Description

一种轮毂通风口镶件及轮毂 技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零部件,尤其是一种用于装饰汽车轮毂的轮毂通风口镶件。
背景技术
某些低端车型的轮毂一般为黑色的铸铁件,该种轮毂缺少美感,为了使轮毂更好看,一般在轮毂上安装轮毂装饰盖,该轮毂装饰盖为圆形,其完全覆盖在轮毂的外侧面,进而能够遮挡轮毂。该轮毂装饰盖可以根据造型开设不同的进风口。如中国专利公开号为106864165的一种轮毂装饰罩总成,包括装饰罩壳、钢圈,在所述装饰罩壳内侧中间设有中心装饰凹槽,在所述中心装饰凹槽内部沿圆周方向设有钢圈固定座,所述钢圈固定座包括由三个侧壁围成的竖直部,所述钢圈固定座顶部设有弯钩部,所述竖直部和所述弯钩部的连接处形成沟槽,所述钢圈固定在所述沟槽内。然而,该种全覆盖的轮毂装饰盖对高端车型的铝合金轮毂并不适用,大面积的遮挡铝合金的轮毂不但不增加美感,而且会影响铝合金轮毂本身所富有美感的设计。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种轮毂通风口镶件及轮毂,能不针对不同的轮毂进行装饰,减少行车风阻,适用范围广。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种轮毂通风口镶件,所述镶件的形状与通风口形状相似,所述镶件的背面设有若干卡紧在轮毂辐条上的卡脚。本实用新型的镶件面积小,其安装在轮毂上后,仅仅覆盖轮毂的通风口,可以通过镶件的造型增加轮毂的美感;另外,镶件覆盖后,辐条依然裸露,可以保持辐条本身设计的美感,也可以通过设计镶件使其与辐条配合形成更好的结构;汽车跑动时,改善轮毂旋转产生的气流状态,改善减少风阻,节能减排。
作为改进,所述镶件的背面设有形状与镶件形状相似的弹簧圈,所述弹簧圈与卡脚的内侧面相抵。弹簧圈可以增加卡脚的抗弯强度,并且可以防止卡脚变形意外脱离轮毂的情况出现;卡脚可以约束弹簧圈向外的变形。
作为改进,所述卡脚包括连接部和扣部,所述扣部设置在连接部的外侧顶部位置;所述扣部朝外的一侧面为斜面形成第一导向面,扣部的底面位平面形成止挡面。安装镶件时,将镶件压紧在轮毂上,卡脚顶部的第一导向面的作用下可以顺利使卡脚卡在辐条的背面。
作为改进,所述止挡面与连接部之间设有斜面过渡形成扣紧面。止挡面为平面,可以防止卡脚脱离辐条,扣紧面为斜面,辐条的边缘卡在扣紧面上,通过斜面的作用,使卡脚卡得更紧。
作为改进,所述卡脚的内侧面设有第一支撑部和导向部,第一支撑部与导向部之间形成限位槽;所述导向部朝内的一面为斜面形成第二导向面。通过第二导向面可以使弹簧圈顺利卡入限位槽,限位槽可以限定弹簧圈的位置,使其不会偏离既定位置。
作为改进,所述镶件的背面设有若干支撑脚,所述支撑脚包括用于支撑弹簧圈的第二支撑部和设置第二支撑部顶部一侧的阻挡部,所述阻挡部的外侧面与弹簧圈相抵。支撑脚一方面可以支撑弹簧圈,使其在各个位置保持相同的高度;另外,支撑脚的阻挡部可以约束弹簧圈向内的 变形。
作为改进,所述镶件的背面设有若干限位柱,所述限位柱设置在弹簧圈的外围,所述限位柱的侧面设有用于支撑弹簧圈的第三支撑部。限位柱插入轮毂的通风口内,可以限制整个镶件的窜动;限位柱的第三支撑部用于支撑弹簧圈,增加卡脚的装配弹性,增加装配后的扣合力。
作为改进,所述镶件的背面设有用于连接卡脚根部的加强筋板。
作为改进,所述镶件上设有若干进风口。可以通过设计使进风口在旋转时降低风阻。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型另一技术方案是:一种轮毂,包括轮辋、轮轴毂和用于连接轮辋与轮轴毂的辐条,相邻辐条之间形成轮毂的通风口,所述轮毂的通风口处设有镶件,所述镶件的形状与通风口形状相似,所述镶件的背面设有若干卡紧在轮毂辐条上的卡脚。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:
本实用新型的镶件面积小,其安装在轮毂上后,仅仅覆盖轮毂的通风口,可以通过镶件的造型增加轮毂的美感;另外,镶件覆盖后,辐条依然裸露,可以保持辐条本身设计的美感,也可以通过设计镶件使其与辐条配合形成更好的结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图3所示,一种汽车轮毂1,包括轮辋11、轮轴毂13和用于连接轮辋11与轮轴毂13的辐条12,相邻辐条12之间形成轮毂的通风口14。
