随着移动互联技术的发展和智能终端的普及,人们越来越习惯于采用网络来完成工作和生活中的各种事项。这些事项可以看做一个个基于网络进行的业务。在结合线下场景进行的业务中,广泛的采用扫描条码的方式来启动一个业务过程。而在线下场景中部署条码需要生成条码、打印及摆放条码物料,如何减少业务过程启动所需的物力和人力成本,成为业务实现中需要考虑的问题。
发明内容

具体实施方式
本说明书的实施例提出一种新的业务过程的启动方法,终端扫描条码并获取条码的第一功能信息,服务端收到终端上传的第一功能信息后,按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,将与第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息返回给终端,终端根据接收的业务入口 信息启动具有第一功能信息指定业务功能的业务过程,从而通过第一功能信息将条码复用于多个业务过程,无需为每个业务过程部署各自的条码,降低了线下场景应用条码的人力物力成本;另外,可以通过增加用于新业务功能的第一功能信息、第二功能信息和对应的业务入口信息,来快速启动实现新业务功能的新业务过程,而无需再部署新的条码。
本说明书的实施例中,即时消息的发送方终端与服务器、接收方终端与服务器通过网络相互可访问。其中,终端(发送方和/或接收方终端)可以是手机、平板电脑、PC(Personal Computer,个人电脑)、笔记本等设备;服务器可以是一个物理或逻辑服务器,也可以是由两个或两个以上分担不同职责的物理或逻辑服务器、相互协同来实现本说明书实施例中服务器的各项功能。本说明书实施例对终端、服务器的种类,以及发送方终端与服务器之间、接收方终端与服务器之间通信网络的类型、协议等均不做限定。

根据用户的操作,终端扫描条码提供方出示的条码,从条码的影像数据中提取出条码信息。终端采用条码信息发起到服务端的连接,向服务端发送业务请求消息。业务请求消息中包括第一功能信息,还可以包括现有技术中终端在扫描条码后发起到服务端的访问时携带的其他信息。服务端收到来自终端的业务请求消息,按照从业务请求消息中提取的第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找维护的对应关系,得到与该第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息。
其中,终端扫描条码、从条码的影像数据中提取条码信息、根据条码信息向服务端发起访问的具体实现方式可参照现有技术实现,不再赘述。
本说明书的实施例中,条码可以是一维条码,也可以是二维条码。
在一些应用场景中,如果用户操作有误、或者服务端在将终端上传的第一功能消息处理为第二功能消息时有偏差,可能发生服务端在维护的对应关系中找不到第二功能消息的情形。可以设置适用于这种情形下的缺省业务入口信息,当对应关系中不包括按照第一功能信息确定的第二功能信息时,服务端向终端返回缺省的业务入口信息。终端在收到缺省的业务入口信息后,采用缺省的业务入口信息启动缺省的业务过程,缺省的业务过程可能是、也可能不是由第一功能消息指定业务功能的业务过程。
对一些在条码提供方和使用终端的用户之间进行的业务,就同一个第一功能消息,不同的条码提供方可以启动不同的业务过程来实现不同的功能,从而实现对条码提供方的个性化服务。这种情形下,在服务端维护条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系;终端从条码信息中提取条码提供方标识,将第一功能信息与条码提供方标识封装在业务请求消息中发送给服务端;服务端按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息后,查找维护的对应关系,得到与条码提供方标识和第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息。一些应用场景中,可以由条码提供方在服务端设置自己的条码提供方标识、第二功能消息与业务入口信息的对应关系,以自行决定和管理自己的业务过程。
第一功能信息和第二功能信息的形式、终端获取第一功能信息的方式,可以根据实际应用场景的需要、具体业务的特点等因素确定,本说明书的实施例不做限定。以下举几个例子进行说明。

可见,本说明书的实施例中,终端在扫描条码并获取条码的第一功能信息后将第一功能信息上传给服务端,服务端按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,将对应于第二功能信息的业务入口信息返回给终端,终端采用业务入口信息启动具有指定业务功能的业务过程。本说明书的实施例实现了采用同一个条码来启动两个及两个以上的业务过程,无需为每个业务过程部署各自的条码,减少了部署条码所需的物力和人力成本。
上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。
在本说明书的第一个应用示例中,商家在服务端维护的第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系中,配置“成为会员”与下载和安装商家自己的App并进行用户注册的程序入口地址相对应,并将该业务入口信息配置为缺省的业务入口信息。商家提供如图3所示的二维码及“成为会员”文案供用户的终端扫描。
当商家进行临时促销活动时,在服务端维护的第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系中,配置“领取优惠券”与在第三方支付平台的App中领取该商家优惠券的程序入口地址相对应,并将图3中二维码的文案改为“领取优惠券”,修改后展示给用户的二维码如图4所示。在促销活动结束后,商家将二维码文案改回为图3所示。
用户的终端在扫描二维码的同时,摄入该二维码文案的图片。终端从二维码信息中得到服务端地址和商家标识,向服务端发送带有文案图片和商家标识的业务请求消息。服务端收到业务请求消息后,识别文案图片中的文案文本,在对应关系中查找文案文本对应的业务入口消息,如果找到,将对应的业务入口消息返回给终端,终端利用返回的业务入口消息启动相应程序的运行,当扫描图3所示的二维码时开始下载、安装商家的App并进行用户注册,当扫描图4所示的二维码时在终端上第三方支付平台的App中领取该商家的优惠券。如果服务端在对应关系中没有找到识别出的文案文本,则将缺省的业务入口信息返回给终端,终端运行下载、安装商家的App并进行用户注册的业务过程。
这样,商家无需为暂时的促销活动制作和摆放新的二维码物料,通过修改二维码的文案即可将原有的二维码用于启动新的业务过程。
