Abstract

With the present invention, there is developed a fixing system (S) suitable for use with at least one mini riser sleeve (1) comprising a linear cavity (1a) through which a fluid material can be passed for the feeding process and which is defined by at least one cavity wall (1b), and at least one opening (1c) by which said cavity (1a) communicates with the outer environment. Said fixing system (S) comprises at least one nozzle (3) suitable for being placed to the cavity (1a) by passing through said opening (1c), being able to move into said cavity (1a) by the load applied during the moulding process, comprising at least one expansion (3a) at the end that is close to said mini riser sleeve (1), and rubbing on said cavity wall (1b) while moving forward in said cavity (1a) to reduce the load applied to said mini riser sleeve during the moulding process; at least one housing (2) positioned at the end of said nozzle (3) which is close to said mini riser sleeve (1).
