本发明的另一目的在于提供一简易开闭灯罩,其中为了达到上述目的,在本发明中不需要采用昂贵的材料或复杂的结构。因此,本发明成功和有效地提供一解决方案,不只提供一简单的所述简易开闭灯罩,同时还增加了所述简易开闭灯罩的实用性和可靠性。
为了实现上述至少一发明目的或其他目的和优点,本发明提供了一简易开闭灯罩,以供被安装于一现有灯具的一安装基座,其中该安装基座具有一安装空间,其中所述简易开闭灯罩包括:
一透光件;和
一安装装置,其中所述安装装置与所述透光件相耦合,并且所述安装装置适 于被安装于该现有灯具的该安装基座,以通过所述安装装置将所述透光件可操作地安装于该现有灯具的该安装基座,使得所述透光件易于被操作以打开或关闭该安装基座的该安装空间。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述安装装置包括至少一安装主体,并且具有至少一对滑槽,其中所述至少一对滑槽分别被设置于所述安装主体,并且所述安装主体与该现有灯具的该安装基座相匹配以将所述安装主体安装于该安装基座,所述透光件与所述至少一对滑槽相匹配以使所述透光件能沿着所述安装装置的所述至少一对滑槽被操作以滑动,从而使得所述透光件能以抽拉抽屉的方式被操作。
在本发明的一些实施例中,当所述安装主体被安装于该安装基座时,所述至少一对滑槽相互平行,所述透光件的两侧边缘与所述至少一对滑槽相匹配,以使所述透光件的所述两侧边缘被可滑动地插入所述安装装置的所述滑槽。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述安装装置还包括至少一对止动件,其中所述至少一对止动件分别被设置与所述至少一对滑槽的一端,并且所述至少一对止动件之间的距离稍小于所述透光件的所述两侧边缘之间的距离。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述安装主体包括至少一插接部和一对滑槽部,其中所述滑槽部自所述插接部向下地且向内地一体延伸,以在所述滑槽部形成具有L形结构的所述滑槽。

参照图1是现有技术中一现有灯具的一传统灯罩的常见安装方式。在人们的日常工作和生活中,随处可见各种类型的照明灯具和灯罩,而且大部分灯罩的安装方式与图1中方式相近。然而以图1的方式将该传统灯罩3P安装至该现有灯具的一安装基座1P后,该传统灯罩3P将很难自该安装基座1P上拆卸下来,通常需要专业的修理工使用专业工具才能够将该传统灯罩3P完好地拆卸下来,这样就给用户带来极大的麻烦,同样也大大地增加了该现有灯具的维护成本和使用 成本。因此,如何在不大规模改变该现有灯具的该安装基座结构的基础上,方便地打开该安装基座的一安装空间,以方便检修或维护该灯具,从而降低该灯具的维护成本和使用成本,这是本发明需要解决的问题。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本发明旨在解决灯罩不易被操作以打开该安装基座的该安装空间的问题,不限于图1所示的该现有灯具的具体结构和形状,更重要的在于提供一种便于打开该安装空间的解决方案。
参考附图之图2至图4所示,是根据本发明之第一较佳实施例的一简易开闭灯罩的示意图。所述简易开闭灯罩1适于被安装于一现有灯具的一安装基座1P,其中所述现有灯具的至少一光源2P被可通电地安装于所述安装基座1P的一安装空间11P内。所述简易开闭灯罩1包括一透光件10和一安装装置20,其中所述透光件10与所述安装装置20相耦合,并且所述安装装置20与所述安装基座1P相匹配,以通过所述安装装置20将所述透光件10可操作地安装于所述安装基座1P,使得所述简易开闭灯罩1的所述透光件10易于被操作以打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。本领域技术人员应当理解,所述光源2P可以是诸如白炽灯泡、节能灯管、LED照明芯片等等之类的任一发光光源,同样地,所述现有灯具也可以被实施为诸如白炽灯具、节能灯具或LED灯具等之类的任一灯具。特别地,所述现有灯具优选地被实施为诸如板灯、吸顶灯或阵列式LED灯等等之类的多光源灯具。
更具体地,如图2和图3所示,所述安装装置20包括至少一安装主体21,并且具有至少一对滑槽22,其中所述至少一对滑槽22被设置于所述至少一安装主体21,所述透光件10与所述至少一对滑槽22相匹配,所述安装主体21适于被安装于所述安装基座1P,其中当所述安装主体21被安装于所述安装基座1P时,所述至少一对滑槽22被相间隔地布置以形成一对滑轨,并且所述透光件10能被操作以沿着所述滑轨滑动,以打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,进而轻易地将位于所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P内的所述至少一光源2P暴露出来,以便保养或检修所述现有灯具(比如更换坏掉的光源、检修老化的光源电路等等)。换句话说,在本发明的所述第一较佳实施例中,所述简易开闭灯罩1具有一类抽屉结构,使得所述简易开闭灯罩1的所述透光件10能以抽拉抽屉的方式被操作,以方便地打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,以便检修和维护灯具。也就是说,所述简易开闭灯罩1的拆装过程简单, 不涉及任何的复杂过程,不需要专业的改装或者安装人员,适于用户自己动手操作,以降低维护成本和使用成本。