在本说明书的第二个应用示例中,一个具有即时通信和支付功能的App中,在客户 端每个用户都有自己的二维码。该App的服务端在第二功能消息与业务入口信息的对应关系中,配置了“垂直”与该App的加好友页面地址相对应、“水平”与该App的支付页面地址相对应。
该App的用户A将自己二维码显示在平板电脑上,供用户B的手机扫描。用户B手机上的该App客户端在扫描二维码同时,提取手机陀螺仪的输出数据,判断手机在扫描二维码时的姿态是水平(手机屏幕平行于地面)还是垂直(手机屏幕垂直于地面)。用户B的App客户端将姿态信息(“水平”或“垂直”)和用户A的标识在业务请求消息中发送给服务端,服务端在对应关系中查找与用户B手机的姿态信息对应的页面地址,并将对应的页面地址和用户A的信息返回给用户B的客户端,由用户B的客户端启动相应的业务过程。
这样,以用户A的同一个二维码,通过扫描该二维码时的手机姿态,即可用来启动实现不同功能的业务过程,而无需为第二个业务过程编写生成、展示第二个二维码的代码并更新客户端软件。
与上述流程实现对应,本说明书的实施例还提供了一种应用在终端上的业务过程的启动装置,和一种应用在服务端的业务过程的启动装置。这两种装置均可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件或者软硬件结合的方式实现。以软件实现为例,作为逻辑意义上的装置,是通过终端或服务端所在设备的CPU(Central Process Unit,中央处理器)将对应的计算机程序指令读取到内存中运行形成的。从硬件层面而言,除了图5所示的CPU、内存以及存储器之外,业务过程的启动装置所在的终端通常还包括用于进行无线信号收发的芯片等其他硬件,应用于服务端的业务过程启动装置所在的设备通常还包括用于实现网络通信功能的板卡等其他硬件。
图6所示为本说明书实施例提供的一种业务过程的启动装置,应用在终端,包括第一功能信息获取单元、业务请求发送单元和业务入口信息接收单元,其中:第一功能信息获取单元用于扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第一功能信息;所述第一功能信息用于指定业务功能;业务请求发送单元用于根据条码信息向服务端发送包括第一功能信息的业务请求消息,供服务端按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,根据第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息;业务入口信息接收单元用于接收服务端返回的业务入口信息,采用所述业务入口信息启动业务过程,所述业务过程具有第一功能信息指定的业务功能。
可选的,所述条码信息中包括:条码提供方标识;所述业务请求消息中还包括:条 码提供方标识;所述服务端根据第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息,包括:服务端根据条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息。
可选的,所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:扫描条码获取条码信息和所述条码的文案图片,将所述文案图片作为第一功能信息;或,扫描条码获取条码信息和所述条码的文案图片,将识别所述文案图片得到的文案文本作为第一功能信息。
可选的,所述第一功能信息包括:终端的姿态信息;所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:扫描条码获取条码信息,采用终端的陀螺仪输出数据确定在扫描条码时终端的姿态信息。
可选的,所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入指纹并生成指纹数据,将所述指纹数据作为第一功能信息;或,扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入指纹,识别输入指纹得到对应的指纹标识,将所述指纹标识作为第一功能信息。
可选的,所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入语音并生成音频数据,将所述音频数据作为第一功能信息;或,扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入语音,识别输入语音得到语音文本,将所述语音文本作为第一功能信息。
图7所示为本说明书实施例提供的一种业务过程的启动装置,应用在服务端,所述服务端维护有第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系,所述装置包括业务请求消息接收单元、第二功能信息单元和业务入口信息发送单元,其中:业务请求消息接收单元用于接收终端发送的业务请求消息,所述业务请求消息中包括第一功能信息;所述的第一功能信息用于指定业务功能;第二功能信息单元用于按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息;业务入口信息发送单元用于向终端返回所述业务入口信息,供终端采用所述业务入口信息启动具有第一功能信息指定业务功能的业务过程。
可选的,所述第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系,包括:条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系;所述业务请求消息中还包括:条码提供方标识;所述第二功能信息单元具体用于:按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与条码提供方标识和第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种业务过程的启动方法,应用在终端,包括:
    扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第一功能信息;所述第一功能信息用于指定业务功能;
    根据条码信息向服务端发送包括第一功能信息的业务请求消息,供服务端按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,根据第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息;
