Abstract
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其涉及一种防污抗皱面料,该面料可以在织物层中加入抗皱层,增强面料自身的抗皱性,且面料的夹层中设有支撑条,进一步增加抗皱效果。其结构包括织物层,所述的织物层中设有由珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆蛋白纤维纱混纺而成的抗皱层;所述的织物层上方设有聚四氟乙烯层,所述的聚四氟乙烯层与织物层之间横向间隔设有若干支撑条;所述的织物层的底面设有若干蚕丝球。它结构简单,适用方便,适用于多种场所。
Description
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其是一种防污抗皱面料。
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展,随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展,普通的面料已经无法满足多元化的市场需求。
专利号为201420177888.1的中国专利公开了一种防污抗皱面料,包括织物层,所述织物层上方涂有聚四氟乙烯层,所述织物层下方设有抗皱网层,所述抗皱网层为PTT纤维织成的网状体,抗皱网层网孔大小为1-3mm,本发明织物层上涂布有一层聚四氟乙烯层,可有有效防水、防油污;抗皱网层为PTT纤维织物,PTT纤维防污性能好,富有弹性,具有优异的伸长恢复性。其缺陷在于:1、织物层本身不具备抗皱或者防污效果,是通过上面和下面附属层起到的防污抗皱效果。2、面料上没有设置抗皱的支撑条,抗皱效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种防污抗皱面料,该面料可以在织物层中加入抗皱层,增强面料自身的抗皱性,且面料的夹层中设有支撑条,进一步增加抗皱效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该种防污抗皱面料,其结构包括织物层,其特征是,所述的织物层中设有由珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆蛋白纤维纱混纺而成的抗皱层;
所述的织物层上方设有聚四氟乙烯层,所述的聚四氟乙烯层与织物层之间横向间隔设有若干支撑条;
所述的织物层的底面设有若干蚕丝球。
优选的,所述的支撑条由两股形状记忆面料螺旋编织而成。
优选的,所述的聚四氟乙烯层的外表面设有聚氨酯涂层。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、由于所述的织物层中设有由珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆蛋白纤维纱混纺而成的抗皱层,因此,使用时,珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆纤维纱可以对织物层起到支撑作用,且具有良好的导湿透气性,还具有耐洗自洁、抗污性,具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的织物层上方设有聚四氟乙烯层,所述的聚四氟乙烯层与织物层之间横向间隔设有若干支撑条,因此,使用时,聚四氟乙烯层具有良好的防水和防油污的效果,且支撑条在中间可以起到支撑抗皱的作用。
3、由于所述的织物层的底面设有若干蚕丝球,因此,使用时,蚕丝球具有抗菌抑菌的效果,利于人体身体健康。
4、由于所述的支撑条由两股形状记忆面料螺旋编织而成,因此,使用时,形状记忆面料本身具有良好的回弹性,两股的结构更有利于提升抗皱效果。
5、由于所述的聚四氟乙烯层的外表面设有聚氨酯涂层,因此,使用时,聚氨酯层可以保持面料的持久特性,且具有抗紫外线的效果,对人体起到保健作用。

如图1、图2所示,该种防污抗皱面料,其结构包括织物层1,所述的织物层1中设有由珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆蛋白纤维纱混纺而成的抗皱层10。使用时,珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆纤维纱可以对织物层起到支撑作用,且具有良好的导湿透气性,还具有耐洗自洁、抗污性。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的织物层1上方设有聚四氟乙烯层3,所述的聚四氟乙烯层3与织物层1之间横向间隔设有若干支撑条2。使用时,聚四氟乙烯层具有良好的防水和防油污的效果,且支撑条在中间可以起到支撑抗皱的作用。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的织物层1的底面设有若干蚕丝球4。使用时,蚕丝球具有抗菌抑菌的效果,利于人体身体健康。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的支撑条2由两股形状记忆面料螺旋编织而成。使用时,形状记忆面料本身具有良好的回弹性,两股的结构更有利于提升抗皱效果。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的聚四氟乙烯层3的外表面设有聚氨酯涂层(途中未示出)。使用时,聚氨酯层可以保持面料的持久特性,且具有抗紫外线的效果,对人体起到保健作用。

- 一种防污抗皱面料,其结构包括织物层,其特征是,所述的织物层中设有由珍珠纤维混纺纱和大豆蛋白纤维纱混纺而成的抗皱层;所述的织物层上方设有聚四氟乙烯层,所述的聚四氟乙烯层与织物层之间横向间隔设有若干支撑条;所述的织物层的底面设有若干蚕丝球。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种防污抗皱面料,其特征是,所述的支撑条由两股形状记忆面料螺旋编织而成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种防污抗皱面料,其特征是,所述的聚四氟乙烯层的外表面设有聚氨酯涂层。
