本发明涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子签收免签的方法和装置。
目前,网上购物已经成为大部分人生活的一部分,商品订单的配送签收作为现代物流的重要一环,直接影响了配送效率和收货人的收货体验。传统的纸质签收给电商平台和快递配送带来很多成本和麻烦,因此富含高科技、环保节约纸张和成本的电子签收被广泛推广。
现有技术采用的是生成电子签收单的方法。配送员进行妥投的时候,手持终端设备生成电子签收单,收货人在配送员的手持设备上亲自手写签名进行电子签收。
在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:第一:每个订单的签收时间为1到2分钟,如果每单都进行电子签收,会花费大量签收时间,降低了配送效率;第二:收货人收货时操作复杂,降低了用户体验;第三:未对收货人身份进行详细认证,经常出现冒签、代签的情况;第四:现有技术生成的电子签收单上收货人的信息没有加密,容易造成信息泄露。

有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种电子签收免签的方法和装置,减少了配送时间,提高了配送效率。

步骤S102:根据免签收验证码查询与电子签收图片对应的签收信息。在执行步骤S101获取到免签收验证码之后,根据免签收验证码查询与电子签收图片对应的签收信息。其中,签收信息可以包括:签名图片、指纹、人脸图像。本发明中,签收信息可以是从收货人的历史订单中提取的,也可以是收货人自己上传的通过身份验证的签名图片、指纹等等,当然,本发明签收信息的来源不限于是上述两种方式,也可以是其他来源。
步骤S103:根据签收信息实现免签收。根据步骤S102查询到的签收信息实现免签收。
本发明实施例中,在根据免签收验证码查询与电子签收图片对应的签收信息之前,电子签收免签的方法还可以包括:确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。当电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则的时候,查询与电子签收图片对应的签收信息。当电子签收图片不符合预设的免签收规则的时候,可以采用手写签名、输入指纹、人脸扫描等方式进行签收。在免签收之前,对电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则进行验证,从而可以将符合免签收的电子签收图片进行免签收,缩短了配送时间,还能提高收货人的用户体验。
本发明实施例中,确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则的方法可以分别从收货人、签收设备以及签收设备的当前位置三个角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则,从而可以对收货人的身份进行综合详细地验证,减少冒签、代签现象的发生。从收货人的角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则可以包括:从电子签收图片中获取收货人信息;若所述收货人信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。从签收设备的角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则可以包括:获取签收设备信息;若所述签收设备信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。从签收设备的当前位置角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则可以包括:获取签收设备的当前位置信息;若所述签收设备的当前位置信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。
本发明实施例中,收货人信息与预设的免签收规则匹配可以包括:根据收货人信息获取收货人的历史签收记录;根据收货人的历史签收记录确定收货人的免签收次数和收货人的免签收申请次数;当满足以下至少之一时,确认收货人信息与预设的免签收规则匹配:收货人的免签收次数大于等于1;收货人的免签收申请次数大于等于1。其中,收货人的免签收次数是指收货人的预设个数的历史订单中的免签收记录的次数。收货人的免签收申请次数是指收货人申请免签收的次数。具体地说,在从收货人信息的角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的时候,可以首先查询收货人的预设个数的历史订单是否具有免签收记录,对于收货人的历史订单没有免签收记录的,又继续查询收货人有没有申请免签收记录,对于历史订单中没有免签收记录又没有申请免签收记录的收货人,则记录收货人申请免签收,从而可以确保考虑到首次签收的收件人。当然,本发明在从收货人的角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的时候,对收货人的免签收记录和申请免签收记录的查询顺序不作限定,可以根据实际情况设置。其中,预 设个数是结合实际情况设置的,例如可以但不限于设置为10。举例来说,首先查询收货人最近购物的10笔订单是否具有免签收记录,如果最近购物的10笔订单中具有免签收记录,则确认收货人符合免签收规则,此次订单允许免签收,否则继续查询收货人最近购物的10笔订单是否申请过免签收,如果最近购物的10笔订单中具有申请免签收记录,则确认收货人符合免签收规则,此次订单允许免签收,否则此次订单申请免签收,同时此次订单不允许免签收。