    接收服务端返回的业务入口信息,采用所述业务入口信息启动业务过程,所述业务过程具有第一功能信息指定的业务功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述条码信息中包括:条码提供方标识;所述业务请求消息中还包括:条码提供方标识;
    所述服务端根据第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息,包括:服务端根据条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第一功能信息,包括:
    扫描条码获取条码信息和所述条码的文案图片,将所述文案图片作为第一功能信息;或,
    扫描条码获取条码信息和所述条码的文案图片,将识别所述文案图片得到的文案文本作为第一功能信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述第一功能信息包括:终端的姿态信息;
    所述扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第一功能信息,包括:扫描条码获取条码信息,采用终端的陀螺仪输出数据确定在扫描条码时终端的姿态信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第一功能信息,包括:
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入指纹并生成指纹数据,将所述指纹数据作为第一功能信息;或,
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入指纹,识别输入指纹得到对应的指纹标识,将所述指纹标识作为第一功能信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第 一功能信息,包括:
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入语音并生成音频数据,将所述音频数据作为第一功能信息;或,
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入语音,识别输入语音得到语音文本,将所述语音文本作为第一功能信息。
  7. 一种业务过程的启动方法,应用在服务端,所述服务端维护有第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的业务请求消息,所述业务请求消息中包括第一功能信息;所述第一功能信息用于指定业务功能;
    按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息;
    向终端返回所述业务入口信息,供终端采用所述业务入口信息启动具有第一功能信息指定业务功能的业务过程。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系,包括:条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系;
    所述业务请求消息中还包括:条码提供方标识;
    所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息,包括:按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与条码提供方标识和第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述第一功能信息包括:文案图片;所述第二功能信息包括:文案文本;所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:识别所述文案图片得到文案文本;或,
    所述第一功能信息及第二功能信息包括:文案文本;所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:将从终端接收的文案文本作为第二功能信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述第一功能信息及第二功能信息包括:终端的姿态信息;所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:将从终端接收的姿态信息作为第二功能信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述第一功能信息包括:指纹数据;所述第二功能信息包括:指纹标识;所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:识别所述指纹数据,得到对应的指纹标识;或,
    所述第一功能信息及第二功能信息包括:指纹标识;所述按照第一功能信息确定第 二功能信息,包括:将从终端接收的指纹标识作为第二功能信息。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述第一功能信息包括:音频数据;所述第二功能信息包括:功能关键词;所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:识别所述音频数据,根据识别结果确定所述音频数据表达的功能关键词;或,
    所述第一功能信息包括:语音文本,所述第二功能信息包括:功能关键词;所述按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:确定所述语音文本表达的功能关键词。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:当所述对应关系中不包括按照第一功能信息确定的第二功能信息时,向终端返回缺省的业务入口信息。
  14. 一种业务过程的启动装置,应用在终端,包括:
    第一功能信息获取单元,用于扫描条码获取条码信息,获取所述条码的第一功能信息;所述第一功能信息用于指定业务功能;
    业务请求发送单元,用于根据条码信息向服务端发送包括第一功能信息的业务请求消息,供服务端按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,根据第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息;