值得注意的是,所述透光件10可以但不限于被实施为由诸如有机玻璃(亚克力)、透光塑料、透光树脂等等之类的透光材料制成的一透光板,以通过所述透光件10来均匀分散所述现有灯具的所述光源所发出的光线,或者通过所述透光件10来调整所述光源所发出的光线的色调,以营造适宜的灯光氛围。本领域技术人员应当理解,所述透光件10也可以被实施为一散光板,用于将多个光源发出的光线均匀分散,以提高均匀照明的效果。
优选地,所述透光件10的两侧边缘11分别与所述至少一对滑槽22相匹配,以使所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11被可滑动地插入所述安装装置20的所述至少一对滑槽22,使得所述透光件10能以抽拉抽屉的方式被滑动,进而易于打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,同时所述透光件10也便于自所述安装基座1P被拆卸下来,以便清洁或更换所述简易开闭灯罩1的所述透光件10。
更优选地,当所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21被安装于所述安装基座1P时,所述至少一对滑槽22相互平行,所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11相互平行,以便操作所述透光件10以使所述透光件10沿着所述至少一对滑槽22自由滑动。
最优选地,所述至少一对滑槽22的一端221的间隙稍小于所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11的厚度,使得所述透光件10能以过盈配合的方式被稳定地保持于所述至少一对滑槽22,从而防止所述透光件10被无意地或意外地自所述安装装置20的所述至少一对滑槽22脱落。
值得一提的是,所述安装装置20还包括至少一对止动件23,其中所述至少一对止动件23分别被设置于所述至少一对滑槽22的一端221,并且所述至少一对止动件23的距离小于所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11之间的距离,以防止所述透光件10自所述至少一对滑槽22的所述一端221无意地或意外地脱落。
优选地,所述至少一对止动件23的距离稍小于所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11之间的距离,当所述透光件10自所述至少一对滑槽22的另一端222插入并滑动至所述至少一对滑槽22的所述一端221时,所述透光件10挤压所述至少一对止动件23并被卡在所述至少一对止动件23之间,使得所述透光件10以过 盈配合的方式被牢靠地保持于所述安装装置20,以关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,同时也有效地防止所述透光件10无意地或意外地自所述安装装置20脱落。相应地,当需要打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P时,只需要对所述透光件10施加自所述一端221朝向所述另一端222的作用力,以自所述至少一对滑槽22的所述另一端222抽出所述透光件10,以便于保养或检修所述灯具,也便于更换所述透光件10。
值得注意的是,所述安装装置20的所述止动件23可以但不限于被实施为由诸如橡胶、塑料等等之类的弹性材料制成,以便通过所述止动件23的弹性形变将所述透光件10稳定地保持于所述安装装置20。因此所述简易开闭灯罩1简化了打开一灯具的一安装空间进行检修或维护的操作过程和难度,以节省检修或维护所述灯具的时间和精力。
本技术领域人员应当理解,所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11不限于被实施为如图2所示的相互平行,还可以被实施为相互倾斜,并且所述至少一对滑槽22与所述透光件10的所述两侧边缘11相互匹配,以使所述透光件10沿着所述至少一对滑槽22自由滑动。
根据本发明的所述第一较佳实施例,如图3所示,所述安装基座1P还包括至少一基座连接件12P,所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21包括至少一主体连接件211,其中所述至少一主体连接件211与所述基座连接件12P相配合,换句话说,所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21的所述至少一主体连接件211适于被安装于所述安装基座1P的所述至少一基座连接件12P,从而使得所述安装装置20被安装于所述安装基座1P,进而使得所述简易开闭灯罩1被安装于所述安装基座1P。也就是说,所述简易开闭灯罩1可以利用原有的安装基座,以利用原有灯具的安装位置,不需要更改原有灯具的安装基座1P。
