具体地,柔性传感器的一端与收纳仓400相连接,另一端与图像采集模块100相连接,收容状态时,柔性传感器全部收容收纳仓400内,图像采集模块100和收纳仓400相互靠近,减小信息记录设备的体积,方便携带。扫描时,图像采集模块100逐渐远离收纳仓400,柔性传感器自收纳仓400内向外延展,延展过程中可全部或部分覆盖目标对象。
柔性传感器采用透明材料制成,操作中,目标对象位于展开的柔性传感器下,用户可透过柔性传感器观看到目标对象的内容,柔性传感器虽不具有显示功能,无法显示扫描图像,但用户仍可透过柔性传感器直接看到目标对象,进而可以在柔性传感器与目标对象的相对应的位置进行编辑。
此外,柔性传感器可以任意弯折,因此对某些非平面的目标对象也可有效 的进行扫描。
在这样的实施方式中,信息记录设备1000还包括书写工具600和工具收纳装置500,书写工具收纳装置500可与图像采集模块100或收纳仓400连接。书写工具600收容于收纳装置500内,使得信息记录设备1000外形规则,方便放置。书写时,自收纳装置500中将书写工具600取出即可。
请参阅图4,进一步地,在这样的实施方式中,书写工具600包括有导电尼龙笔头。导电尼龙笔头既可用作电容笔头又可滤过墨水。
可以理解地,由于不具有显示设备,用户直接在柔性传感器上书写虽能采集到编辑信息,但无法显示书写笔迹,将影响用户的二次编辑,例如对初始编辑的修改或添加。因此,在柔性传感器上可铺设玻璃纸或透明PET材料等。
较佳地,在这样的实施方式中,书写工具600还包括渐消墨水。使用渐消墨水在铺设的书写材料上可以保留笔迹,方便用户查看及时添加或修改。而编辑信息也将得以保存。渐消墨水在一段时间后将会逐渐消失,用户可反复书写。
本实施方式的书写工具,通过渐消墨水在柔性传感器上直接进行书写,导电尼龙笔头可使得书写力度柔和并且不会划伤柔性传感器,并且能在一段时间内保留用户的书写笔迹,用户操作感受更加真实,并且编辑信息得以保存。
进一步地,在本实施方式中,步骤S20包括步骤:
根据书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息。
在本实施方式中,根据书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息的步骤可以由信息采集模块200实现,或者说,信息采集模块200根据书写工具在柔性传感器上的书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息。
具体地,信息采集模块200首先识别书写工具600的位置,并可通过如接触时间、接触力度等参数判断真实书写意图。进而,检测书写工具600的运动轨迹,例如,根据起笔和落笔位置,得到笔头在柔性传感器上画出的轨迹段或轨迹点,从而确认书写工作在柔性传感器上的一次书写。
在某些实施方式中,信息采集模块200还包括柔性显示器,柔性显示器覆 盖于柔性传感器上,柔性传感器用于显示扫描图像。
具体地,柔性显示器与柔性传感器完全贴合,可共同卷曲的收容于收纳仓400内,在展开时,随柔性传感器共同展开,柔性显示器可直接对目标对象的扫描图像进行显示,方便用户观看扫描图像,用户也可之间在柔性显示器上书写以对扫描图像进行编辑。
在这样的实施方式中,柔性显示器还可显示书写笔迹,书写工具无需配置墨水,使用电容笔头即可。
进一步地,在本实施方式中,步骤S20包括步骤:
根据书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息。
在本实施方式中,根据书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息的步骤可以由信息采集模块200实现,或者说,信息采集模块200根据书写工具在柔性显示器上的书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息。
具体地,信息采集模块200首先识别书写工具600的位置,并可通过如接触时间、接触力度等参数判断真实书写意图。进而,检测书写工具600的运动轨迹,例如,根据起笔和落笔位置,得到笔头在柔性显示器上画出的轨迹段或轨迹点,从而确认书写工作在柔性显示器上的一次书写。

请参阅图6和图7,在某些实施方式中,信息记录设备1000包括输入模块700和计算模块800。步骤S11可以由输入模块700实现,或者说,输入模块700用于接收用户输入以确定扫描精度。步骤S12可以由计算模块800实现,或者说,计算模块800用于根据扫描精度计算扫描速率。收纳仓400包括驱动马达410,步骤S13可以由图像采集模块100实现。或者说,驱动马达410用于驱动信息采集模块200自收纳仓内外以计算得到的扫描速率延展带动图像 采集模块100扫描目标对象或自收纳仓400外收紧信息采集模块200。
具体地,图像采集模块100在信息采集模块200的展开带动下对目标对象进行扫描,通常由于对扫描精度的需求不同,展开速率也不相同,用户可在输入模块700输入对扫描精度的需求,输入模块700可以是控制面板,设置在书写工具收纳装置500上。输入模块700可包括按键或电容显示屏,用户通过点按按键或电容显示屏进行扫描精度的输入。计算模块800根据输入的扫描精度计算信息采集模块200展开的速率也即是图像采集模块100的扫描速率,驱动马达410根据扫描速率驱动信息采集模块200以该速率带动图像采集模块100展开对目标对象进行扫描,展开至极限位置完成扫描。
在一些示例中,驱动马达410可以是步进马达,步进马达具有较高的进度,驱动马达410可平稳的驱动图像采集模块100进行扫描,相较于手动移动图像采集模块100,速率稳定,扫描效果更佳。
在某些实施方式中,步骤S10还包括步骤:
