通信机房用声控传感器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信机房用声控传感器。
背景技术
现有通信机房用声控传感器,其金属壳体的耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、抗氧化性能有待改进,影响声控传感器的长期使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通信机房用声控传感器,其金属壳体表面涂覆有防护漆,使金属壳体具有优异的耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、抗氧化性能,从而保障通信机房用声控传感器能长期使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种通信机房用声控传感器,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体表面凃覆有防护漆,所述防护漆通过如下步骤制备:
1)将1~2重量份丁二醇、2.2重量份磷酸、1.9重量份异构脂肪醇磷酸酯、0.8重量份三聚磷酸钠、12重量份改性水溶性酚醛树脂依次投入24重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入6重量份环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、0.4重量份钼酸锌、1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、2.2重量份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、0.2重量份二茂铁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得防护漆。
优选的,通信机房用声控传感器,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体表面凃覆有防护漆,所述防护漆通过如下步骤制备:

2)再依次投入6重量份环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、0.4重量份钼酸锌、1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、2.2重量份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、0.2重量份二茂铁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得防护漆。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种通信机房用声控传感器,其金属壳体表面涂覆有防护漆,使金属壳体具有优异的耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、抗氧化性能,从而保障通信机房用声控传感器能长期使用。
“防护漆”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“防护漆”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“防护漆”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“防护漆”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
通信机房用声控传感器,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体表面凃覆有防护漆,所述防护漆通过如下步骤制备:
1)将1~2重量份丁二醇、2.2重量份磷酸、1.9重量份异构脂肪醇磷酸酯、0.8重量份三聚磷酸钠、12重量份改性水溶性酚醛树脂依次投入24重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入6重量份环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、0.4重量份钼酸锌、1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、2.2重量份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、0.2重量份二茂铁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得防护漆。

2)再依次投入6重量份环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、0.4重量份钼酸锌、1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、2.2重量份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、0.2重量份二茂铁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得防护漆。
上述各实施例的通信机房用声控传感器,其金属壳体表面涂覆有防护漆,使金属壳体具有优异的耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、抗氧化性能,从而保障通信机房用声控传感器能长期使用。

    1)将1~2重量份丁二醇、2.2重量份磷酸、1.9重量份异构脂肪醇磷酸酯、0.8重量份三聚磷酸钠、12重量份改性水溶性酚醛树脂依次投入24重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
    2)再依次投入6重量份环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、0.4重量份钼酸锌、1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、2.2重量份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、0.2重量份二茂铁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得防护漆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信机房用声控传感器,其特征在于,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体表面凃覆有防护漆,所述防护漆通过如下步骤制备:
    1)将1重量份丁二醇、2.2重量份磷酸、1.9重量份异构脂肪醇磷酸酯、0.8重量份三聚磷酸钠、12重量份改性水溶性酚醛树脂依次投入24重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
    2)再依次投入6重量份环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、0.4重量份钼酸锌、1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、2.2重量份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、0.2重量份二茂铁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得防护漆。