具体地,所述安装基座1P的所述至少一基座连接件12P形成一向上延伸的连接臂121P,所述安装主体21的所述至少一主体连接件211形成一连接槽2111,并且所述连接槽2111适于插接所述基座连接件12P的所述连接臂121P,使得所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21适于以插接的方式被安装至所述安装基座1P,并且当所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21被安装至所述安装基座1P时,所述安装装置20的所述至少一对滑槽22位于所述安装基座1P的下方,以便所述透光件10插入所述至少一对滑槽22,进而可选择地关闭所述安装基座1P的所述 安装空间11P。本技术人员应当理解,所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21的所述主体连接件211的形状和所述安装基座1P的所述基座连接件12P相配合,从而使得所述安装装置20得以被安装于所述安装基座1P。因此,所述主体连接件211的形状不限于图3所示的所述连接槽2111的形状。比如,当所述安装基座1P设置连接槽时,所述主体连接件211相应地被设置为连接臂或挂钩的形式。所述主体连接件211和所述基座连接件12P的配合方式可以根据实际安装基座的需要而设置。
特别地,所述安装基座1P设有四个所述基座连接件12P,并且所述基座连接件12P分别位于所述安装基座1P的靠近四角的位置。相应地,所述安装主体21设有四个所述主体连接件211,其中所述主体连接件211分别位于所述安装主体21的四角位置,并且所述主体连接件211与所述基座连接件12P相对应,以便将四个所述主体连接件211分别插接于四个所述基座连接件12P,从而稳定地且牢固地将所述安装装置20安装于所述安装基座1P。
根据本发明的所述第一较佳实施例,如图2所示,所述安装装置20的所述安装主体21包括一插接部212和一对滑槽部213,其中所述一对滑槽部213分别自所述插接部212向下地且向内地一体延伸,以使所述滑槽部213的横截面具有一L形形状,从而形成具有L形结构的所述滑槽22,其中所述主体连接件211被设置于所述安装主体21的所述插接部212,以将所述安装主体21的所述插接部212插入所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,进而以插接的方式将所述安装主体21安装至所述安装基座1P,其中所述滑槽22分别被设置于所述一对滑槽部213以形成所述滑轨,使得所述透光件10易于在所述安装主体21的所述滑槽部213自由滑动以打开或关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。
值得一提的是,所述安装主体21的所述插接部212也可以以胶接、螺钉连接、或铆接的方式与所述安装基座1P连接,以便将所述安装装置21安装于所述安装基座1P。
如图5所示,是根据本发明的上述第一较佳实施例的所述简易开闭灯罩的一第一替代模式。相比于所述第一较佳实施例,根据本发明的所述第一替代模式的一简易开闭灯罩1A的区别在于:所述简易开闭灯罩1A的一安装装置20A的一安装主体21A的一对滑槽部213A分别自所述插接部212A向下地且先向外后向内地一体延伸,以使所述滑槽部213A的横截面具有一平放的U形形状,从而形 成具有U形结构的所述滑槽,以当所述安装主体21A被安装于所述安装基座1P时,所述插接部212A的外表面与所述安装基座1P的外壁对齐,以保持所述安装基座1P的整体美观。换句话说,所述安装主体21A的所述滑槽部213A自所述插接部212A向外突出,以使所述安装主体21A匹配所述安装基座1P的形状和尺寸,从而使得在所述简易开闭灯罩1A被安装于所述安装基座1P后,仍能够很好地保持所述安装基座1P的整体美观。
如图6所示,是根据本发明的上述第一较佳实施例的所述简易开闭灯罩的一第二替代模式。相比于所述第一较佳实施例,根据本发明的所述第二替代模式的一简易开闭灯罩1B的区别在于:所述简易开闭灯罩1B的一安装装置20B设有一对安装主体21B,其中所述安装主体21B包括至少一插接部212B和一滑槽部213,其中所述插接部212B被实施为一自所述滑槽部213向上延伸的挂臂2121B,并且所述挂臂2121B适于以螺接、胶接或焊接的方式与所述安装基座1P连接,以将所述安装装置20B稳定地且牢固地安装至所述安装基座1P。
特别地,所述安装主体21B设有两插接部212B,其中所述两插接部212B分别被设置于所述两滑槽部213的两端附近,以便通过所述插接部212B将所述安装主体21B稳定地安装至所述安装基座1P,以使所述简易开闭灯罩1B的一对滑槽22相互配合以形成一对滑轨。
值得一提的是,优选地,所述安装主体21B的一主体连接件211B被实施为被设置于所述插接部212B的一螺孔,所述安装基座1P的一基座连接件12P被实施为与所述主体连接件211B相对应的另一螺孔,以使所述安装主体21B的所述插接部212B以螺接或铆接的方式与所述安装基座1P连接。