如图1、2所示,所述轮毂1的通风口处设有镶件2,所述镶件2为塑料将,其重量轻,而且可以注塑成型出不同的造型;所述镶件2的形状与通风口14形状相似,使其不会阻挡辐条12。所述镶件的背面沿边缘设有若干卡紧在轮毂辐条12上的卡脚21,所述卡脚21与镶件为一体注塑成型。为增强卡脚21根部的结构强度,所述镶件的背面设有用于连接卡脚21根部的加强筋板25,加强筋板25基本沿镶件2的边缘设置。如图4所示,所述镶件2的背面设有形状与镶件2形状相似的金属弹簧圈3,所述弹簧圈3与卡脚21的内侧面相抵;弹簧圈3可以增加卡脚21的抗弯强度,并且可以防止卡脚21变形意外脱离轮毂1的情况出现;卡脚21可以约束弹簧圈3向外的变形。本实施例的弹簧圈3为封闭形状,也可以采用不封闭的弹簧圈3。
如图5所示,卡脚21包括连接部213和扣部211,所述扣部211设置在连接部213的外侧顶部位置,扣部211通过连接部213与镶件2连接。所述扣部211朝外的一侧面为斜面形成第一导向面212,扣部211的底面位平面形成止挡面214;安装镶件2时,将镶件2压紧在轮毂1上,卡脚21顶部的第一导向面212的作用下可以顺利使卡脚21卡在辐条12的背面,止挡面214为平面,可以防止卡脚21脱离辐条12。所述止挡面214与连接部213之间设有斜面过渡形成扣紧面215;扣紧面215为斜面,辐条12的边缘卡在扣紧面215上,通过斜面的作用,使卡脚21卡得更紧。所述卡脚21的内侧面设有第一支撑部219和导向部217,第一支撑 部219与导向部217之间形成限位槽216,所述导向部217朝内的一面为斜面形成第二导向面218;通过第二导向面218可以使弹簧圈3顺利卡入限位槽216,限位槽216可以限定弹簧圈3的位置,使其不会偏离既定位置。
如图5、6所示,所述镶件2的背面设有若干支撑脚23,支撑脚23与镶件2一体注塑成型,支撑脚23设于卡脚21之间。所述支撑脚23包括用于支撑弹簧圈3的第二支撑部231和设置第二支撑部231顶部一侧的阻挡部232,所述阻挡部232的外侧面与弹簧圈3相抵。支撑脚23一方面可以支撑弹簧圈3,使其在各个位置保持相同的高度;另外,支撑脚23的阻挡部232可以约束弹簧圈3向内的变形。
如图5、7所示,所述镶件2的背面设有若干限位柱24,限位柱24呈U形,限位柱24与镶件2一体注塑成型。所述限位柱24设置在弹簧圈3的外围,所述限位柱24的侧面设有用于支撑弹簧圈3的第三支撑部241。限位柱24插入轮毂的通风口14内,可以限制整个镶件2的窜动;限位柱24的第三支撑部241用于支撑弹簧圈3。
如图4所示,所述镶件2上设有若干进风口22,进风口22的朝向与轮毂的旋转方向相同,进风口22处的镶件成弧形,进风口22的前面与后面有一定的高度差,该进风口22的设计可以降低风阻。

  1. 一种轮毂通风口镶件,其特征在于:所述镶件的形状与通风口形状相似,所述镶件的背面设有若干卡紧在轮毂辐条上的卡脚。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轮毂通风口镶件,其特征在于:所述镶件的背面设有形状与镶件形状相似的弹簧圈,所述弹簧圈与卡脚的内侧面相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轮毂通风口镶件,其特征在于:所述卡脚包括连接部和扣部,所述扣部设置在连接部的外侧顶部位置;所述扣部朝外的一侧面为斜面形成第一导向面,扣部的底面位平面形成止挡面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种轮毂通风口镶件,其特征在于:所述止挡面与连接部之间设有斜面过渡形成扣紧面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轮毂通风口镶件,其特征在于:所述卡脚的内侧面设有第一支撑部和导向部,第一支撑部与导向部之间形成限位槽;所述导向部朝内的一面为斜面形成第二导向面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轮毂通风口镶件,其特征在于:所述镶件的背面设有若干支撑脚,所述支撑脚包括用于支撑弹簧圈的第二支撑部和设置第二支撑部顶部一侧的阻挡部,所述阻挡部的外侧面与弹簧圈相抵。
