;其中进水管4与自来水相通,出水管5与下水道相通,进水管4和出水管5都通过控制开关6控制;臭氧发生器3位于消毒槽2的上方,其产生的臭氧能与污水直接接触。
使用时,将要处理的污水通过入口7倾注于消毒槽2中,然后插上电源插头8,打开温度开关按钮和臭氧发生器按钮(包含了控制开关内),消毒结束时关掉温度开关按钮和臭氧发生器开关。打开出水管开关按钮,排出污水,然后再打开进水管开关按钮对消毒槽进行自动清洗。结束时关闭所有开关,拔掉电源即可。
本发明结构简单、节约空间、使用方便、成本低、消毒效果好,适用于细菌性污水消毒处理。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

- 一种污水消毒器,包括加热装置、污水消毒槽、臭氧发生器、进水管和出水管,其特征在于:加热装置位于污水消毒器的底部,与污水消毒槽通过一块导热板相连,污水消毒槽为长方形密闭容器,进水管一端通过污水消毒槽顶面的开口与污水消毒槽相通,另一端与自来水相通;出水管一端通过污水消毒槽侧面靠近底部的开口与污水消毒槽联通,另一端与下水道相通。在所述的进水管和出水管上均设置有开关控制阀,在污水消毒槽的上方还设置有臭氧发生器,其产生的臭氧与污水直接接触。
