Description
Recesses setting device and agricultural tillage machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a recesses setting device of the rows of working discs of an agricultural tillage machine and to an agricultural machine for tillage on which this device is positioned.
State of the Art
Currently there are many systems known for setting the depths of recesses of the working discs of an agricultural machine for tillage.
The depth of the recess is most often set to be fixed, with no adjustment possible whatsoever.
Adjustment can also be effected by changing the entire mounting structure of the working discs.
A known variant is that the recess depth setting is performed manually by the operator, for example, by adjusting the working disc holder to a new position and physically securing the holder in this position.
A further known possibility is the adjustment of the individual rows by means of a pneumatic piston while the machine is at rest, the depth of the recess being subsequently defined by flat segments which are inserted. The disadvantage of this is that it is a relatively complicated design which only removes the heavy physical exertion of resetting.
Further, there is a known an agricultural tillage machine on which a structure is positioned on which the recess depth of a single row can be adjusted such that the height of the recess is manually carried out by the machine operator by mechanical displacement of the relevant parts. The recess can be changed at the same time by means of a pneumatic piston, of course changing the depth of the two recesses simultaneously. The disadvantage is that it is not possible to change the recesses as needed while the agricultural machine is in operation.
It is apparent from the above-mentioned currently known technology that the main disadvantage of existing designs do not allow the recess depth of working discs to be changed during operation of the agricultural machine, which does not effectively solve the major technical problem of current technology which is the
shifting of the entire agricultural machine in operation and its running off from a straight line to the side due to different clump sizes owing to different soil conditions as well as to the difference between the radial loads between the first and second row of discs. The reason also being that the first row runs in untilled soil and therefore encounters higher resistance upon entering the soil. With much limitation, this technical problem is solved by means of adjusting the agricultural machine hitched behind the tractor and this by raising the first row. The drawback is that this option can not be used when using an under hitching. Another disadvantage is that when lifting the trailer the load on the cylinder increases and the bearings suffer.
The object of the invention is the design of a device for independent adjustment of the recesses of individual rows of working discs which will make possible the changing of the settings during operation of the agricultural machine so that the recess is optimised precisely to the current conditions in a certain part of the field, effectively addressing the above-mentioned technical problem.
Principle of the Invention
The mentioned deficiencies are to a large part removed and the objectives of the invention fulfilled by a recesses setting device, specifically a recesses setting device of the working discs of an agricultural tillage machine, comprising at least two consecutive rows of working discs which are mutually differentially height adjustable for changing their recesses settings where each of the rows comprises at least two working discs, and where the individual working discs are turned relative to the direction of their displacement by the soil, according to the invention, the essence of which is that both the rows of working discs are connected to the means for changing the recesses of a row of working discs in such a way that the means for changing the recess setting of one of the rows of working discs is connected to the means for changing the recess setting of the second of the rows of working discs, while the means of one of the rows of working discs is connected to the frame of the machine, where the means for changing the recesses of rows of working discs are simultaneously connected to a control means or to a control unit for changing the setting of their recesses during machine operation. The advantage of this design is that it allows for fluent reaction to changes in load upon the individual rows of working discs, while changing the recesses of the working discs can ensure straight running
of the machine. Either the operator or the control system has the ability to adjust the recesses of the individual rows of working discs so that shifting of the machine is easily corrected.
It is to advantage that least one of the rows of working discs is connected by a lever mechanism with the means for changing the recesses of rows of working discs. The advantage is a simple, fully functional design.
In an advantageous embodiment, the means for changing the recesses of rows of working discs is a hydraulic piston.
It is to further advantage that the lever mechanism of the first row of working discs comprises a lever connected to the means for changing the recesses of rows of working discs, where the lever is connected by a shaped joint to a support beam which is mounted with at least two bearings, where at least two levers are mounted on the support beam on which the working discs are mounted.
It is also to advantage that the lever mechanism of the second row of working discs comprises a lever joined to the connection of the means for changing the recesses of rows of working discs and the means for changing the recesses of rows of working discs, the lever being connected by a shaped joint with a support beam which is mounted with at least two bearings, and at least two levers are mounted on the support beam on which the individual working discs are mounted.
The aforementioned drawbacks are largely eliminated, and the objects of the invention are fulfilled by an agricultural tillage machine, in particular an agricultural tillage machine, which comprises at least one device for adjusting the recesses of the rows of working discs according to the invention whose principle consists in that it includes a straight movement sensor.
It is to advantage when at least one row of working discs is divided into sections, each of the sections being connected to at least one recess setting device.
The main advantage of the device for adjusting the recesses of working discs and the agricultural machine according to the invention is that straight running of the agricultural machine through the soil is secured, under whatever changes in load on the individual rows of working discs and, under any changes in soil conditions.
Overview of the Figures
The invention will be further elucidated using drawings, in which Fig.1 shows the overall schematic arrangement of the recesses setting device, Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional side view of the arrangement of the lever mechanisms, Fig. 3 shows a dimensional view of one section, and Fig. 4 shows a side view of a lever mechanism mounted in bearings.

Each of the rows 2,3 comprises a plurality of working discs 1 which are turned relative to the direction of their displacement by the soil.
Both rows 2,3 of the working discs 1 are connected to the means 4,5 for changing the recesses of the rows 2,3 of the working discs 1 so that the means 5 for changing the recesses of one of the rows 3 of the working discs 1 is connected to the means 4 for changing the settings of the recesses of the second row 2 of working discs 1, while simultaneously, the means 5 of one of the rows 3 of the working discs I is connected to the machine frame 9.
The means 4,5 for changing the recesses of the rows 2,3 of the working discs i are hydraulic pistons.
The means 4,5 for changing the recesses of the rows 2,3 of the working discs 1 are simultaneously connected to a control means (not shown) or to a control unit (not shown) for changing the setting of their recesses during machine operation.