如图7所示,是根据本发明的上述第一较佳实施例的所述简易开闭灯罩的一第三替代模式。相比于所述第一较佳实施例的所述第二替代模式,根据本发明的所述第三替代模式的一简易开闭灯罩1C的区别在于:所述简易开闭灯罩1C的一安装装置20C设有四个安装主体21C,其中所述安装主体21C包括一插接部212C和一滑槽部213C,其中所述滑槽部213C被实施为一L形勾件2131C,以形成所述简易开闭灯罩1C的一滑槽22C,所述插接部212C被实施为自所述L形勾件2131C向上延伸的一挂臂2121C,其中所述安装主体21C的所述插接部212C适于以螺接或铆接的方式安装至所述安装基座1P的靠近四角的位置,并且位于所述安装基座1P的同一侧壁的两个所述安装主体21C的所述滑槽部213C相互对 准,以使相应的两个所述滑槽22C相互对准以形成一滑轨,使得所述简易开闭灯罩1C的一透光件10被可滑动地安装至所述安装装置20C的所述滑槽22C,从而实现以抽拉抽屉的方式操作所述透光件10,进而方便地打开或关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。进而使得所述简易开闭灯罩1C不需要任何灯罩框架而被安装于一灯具的一安装基座,以简化灯罩的结构配置,进而降低制造成本和使用成本。
参考附图之图8至图10所示,是根据本发明的一第二较佳实施例的一简易开闭灯罩的示意图。根据本发明的所述第二较佳实施例,所述简易开闭灯罩1D适于被安装于现有的一灯具的一安装基座1P,其中所述灯具的至少一光源2P被安装于所述安装基座1P的一安装空间11P内。所述简易开闭灯罩1D包括一透光件10D和一安装装置20D,其中所述透光件10D与所述安装装置20D相耦合,并且所述安装装置20D与所述安装基座1P相匹配,以通过所述安装装置20D将所述透光件10D可操作地安装于所述安装基座1P,使得所述简易开闭灯罩1D易于被操作以打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。
更具体地,如图8和图9所示,所述安装装置20D包括至少一安装主体21D和至少一枢接机构24D,其中所述透光件10D通过所述至少一枢接机构24D被可枢转地安装于所述至少一安装主体21D,所述安装主体21D适于被安装于所述安装基座1P,其中当所述安装主体21D被安装于所述安装基座1P时,所述透光件10D能被操作以绕着所述枢接机构24D的一枢转轴241D枢转,从而通过枢转地操作所述透光件10D以打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,进而轻易地将位于所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P内的所述至少一光源2P暴露出来,以便保养或检修所述现有灯具(比如更换坏掉的光源、检修老化的光源电路等等)。换句话说,在本发明的所述第二较佳实施例中,所述简易开闭灯罩1D具有一类活页结构,使得所述简易开闭灯罩1D的所述透光件10D能以开合活页的方式被操作,以方便地打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,以便检修和维护灯具。也就是说,所述简易开闭灯罩1D的拆装过程简单,不涉及任何的复杂过程,不需要专业的改装或者安装人员,适于用户自己动手操作,以降低维护成本和使用成本。
值得注意的是,所述透光件10D可以但不限于被实施为由诸如有机玻璃(亚克力)、透光塑料、透光树脂等等之类的透光材料制成的一透光板,以通过所述 透光件10D来均匀分散所述现有灯具的所述光源所发出的光线,或者通过所述透光件10D来调整所述光源所发出的光线的色调,以营造适宜的灯光氛围。本领域技术人员应当理解,所述透光件10D也可以被实施为一散光板,用于将多个光源发出的光线均匀分散,以提高均匀照明的效果。
优选地,所述透光件10D的形状和尺寸依据所述安装基座1P被设计,以确保所述透光件10D与所述安装基座1P相匹配,使得当所述透光件10D被枢转以关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P时,所述简易开闭灯罩1D的所述透光件10D能完全遮罩所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,以实现调节光线的同时,也能够很好地保护位于所述安装空间11P内的灯源或灯源电路。举例地,所述透光件10D的形状可以为诸如矩形、圆形、多边形等等各种形状。
值得一提的是,所述安装装置20D的所述枢接机构24D可以但不限于被实施为现有的一枢转连接件,其中所述枢接机构24D包括一第一枢臂242D和一第二枢臂243D,其中所述第二枢臂243D可枢转地连接于所述第一枢臂242D,其中所述第一枢臂242D被固设于所述安装装置20D的所述安装主体21D,所述第二枢臂243D被设置于所述透光件10D的一端,以使所述透光件10通过所述枢接机构24D枢接于所述安装主体21D,从而使得所述简易开闭灯罩1D的所述透光件10D能以开合活页的方式被操作,以方便地打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。本领域技术人员应当理解,所述枢接机构24D的所述第一枢臂242D可以但不限于以螺接、铆接、胶接、或焊接等之类的连接方式与所述安装主体21D连接,所述枢接机构24D的所述第二枢臂243D可以但不限于以螺接、铆接、胶接、卡接或焊接等等之类的连接方式与所述透光件10D连接。
