Description

一种生物实验用冰袋及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明属于分子生物学技术领域,具体涉及一种生物实验用冰袋及其使用方法。
背景技术
生物实验中有许多实验需要在低温状态下进行,例如PCR、酶切实验,特别是酶切实验中的内切酶对温度特别敏感,容易失活,在做酶切实验时,为了保持低温状态,常用的方法是取一个冰袋,将离心管架放置在冰袋上,离心管放置在离心管架上,然后将内切酶与buffer以及水按一定比例配成工作液,因为会放水比较多,所以尽管原先酶液存放在低温状态,配制成的工作液的温度,也不会立刻低下来,当做少量的实验时只需要用1.5ml或者2ml的离心管即可,一个冰袋也能够使该离心管内的工作液快速达到低温状态,同时保持该离心管内的低温状态,但是当大批量的样品时,需要配制的工作液的量比较多,往往会使用15ml,甚至50ml的离心管用来存放工作液,这时若还是将该离心管直接放置在离心管架上,会使得离心管内的工作液需要一段时间后,才能达到低温状态,在这一段时间内,位于离心管内的上部的酶可能会有部分失活,影响实验结果,甚至可能造成实验重新开始,也有人直接将离心管直接躺在冰袋上,等其降温,这势必又会增加实验操作时间。
因此急需一种能够解决以上问题的生物实验用冰袋及其使用方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生物实验用冰袋及其使用方法,能够快速的使离心管尤其是15ml或50ml的离心管内的工作液快速达到低温状态,同时长时间保持低温,能够保 持工作液内的酶的活性,保证实验的成功率,避免可能的反复实验。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种生物实验用冰袋,包括用于放置离心管架的主冰袋,所述主冰袋的边缘处铰接有能够绕所述主冰袋360度翻转的副冰袋,所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋均是由长方体形的内部装有内容物的塑料盒体构成,所述主冰袋上铰接有若干能够伸缩的支架,所述副冰袋上设有若干凹槽,所述凹槽沿从与所述主冰袋铰接的一端向远离所述主冰袋的一端的方向排列,所述凹槽内设有弹性圈,所述支架的一端的端部活动插入所述凹槽内并与所述弹性圈紧密相贴。当离心管比较大的时候,放置在所述主冰袋上,可以接受除了主冰袋之外的副冰袋的低温传递,在所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋之间形成的容纳离心管架的容纳空间,相比只有一个所述主冰袋而言,散热慢,能够使放置在所述主冰袋上的所述离心管架上的所述离心管内的工作液快速达到低温状态,且能够长时间保持低温状态,能够保持工作液内的酶的活性,保证实验的成功率,避免可能的反复实验。
优选的,所述主冰袋的四侧的边缘处均设有所述副冰袋。可以使放置在离心管架上的离心管接受到5个方向的冷气传输,从而使其维持在一个低温状态。
优选的,与所述副冰袋铰接的所述主冰袋的侧部设有枢轴,所述副冰袋的两端设有凸块,所述凸块上设有通孔,所述枢轴的两端分别插入两个所述通孔内。这是一种铰接方式,所述副冰袋绕着所述枢轴旋转从而调节和所述主冰袋的位置关系,从而调节放置离心管架的容纳空间的开口的大小。
优选的,所述枢轴的内部为空心,所述枢轴的空腔内装有所述内容物。所述枢轴也有冰袋的作用,从而进一步保持低温。
优选的,所述主冰袋与一个所述副冰袋之间设有1个、2个或多个所述支架。
优选的,所述内容物为高分子聚合物、吸水树脂或者水。
一种使用权利生物实验用冰袋的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将离心管架放在所述主冰袋的正中间;
S2、根据步骤S1中的所述离心管架的大小调节所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋之间的位置关系,从而调节所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋之间形成的容纳空间的开口大小,当所述离心管架小时,所述支架的一端插入远离所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋铰接端的所述凹槽内,当所述离心管架大时,所述支架的一端插入靠近所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋铰接端的所述凹槽内;
S3、当冰袋使用结束后,收缩所述支架,将所述支架与所述主冰袋的一个侧面相贴,将所述副冰袋翻转,使得所述副冰袋的一个侧面与所述主冰袋的一个侧面相贴,与所述副冰袋相贴的所述主冰袋的一面和设有所述支架的所述主冰袋的一面相互平行,放入冰箱内冷藏,待用。这样收藏冰袋可以减少冰袋占用的存放空间。
