首先,请参阅图1示出的电子烟滤嘴的一种结构示意图,如图1所示,电子烟滤嘴中设有爆珠101,爆珠101包括胶囊壳体,胶囊壳体内容纳有香料液体,当爆珠101被挤压、胶囊壳体碎裂后,爆珠101内的香料液体即可流出。
容易理解,香料液体随着对应香料原料的不同配方而可达到不同的口味,例如薄荷、奶油、蓝莓等口味,进一步的,还可随着健康功能的设置具体设有野山参、蜂王浆、龙涎香、陈皮等口味;或者,随着品牌特性的设置具体设有贵州茅台、云南棠梨花、安徽石斛等口味,香料液体其具体配方及其口味可随实际设置而定,具体在此不做限定。
应当理解的是,一方面,为便于查阅以及理解,在图1中只示出了一颗爆珠101,在实际应用中,爆珠101的数量还可随着爆珠101对烟雾的调味效果的提高而提高,显然,爆珠101的数量越多,其对烟雾的调味效果则可越佳。
另一方面,爆珠101体积的大小也可随着爆珠101对烟雾的调味效果的提高而提高,体积越大的爆珠101其内部可允许容纳的香料液体就越多,从而爆珠101在挤压后,可流出更多的香料液体,对应的,即可对烟雾实现更佳的调味效果。
同时,爆珠101的形状除了图1中示出的球体形状,在实际应用中,还可为圆柱体、椭圆体或者长方体等形状,具体在此不做限定。其中,优选的,以球体形状为佳,一方面便于工艺上的处理,另一方面由于其弧面卸力的特性,使的爆珠101不易因电子烟滤嘴的意外受力或者非用户施加的挤压行为,而导致挤压、流出内部的香料液体。
且,电子烟滤嘴的形状一般设为圆棒形状,以便用户吸食烟雾,同时还由于其周壁的弧面结构,更便于省力地将电子烟滤嘴安装于电子烟上。
在实际应用中,当电子烟滤嘴安装于电子烟,且电子烟滤嘴输出电子烟加热形成的烟雾时,用户即可挤压电子烟滤嘴内的爆珠101,使爆珠101内的香料液体流出,烟雾即会混入香料液体的气味,从而改变烟雾的口味。
当然,用户也可在电子烟加热形成烟雾前,先挤压电子烟滤嘴内的爆珠101,使爆珠101内的香料液体流出,以便后续电子烟滤嘴输出电子烟加热形 成的烟雾时,使烟雾混入香料液体的气味,从而改变烟雾的口味。可以理解,用户挤压电子烟滤嘴内的爆珠101的时间,随用户的习惯而定,具体再次不做限定。
本申请实施例提出的电子烟滤嘴在实际应用中,还可进行进一步的优化,为便于理解,下面将一一介绍。
在本申请实施例一种可能的实现方式中,如图1中示出的,电子烟滤嘴的轴向长度的范围为25毫米至45毫米。
可以理解,电子烟中的烟油若有凝结成颗粒状的情况时,在加热过程中容易形成糊味的烟雾;或者若电子烟滤嘴中靠近电子烟加热组件的过滤材料,具体的如过滤棉,因电子烟加热组件温度过高,产生糊味时,其糊味会混合烟雾进行输出。
在实际应用中发现,若电子烟滤嘴过短,其过滤材料则不容易过滤掉烟雾中的糊味;而若电子烟滤嘴过长,则又容易减弱烟雾本身的香味以及爆珠101流出的香料液体的香味,在25毫米至45毫米的长度范围下,电子烟滤嘴可在烟雾中糊味、烟雾本身香味以及香料液体的香味之间,取得较佳的平衡效果,不仅可大大过滤掉烟雾中的糊味,还可保证烟雾本身的香味以及香料液体的香味不易流失,从而保证了较佳的烟雾口感,最终促进用户的使用体验。
可以理解,爆珠101在电子烟滤嘴中的具体位置也会影响着对烟雾的调味效果,进而影响着烟雾最后输出时的口感。若爆珠101离电子烟滤嘴用于供用户吸食的一端较远,则其流出的香料液体对烟雾的调为效果则会随着烟雾在电子烟滤嘴中的不断传递而不断流失,直至电子烟滤嘴输出的烟雾其香味偏淡。
而且,若爆珠101离电子烟滤嘴用于供用户吸食的一端太近,又容易导致爆珠101流出的香料液体容易随着在电子烟滤嘴中过滤材料的渗透,流出电子烟滤嘴,若用户此时进行吸食,则香料液体容易接触到用户的嘴巴,造成不良的用户体验。
因此,在本申请实施例另一种可能的实现方式中,如图1中示出的,爆珠101与电子烟滤嘴的第一端面之间的距离范围为8毫米至15毫米,其中,该第一端面即为电子烟滤嘴用于供用户吸食的一端的端面。在该距离范围下,不仅电子烟输出的烟雾其混入的香料液体的香味不易流失,且香料液体亦不易流 出,从而保证了较佳的烟雾口感,最终促进用户的使用体验。
如图2示出的电子烟滤嘴的另一种结构示意图,在本申请实施例又一种可能的实现方式中,电子烟滤嘴中填充的过滤材料为过滤棉102,电子烟滤嘴的周壁表面还包括一外壳103,外壳103包覆过滤棉102的周壁,以便过滤棉102的塑形,同时还可防止设于过滤棉102内的爆珠101中香料液体流出后,从过滤棉102的周壁渗透出,避免影响用户的使用体验。
