Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种节电灯具,结构包括座体及装于其上的半导体发光管、直流电源和透明折射体,半导体发光管的电极与直流电源的电极连接,特征是透明折射体的体内均匀分布有反光颗粒,半导体发光管处于透明折射体的实心处用以照射透明折射体的体内。使用时透明折射体通体闪闪发光,这种前所未有的美感可以给公众一种新颖的感觉,且发光效能高和十分省电,适合作为长明的指路灯、标志灯、彩灯、工艺灯、发光铭牌、发光标志牌等。

Description

一种节电灯具
本实用新型属于一种照明装置、特别是采用半导体发光管作为电光源的节电灯具。
以半导体发光管为电光源由于具有特别节电的优点,所以常被用来构成一些长明的弱光灯、彩灯、工艺灯,也可以用来构成发光铭牌。其构成形式有将多个发光管排列在一起或组成图案的直接发光方式;也有单个发光管通过发光凸凹镜,将光线反射到电光源的透明外罩上,再由透明外罩将光线散射到周围环境的方式,这样的透明外罩上往往制作有均匀分布的折射棱面。已有的这些利用半导体发光管作为电光源的节电灯具,其发光效能都较差,发光表现形式也老套单一,缺乏新颖性。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的采用半导体发光管作为电光源的节电灯具,其发光效能好,发光表现形式新颖。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种节电灯具,包括座体以及安装于其上的半导体发光管、直流电源和透明折射体,半导体发光管的正负极与直流电源的正负极对应连接,其特征在于所述透明折射体的体内均匀分布有反光颗粒,半导体发光管处于透明折射体的实心处用以照射透明折射体的体内。
上述方案的透明折射体可以是一个透明实心体,也可以是一个透明空心体,其外部可做成各种形状。所述直流电源可以是原电池、蓄电池、光电池组件或者一个可连接交流电源的变压整流装置等形式。反光颗粒可以是金属质,也可以是非金属质。反光颗粒的粒径一般可取小于等于4毫米,颗粒的密集度可视颗粒的大小和灯具的具体需要而定。反光颗粒可为片状颗粒,也可为非片状颗粒。上述方案可以将发光管和直流电源装于座体内,透明折射体裸露于座体内,发光管处于透明折射体内端面的实心处用以照射透明折射体的体内,也可以将发光管埋藏在透明折射体的实心处的内部。
上述方案由于透明折射体的体内均匀分布有反光颗粒,发光管处于透明折射体的实心处,使发光管发出的光线可照射进透明折射体的体内,当透明折射体体内的反光颗粒接受到光线时,便将光线反射出去并与其它反光颗粒形成相互映射的关系,使布满了反光颗粒的透明折射体通体闪闪发光,十分好看和醒目,当反光颗粒的反光表面带有彩虹颜色或者二个以上不同颜色的发光管进行照射,均可使透明折射体呈现出五颜六色的光彩,这种前所未有的美感可以给公众一种新颖的感觉。这样从一个半导体发光管的很小发光面积的光点变为一个透明折射体的大发光面积的灯光,其发光效能可见有很大的提高,不但适合作为指路灯、标志灯、彩灯、工艺灯,也适合用于构成发光铭牌、发光标志牌等包含有这种灯具结构的物品。由于本实用新型的亮光是靠透明折射体内的反光颗粒的反光并相互映射来实现,而电光源的个数则不用多,所以本实新型十分省电,特别适合作为长明灯具。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作更具体的描述。
图1、图2、图3均是本实用新型一种方案的剖视图。
参照图1,本节电灯具,包括座体1以及装于其上的半导体发光管2、直流电源3和透明折射体4,半导体发光管2的正负极分别与直流电源二极作对应连接,特征是所述透明折射体4的体内均匀分布有反光颗粒5等,半导体发光管2处于透明折射体4的实心处用以照射透明折射体4的体内。另外,本节电灯具的直流电源3是一个直致的干电池,透明折射体4是一个长条形实心体,反光颗粒5呈均匀密布状、粒径在4毫米或4毫米以下,干电池3和半导体发光管2处于座体内,折射体4裸露于座体外,半导体发光管2处于折射体4的内端面6处。干电池3向发光管2供电时,发光管2发光,光线从内端面6照射进折射体4内,由于反光颗粒的反射和互相映射作用,透明折射体4就会通体闪闪发亮。
参照图2,本节电灯具与图1的灯具基本相同,所不同的只是透明折射体7是一个蛋形外表面的实心体,干电池8为横致形式。其使用效果与图1灯具相同。
参照图3,本节电灯具,包括座体9以及装于其上的半导体发光管10,直流电源11和透明折射体12,发光管10的正负极分别与直流电源11的二极作对应连接,特征是所述透明折射体12的体内均匀分布有反光颗粒13,半导体发光管10处于透明折射体12的实心处用以照射透明折射体12的体内。另外,电源11是一个光电池组件,透明折射体12是一个具有较大表面积的空心体,发光管10和光电池组件11装于座体9外,光电池组件11的感光板14朝上裸露,折射体12的外表面裸露于座体9外下方,发光管10处于折射体12内端面的实心处15,使用效果是折射体12的实心部分闪闪发亮。为了使折射体12的外表光亮度更加均匀,可在折射体12内端面的实心处的不同位置增设发光管。

Claims (6)

1、一种节电灯具,包括座体以及安装于其上的半导体发光管、直流电源和透明折射体,半导体发光管的正负极与直流电源的正负极对应连接,其特征在于所述透明折射体的体内均匀分布有反光颗粒,半导体发光管处于透明折射体的实心处用以照射透明折射体的体内。
2、按权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于所述半导体发光管和直流电源装于座体内,透明折射体裸露于座体内,半导体发光管处于透明折射体内端面的实心处用以照射透明折射体的体内。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的灯具,其特征在于所述半导体发光管埋藏在透明折射体的实心处的内部。
4、按权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于所述反光颗粒的粒径为小于等于4毫米。
5、按权利要求1或4所述的灯具,其特征在于所述反光颗粒可为片状颗粒。
6、按权利要求1或4所述的灯具,其特征在于所述反光颗粒在透明折射体内呈均匀密布状。
