2.本发明提供的拨号方法及拨号系统,在紧急拨号及通话建立的过程中,熄灭智能终端屏幕、关闭听筒、隐藏拨号界面、播放紧急语音,极大地提高了紧急拨号安全性及有效性;
3.本发明提供的拨号方法及拨号系统,通过设置拨号密码等方式,在很大程度上防止用户对智能手机误操作而拨出紧急电话导致无效警情的情况。

本发明的拨号方法及拨号系统可以应用于智能终端,智能终端可以以各种形式来实施。例如,本发明中描述的智能终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置、智能手表等的移动终端,以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等的固定终端。下面,假设终端是移动终端,并假设该移动终端为智能手机,对本发明进行说明。然而,本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了特别用于移动目的的元件之外,根据本发明的实施方式的构造也能够 应用于固定类型的终端。为便于描述,本发明实施例均以智能手机为例进行说明,其它应用场景相互参照即可。
参考图1,本发明的智能终端的拨号方法,包括以下步骤:
S100:于所述智能终端内设定一紧急号码;
S200:设定所述紧急号码的触发手势;
S300:检测所述智能终端是否接收所述触发手势;
S400:当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码。
具体地:
-S100:于所述智能终端内设定一紧急号码;
在一优选实施例中,S100:于所述智能终端内设定一紧急号码的步骤包括:
获取用户输入的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码;和/或
调用所述智能终端的通讯录,获取用户选取的所述通讯录内的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码。
本发明的技术方案中,用户可以在紧急拨号功能中设置一个或多个紧急电话,用户可以根据个人需要,将紧急拨号功能设置为仅允许拨打紧急电话,如110、120等救援电话,也可以设置为,不仅可以拨打紧急电话,还可以拨打某些预先设定的个人电话,但预先设定的个人电话之外的电话号码则不可以通过紧急拨号键盘拨打,在这种情况下,用户可以事先将紧急联系人的电话号码预先设置为预设的个人电话,也可以设置为,在满足一定条件的情况下,可以拨打任意个人电话。
用户可以在紧急拨号功能中设置一个或多个紧急电话,并按照优先顺序排列,如110-120-119等。在进行紧急拨号时,首先拨打第一优先级的紧急电话号码,之后,系统判断当前拨打的第一优先级的紧急电话是否接通,在第一优先级的紧急电话号码无法接通时,系统自动查询并按照优先级拨打下一个紧急电话,也就是自动跳转至拨打第二优先级的紧急电话号码,依次类推。特别地,当紧急拨号功能中设置的一个或多个紧急电话均无法接通时,从第一优先级的紧急电话号码开始循环拨打直至通话建立为止。
对紧急拨号功能中的一个或多个紧急电话的设置,可以由用户事先手动输入,也可以通过调用智能终端的通讯录,获取用户选取的通讯录内的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码,也可以通过调用智能终端的黄页应用,自动选取或获取用户选取的黄页内的一个或多个电话号码作为所述紧急号码。
-S200:设定所述紧急号码的触发手势;
在一优选实施例中,S200:设定所述紧急号码的触发手势为:设定所述紧急号码的触发手势为连续两次同时按下所述智能终端的电源键及音量“+”键。
在智能手机的紧急拨号功能中,可以设置一预设条件,只有满足该预设条件,如只有按下指定按键后,才可以将紧急电话拨出,或者,只有通过指纹、PIN码(Personal Identification Number,即SIM卡的个人识别密码)等解锁智能手机屏幕后,才可以将紧急电话拨出。可以理解的是,这一预设条件不限于上述的按键、指纹或PIN码对智能手机的操作,也可以通过设定指定操作手势等方式,用户预先设定一指定操作手势作为该预设条件,在用户触发紧急拨号功能后,只要用户按照预先的设定作出指定操作手势,如将手机左右摇晃三次,即可认定满足预设条件,拨出紧急电话。
可以理解的是,上述触发手势可以设计为按下智能手机上的实体开关、触控开关或仅仅是某些特定手势,触发手势可以是按下智能手机上已有或新设的实体开关、实体按钮、实体按键、实体转动键等多种形式,也可以是智能手机上应用程序内的触控开关、触控按键等多种形式,也可以是智能手机屏幕上长按上下滑、长按左右滑等手势,不对其具体形式进行限定。
为了便于用户的快捷拨号,同时兼顾智能手机误操作的安全性,该触发手势的设计不宜过于复杂,也不宜过于简单。例如,设定所述紧急号码的触发手势为连续两次同时按下所述智能终端的电源键及音量“+”键,用户在触发紧急拨号功能后,只需一个简单的动作即可实现拨打,大大缩短了手动操作的时间,满足用户的快速拨打的要求,尤其能够满足紧急情况下的快速拨打需求,同时,在很大程度上防止用户对智能手机误操作而拨出紧急电话导致无效警情的情况。
-S300:检测所述智能终端是否接收所述触发手势;
当设定的触发手势为指定按键时,调用智能终端的压力传感器,检测智能手机的指定按键是否被按下;
当设定的触发手势为指纹、PIN码等时,检测智能手机接收的指纹、PIN码等是否一致;
当设定的触发手势为指定操作手势时,调用智能终端的运动传感器,检测智能手机的运动状态是否符合指定操作手势。
-S400:当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码。
参考图2,在一优选实施例中,S400:当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码的步骤包括:
于所述智能终端内,设定所述紧急号码的拨号密码;
当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,获取用户输入的一当前拨号密码;