进一步的,外壳103为成型纸制成,具体的,外壳103可为成型纸卷制而成,成型纸在卷制时还可沿一倾斜角度进行卷制,以达到如图3示出的一种成型纸的卷制示意图,倾斜度的具体角度可随情况、需求而定,具体在此不做限定;或者也可采用顺式卷制,如在图4示出的又一种成型纸的卷制示意图,将上述提及的倾斜角度设为了0度,此时成型纸的卷制方向与电子烟滤嘴的轴向垂直,可更好的减少成型纸完成卷绕处的接合区域,更便于美观,还可减少成型纸的卷制工艺的复杂性。
当然,除了上述卷制方式,在实际应用中,成型纸也可形成套筒结构套装进过滤棉102以及爆珠101,或者采用其他方式组装过滤棉102以及爆珠101,具体在此不做限定。
或者,在本申请实施例又一种可能的实现方式中,外壳103还可以具体为塑料制成。
容易理解,塑料在生产过程中可根据不同的具体配方,从而调节塑料的硬度。在本申请实施例中,外壳103可使用硬度较低的塑料,如常见的软塑料,以便用户可挤压塑料制成的外壳103,从而挤压外壳103内部的爆珠101,使其流出香料液体为烟雾调味。
同时,相比于上述提及的成型纸,塑料制成的外壳103更不易受挤压变形,进而可保护外壳103中的爆珠101,不易因为外壳103的意外受力或者非用户施加的挤压行为,而导致挤压、流出内部的香料液体,对爆珠101起到保护作用。
进一步的,如图5示出的电子烟滤嘴的又一种结构示意图,在本申请实施例有一种可能的实现方式中,外壳103还可覆盖住过滤棉102的一端或者两端,如外壳103可在过滤棉102用于供用户吸食的一端设置一吸嘴1031,吸嘴1031 可覆盖住该过滤棉102用于供用户吸食的一端,其沿着电子烟滤嘴的轴向设置有一个或者多个的出气孔10311,以便电子烟滤嘴可从出气孔10311输出烟雾。
吸嘴1031的形状可与用户的嘴型相适配,以便用户更为方便的进行烟雾的吸食,从而提高用户的使用体验。
或者,外壳103也可覆盖住背离过滤棉102用于供用户吸食的一端的另一端,即过滤棉102用于输入烟雾的一端,其沿着电子烟滤嘴的轴向设置有一个或者多个的进气孔1032,以便电子烟加热形成的烟雾可从进气孔1032输出至电子烟滤嘴,并由电子烟滤嘴进行过滤、调味后输出。
此外,又如图5以及图6分别示出的电子烟滤嘴的结构示意图,在本申请实施例又一种可能的实现方式中,电子烟滤嘴还可设有硅胶套104,爆珠101设于硅胶套104内,硅胶套104一般设置为圆筒形状,爆珠101填充在硅胶套104的内部空间中,若爆珠101数量较少或者体积较小,还可在硅胶套内滚动,或者,硅胶套104的内部空间还可形成与爆珠101对应的容纳空间,以便直接安装、固定住爆珠101。
在本申请实施例又一种可能的实现方式中,硅胶套104可设置在过滤棉102的凹槽内。
或者,在实际应用中,还可将过滤棉102在轴向上分为第一过滤棉1021以及第二过滤棉1022,硅胶套104设在第一过滤棉1021以及第二过滤棉1022之间,由此外壳103在轴向上依次包裹第一过滤棉1021、硅胶套104以及第二过滤棉1022的周壁。
可以理解,通过该设置,相较于在将硅胶套104设置在过滤棉102的凹槽内的方式中,还需提前对过滤棉102进行凹槽的加工;过滤棉102分为第一过滤棉1021以及第二过滤棉1022在加工工艺上的处理更为便捷,则无需进行额外的加工,且将第一过滤棉1021、硅胶套104以及第二过滤棉1022依次安装在外壳103内在安装工艺上的处理也更为便捷,从而可方便电子烟滤嘴的加工、组装,促进电子烟滤嘴在生产效率上的提升。
接下来,请参阅图7及图8分别示出的电子烟的一种结构示意图,如图7及图8所示,电子烟由电子烟本体以及电子烟滤嘴组成,电子烟本体设有滤嘴安装组件201,滤嘴安装组件201设有滤嘴容纳腔,电子烟滤嘴可拆卸的安装 于滤嘴容纳腔。
可以理解,电子烟滤嘴的说明可参照上述的实施例内容,具体在此不再赘述。
电子烟本体还设有控制电路组件202、加热组件203以及电池组件204,加热组件203具体包括加热丝组件2031以及电极组件2032,在控制电路组件202的控制下,电池组件204通过与电极组件2032的电连接为加热组件2031提供通电加热工作所需的工作电源,加热组件2031进行通电加热后即可对在储油仓205里的烟油进行加热,烟油受热后形成烟雾,形成的烟雾即可沿着雾化通道206的输气结构到达滤嘴容纳腔的底部,即电子烟滤嘴的端部,并经过电子烟滤嘴的过滤、调味后输出,供用户吸食。
可以理解,用户可方便的更换电子烟滤嘴,且还可在挤压电子烟滤嘴的同时挤压电子烟滤嘴中的爆珠101,使得爆珠101中的香料液体流出,当电子烟滤嘴输出烟雾时,烟雾即会混入香料液体的气味,从而改变烟雾的口味。