优选地,所述安装装置20D设有两个所述枢接机构24D,并且每个所述枢接机构24D的所述枢转轴241D相互重合,其中所述枢接机构24D的所述第二枢臂243D分别位于所述透光件10D的所述一端且靠近所述透光件10D的边角区域,相应地,所述枢接机构24D的所述第一枢臂242D被设置于靠近所述安装主体21D的边角位置,并且与所述第二枢臂243D相对应,从而使得稳定地且可枢转地将所述透光件10D安装于所述安装主体21D。
根据本发明的所述第二较佳实施例,如图10所示,所述安装装置20还包括至少一卡扣机构25D,其中所述卡扣机构25D包括一第一扣合件251D和一第二扣合件252D,并且所述第一扣合件251D和所述第二扣合件252D能以卡扣的方 式被可释放地扣合在一起,其中所述第一扣合件251D被设置于所述安装装置20D的所述安装状体21D,所述第二扣合件252D被设置于所述透光件10D的另一端,并且所述第一扣合件251D和所述第二扣合件252D相配合,使得当所述透光件10D被操作以绕着所述枢接机构24D的所述枢转轴241D旋转以关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P时,所述第一扣合件251D和所述第二扣合件252D相互对准并扣合在一起,以保持所述透光件10D持续关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,以防所述透光件10D被无意地或意外地发生枢转以打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。
更具体地,如图11所示,所述卡扣机构25D的所述第一扣合件251D具有一卡孔2511D,所述第二扣合件252D包括一可缩回的卡头2521D,其中所述第二扣合件252D的所述卡头2521D能被插入所述第一扣合件251D的所述卡孔2511D,并且所述卡头2521D被可释放地保持于所述卡孔2511D内,从而将所述第一和第二扣合件2511D、2521D以卡扣的方式扣合在一起,进而将所述透光件10D稳定地保持在关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P的位置。当需要打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P时,只需要对所述第二扣合件252D的所述卡头2521D施加一作用力,以使所述卡头2521D缩回并脱离所述第一扣合件251D的所述卡孔2511D,从而将所述第一和第二扣合件251D、252D脱卡扣,进而可以自由旋转所述透光件10D以打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。本领域技术人员应当理解,上述所述卡扣机构25D的具体结构仅为举例性的描述,本发明所关注的主要是所述卡扣机构25D能够容易地且可释放地卡扣所述透光件10D,以使所述透光件10D能稳定地被保持在关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P的位置。因此,任何现有的且能实现所述卡扣机构25D的功能的结构都能被用于本发明。
根据本发明的所述第二较佳实施例,如图10所示,所述安装基座1P还包括至少一基座连接件12P,所述安装装置20D的所述安装主体21D包括至少一主体连接件211D,其中所述至少一主体连接件211D与所述基座连接件12P相配合,换句话说,所述安装装置20D的所述安装主体21D的所述至少一主体连接件211D适于被安装于所述安装基座1P的所述至少一基座连接件12P,从而使得所述安装装置20D被安装于所述安装基座1P,进而使得所述简易开闭灯罩1D被安装于所述安装基座1P。也就是说,所述简易开闭灯罩1D可以利用原有的安装基座, 以利用原有灯具的安装位置,不需要更改原有灯具的安装基座1P。
具体地,所述安装基座1P的所述至少一基座连接件12P形成一向上延伸的连接臂121P,所述安装主体21的所述至少一主体连接件211D形成一连接槽2111D,并且所述连接槽2111D适于插接所述基座连接件12P的所述连接臂121P,使得所述安装装置20D的所述安装主体21D适于以插接的方式被安装至所述安装基座1P,并且当所述安装装置20D的所述安装主体21D被安装至所述安装基座1P时,所述安装装置20D的所述枢接机构24D和所述卡扣机构25D位于所述安装基座1P的下方,以便操作所述透光件10D以可选择地打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。本技术人员应当理解,所述安装装置20D的所述安装主体21D的所述主体连接件211D的形状和所述安装基座1P的所述基座连接件12P相配合,从而使得所述安装装置20D得以被安装于所述安装基座1P。因此,所述主体连接件211D的形状不限于图9所示的所述连接槽2111D的形状。比如,当所述安装基座1P设置连接槽时,所述主体连接件211D相应地被设置为连接臂或挂钩的形式。所述主体连接件211D所述基座连接件12P的配合方式可以根据实际安装基座的需要而设置。