扫描目标对象的预定区域以获取预定区域的扫描图像。
在某些实施方式中,收纳仓400还包括启停开关420,扫描目标对象的预定区域以获取预定区域的扫描图像的步骤可以由图像采集模块100实现,或者说,启停开关420用于控制驱动马达410驱动信息采集模块200自收纳仓400内向外以扫描速率带动图像采集模块100延展至预定位置以扫描目标对象的预定区域。
具体地,在某些场景中,扫描操作仅需要针对目标对象的部分区域或目标对象较小,图像采集模块100和信息采集模块200无需延展至极限位置。启停开关420可以控制驱动马达410的开启和停止,在延展至预定位置时,点按启停开关420即可完成对预定区域的扫描。如此,可灵活控制信息记录设备根据需求对预定区域进行扫描。当信息采集模块200处于收缩状态时,点按启停开关420可控制驱动马达410开启以驱动信息采集模块200带动图像采集模块100展开,在展开至极限位置前的任一位置,再次点按启停开关420,延展停 止,再次点按启停开关420,信息采集模块200和图像采集模块100开始收缩。
在某些实施方式中,步骤S30包括步骤:
合并扫描图像及编辑信息以得到整合信息。
在某些实施方式中,合并扫描图像及编辑信息以得到整合信息的步骤可以由处理模块300实现,或者说,处理模块300用于合并扫描图像及编辑信息以得到整合信息。
具体地,目标对象的扫描图像在扫描后进行缓存,对扫描图像的编辑信息以图片形式在书写完成后进行缓存,处理模块300对两图像进行合并,例如确定编辑信息的轨迹线或轨迹点在扫描图像的对应位置,合并后得到最终的整合信息。该整合信息既包含了扫描图像的信息,也包含了对扫描图像的编辑信息,用户在查看时,二者通过一张图像进行显示。
在某些实施方式中,信息记录方法还包括步骤:
存储整合信息至信息记录设备。
在某些实施方式中,信息记录设备1000还包括存储模块。存储整合信息至信息记录设备的步骤可以由存储模块实现,或者说,存储模块用于存储整合信息至信息记录设备1000。
具体地,存储模块可以是内置的存储器,也可以是外置的存储卡等存储设备在此不做限制,存储动作的触发可以由用户发出,用户可通过输入模块在编辑信息录入完成后发出存储指令,处理模块300在接收到存储指令后将扫描图像和编辑信息进行合并处理,并将得到的整合信息发送至存储模块,存储模块对整合信息进行存储。
在某些实施方式中,信息记录方法还包括步骤:
发送整合信息至与信息记录设备相关联的设备以进行保存。
在某些实施方式中,信息记录设备100还包括通讯模块900。发送整合信息至与信息记录设备相关联的设备以进行保存的步骤可以由通讯模块900实现,或者说,通信模块900用于与其他设备通讯以使其他设备与信息记录设备 1000相关联,通讯模块900还用于发送整合信息至其他设备以将整合信息进行保存。
具体地,出于对成本或方便查阅的考虑,在某些情况下,信息记录设备1000可能不具有内置的存储器,因此,因此需要将整合信息发送至外部进行保存。通讯模块900可以是蓝牙或wifi等模块,信息记录设备1000通过通讯模块900与其他电子设备,例如手机或平板电脑等移动终端相连接。存储动作可以由用户发出,与存储在信息记录设备1000本体相类似,此处不再赘述。此外,存储动作还可以由信息采集模块200和图像采集模块100的收缩动作发出,也即是说,当检测到信息采集模块200和图像采集模块100的开始收缩时,则将整合信息发送至与其连接的其他电子设备并由其他设备进行保存。
本发明实施方式的信息记录设备,包括一个或多个处理器、存储器和一个或多个程序,一个或多个程序被存储在存储器中,并且被配置成由一个或多个处理器执行。程序用于执行以下步骤:
扫描目标对象以获取扫描图像;
采集对扫描图像的编辑信息;和
整合扫描图像及编辑信息以得到整合信息。
在某些实施方式中,程序用于执行以下步骤:
根据用户输入确定扫描精度;
根据扫描精度确定扫描速率;和
以扫描速率扫描目标对象。
在某些实施方式中,程序用于执行以下步骤:
扫描目标对象的预定区域以获取预定区域的扫描图像。
在某些实施方式中,程序用于执行以下步骤:
根据书写笔迹采集对扫描图像的编辑信息。
在某些实施方式中,程序用于执行以下步骤:
合并扫描图像及编辑信息以得到整合信息。
在某些实施方式中,程序用于执行以下步骤:
存储所述整合信息至所述信息记录设备。
在某些实施方式中,程序用于执行以下步骤:
发送整合信息至与信息记录设备相关联的设备以进行保存。
需要说明的是,前述对信息记录方法和信息记录设备1000的解释说明也适用于本发明实施方式的信息记录设备,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施方式的计算机可读存储介质,具有存储于其中的指令,当信息记录设备的处理器执行指令时,信息记录设备执行本发明实施方式的信息记录方法,前述对信息记录方法、信息记录设备1000的解释说明也适用于本发明实施方式的计算机可读存储介质,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施方式的信息记录设备和计算机可读存储介质,在扫描目标对象的同时即可对扫描图像进行编辑,无需分时处理,提高文档处理的便捷性,改善用户体验。此外,对于某些无法直接进行标注的目标对象,例如贵重的书籍、图画等,可使得目标对象得以完好保存。
