Description

一种无线控制酒柜 技术领域
本发明涉及储酒领域,特别是用于存放酒支的酒柜或者饮料柜。
背景技术
传统的酒柜,内部有各种实现酒柜制冷、照明等功能的运行部件,并且由设置在酒柜上的操控面板进行控制,因此需要将各个运行部件通过电线与操控面板连接,一般来说,运行部件都会放置在酒柜的后方,而操控面板为了便于用户操作,一般会设置在酒柜前方,通过电线连接,使得接线困难,并且距离较长而需要采用较长的电线连接,排线非常复杂,若遇上操控面板可在酒柜内移动的情况,很容易会造成电线松脱、接触不良,电线损坏还会造成短路、断路等后果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种内部部件采用无线连接实现控制的酒柜。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种无线控制酒柜,包括内部具有带开口的容腔的酒柜本体,所述容腔内设置有操控面板以及实现酒柜功能的运行部件,所述操控面板上电性连接有第一无线模块,所述运行部件上电性连接有能够与第一无线模块配合的第二无线模块,操控面板通过第一无线模块、第二无线模块的配合与运行部件实现无线控制。
所述容腔内设置有至少一个用于放置酒支的层架以及至少一个与层架配合的活动机构,该层架与酒柜本体通过活动机构连接以使层架能够从容腔内伸出或者收纳在容腔中,所述运行部件设置在酒柜本体上,所述操控面板设置在层架上。
所述活动机构包括导轨部件,层架与酒柜本体通过导轨部件连接以使层架能够从容腔内平移伸出或者平移缩入容腔内。
所述导轨部件包括导槽以及与导槽配合的滑块,导槽/滑块设置酒柜本体内侧壁上,相应地,与导槽/滑块配合的滑块/导槽设置在层架上。
所述滑块有两条并且分别设置在酒柜本体内的两侧壁上,所述导槽有两条并且分别设置在层架的两侧。
所述第一无线模块为RF射频发射端并且RF射频发射端朝向容腔内,所述第二无线模块为RF射频接收端。
所述运行部件包括主控模块以及与主控模块电性连接的照明装置和/或制冷装置,主控模块与第二无线模块电性连接。
所述酒柜本体包括柜体以及与柜体活动连接的柜门,该柜门能够开启或封堵容腔上的开口。
所述柜门包括框体以及镶嵌在框体中部的真空玻璃板。
所述真空玻璃板由至少两块玻璃叠加而成,相邻的玻璃之间设置有真空层。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明酒柜,设置在酒柜本体内的操控面板和运行部件之间通过加装第一无线模块、第二无线模块实现无线控制,由此操控面板与运行部件之间无需使用电线连接,无需进行接线操作,使得内部结构更加简洁。
同时,酒柜本体内可通过活动机构连接有层架,层架可相对与酒柜本体活动,操控面板设置在层架上,跟随层架一同活动,相比以往的有线结构,现今活动过程中不会有电线拉扯,同时出现因电线短路或者断路而造成设备损坏或者无法控制的情况。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示,本发明酒柜,包括内部具有带开口的容腔1的酒柜本体2,容腔1内设置有操控面板3以及实现酒柜功能的运行部件4,操控面板3上电性连接有第一无线模块5,运行部件4上电性连接有能够与第一无线模块5配合的第二无线模块6,操控面板3通过第一无线模块5、第二无线模块6的配合与运行部件实现无线控制,其中,操作面板3可以包括MCU以及与MCU 电性连接的机械按键、触摸屏等,MCU与第二无线模块6电性连接,用户通过机械按键、触摸屏输入控制信号并且由第一无线模块5进行发送。
本设计设置在酒柜本体2内的操控面板3和运行部件4之间通过加装第一无线模块5、第二无线模块6实现无线控制,由此操控面板3与运行部件4之间无需使用电线连接,无需进行接线操作,使得内部结构更加简洁。
酒柜本体2的具体形状、类型可在常规中进行替换,酒柜本体2包括柜体21以及与柜体21活动连接的柜门22,该柜门22能够开启或封堵容腔1上的开口,除此之外,如图5所示,柜门22包括框体221以及镶嵌在框体221中部的真空玻璃板222,真空玻璃板222由至少两块玻璃2221叠加而成,相邻的玻璃2221之间设置有真空层2222,真空玻璃板222相对常规的中空玻璃板具有体积厚度更小,隔热、隔冷以及保温效果也更好的优点,降低了能耗并节约了能源,用户体验感好,同时使得柜体整体结构也变得更加简单,性能好,工艺简便,从而降低了厂家的生产成本,极大地增强了生产厂家的市场竞争力。