特别地,所述安装基座1P设有四个所述基座连接件12P,并且所述基座连接件12P分别位于所述安装基座1P的靠近四角的位置。相应地,所述安装主体21D设有四个所述主体连接件211D,其中所述主体连接件211D分别位于所述安装主体21D的四角位置,并且所述主体连接件211D与所述基座连接件12P相对应,以便将四个所述主体连接件211D分别插接于四个所述基座连接件12P,从而稳定地且牢固地将所述安装装置20D安装于所述安装基座1P。
值得一提的是,所述安装主体21D也可以以胶接、螺钉连接、或铆接的方式与所述安装基座1P连接,以便将所述安装装置21D安装于所述安装基座1P。
如图12所示,是根据本发明的上述第二较佳实施例的所述简易开闭灯罩的一替代模式。相比于所述第二较佳实施例,根据本发明的所述第二较佳实施例的所述替代模式的一简易开闭灯罩1E的区别在于:所述简易开闭灯罩1E的一安装装置20E包括至少一枢接机构24E和至少一卡扣机构25E。所述简易开闭灯罩1E的一透光件10E通过所述至少一枢接机构24E被可枢转地安装于所述安装基座1P,使得所述简易开闭灯罩1E的所述透光件10D能以开合活页的方式被操作,以方便地打开和关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。所述卡扣机构25E 包括一被设置于所述安装基座1P的第一扣合件251E和一被设置于所述透光件10D的另一端的第二扣合件252E,并且所述第一扣合件251E和所述第二扣合件252E能以卡扣的方式被可释放地扣合在一起,使得当所述透光件10D被操作以绕着所述枢接机构24E旋转以关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P时,所述第一扣合件251E和所述第二扣合件252E相互对准并扣合在一起,以保持所述透光件10E持续关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P,以防所述透光件10E被无意地或意外地发生枢转以打开所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P。
换句话说,所述简易开闭灯罩1E的所述安装装置20E不需要设置任何所述安装主体21D,仅通过所述枢接机构24E将所述透光件10D直接枢接于所述安装基座1P,通过所述卡扣机构25E将所述透光件10D稳定地保持在关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P的位置,进而使得所述简易开闭灯罩1E不需要任何灯罩框架而被安装于一灯具的一安装基座,以简化灯罩的结构配置,进而降低制造成本和使用成本。
本领域技术人员应当理解,相比于根据本发明的上述第二较佳实施例,所述替代模式的所述简易开闭灯罩1E的所述安装装置20E的所述枢接机构24E的结构与所述安装装置20D的所述枢接机构24D完全相同,不同之处在于所述枢接机构24E的安装位置不同;同样地,所述替代模式的所述简易开闭灯罩1E的所述安装装置20E的所述枢接机构24E的结构与所述安装装置20D的所述枢接机构24D完全相同,不同之处在于所述枢接机构24E的安装位置不同。
优选地,如图11所示,所述安装装置20E设有一个枢接机构24E和两个卡扣机构25E,其中所述枢接机构24E和所述卡扣机构25E分别位于所述安装基座1P的靠近四角的位置,并且所述枢接机构24E被设置于所述安装基座1P的一端,所述卡扣机构25E均被设置于所述安装基座1P的相对的另一端,以将所述透光件10D稳定地且平整地保持在关闭所述安装基座1P的所述安装空间11P的位置,进而保持所述安装基座1P的整体美观。
综上,在本发明中不需要采用昂贵的材料或复杂的结构。因此,本发明成功和有效地提供一解决方案,不只提供一简单的所述简易开闭灯罩,同时还增加了所述简易开闭灯罩的实用性和可靠性。
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本发明的实施例只作为举例而并不限制本发明。本发明的目的已经完整并有效地实现。本发明的功能及 结构原理已在实施例中展示和说明,在没有背离所述原理下,本发明的实施方式可以有任何变形或修改。

Claims (29)

  1. 一简易开闭灯罩,以供被安装于一现有灯具的一安装基座,其中该安装基座具有一安装空间,其特征在于,其中所述简易开闭灯罩包括:
    一透光件;和