在本说明书的描述中,流程图中或在此以其他方式描述的任何过程或方法描述可以被理解为,表示包括一个或更多个用于实现特定逻辑功能或过程的步骤的可执行指令的代码的模块、片段或部分,并且本发明的优选实施方式的范围包括另外的实现,其中可以不按所示出或讨论的顺序,包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序,来执行功能,这应被本发明的实施例所属技术领域的技术人员所理解。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息记录方法,用于信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录方法包括以下步骤:
    扫描目标对象以获取扫描图像;
    采集对所述扫描图像的编辑信息;和
    整合所述扫描图像及所述编辑信息以得到整合信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息记录方法,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备包括柔性传感器和用于在所述柔性传感器上对所述扫描图像进行编辑的书写工具,所述书写工具包括导电尼龙笔头和渐消墨水。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息记录方法,其特征在于,所述扫描目标对象以获取扫描图像的步骤包括:
    接收用户输入以确定扫描精度;
    根据所述扫描精度确定扫描速率;和
    以所述扫描速率扫描所述目标对象。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的信息记录方法,其特征在于,所述扫描目标对象以获取扫描图像的步骤包括:
    扫描所述目标对象的预定区域以获取所述预定区域的扫描图像。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的信息记录方法,其特征在于,所述采集对所述扫描图像的编辑信息的步骤包括:
    根据书写笔迹采集对所述扫描图像的编辑信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的信息记录方法,其特征在于,所述信息记录方法 还包括步骤:
    存储所述整合信息至所述信息记录设备或发送所述整合信息至与所述信息记录设备相关联的设备以进行保存。
  7. 一种信息记录设备,其特征在于,包括:
    图像采集模块,用于扫描目标对象以获取扫描图像;
    信息采集模块,用于采集对所述扫描图像的编辑信息;和
    处理模块,用于整合所述扫描图像及所述编辑信息以得到整合信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备包括收纳仓,所述信息采集模块包括柔性传感器,所述柔性传感器可卷曲的收容于所述收纳仓内,并可自所述收纳仓内向外延展,所述柔性传感器为透明材料以呈现所述目标对象。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备还包括书写工具及书写工具收纳装置,所述书写工具收容于所述书写工具收纳装置中,所述书写工具用于在所述柔性传感器上与所述目标对象相对应的位置书写以对所述扫描图像进行编辑。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息采集模块用于根据所述书写工具在所述柔性传感器的书写笔迹采集对所述扫描图像的编辑信息。
  11. 如权利要求13所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述书写工具包括导电尼龙笔头和渐消墨水。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息采集模块还包括柔性显示器,所述柔性显示器覆盖于所述柔性传感器上,所述柔性显示器用于显示所述扫描图像。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备还包括书写工具及书写工具收纳装置,所述书写工具收容于所述书写工具收纳装置中,所述书写工具用于在所述柔性显示器上书写以对所述扫描图像进行编辑。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息采集模块用于根据所述书写工具在所述柔性显示器的书写笔迹采集对所述扫描图像的编辑信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述书写工具包括电容笔头。
  16. 如权利要求7所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备还包括:
    输入模块,用于接收用户输入以确定扫描精度;和
    计算模块,用于根据所述扫描精度计算所述扫描速率;
    所述收纳仓包括驱动电机,用于驱动所述信息采集模块自所述收纳仓内向外以所述扫描速率延展以带动所述图像采集模块扫描所述目标对象或自所述收纳仓外收紧所述信息采集模块。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述收纳仓还包括启停开关,用于控制驱动马达驱动所述信息采集模块自所述收纳仓内向外以 所述扫描速率带动所述图像采集模块延展至预定位置以扫描所述目标对象的预定区域。
  18. 如权利要求7所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备还包括:
    存储模块,用于存储所述整合信息至所述信息记录设备。
  19. 如权利要求7所述的信息记录设备,其特征在于,所述信息记录设备还包括:
    通讯模块,用于与其他设备通讯以使所述其他设备与所述信息记录设备相关联,所述通讯模块还用于发送所述整合信息至所述其他设备以将所述整合信息进行保存。
