Description
本发明涉及智能设备领域,尤其涉及一种基于地理位置信息的应用的推送方法及推送装置。
随着智能设备的不断智能化和移动互联网技术的不断普及,出现了大量的应用,用户每天大部分时间都被智能设备中的各种应用所占用。目前,实际生活中,用户会经常使用应用来获取与生活相关的信息,如利用应用来查找餐馆、景点或者娱乐场所等。
现有技术中,在大型城市中用户的居住地点比较分散,若干用户需要选择聚会地点时,往往使用应用来获取应用推荐的聚会类别下的兴趣点。然而,仅根据类别来为若干用户推荐用于聚会的兴趣点,所推荐的兴趣点往往不能满足用户对兴趣点的地理位置需求,从而导致推荐的兴趣点的准确性比较低,兴趣点获取效率比较低。

移动互联网设备)和/或具有音乐/视频播放功能的移动电话,也可以是智能电视、机顶盒等设备。
应当理解,尽管在本公开可能采用术语第一、第二、第三等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本公开范围的情况下,第一信息也可以被称为第二信息,类似地,第二信息也可以被称为第一信息。取决于语境,如在此所使用的词语“如果”可以被解释成为“在......时”或“当......时”或“响应于确定”。

参阅图1-5,为符合本发明一优选实施例中的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤101:于一智能设备内存储至少一组预设区域目标与预设应用之间的对应关系;
预先获取至少一组所述预设区域目标以及所述预设应用;
具体地,上述预设区域目标包括但不限于,例如:超市区域目标,餐厅区域目标,商场区域目标,电影院区域目标,能够但不限于使用可以通过预先配置一个预设区域目标的集合来保存该预设区域目标,通过该预设区域目标能够获取预设区域目标的具体信息。使预设区域目标与预设应用相对应的,例如:超市区域目标对应超市购物应用,或者,电影院区域目标对应电影票购票应用。
于所述智能设备内将所述预设区域目标与所述预设应用之间建立关联;
具体地,智能设备的存储设备,是如硬盘、闪存等非易失性的存储装置。在存储模块中存储各种程序,包括与控制信息处理装置有关的程序。操作显示设备(显示器和控制器的实例)设置有用作触控面板的液晶显示器。信息处理装置的用户触摸该液晶显示器以执行各种操作。以有线或无线方式与另一装置进行通信的接口。
存储设备包括包含关系存储区域和对应关系存储区域。在包含关系存储区域中存储表明数据类型之间的包含关系的信息(以下称为“包含关系信息”),可以是表示预设区域目标和预设应用的数据类型。
在对应关系中保存有预设区域目标和预设应用之间的对应关系。在本发明的具体实例中,在对应关系中存储预设区域目标和预设应用之间的对应关系的表格。如下示出了
对应关系表格的内容的实例。在对应关系的表格中以彼此相关联的方式存储“预设区域目标”和“预设应用”的表项。在这些表项中,在“预设区域目标”的表项内存储表明每个预设区域目标的参数,而在“预设应用”的表项内存储表明作为预设应用的信息。具体地说,例如,“电影院区域目标”预设区域目标应该与“电影票购票应用”的预设应用相关联,“脸超市区域目标”预设区域目标应该与“超市购物应用”相关联,本发明的实施例包括但不限于上述对应关系。
步骤102:检测并确定智能设备处于的当前地理位置信息,获取与所述当前地理位置信息对应的至少一组当前区域目标;
通过所述智能设备的定位装置获取所述智能设备所处于的所述当前地理位置信息;
基于所述当前地理位置信息,获取以所述当前地理位置信息为中心的周围至少一组所述当前区域目标;
具体地,智能设备通过调用第三方应用,如GPS、地图软件等,提供的API,检测并确定用户的当前地理位置信息,根据地理位置信息,如经度和纬度信息,以该经纬度为坐标中心点,确定该坐标中心点周围的预定范围为第一位置区块,例如,确定坐标中心点周围100m×100m的地理范围为第一位置区块;当第一位置区块中对应的当前区域目标数量小于预定数量阈值时,可确定与第一位置区块相邻的至少一个其他位置区块,例如,将第一位置区块上方、下方、左方、右方相邻的位置区块中的一个或多个确定为其他位置区块;随后,查找确定位于第一位置区块及至少一个其他位置区块中的当前区域目标数量;当第一位置区块及至少一个其他位置区块中的当前区域目标数量大于预定数量阈值时,确定第一位置区块及至少一个其他位置区块为地理位置信息所在的位置区域范围;例如,将第一位置区块上方和下方相邻的两个位置区块作为其他位置区块,当位于第一位置区块上方和下方相邻位置区块中的当前区域目标数量大于预定数量阈值,则可确定第一位置区块及上方和下方相邻位置区块共同覆盖范围为地理位置信息所在的位置区域范围。
步骤103:对所述当前区域目标进行排序后确定一推送当前区域目标,基于所述推送当前区域目标于所述对应关系内匹配与所述当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用;
对所述当前区域目标以所述当前区域目标与所述当前地理位置信息之间的距离降序排序;