    一安装装置,其中所述安装装置与所述透光件相耦合,并且所述安装装置适于被安装于该现有灯具的该安装基座,以通过所述安装装置将所述透光件可操作地安装于该现有灯具的该安装基座,使得所述透光件易于被操作以打开或关闭该安装基座的该安装空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置包括至少一安装主体,并且具有至少一对滑槽,其中所述至少一对滑槽分别被设置于所述安装主体,并且所述安装主体与该现有灯具的该安装基座相匹配以将所述安装主体安装于该安装基座,所述透光件与所述至少一对滑槽相匹配以使所述透光件能沿着所述安装装置的所述至少一对滑槽被操作以滑动,从而使得所述透光件能以抽拉抽屉的方式被操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中当所述安装主体被安装于该安装基座时,所述至少一对滑槽相互平行,所述透光件的两侧边缘与所述至少一对滑槽相匹配,以使所述透光件的所述两侧边缘被可滑动地插入所述安装装置的所述滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置还包括至少一对止动件,其中所述至少一对止动件分别被设置与所述至少一对滑槽的一端,并且所述至少一对止动件之间的距离稍小于所述透光件的所述两侧边缘之间的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装主体包括至少一插接部和一对滑槽部,其中所述滑槽部自所述插接部向下地且向内地一体延伸,以在所述滑槽部形成具有L形结构的所述滑槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装主体包括至少一插接部和一对滑槽部,其中所述滑槽部自所述插接部向下地且先向外后向内地一体延伸,以在所述滑槽部形成具有U形结构的所述滑槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述插接部为一 自所述滑槽部向上延伸的挂臂,并且所述挂臂适于以螺接的方式与所述安装基座连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述插接部为一自所述滑槽部向上延伸的挂臂,并且所述挂臂适于以螺接的方式与所述安装基座连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置包括至少一安装主体和至少一枢接机构,其中所述透光件通过所述至少一枢接机构被可枢转地安装于所述至少一安装主体,所述安装主体适于被安装于所述安装基座,其中当所述安装主体被安装于所述安装基座时,所述透光件能被操作以绕着所述枢接机构的一枢转轴枢转,从而使得所述透光件能以开合活页的方式被操作。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置还包括至少一卡扣机构,其中所述卡扣机构包括一第一扣合件和一第二扣合件,并且所述第一扣合件和所述第二扣合件能以卡扣的方式被可释放地扣合在一起,其中所述第一扣合件被设置于所述安装装置的所述安装状体,所述第二扣合件被设置于所述透光件的另一端,以保持所述透光件持续关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间,以将所述透光件稳定地保持在关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间的位置。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置的所述安装主体包括至少一主体连接件,其中所述主体连接件被设置于所述插接部,并且适于与该安装基座的一基座连接件相配合,使得所述安装装置的安装主体易于被安装于该安装基座。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述主体连接件形成一连接槽,该基座连接件形成一连接臂,并且所述连接槽适于与所述连接臂相匹配,以使所述安装主体适于以插接的方式被安装于该安装基座。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置包括至少一枢接机构和至少一卡扣机构,其中所述透光件通过所述至少一枢接机构被可枢转地安装于所述安装基座,以使所述透光件能被操作以绕着所述枢接机构的一枢转轴枢转,从而使得所述透光件能以开合活页的方式被操作,其中所述卡扣机构包括一第一扣合件和一第二扣合件,并且所述第一扣合件和所述第二扣合件能以卡扣的方式被可释放地扣合在一起,其中所述第一扣合件被设置于所述安 装基座,所述第二扣合件被设置于所述透光件的另一端,以保持所述透光件持续关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间,以将所述透光件稳定地保持在关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间的位置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述透光件为由有机玻璃制成的一散光板。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述简易开闭灯罩,其特征在于,其中所述透光件为由有机玻璃制成的一散光板。