    业务入口信息接收单元,用于接收服务端返回的业务入口信息,采用所述业务入口信息启动业务过程,所述业务过程具有第一功能信息指定的业务功能。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述条码信息中包括:条码提供方标识;所述业务请求消息中还包括:条码提供方标识;
    所述服务端根据第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息,包括:服务端根据条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系确定业务入口信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:
    扫描条码获取条码信息和所述条码的文案图片,将所述文案图片作为第一功能信息;或,
    扫描条码获取条码信息和所述条码的文案图片,将识别所述文案图片得到的文案文本作为第一功能信息。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述第一功能信息包括:终端的姿态信息;
    所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:扫描条码获取条码信息,采用终端的陀螺仪输出数据确定在扫描条码时终端的姿态信息。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入指纹并生成指纹数据,将所述指纹数据作 为第一功能信息;或,
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入指纹,识别输入指纹得到对应的指纹标识,将所述指纹标识作为第一功能信息。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述第一功能信息获取单元具体用于:
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入语音并生成音频数据,将所述音频数据作为第一功能信息;或,
    扫描条码获取条码信息,接收用户的输入语音,识别输入语音得到语音文本,将所述语音文本作为第一功能信息。
  20. 一种业务过程的启动装置,应用在服务端,所述服务端维护有第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系,所述装置包括:
    业务请求消息接收单元,用于接收终端发送的业务请求消息,所述业务请求消息中包括第一功能信息;所述第一功能信息用于指定业务功能;
    第二功能信息单元,用于按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息;
    业务入口信息发送单元,用于向终端返回所述业务入口信息,供终端采用所述业务入口信息启动具有第一功能信息指定业务功能的业务过程。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述第二功能信息和业务入口信息的对应关系,包括:条码提供方标识、第二功能信息与业务入口信息的对应关系;
    所述业务请求消息中还包括:条码提供方标识;
    所述第二功能信息单元具体用于:按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,查找所述对应关系得到与条码提供方标识和第二功能信息对应的业务入口信息。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述第一功能信息包括:文案图片;所述第二功能信息包括:文案文本;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:识别所述文案图片得到文案文本;或,
    所述第一功能信息及第二功能信息包括:文案文本;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:将从终端接收的文案文本作为第二功能信息。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述第一功能信息及第二功能信息包括:终端的姿态信息;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:将从终端接收的姿态信息作为第二功能信息。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述第一功能信息包括:指纹数据;所述第二功能信息包括:指纹标识;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息, 包括:识别所述指纹数据,得到对应的指纹标识;或,
    所述第一功能信息及第二功能信息包括:指纹标识;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:将从终端接收的指纹标识作为第二功能信息。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述第一功能信息包括:音频数据;所述第二功能信息包括:功能关键词;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:识别所述音频数据,根据识别结果确定所述音频数据表达的功能关键词;或,
    所述第一功能信息包括:语音文本,所述第二功能信息包括:功能关键词;所述第二功能信息单元按照第一功能信息确定第二功能信息,包括:确定所述语音文本表达的功能关键词。
  26. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述装置还包括:缺省业务入口信息单元,用于当所述对应关系中不包括按照第一功能信息确定的第二功能信息时,向终端返回缺省的业务入口信息。
  27. 一种终端,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求1到6任意一项所述的步骤。
  28. 一种计算机设备,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求7到13任意一项所述的步骤。
  29. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,执行如权利要求1到6任意一项所述的步骤。
  30. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,执行如权利要求7到13任意一项所述的步骤。