本发明实施例中,签收设备信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配可以包括:根据签收设备信息获取签收设备的历史签收记录;根据签收设备的历史签收记录确定签收设备的免签收次数和签收设备的免签收申请次数;当满足以下至少之一时,确认签收设备信息与预设的免签收规则匹配:签收设备的免签收次数大于等于1;签收设备的免签收申请次数大于等于1。其中,签收设备的免签收次数是指签收设备的免签收记录的次数。签收设备的免签收申请次数是指签收设备申请免签收的次数。具体地说,在从签收设备信息的角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的时候,可以首先查询签收设备是否具有免签收记录,若签收设备具有免签收记录,则电子签收图片允许免签收,否则继续查询签收设备是否具有申请免签收记录,若签收设备具有申请免签收记录,则电子签收图片允许免签收,否则记录签收设备申请免签收,从而可以考虑到首次执行签收的签收设备。当然,本发明在从签收设备的角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的时候,对签收设备的免签收记录和申请免签收记录的查询顺序不作限定,可以根据实际情况设置。
本发明实施例中,签收设备的当前位置信息与预设的免签收规则匹配可以包括:根据电子签收图片获取收货地址信息和与电子签收图片对应的收货人的历史签收地址信息记录;根据收货地址信息和签收设备的当前位置信息,确定收货地址与签收设备的当前位置之间的距离;当满足以下至少之一时,确认签收设备的当前位置信息与预设的 免签收规则匹配:距离小于预设的距离阈值;收货人的历史签收地址信息记录中有签收设备的当前位置信息。其中,判断当前位置与收货地址的距离的时候可以将当前位置转换的全球定位系统点坐标和收货地址转成的全球定位系统点坐标的距离进行对比,判断距离是否小于预设阈值(预设阈值是结合实际情况设置的,例如可以但不限于设置为120米)。当然,判断当前位置与订单的收货地址的距离可以但不限于是上述通过全球定位系统点坐标的方法,也可以是其他方法。历史订单中是否出现过当前位置可以是历史订单的收货地址是否是当前位置,也可以是历史订单的签收地址是否是当前位置,又或者是历史订单出现的地址与当前位置的距离小于某个设定的值。当然,本发明对历史订单是否出现过当前位置的判定不限于上述描述,也可以根据实际情况有其他判定方法。
本发明实施例中,根据签收信息实现免签收可以包括:对签收信息进行解密;根据解密后的签收信息生成已签收电子签收图片;根据已签收电子签收图片实现免签收。由于签收信息在保存的时候是通过加密算法进行加密保存的,因此只有输入正确的解密信息才可以解密签收信息进而获取已签收电子签收图片,从而可以保护签收信息不泄露。本发明实施例中可以采用非对称加密算法保存签收信息,可以是收货人的手机号的未隐藏部分作为公开密钥,隐藏部分作为私有密钥,只有收货人输入正确的隐藏部分的手机号,才可以获取到签收信息。非对称加密算法是不要求通信双方事先传递密钥或有任何约定就能完成保密通信的算法,并且密钥管理方便,可以实现防止假冒和抵赖。非对称加密算法需要两个密钥:公开密钥和私有密钥。公开密钥与私有密钥是一对,如果用公开密钥对数据进行加密,只有用对应的私有密钥才能解密;如果用私有密钥对数据进行加密,那么只有用对应的公开密钥才能解密。当然,保存签收信息的加密算法可以但不限于是非对称加密算法,也可以是其他加密算法。
本发明实施例中,在实现免签收之后,电子签收免签的方法可以 包括:在电子签收图片上设置免签收标记。其中,免签收标记可以是红色的“免”字,也可以是其他标记。免签收标记可以将免签收的电子签收图片与没有免签收的电子签收图片区分开,从而保证电子签收图片的可查可追溯。
图2是根据本发明实施例的电子签收免签的方法的主要过程的示意图。为了方便理解,本发明实施例的后续描述中,将“签收信息”取为“收货人的签名图片”进行详细说明,当然“收货人的签名图片”并不用来对本发明技术方案的保护范围进行限定,本发明中“签收信息”可以根据具体业务场景进行适应性调整。如图2所示,电子签收免签的方法的主要过程可以包括:
步骤S201,在妥投订单的时候,配送设备向服务端发送获取订单的电子签收图片的请求;
步骤S202,服务端接收到配送设备发送的请求之后,将订单的带有免签验证码的电子签收图片发送给配送设备;
步骤S203,配送设备将获取到的带有免签验证码的电子签收图片展示给签收设备,签收设备扫描免签验证码;
步骤S204,签收设备在扫描免签收验证码之后,确认是否同意服务端获取签收设备的当前位置和唯一标识,其中唯一标识用于签收设备身份的验证,唯一标识可以包括:签收设备的序列号等;
步骤S205,如果签收设备同意服务端获取签收设备的当前位置和唯一标识,则签收设备向服务端发送免签收验证请求;
步骤S206,服务端接收到签收设备发送的免签收验证请求之后,验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则,若验证通过,则执行步骤S207;
步骤S207,服务端获取收货人的签名图片;