本申请实施例提出的电子烟在实际应用中,其电子烟本体与电子烟滤嘴之间也还可进行进一步的优化,下面则进行对应介绍。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当电子烟滤嘴安装于滤嘴安装组件201的滤嘴容纳腔时,电子烟滤嘴供用户吸食的一端可突出滤嘴容纳腔,以便用户的吸食操作。同理,电子烟滤嘴中的爆珠101其位置高于滤嘴容纳腔的腔口,以便用户无需拆卸出电子烟滤嘴,即可直接挤压电子烟滤嘴,使电子烟滤嘴中的爆珠101流出香料液体,以进行烟雾的调味。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,电子烟滤嘴安装于滤嘴安装组件201的安装方式为过盈配合。
在实际应用中,电子烟滤嘴的直径可略大于滤嘴安装组件201其滤嘴容纳腔的内径,电子烟滤嘴由于其本身具有一定的弹性,因此借由用户施加的作用力插入到滤嘴容纳腔中,实现牢牢地安装于滤嘴容纳腔。
可以理解,通过过盈配合的安装方式,电子烟滤嘴可紧固的安装于滤嘴安装组件201,不易从滤嘴安装组件201松脱,从而进一步提高了电子烟工作的稳定性。
除了上述的过盈配合安装方式,在又一种可能的实现方式中,电子烟滤嘴 安装于滤嘴安装组件201的安装方式为卡持连接。
在实际应用中,电子烟滤嘴的外壳103上可设有卡持凸块,对应的,滤嘴安装组件201的内壁可设有与卡持凸块对应的卡持凹槽,当电子烟滤嘴安装于滤嘴安装组件201时,卡持凸块即卡持于卡持凹槽,不易再次进行活动,从而使得电子烟滤嘴可紧固的安装于滤嘴安装组件201,不易从滤嘴安装组件201松脱,进一步提高了电子烟工作的稳定性。
当然,卡持凸块也可设于滤嘴安装组件201的内侧壁,对应的,卡持凹槽设于电子烟滤嘴的外壳103上。或者,电子烟滤嘴的外壳103上也可同时设有卡持凸块以及卡持凹槽,对应的,滤嘴安装组件201的内侧壁也设有卡持凸块以及卡持凹槽,以便进行复合的卡持连接结构,使得电子烟滤嘴更为紧固的安装于滤嘴安装组件201。
应当理解的是,电子烟滤嘴还可采用螺纹连接、卡扣连接、胶粘连接等连接方式安装于滤嘴安装组件201,具体在此不做限定。
可以理解,本申请实施例还可包括供用户进行人工通断、控制电子烟通电加热工作的电源按键207等等组件,具体在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述电子烟滤嘴内设有爆珠,所述爆珠内设有香料液体,所述爆珠受挤压时,所述香料液体从所述爆珠内流出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述电子烟滤嘴还包括硅胶套,所述爆珠设于所述硅胶套内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述电子烟滤嘴包括过滤棉以及外壳,所述外壳包覆所述过滤棉的周壁,所述爆珠设于所述过滤棉内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述过滤棉包括第一过滤棉以及第二过滤棉,所述电子烟滤嘴在轴向上依次包括所述第一过滤棉、所述硅胶套以及所述第二过滤棉,所述外壳分别包裹所述第一过滤棉、所述硅胶套以及所述第二过滤棉的周壁。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述爆珠与所述电子烟滤嘴的第一端面之间的距离范围为8毫米至15毫米,所述第一端面为所述电子烟滤嘴用于供用户吸食的一端的端面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴设于所述过滤棉用于供用户吸食的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述外壳为成型纸制成。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述外壳为塑料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟滤嘴,其特征在于,所述电子烟滤嘴的轴向长度的范围为25毫米至45毫米。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电子烟滤嘴,所述电子烟设有滤嘴安装组件,所述滤嘴安装组件设有滤嘴容纳腔,所述电子烟滤嘴可拆卸的安装于所述滤嘴容纳腔,所述电子烟加热形成的烟雾通过所述电子烟滤嘴输出。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述爆珠的位置高于所述滤嘴容纳腔的腔口。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟滤嘴安装于所述滤嘴安装组件的安装方式为过盈配合。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟滤嘴安装于所述滤嘴安装组件的安装方式为卡持连接。
