玻化微珠是由于表面玻化形成一定的颗粒强度,理化性能十分稳定,耐老化耐候性强,具有优异的绝热、防火、吸音性能,适合诸多领域中作轻质填充骨料和绝热、防火、吸音、保温材料。在建材行业中,用玻化微珠作为轻质骨料,可提高砂浆的和易流动性和自抗强度,减少材性收缩率,提高产品综合性能,降低综合生产成本。在轻质干混砂浆(保温型、砌筑型、抹面型)应用中,用玻化微珠替代传统的普通膨胀珍珠岩和聚苯颗粒作干混保温砂浆轻质骨料,克服了膨胀珍珠岩吸水性大、易粉化,在料浆搅拌中体积收缩率大,易造成产品后期强度低和空鼓开裂等现象,同时又弥补了聚苯颗粒有机材料易燃、防火性能差、高温产生有害气体和耐老化耐候性低、施工中反弹性大等缺陷,提高完善了保温砂浆的综合性能和施工性能。本发明中玻化微珠的含量优选为以质量百分比计,0.1%~5%的含量范围,采用该含量范围,能够为本发明的干粉墙体装饰材料提供了保温、绝热、防火、吸音效果。
本发明的实施方式
一种有保健养生功能的保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料,该保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材 料以质量百分比计含有普通硅酸盐白水泥30%,灰钙15%,伊利石粉10%,电气石粉4%,滑石粉 5%,方解石粉30%,可再分散乳胶粉1%,纤维素醚0.5%,疏水剂0.2%,玻化微珠4.3%。
所述的保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:按照配方比准确 称量各种材料,首先把除了玻化微珠之外的其他材料放入搅拌机混合20分钟,搅拌均匀,然后再加入玻化微珠混合3分钟,搅拌均匀,最后包装即为成品。
所述保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料和水质量比100:37的比例,加水搅拌均匀成为浆体,即可施工批刷墙体工作面。
以上为本发明最佳实施方式,本领域内普通的技术人员的简单更改和替换都是本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种有保健养生功能的保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料,其特征在于:该保温隔热干粉 墙体装饰材料以质量百分比计含有普通硅酸盐白水泥10%~50%,灰钙10%~50%,伊利石粉2%~ 50%,电气石粉0.5%~30%,滑石粉0.5%~30%,方解石粉1%~40%,可再分散乳胶粉0.5%~6%,纤维 素醚0.1%~1%,疏水剂0.1%~0.5%,玻化微珠0.1%~5%。
  2. 所述的保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:按照配方比准确称量各种材料,首先把除了玻化微珠之外的其他材料放入搅拌机混合20分钟,搅拌均匀,然后再加入玻化微珠混合3分钟,搅拌均匀,最后包装即为成品。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有保健养生功能的保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料,其特征 在于,所述保温隔热干粉墙体装饰材料和水质量比100:37的比例,加水搅拌均匀成为浆体, 即可施工批刷墙体工作面。