而在本设计的优选实施例中,如图3所示,本设计的容腔1内设置有至少一个用于放置酒支的层架7以及至少一个与层架7配合的活动机构8,该层架7与酒柜本体2通过活动机构8连接以使层架7能够从容腔1内伸出或者收纳在容腔1中,运行部件4设置在酒柜本体2上,所述操控面板3设置在层架7上,此处不限定层架7的数量,层架7可以是一个,也可以是两个、三个或者更多,相应地增加活动机构8的数量来配合层架。
酒柜本体2内可通过活动机构8连接有层架7,层架7可相对与酒柜本体2活动,操控面板3设置在层架7上,跟随层架7一同活动,相比以往的有线结构,现今活动过程中不会有电线拉扯,同时出现因电线短路或者断路而造成设备损坏或者无法控制的情况。
在活动机构8的设计上,活动机构8包括导轨部件,层架7与酒柜本体1通过导轨部件连接以使层架7能够从容腔1内平移伸出或者平移缩入容腔1内,活动机构8还可以是设置在酒柜本体2内的枢接轴,若干个层架7分别与枢接轴铰接以使得层架7能够转动伸出容腔1内或者收纳在容腔1内。
导轨部件包括导槽81以及与导槽81配合的滑块82,导槽81/滑块82设置酒柜本体2内侧壁上,相应地,与导槽81/滑块82配合的滑块82/导槽81设 置在层架7上,其中,本设计优选实施方式为滑块82有两条并且分别设置在酒柜本体2内的两侧壁上,导槽81有两条并且分别设置在层架7的两侧。
如图4所示,第一无线模块5为RF射频发射端并且RF射频发射端朝向容腔内,所述第二无线模块6为RF射频接收端,采用RF射频的无线连接方式,RF射频发射端朝向容腔,能够利于射频信号传输到RF信号接收端。
另外,第一无线模块5还可以是第一WIFI模块,第二无线模块6是与第一无线模块配合的第二WIFI模块。
运行部件4包括主控模块41以及与主控模块41电性连接的照明装置42和/或制冷装置43,主控模块41与第二无线模块6电性连接,酒柜本体2内设置有多种运行部件,此处不只限定与制冷装置43、照明装置42,也可以是其他装置,主控模块41包括MCU或者CPU及其附属控制电路,能够控制制冷装置43调节酒柜温度,以及调节照明装置42的亮度、色温等等。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种无线控制酒柜,包括内部具有带开口的容腔的酒柜本体,其特征在于:所述容腔内设置有操控面板以及实现酒柜功能的运行部件,所述操控面板上电性连接有第一无线模块,所述运行部件上电性连接有能够与第一无线模块配合的第二无线模块,操控面板通过第一无线模块、第二无线模块的配合与运行部件实现无线控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述容腔内设置有至少一个用于放置酒支的层架以及至少一个与层架配合的活动机构,该层架与酒柜本体通过活动机构连接以使层架能够从容腔内伸出或者收纳在容腔中,所述运行部件设置在酒柜本体上,所述操控面板设置在层架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述活动机构包括导轨部件,层架与酒柜本体通过导轨部件连接以使层架能够从容腔内平移伸出或者平移缩入容腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述导轨部件包括导槽以及与导槽配合的滑块,导槽/滑块设置酒柜本体内侧壁上,相应地,与导槽/滑块配合的滑块/导槽设置在层架上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述滑块有两条并且分别设置在酒柜本体内的两侧壁上,所述导槽有两条并且分别设置在层架的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述第一无线模块为RF射频发射端并且RF射频发射端朝向容腔内,所述第二无线模块为RF射频接收端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述运行部件包括主控模块以及与主控模块电性连接的照明装置和/或制冷装置,主控模块与第二无线模块电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无线控制酒柜,其特征在于:所述酒柜本体包括柜体以及与柜体活动连接的柜门,该柜门能够开启或封堵容腔上的开口。