  16. 一灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    一安装基座,其中所述安装基座具有一安装空间;
    至少一光源,其中所述光源被可通电地安装于所述安装基座的所述安装空间;以及
    一简易开闭灯罩,其中所述简易开闭灯罩包括:
    一透光件;和
    一安装装置,其中所述安装装置与所述透光件相耦合,并且所述安装装置适于被安装于该现有灯具的该安装基座,以通过所述安装装置将所述透光件可操作地安装于该现有灯具的该安装基座,使得所述透光件易于被操作以打开或关闭该安装基座的该安装空间。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置包括至少一安装主体,并且具有至少一对滑槽,其中所述至少一对滑槽分别被设置于所述安装主体,并且所述安装主体与该现有灯具的该安装基座相匹配以将所述安装主体安装于该安装基座,所述透光件与所述至少一对滑槽相匹配以使所述透光件能沿着所述安装装置的所述至少一对滑槽被操作以滑动,从而使得所述透光件能以抽拉抽屉的方式被操作。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述灯具,其特征在于,其中当所述安装主体被安装于该安装基座时,所述至少一对滑槽相互平行,所述透光件的两侧边缘与所述至少一对滑槽相匹配,以使所述透光件的所述两侧边缘被可滑动地插入所述安装装置的所述滑槽。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装主体包括至少一插接部和一对滑槽部,其中所述滑槽部自所述插接部向下地且向内地一体延伸,以在所述滑槽部形成具有L形结构的所述滑槽。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装主体包括至少一插接部和一对滑槽部,其中所述滑槽部自所述插接部向下地且先向外后向内地一体延伸,以在所述滑槽部形成具有U形结构的所述滑槽。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述插接部为一自所述滑槽部向上延伸的挂臂,并且所述挂臂适于以螺接的方式与所述安装基座连接。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述插接部为一自所述滑槽部向上延伸的挂臂,并且所述挂臂适于以螺接的方式与所述安装基座连接。
  23. 根据权利要求16所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置包括至少一安装主体和至少一枢接机构,其中所述透光件通过所述至少一枢接机构被可枢转地安装于所述至少一安装主体,所述安装主体适于被安装于所述安装基座,其中当所述安装主体被安装于所述安装基座时,所述透光件能被操作以绕着所述枢接机构的一枢转轴枢转,从而使得所述透光件能以开合活页的方式被操作。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置还包括至少一卡扣机构,其中所述卡扣机构包括一第一扣合件和一第二扣合件,并且所述第一扣合件和所述第二扣合件能以卡扣的方式被可释放地扣合在一起,其中所述第一扣合件被设置于所述安装装置的所述安装状体,所述第二扣合件被设置于所述透光件的另一端,以保持所述透光件持续关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间,以将所述透光件稳定地保持在关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间的位置。
  25. 根据权利要求16至24中任一所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置的所述安装主体包括至少一主体连接件,其中所述主体连接件被设置于所述插接部,并且适于与该安装基座的一基座连接件相配合,使得所述安装装置的安装主体易于被安装于该安装基座。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述主体连接件形成一连接槽,该基座连接件形成一连接臂,并且所述连接槽适于与所述连接臂相匹配,以使所述安装主体适于以插接的方式被安装于该安装基座。
  27. 根据权利要求16所述灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装装置包括至少一枢接机构和至少一卡扣机构,其中所述透光件通过所述至少一枢接机构被可枢转地安装于所述安装基座,以使所述透光件能被操作以绕着所述枢接机构的一枢转轴枢转,从而使得所述透光件能以开合活页的方式被操作,其中所述卡扣机构包括一第一扣合件和一第二扣合件,并且所述第一扣合件和所述第二扣合件能以 卡扣的方式被可释放地扣合在一起,其中所述第一扣合件被设置于所述安装基座,所述第二扣合件被设置于所述透光件的另一端,以保持所述透光件持续关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间,以将所述透光件稳定地保持在关闭所述安装基座的所述安装空间的位置。