根据排序后的所述当前区域目标获取位于第一位的所述当前区域目标确定为所述推送当前区域目标,基于所述对应关系匹配至少一个与所述推送当前区域目标对应的所述
预设应用;
具体地,当用户手持智能设备在移动时,当前地理位置信息在不断变化,因此当前地理位置信息周围的当前区域目标也一直在变化,为了更好地确定当前区域目标。当当前地理位置信息附近有一个以上的当前区域目标时,根据当前区域目标与当前地理位置信息之间的距离降序排序后,选择第一位的当前区域目标的为推送当前区域目标。
基于上述预设区域目标和预设应用之间的对应关系,即,提取位于区域目标对应的至少一个预设应用,从对应关系查找到位于区域目标范围中的对应的至少一个预设应用的应用ID,随后根据应用ID在本地或第三方服务器中的应用存储库获取到预设应用的图标信息、描述信息及下载链接等信息。基于预定排序规则对多个预设应用进行排序处理,从排序后的多个应用中确定待推送预设应用。
步骤104:对所述预设应用进行排序后,按照排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用;
对所述预设应用以所述预设应用包含的特征信息进行降序排序;
具体地,预定排序规则,包括但不限于降序应用的新旧率,应用类型,应用安装率,应用下载率。
根据排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用;
具体地,将待推送预设应用发送至终端设备,终端设备接收网络设备反馈的待推送应用,其中,待推送预设应用为位于地理位置信息所在的当前区域目标对应的应用。例如,待推送预设应用为10个,智能设备将排序前5个的待推送预设应用以图标的形式在屏幕上的预定区域中进行显示。优选地,当待推送预设应用在屏幕上进行显示之后,用户再次触发查找周围应用的按键,则可将排序较后的多个待推送预设应用以图标的形式在屏幕上进行显示。
本优选实施例中,可确保距离用户最近区域内的其他用户对应的应用可被选取不被遗漏,又可获取较远范围内的其他用户对应的应用,即该方法确定的位置区域范围可保证获取一定数量规模的应用,以供后续筛选并推送。
现在将参考附图描述实现本发明各个实施例的智能设备。在后续的描述中,使用用于表示元件的诸如“模块”、“部件”或“单元”的后缀仅为了有利于本发明的说明,其本身并没有特定的意义。因此,“模块”与“部件”可以混合地使用。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有规定和限定,需要说明的是,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连
通,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。
参阅图6-10,为符合本发明装置,可以通过一推送装置10实现,在该装置内,包括:存储模块11、检测模块12、获取模块13、推送模块14;
存储模块11,用于于一智能设备内存储至少一组预设区域目标与预设应用之间的对应关系;
获取单元,用于预先获取至少一组所述预设区域目标以及所述预设应用;
具体地,上述预设区域目标包括但不限于,例如:超市区域目标,餐厅区域目标,商场区域目标,电影院区域目标,能够但不限于使用可以通过预先配置一个预设区域目标的集合来保存该预设区域目标,通过该预设区域目标能够获取预设区域目标的具体信息。使预设区域目标与预设应用相对应的,例如:超市区域目标对应超市购物应用,或者,电影院区域目标对应电影票购票应用。
关联单元,与所述获取单元通讯连接,用于于所述智能设备内将所述预设区域目标与所述预设应用之间建立关联;
具体地,智能设备的存储设备,是如硬盘、闪存等非易失性的存储装置。在存储模块中存储各种程序,包括与控制信息处理装置有关的程序。操作显示设备(显示器和控制器的实例)设置有用作触控面板的液晶显示器。信息处理装置的用户触摸该液晶显示器以执行各种操作。以有线或无线方式与另一装置进行通信的接口。
存储设备包括包含关系存储区域和对应关系存储区域。在包含关系存储区域中存储表明数据类型之间的包含关系的信息(以下称为“包含关系信息”),可以是表示预设区域目标和预设应用的数据类型。
在对应关系中保存有预设区域目标和预设应用之间的对应关系。在本发明的具体实例中,在对应关系中存储预设区域目标和预设应用之间的对应关系的表格。如下示出了对应关系表格的内容的实例。在对应关系的表格中以彼此相关联的方式存储“预设区域目标”和“预设应用”的表项。在这些表项中,在“预设区域目标”的表项内存储表明每个预设区域目标的参数,而在“预设应用”的表项内存储表明作为预设应用的信息。具体地说,例如,“电影院区域目标”预设区域目标应该与“电影票购票应用”的预设应用相关联,“脸超市区域目标”预设区域目标应该与“超市购物应用”相关联,本发明的实施例包括但不限于上述对应关系。
检测模块12,与所述存储模块通讯连接,用于检测并确定智能设备处于的当前地理