比较所述当前拨号密码与所述拨号密码;
当所述当前拨号密码与所述拨号密码一致时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码。
出于应对紧急情况的考虑,现有的智能手机通常设置有紧急拨号功能。智能手机的紧急拨号功能在智能手机屏幕未解锁、话费欠费、没有插入SIM卡及G网和C网的SIM卡插错了等其他特殊状态下,也可以拨打紧急电话,如110、120、119等救援电话。但日常生活中,智能手机用户遇到需要拨打紧急电话的情况少之又少,大部分用户从来没有真正使用过紧急拨号功能,而救援电话的性质也决定了用户不宜也不方便在日常情况下拨打试用,用户触发智能手机的紧急拨号功能更多的是由于误操作等原因,如家中幼童在父母不在身边看护的情况下,触摸智能手机而误触发紧急拨号功能拨出紧急电话;或智能手机被放在衣服口袋或包袋中,与衣物或口袋、包袋中的其他物品接触而触发紧急拨号功能拨出紧急电话。
因此,本发明的技术方案中,为了提高紧急拨号的安全性,防止用户误操作带来的无效警情,当检测到智能手机接收触发手势时,提示用户输入拨号密码,用户只有输入正确的拨号密码,才能进行紧急拨号,在很大程度上防止用户对智能手机误操作而拨出紧急电话导致无效警情的情况。
参考图3,在一优选实施例中,所述拨号方法还包括:
于所述智能终端内,设定一紧急语音;
检测所述智能终端是否与所述紧急号码建立通话;
当所述智能终端与所述紧急号码建立通话时,向所述紧急号码播放所述紧急语音,关闭所述智能终端的听筒,保持所述智能终端的麦克风开启。
进一步地,为了避免用户在紧急拨号时拨号及通话界面无法隐藏,或在拨号求救时和求救电话接通时,通话声音无法静音,在拨号求救时被对方发现,引发报复,甚至带来灾难,本发明进一步提供了以下方法:
用户可以在紧急拨号功能中设置多个紧急电话,并按照优先顺序排列,如110-120-119等。当用户触发紧急拨号功能时,智能手机处于熄屏状态下,拨打第一个紧急电话,同时关闭听筒,保持麦克风开启状态,调用预定音量作为拨号和通话音量,预定音量可以由用户设定或由系统预设定。之后,系统判断当前拨打的第一个紧急电话是否接通,如果没有接通,系统自动查询并按照优先级拨打下一个紧急电话;如果接通,系统继续判 断在某一设定的时间内用户是否有应答,比如可以设定为2秒,如果用户没有应答,则系统启动并播放语音留言,当然也可以不设定时间直接播放语音留言。播放语音留言的同时,接听方可以听到报案人处的其它声音,进而了解案情。
或者,当用户拨打第一个紧急电话时,系统自动调用一隐蔽界面作为拨号和通话的界面,调用预定音量作为拨号和通话音量。这里的隐蔽界面与一般的拨号和通话界面不同,应当隐蔽拨号和通话情况,如将主菜单第一页或者锁屏界面设置为隐蔽界面,可以由用户设定或由系统预设定,同样,预定音量也可以由用户设定或由系统预设定。之后,系统判断当前拨打的第一个紧急电话是否接通,如果没有接通,系统自动查询并按照优先级拨打下一个紧急电话;如果接通,系统继续判断在某一设定的时间内用户是否有应答,比如可以设定为2秒,如果用户没有应答,则系统启动并播放语音留言,当然也可以不设定时间直接播放语音留言。播放语音留言的同时,接听方可以听到报案人处的其它声音,进而了解案情。
语音留言可以由用户事先自行录制内容,内容可以包含但不限于用户的基本信息、紧急联系人信息、重大病史等,比如将语音留言内容录制为:“紧急情况,无法应答,请告知张三,电话为123xxxxxx”。由于考虑到除了播放语音留言外,还需要接听人了解当事人所处地方的其它信息,这时用户可以使语音留言的声音设定的较低或者为正常音量,这样接听语音留言的同时可以了解到其它信息。另外,语音留言可以重复播放几次。当然,对应不同的紧急号码,由于接听人不同,可以设置不同的语音留言的内容。
同时,可以将紧急拨号功能与定位功能同时开启,在紧急电话拨出后,实时定位并记录用户的位置,在电话接通时,首先自动播报用户的当前定位。
在紧急通话完成或紧急拨号失败后,智能手机自动进入节电模式,定位功能在后台继续运行并实施记录用户的位置变化,为用户节省电量,便于用户在合适的时机再次启动紧急拨号功能,并在下次紧急电话接通后自动播报当前定位。
这样,一方面,在触发紧急拨号功能后,无需用户一步一步手动操作,只需一个简单的动作即可实现拨打,大大缩短了手动操作的时间,满足用户的快速拨打的要求,尤其能够满足紧急情况下的快速拨打需求;另一方面,在用户拨打紧急电话时,需要满足一定的预设条件,在很大程度上防止了用户对智能手机误操作而拨出紧急电话导致无效警情的情况;进一步地,用户在熄屏状态下拨出紧急电话,或者,在拨出紧急电话后立即调用锁屏页面作为通话页面,通话音量调整为静音,并自动播报语音留言,在遇到危险的时候,可在歹徒无法察觉的情况下报警或者向亲友求救。
参考图4,本发明还公开了一种智能终端的拨号系统100,所述拨号系统100包括: 号码设定模块11、触发设定模块12、触发检测模块13、号码拨出模块14;
所述号码设定模块11,于所述智能终端内设定一紧急号码;
所述触发设定模块12,与所述号码设定模块11通信连接,设定所述紧急号码的触发手势;
所述触发检测模块13,与所述触发设定模块12通信连接,检测所述智能终端是否接收所述触发手势;
所述号码拨出模块14,与所述触发检测模块13通信连接,当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码。
在一优选实施例中,所述号码设定模块11,获取用户输入的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码;和/或
调用所述智能终端的通讯录,获取用户选取的所述通讯录内的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码。
在一优选实施例中,所述触发设定模块12,设定所述紧急号码的触发手势为连续两次同时按下所述智能终端的电源键及音量“+”键。
参考图5,在一优选实施例中,所述号码拨出模块14包括:密码设定单元、密码获取单元、密码判断单元、号码拨出单元;