其中,步骤S206中验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的具体流程可以如图3所示。图3是根据本发明实施例的电子签收免签的方法确认电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的主要流程示意图。图3所示的根据本发明实施例的电子签收免签的方法确认电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的主要流程可以包括:

其中,本发明中确认电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则是从电子签收图片对应的收货人、签收设备以及签收设备的当前位置三个角度进行验证的。实际中,当收货人、签收设备以及签收设备的当前位置三个中至少有一个符合免签收规则的时候,确认电子签收图片符合免签收规则。当然,本发明中确认电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的流程顺序可以但不限于是如图3所示的顺序,可以结合实际情况设置确认电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的流程顺序。

图4是根据本发明实施例的电子签收免签的装置的主要模块的示意图。如图4所示,本发明的电子签收免签的装置400主要包括如下模块:获取模块401、查询模块402、签收模块403。
其中,获取模块401可用于从电子签收图片中获取免签收验证码。在获取模块401从电子签收图片中获取免签收验证码之后,查询模块402可用于根据免签收验证码查询与电子签收图片对应的签收信息。之后,签收模块403可用于根据查询模块402查询的签收信息实现免签收。
本发明实施例中,查询模块402还可用于:在根据免签收验证码查询与电子签收图片对应的签收信息之前,确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。免签收之前,查询模块402对电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则进行验证,从而可以将符合免签收的电子签收图片进行免签收,缩短了配送时间,还能提高收货人的用户体验。
本发明实施例中,查询模块402还可用于:从电子签收图片中获取收货人信息;若收货人信息与预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则;以及,获取签收设备信息;若签收设备信息与预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则;以及,获取签收设备的当前位置信息;若签收设备的当前位置信息与预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。在查询模块402验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则的时候,分别从收货人、签收设备以及签收设备的当前位置三个角度验证是否符合免签收规则,从而可以对收货人的身份进行综合详细地验证,减少冒签、代签现象的发生。

本发明还公开了一种电子签收免签的系统。根据本发明实施例的电子签收免签的系统可以包括:服务端、配送设备、签收设备。
其中,服务端可以用于:根据配送设备发送的获取电子签收图片的请求,将带有免签收验证码的电子签收图片发送至配送设备;在接收到签收设备扫描配送设备显示的免签收验证码之后发送的免签收验证请求之后,确认电子签收图片是否符合预设的免签收规则,查询电子签收图片对应的签收信息,并将签收信息返回至签收设备或配送设备以完成免签收。
配送设备可以用于:根据订单信息向服务端发送获取电子签收图片的请求,并接收服务端返回的带有免签收验证码的电子签收图片;在签收设备扫描配送设备显示的免签收验证码并向服务端发送免签收验证请求,服务端确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则并且将查询到的电子签收图片对应的签收信息返回至签收设备或配送设备之后,合成已签收电子签收图片以完成免签收。
签收设备可以用于:在配送设备获取到服务端发送的带有免签收验证码的电子签收图片之后,扫描配送设备显示的免签收验证码并向服务端发送免签收验证请求;在服务端确认电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则并且将查询到的电子签收图片对应的签收信息返回至签收设备或配送设备之后,根据发送解密信息解密签名信息以完成免签收。

如图5所示,系统架构500可以包括终端设备501、502、503,网络504和服务器505。网络504用以在终端设备501、502、503和服务器505之间提供通信链路的介质。网络504可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户可以使用终端设备501、502、503通过网络504与服务器505交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备501、502、503上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如购物类应用、网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等(仅为示例)。
终端设备501、502、503可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
服务器505可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对用户利用终端设备501、502、503所浏览的购物类网站提供支持的后台管理服务器(仅为示例)。后台管理服务器可以对接收到的产品信息查询请求等数据进行分析等处理,并将处理结果(例如目标推送信息、产品信息--仅为示例)反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所提供的电子签收免签的方法一般由服务器505执行,相应地,电子签收免签的装置一般设置于服务器505中。
应该理解,图5中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意 性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。