位置信息,获取与所述当前地理位置信息对应的至少一组当前区域目标;
位置单元,用于通过所述智能设备的定位装置获取所述智能设备所处于的所述当前地理位置信息;
目标单元,与所述位置单元通讯连接,用于基于所述当前地理位置信息,获取以所述当前地理位置信息为中心的周围至少一组所述当前区域目标;
具体地,智能设备通过调用第三方应用,如GPS、地图软件等,提供的API,检测并确定用户的当前地理位置信息,根据地理位置信息,如经度和纬度信息,以该经纬度为坐标中心点,确定该坐标中心点周围的预定范围为第一位置区块,例如,确定坐标中心点周围100m×100m的地理范围为第一位置区块;当第一位置区块中对应的当前区域目标数量小于预定数量阈值时,可确定与第一位置区块相邻的至少一个其他位置区块,例如,将第一位置区块上方、下方、左方、右方相邻的位置区块中的一个或多个确定为其他位置区块;随后,查找确定位于第一位置区块及至少一个其他位置区块中的当前区域目标数量;当第一位置区块及至少一个其他位置区块中的当前区域目标数量大于预定数量阈值时,确定第一位置区块及至少一个其他位置区块为地理位置信息所在的位置区域范围;例如,将第一位置区块上方和下方相邻的两个位置区块作为其他位置区块,当位于第一位置区块上方和下方相邻位置区块中的当前区域目标数量大于预定数量阈值,则可确定第一位置区块及上方和下方相邻位置区块共同覆盖范围为地理位置信息所在的位置区域范围。
获取模块13,与所述检测模块通讯连接,用于对所述当前区域目标进行排序后确定一推送当前区域目标,基于所述推送当前区域目标于所述对应关系内匹配与所述当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用;
排序单元,用于对所述当前区域目标以所述当前区域目标与所述当前地理位置信息之间的距离降序排序;
匹配单元,与所述排序单元通讯连接,用于根据排序后的所述当前区域目标获取位于第一位的所述当前区域目标确定为所述推送当前区域目标,基于所述对应关系匹配至少一个与所述推送当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用;
具体地,当用户手持智能设备在移动时,当前地理位置信息在不断变化,因此当前地理位置信息周围的当前区域目标也一直在变化,为了更好地确定当前区域目标。当当前地理位置信息附近有一个以上的当前区域目标时,根据当前区域目标与当前地理位置信息之间的距离降序排序后,选择第一位的当前区域目标的为推送当前区域目标。
基于上述预设区域目标和预设应用之间的对应关系,即,提取位于区域目标对应的至少一个预设应用,从对应关系查找到位于区域目标范围中的对应的至少一个预设应用的应用ID,随后根据应用ID在本地或第三方服务器中的应用存储库获取到预设应用的图标信息、描述信息及下载链接等信息。基于预定排序规则对多个预设应用进行排序处理,从排序后的多个应用中确定待推送预设应用。
推送模块14,与所述获取模块通讯连接,用于对所述预设应用进行排序后,按照排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用;
应用单元,用于对所述预设应用以所述预设应用包含的特征信息进行降序排序;
具体地,预定排序规则,包括但不限于降序应用的新旧率,应用类型,应用安装率,应用下载率。
推送单元,与所述应用单元通讯连接,用于根据排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用;
具体地,将待推送预设应用发送至终端设备,终端设备接收网络设备反馈的待推送应用,其中,待推送预设应用为位于地理位置信息所在的当前区域目标对应的应用。例如,待推送预设应用为10个,智能设备将排序前5个的待推送预设应用以图标的形式在屏幕上的预定区域中进行显示。优选地,当待推送预设应用在屏幕上进行显示之后,用户再次触发查找周围应用的按键,则可将排序较后的多个待推送预设应用以图标的形式在屏幕上进行显示。
本优选实施例中,可确保距离用户最近区域内的其他用户对应的应用可被选取不被遗漏,又可获取较远范围内的其他用户对应的应用,即该方法确定的位置区域范围可保证获取一定数量规模的应用,以供后续筛选并推送。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其内存储有计算机可执行指令,上述的计算机可读存储介质例如为非易失性存储器例如光盘、硬盘、或者闪存。上述的计算机可执行指令用于让计算机或者类似的运算装置完成上述的基于地理位置信息的应用的推送方法中的各种操作。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,本发明包括涉及用于执行本申请中所述操作中的一项或多项的设备。这些设备可以为所需的目的而专门设计和制造,或者也可以包括通用计算机中的已知设备。这些设备具有存储在其内的计算机程序,这些计算机程序选择性地激活或重构。这样的计算机程序可以被存储在设备(例如,计算机)可读介质中或者存储在适于存储电子指令并分别藕联到总线的任何类型的介质中,所述计算机可读介质包括

