发明内容
本发明涉及灯具领域,特别是一种LED火焰灯。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们的生活品味和欣赏水平也在不断的提高。灯作为人们生活所涉及的一部分,特别是城市的夜晚,人们对灯的要求已经不再局限于照明,而是把灯作为装饰灯,给生活空间增添更多的美感、气氛和情趣。
火焰灯作为一种模仿火焰效果的发光装置,因其没有实际可燃物产生的化学成分对环境、人体产生危害,以及不会引发火灾危害,可被广泛应用于大型的宴会、街道、时尚家居等场所,以大大的提高环境的气氛,深受广大人们喜爱。
然而,现有的火焰灯,产生的火焰效果不够真实,光氛围效果较差,成本高,不利于火焰灯的推广和应用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有高逼真火焰效果、光氛围效果好、成本低廉的LED火焰灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED火焰灯,包括有灯座,所述灯座上连接有柔性线路板,以及罩设于所述柔性线路板外围的透光灯罩,所述柔性线路板为圆柱体设置,柔性线路板上设置有LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠划分为若干组LED灯组,若干组LED灯组沿圆周方向排列布置于所述柔性线路板上,每一所述LED灯组呈“山”字造型,包括有两个侧LED陈列体和1个中间LED阵列体,在轴向方向,所述侧LED陈列体、中间LED陈列体均有若干LED灯珠阵列而成,中间LED陈列体相邻两排LED灯珠中,位于下排的LED灯珠数多于上排的LED灯珠数,使得中间LED陈列体呈三角形,所述柔性线路板驱动LED灯组通过亮暗的变化实现火焰效果。
作为上述技术方案的改进,每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述侧LED阵列体在周向的组数为单组陈列。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述侧LED阵列体在轴向方向的LED灯珠个数为3个。
进一步,每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述中间LED阵列体在轴向的组数为四组,每组LED灯珠个数从上往下依次为1、2、3和4个。
优选的,每一所述LED灯组的下方位置还设置有焰根LED灯组,所述焰根LED灯组在圆周方向包含多个焰根LED灯珠。
进一步,所述焰根LED灯组在轴向方向包含多排焰根LED灯珠。
进一步,所述中间陈列体、焰根LED灯组中,所述LED灯珠及焰根LED灯珠的上下排灯珠均错位设置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在柔性线路板上设置呈“山”字造型的LED灯组,并通过柔性线路板控制侧LED陈列体、中间LED阵列体的亮暗方式,真实再现了火焰的燃烧,很好的模仿得到了高逼真的火焰效果,本发明所述结构简单紧凑,组装方便,成本低廉,摒弃了传统的火焰灯,在取代真实燃烧火焰减少环境污染的同时,高逼真的火焰效果有利于更好的提高光氛围效果,提高环境的气氛和情绪,有利于增加LED火焰灯在大型的宴会、街道、时尚家居等场所的应用和推广。

参照图1,本发明的一种LED火焰灯,包括有灯座,所述灯座上连接有柔性线路板1,以及罩设于所述柔性线路板外围的透光灯罩,所述柔性线路板1为圆柱体设置,柔性线路板当然也可以设置成四方形等常规结构,柔性线路板上1设置有LED灯珠2,所述LED灯珠划分为若干组LED灯组,若干组LED灯组沿圆周方向排列布置于所述柔性线路板上,每一所述LED灯组呈“山”字造型,包括有两个侧LED陈列体21、1个中间LED阵列体22,在轴向方向,所述侧LED陈列体21、中间LED陈列体22均由有若干LED灯珠阵列而成,中间LED陈列体22相邻两排LED灯珠中,位于下排的LED灯珠数多于上排的LED灯珠数,使得中间LED陈列体22呈三角形,所述柔性线路板驱动LED灯组通过亮暗的变化实现火焰效果。
在本实施例中,优选的,每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述侧LED阵列体21在周向的组数为单组陈列。
在本实施例中,优选的,每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述侧LED阵列体21在轴向方向的LED灯珠个数为3个。
在本实施例中,优选的,每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述中间LED阵列体22在轴向的组数为四组,每组LED灯珠个数从上往下依次为1、2、3和4个。
优选的,每一所述LED灯组的下方位置还设置有焰根LED灯组3,所述焰根LED灯组在圆周方向包含多个焰根LED灯珠。
优选的,所述焰根LED灯组在轴向方向包含多排焰根LED灯珠,使得焰根效果更明显。
在本实施例中,所述中间陈列体、焰根LED灯组中,所述LED灯珠及焰根LED灯珠错位设置,这有利于火焰灯出光效果更均匀柔和不刺眼,有利于增强火焰效果。

  1. 一种LED火焰灯,包括有灯座,所述灯座上连接有柔性线路板,以及罩设于所述柔性线路板外围的透光灯罩,所述柔性线路板为圆柱体设置,柔性线路板上设置有LED灯珠,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠划分为若干组LED灯组,若干组LED灯组沿圆周方向排列布置于所述柔性线路板上,每一所述LED灯组呈“山”字造型,包括有两个侧LED陈列体和1个中间LED阵列体,在轴向方向,所述侧LED陈列体、中间LED陈列体均有若干LED灯珠阵列而成,中间LED陈列体相邻两排LED灯珠中,位于下排的LED灯珠数多于上排的LED灯珠数,使得中间LED陈列体呈三角形,所述柔性线路板驱动LED灯组通过亮暗的变化实现火焰效果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED火焰灯,其特征在于:每一所述所述LED灯组中,所述侧LED阵列体在周向的组数为单组陈列。

  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的一种LED火焰灯,其特征在于:每一所述LED灯组的下方位置还设置有焰根LED灯组,所述焰根LED灯组在圆周方向包含多个焰根LED灯珠。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED火焰灯,其特征在于:所述焰根LED灯组在轴向方向包含多排焰根LED灯珠。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种LED火焰灯,其特征在于:所述中间陈列体、焰根LED灯组中,所述LED灯珠及焰根LED灯珠的上下排灯珠均错位设置。