根据本发明实施例的技术方案,通过从电子签收图片中获取到的免签验证码查询电子签收图片对应的签收信息以实现免签收,从而可以减少配送时间,提高配送效率;本发明实施例中通过免签收验证码验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则,从而可以将符合免签收的电子签收图片进行免签收,缩短了配送时间,提高了用户体验;本发明实施例中从电子签收图片对应的收货人、签收设备以及签收设备的当前位置三个角度验证电子签收图片是否符合免签收规则,从而可以对收货人的身份进行综合验证,减少冒签、代签现象的发生;本发明实施例中根据正确的解密信息解密签收信息进而获取已签收电子签收图片,从而可以确保隐私信息不泄露;本发明实施例中在电子签收图片上设置免签收标记,从而可以保证电子签收图片的可查可追溯。

Claims (12)
- 一种电子签收免签的方法,其特征在于,包括:从电子签收图片中获取免签收验证码;根据所述免签收验证码查询与所述电子签收图片对应的签收信息;根据所述签收信息实现免签收。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述免签收验证码查询与所述电子签收图片对应的签收信息之前,所述方法还包括:确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则包括以下至少一种:从所述电子签收图片中获取收货人信息;若所述收货人信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则;获取签收设备信息;若所述签收设备信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则;获取签收设备的当前位置信息;若所述签收设备的当前位置信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配,则确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收货人信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配包括:根据所述收货人信息获取收货人的历史签收记录;根据所述收货人的历史签收记录确定所述收货人的免签收次数和所述收货人的免签收申请次数;当满足以下至少之一时,确认所述收货人信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配:所述收货人的免签收次数大于等于1;所述收货人的免签收申请次数大于等于1。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述签收设备信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配包括:根据所述签收设备信息获取签收设备的历史签收记录;根据所述签收设备的历史签收记录确定所述签收设备的免签收次数和所述签收设备的免签收申请次数;当满足以下至少之一时,确认所述签收设备信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配:所述签收设备的免签收次数大于等于1;所述签收设备的免签收申请次数大于等于1。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述签收设备的当前位置信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配包括:根据所述电子签收图片获取收货地址信息和与所述电子签收图片对应的收货人的历史签收地址信息记录;根据所述收货地址信息和所述签收设备的当前位置信息,确定收货地址与签收设备的当前位置之间的距离;当满足以下至少之一时,确认所述签收设备的当前位置信息与所述预设的免签收规则匹配:所述距离小于预设的距离阈值;所述收货人的历史签收地址信息记录中有所述签收设备的当前位置信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述签收信息实现免签收包括:对所述签收信息进行解密;根据解密后的签收信息生成已签收电子签收图片;根据所述已签收电子签收图片实现免签收。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在实现免签收之后, 所述方法还包括:在所述电子签收图片上设置免签收标记。
- 一种电子签收免签的装置,其特征在于,包括:获取模块,用于从电子签收图片中获取免签收验证码;查询模块,用于根据所述免签收验证码查询与所述电子签收图片对应的签收信息;签收模块,用于根据所述签收信息实现免签收。
- 一种服务端,其特征在于,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的方法。
- 一种电子签收免签的系统,其特征在于,包括:服务端、配送设备、签收设备,所述服务端用于:根据所述配送设备发送的获取电子签收图片的请求,将带有免签收验证码的电子签收图片发送至所述配送设备;在接收到签收设备扫描所述配送设备显示的所述免签收验证码之后发送的免签收验证请求之后,确认所述电子签收图片是否符合预设的免签收规则,查询所述电子签收图片对应的签收信息,并将所述签收信息返回至所述签收设备或所述配送设备以完成免签收;所述配送设备用于:根据订单信息向所述服务端发送获取电子签收图片的请求,并接收所述服务端返回的带有免签收验证码的电子签收图片;在所述签收设备扫描所述配送设备显示的所述免签收验证码并向 所述服务端发送免签收验证请求,所述服务端确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则并且将查询到的所述电子签收图片对应的签收信息返回至所述签收设备或所述配送设备之后,合成已签收电子签收图片以完成免签收;所述签收设备用于:在所述配送设备获取到所述服务端发送的带有免签收验证码的电子签收图片之后,扫描所述配送设备显示的所述免签收验证码并向所述服务端发送免签收验证请求;在所述服务端确认所述电子签收图片符合预设的免签收规则并且将查询到的所述电子签收图片对应的签收信息返回至所述签收设备或所述配送设备之后,根据发送解密信息解密所述签名信息以完成免签收。