Claims (10)
- 一种基于地理位置信息的应用的推送方法,其特征在于,所述推送方法包括:于一智能设备内存储至少一组预设区域目标与预设应用之间的对应关系;检测并确定智能设备处于的当前地理位置信息,获取与所述当前地理位置信息对应的至少一组当前区域目标;对所述当前区域目标进行排序后确定一推送当前区域目标,基于所述推送当前区域目标于所述对应关系内匹配与所述当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用;对所述预设应用进行排序后,按照排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用。
- 如权利要求1所述的推送方法,其特征在于,于一智能设备内存储至少一组预设区域目标与预设应用之间的对应关系,包括:预先获取至少一组所述预设区域目标以及所述预设应用;于所述智能设备内将所述预设区域目标与所述预设应用之间建立关联。
- 如权利要求1所述的推送方法,其特征在于,检测并确定智能设备处于的当前地理位置信息,获取与所述当前地理位置信息对应的至少一组当前区域目标,包括:通过所述智能设备的定位装置获取所述智能设备所处于的所述当前地理位置信息;基于所述当前地理位置信息,获取以所述当前地理位置信息为中心的周围至少一组所述当前区域目标。
- 如权利要求1所述的推送方法,其特征在于,对所述当前区域目标进行排序后确定一推送当前区域目标,基于所述推送当前区域目标于所述对应关系内匹配与所述当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用,包括:对所述当前区域目标以所述当前区域目标与所述当前地理位置信息之间的距离降序排序;根据排序后的所述当前区域目标获取位于第一位的所述当前区域目标确定为所述推送当前区域目标,基于所述对应关系匹配至少一个与所述推送当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用。
- 如权利要求1所述的推送方法,其特征在于,对所述预设应用进行排序后,按照排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用,包括:对所述预设应用以所述预设应用包含的特征信息进行降序排序;根据排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用。
- 一种基于地理位置信息的应用的推送装置,其特征在于,所述推送装置包括:存储模块,检测模块,获取模块,推送模块,其中,存储模块,用于于一智能设备内存储至少一组预设区域目标与预设应用之间的对应关系;检测模块,与所述存储模块通讯连接,用于检测并确定智能设备处于的当前地理位置信息,获取与所述当前地理位置信息对应的至少一组当前区域目标;获取模块,与所述检测模块通讯连接,用于对所述当前区域目标进行排序后确定一推送当前区域目标,基于所述推送当前区域目标于所述对应关系内匹配与所述当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用;推送模块,与所述获取模块通讯连接,用于对所述预设应用进行排序后,按照排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用。
- 如权利要求6所述的推送装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块,包括:获取单元,用于预先获取至少一组所述预设区域目标以及所述预设应用;关联单元,与所述获取单元通讯连接,用于于所述智能设备内将所述预设区域目标与所述预设应用之间建立关联。
- 如权利要求6所述的推送装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块,包括:位置单元,用于通过所述智能设备的定位装置获取所述智能设备所处于的所述当前地理位置信息;目标单元,与所述位置单元通讯连接,用于基于所述当前地理位置信息,获取以所述当前地理位置信息为中心的周围至少一组所述当前区域目标。
- 如权利要求6所述的推送装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,包括:排序单元,用于对所述当前区域目标以所述当前区域目标与所述当前地理位置信息之间的距离降序排序;匹配单元,与所述排序单元通讯连接,用于根据排序后的所述当前区域目标获取位于第一位的所述当前区域目标确定为所述推送当前区域目标,基于所述对应关系匹配至少一个与所述推送当前区域目标对应的所述预设应用。
- 如权利要求6所述的推送装置,其特征在于,所述推送模块,包括:应用单元,用于对所述预设应用以所述预设应用包含的特征信息进行降序排序;推送单元,与所述应用单元通讯连接,用于根据排序后的所述预设应用向所述智能设备推送所述预设应用。