本发明的有益效果是:相比只有一个主冰袋而言,能够快速的使离心管尤其是15ml或50ml的离心管内的工作液快速达到低温状态,同时长时间保持低温,能够保持工作液内的酶的活性,保证实验的成功率,避免反复实验。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种生物实验用冰袋,包括用于放置离心管架7的主冰袋1,主冰袋1的边缘处铰接有能够绕主冰袋1进行360度翻转的副冰袋2,主冰袋1的四侧的边缘处均设有副冰袋2,主冰袋1和副冰袋2均是由长方体形的内部装有内容物的塑料盒体构成,内容物为高分子聚合物、吸水树脂或者水。主冰袋1上铰接有若干能够伸缩的支架3,副冰袋2上设有若干凹槽4,凹槽4沿从与主冰袋1铰接的一端向远离主冰袋1的一端的方向排列,凹槽4内设有弹性圈41,支架3的一端的端部活动插入凹槽4内并与弹性圈41紧密相贴。当离心管8比较大的时候,放置在主冰袋1上,可以接受除了主冰袋1之外的副冰袋2的低温传递,在主冰袋1和副冰袋2之间形成的容纳离心管架7的容纳空间,相比只有一个主冰袋1而言,可以使得放置在离心管架7上的离心管8接受到5个方向的冷气传输,从而使其维持在一个低温状态,散热慢,能够使得放置在主冰袋1上的离心管架7上的离心管8内的工作液快速达到低温状态,且能够长时间保持低温状态,能够保持工作液内的酶的活性,保证实验的成功率,避免可能的反复实验。
具体的,与副冰袋2铰接的主冰袋1的侧部设有枢轴5,副冰袋2的两端设有凸块6,凸块6上设有通孔61,枢轴5的两端分别插入两个通孔61内。这是一种铰接方式,副冰袋2绕着枢轴5旋转从而调节和主冰袋1的位置关系,从而调节放置离心管架7的容纳空间的开口的大小。枢轴5的内部为空心,枢轴5的空腔内装有内容物。枢轴5也有冰袋的作用,从而进一步保持低温。
具体的,主冰袋1与一个副冰袋2之间设有1个、2个或多个支架3。
一种使用生物实验用冰袋的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将离心管架7放在主冰袋1的正中间;
S2、根据步骤S1中的离心管架7的大小调节主冰袋1和副冰袋2之间的位置关系,从而调节主冰袋1和副冰袋2之间形成的容纳空间的开口大小,当离心管架7小时,支架3的一端插入远离主冰袋1和副冰袋2铰接端的凹槽4内,当离心管架7大时,支架3的一端插入靠近主冰袋1和副冰袋2铰接端的凹槽4内;也可以通过只调节支架3的长度,而不改变支架3与凹槽4的相对位置来改变主冰袋1和副冰袋2之间的位置关系。
S3、当冰袋使用结束后,收缩支架3,将支架3与主冰袋1的一个侧面相贴,将副冰袋2翻转,使得副冰袋2的一个侧面与主冰袋1的一个侧面相贴,与副冰袋2相贴的主冰袋1的一面和设有支架3的主冰袋1的一面相互平行,放入冰箱内冷藏,待用。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生物实验用冰袋,其特征在于,所述主冰袋的四侧的边缘处均设有所述副冰袋。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的生物实验用冰袋,其特征在于,与所述副冰袋铰接的所述主冰袋的侧部设有枢轴,所述副冰袋的两端设有凸块,所述凸块上设有通孔,所述枢轴的两端分别插入两个所述通孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的生物实验用冰袋,其特征在于,所述枢轴的内部为空心,所述枢轴的空腔内装有所述内容物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的生物实验用冰袋,其特征在于,所述主冰袋与一个所述副冰袋之间设有1个、2个或多个所述支架。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的生物实验用冰袋,其特征在于,所述内容物为高分子聚合物、吸水树脂或者水。
  7. 一种使用权利要求1至6任意一项所述的生物实验用冰袋的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、将离心管架放在所述主冰袋的正中间;
    S2、根据步骤S1中的所述离心管架的大小调节所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋之间的位置关系,从而调节所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋之间形成的容纳空间的开口大小,当所述离心管架小时,所述支架的一端插入远离所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋铰接端的所述凹槽内,当所述离心管架大时,所述支架的一端插入靠近所述主冰袋和所述副冰袋铰接端的所述凹槽内;
    S3、当冰袋使用结束后,收缩所述支架,将所述支架与所述主冰袋的一个侧面相贴,所述副冰袋翻转,使得所述副冰袋的一个侧面与所述主冰袋的一个侧面相贴,与所述副冰袋相贴的所述主冰袋的一面和设有所述支架的所述主冰袋的一面相互平行,放入冰箱内冷藏,待用。