基于上述设置,在触发紧急拨号功能后,无需用户一步一步手动操作,只需一个简 单的动作即可实现拨打,大大缩短了手动操作的时间,满足用户的快速拨打的要求,尤其能够满足紧急情况下的快速拨打需求;在紧急拨号及通话建立的过程中,关闭听筒、隐藏拨号界面,极大地提高了紧急拨号安全性;通过设置拨号密码等方式,在很大程度上防止用户对智能手机误操作而拨出紧急电话导致无效警情的情况。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

  1. 一种智能终端的拨号方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    于所述智能终端内设定一紧急号码;
    设定所述紧急号码的触发手势;
    检测所述智能终端是否接收所述触发手势;
    当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拨号方法,其特征在于,
    于所述智能终端内设定一紧急号码的步骤包括:
    获取用户输入的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码;和/或
    调用所述智能终端的通讯录,获取用户选取的所述通讯录内的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的拨号方法,其特征在于,
    设定所述紧急号码的触发手势为连续两次同时按下所述智能终端的电源键及音量“+”键。

    当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码的步骤包括:
    于所述智能终端内,设定所述紧急号码的拨号密码;
    当所述智能终端接收所述触发手势时,获取用户输入的一当前拨号密码;
    比较所述当前拨号密码与所述拨号密码;
    当所述当前拨号密码与所述拨号密码一致时,所述智能终端在熄屏的状态下拨出所述紧急号码。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的拨号方法,其特征在于,
    所述拨号方法还包括:
    于所述智能终端内,设定一紧急语音;
    检测所述智能终端是否与所述紧急号码建立通话;

    所述号码设定模块,获取用户输入的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码;和/或
    调用所述智能终端的通讯录,获取用户选取的所述通讯录内的一电话号码作为所述紧急号码。
