Description

具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备 技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,特别涉及一种具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备。
背景技术
随着显示屏技术的不断发展,显示屏已经不局限于传统的矩形形状,如今已经出现非矩形形状的显示屏,例如圆形的显示屏。且目前流行的智能穿戴产品或其它电子设备为了美观和人体工程学等多方面的考量,也逐渐推出圆形化屏幕的设计。圆形化屏幕符合消费者多元化的消费需求,具有较大的市场前景。
然而目前圆形显示屏的相关技术还不成熟,如:圆形显示屏的空间不足,背光灯距离遮光泡棉太近,导致显示时容易存在漏光现象等。因此导致圆形显示屏的成本居高不下。相比矩形显示屏成熟的技术,现有的圆形显示屏无论是技术还是成本都不占有优势。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供了一种具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备,包括:
前壳,具有通孔;
后壳,与所述前壳相对设置,所述后壳的端部与所述前壳的端部固定连接,以在所述后壳与所述前壳之间形成收容空间;
支架,设置于所述收容空间内,并且所述支架位于所述后壳上,所述支架面向所述后壳的表面的中部凹陷形成凹槽;
矩形显示屏,位于所述支架的面向所述前壳的表面上,所述矩形显示屏包括显示部和非显示部,所述显示部与所述通孔相对,且所述通孔在所述显示部上的投影位于所述显示部之内;所述非显示部包围所述显示部且所述非显示部与所述显示部连接;
电池,设置在所述支架的凹槽中,为所述电子设备提供电源;
透明片,固定于所述通孔内;所述透明片包括透光部和遮光部,所述透光部与所述显示部相对,所述遮光部与所述非显示部相对;
其中,所述显示部的形状、所述通孔的截面形状和所述透明片的形状相同。
其中,所述透明片的形状为圆形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形中的一种。
其中,所述通孔的内壁向内延伸形成承载台,所述承载台设置于所述非显示部上,所述遮光部固定于所述承载台上。
其中,所述电子设备还包括防尘泡棉,所述防尘泡棉设置于所述承载台和所述非显示部之间。

矩形显示屏,位于所述支架的面向所述前壳的表面上,所述矩形显示屏包括显示部,所述显示部与所述通孔相对,且所述通孔在所述显示部上 的投影位于所述显示部之内;
透明片,固定于所述通孔内。
其中,所述通孔的截面形状和所述透明片的形状相同。
其中,所述透明片的形状为圆形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形中的一种。
其中,所述矩形显示屏还包括非显示部,所述非显示部包围所述显示部且所述非显示部与所述显示部连接;
所述透明片包括透光部和遮光部,所述透光部与所述显示部相对,所述遮光部与所述非显示部相对。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将矩形显示屏设置为显示部和非显示部,设置与显示部相对的通孔和透明片,显示部、通孔和透明片的形状可以设置为圆形、三角形等,使矩形显示屏实现异形屏幕的显示效果,既满足消费者的不同需求,且成本较低,具有较稳定的显示效果。

参照图1、图2、图3和图4,根据本发明的实施例的具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备包括:前壳10、透明片20、防尘泡棉30、矩形显示屏40、支架50、电池60及后壳70。应当说明的是,本发明并不限制于此,本发明的具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备还可以包括其它必要的部件。
具体地,前壳10具有通孔11。作为本发明的一种实施方式,通孔11的内壁向内延伸形成承载台12。通孔11用于放置透明片20,具体地,通孔11中的承载台12用于承载透明片20。
后壳70与前壳10相对设置,后壳70的端部与前壳10的端部固定连接,以在后壳70与前壳10之间形成收容空间。
支架50设置于收容空间内,并且支架50位于后壳70上。支架50用于承载矩形显示屏40。支架50面向后壳70的表面的中部凹陷形成凹槽。
电池60设置在支架50的凹槽中,为电子设备提供电源。
矩形显示屏40位于支架50的面向前壳10的表面上。矩形显示屏40包括显示部41和非显示部42。其中,显示部41与通孔11相对。非显示部42包围显示部41且非显示部42与显示部41连接。显示部41为矩形显示屏40的工作区域,用于显示界面、用户交互。而非显示部42为非工作区域,可以将非显示部42的状态设置为不显示状态或者显示为黑色。通过软件系统,可以设置矩形显示屏40的显示部41的形状和位置,使矩形显示屏40只显示特定形状的显示界面。具体地,显示部41与通孔11相对,通孔11的形状显示部41相匹配,且通孔11在显示部41上的投影位于显示部41之内。
透明片20固定在通孔11中。具体地,透明片20固定于承载台12上。根据本发明的一种实施例,透明片20包括透光部21与遮光部22。透光部21与显示部41相对,用户透过透光部21可以看到显示部41呈现的内容。遮光部22与非显示部42相对,遮光部22的背向矩形显示屏40的表面上采用丝印印刷的方式印上保护层,以起到遮光的作用。
防尘泡棉30设置在承载台12与非显示部42之间。作为本发明的一种实施方式,防尘泡棉30与承载台12之间和/或防尘泡棉30与非显示部42之间设置有双面胶带(图未示)。用于将防尘泡棉30固定在承载台12上和/或非显示部42上。可以理解的是,本发明并不限制于此,还可以采用其它合适的方式将防尘泡棉30固定在承载台12和/或非显示部42上。防尘泡棉30既可以阻挡灰尘进入显示部41,又可以防止矩形显示屏40边缘漏光进入显示部41。
具体地,显示部41的形状、通孔11的截面形状和透明片20的形状相同。在本发明的实施例的附图中,透明片20的形状设置为圆形。但是本发明并不限制于此,透明片20的形状可以根据用户的需求和产品的设计需要进行设置,如:三角形、菱形、椭圆形等。由于异形的显示屏技术不够成熟,实际使用存在成本较高,显示不稳定的情况。而矩形显示屏是现今最为常用的显示屏,矩形显示屏的技术较为成熟,且价格较低。且通过软件系统设置,可以控制矩形显示屏的用户界面的形状和位置。然后匹配相应形状的通孔和透明片,就可以呈现相应形状的显示屏的效果。
应当说明的是,根据本发明的实施例的电子设备可以是便携式无线路由器。
本发明通过设置矩形显示屏的显示部的大小和形状,再将非显示部设置为不显示状态或显示为黑色,然后设置与显示部相对且形状相同的通孔和透明片,使矩形显示屏可以呈现异形屏幕如圆形屏幕的显示效果,既满足消费者多元化的需求,又是基于较成熟的矩形显示屏技术,显示效果较稳定且成本低。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

  1. 一种具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备,其中,包括:
    前壳,具有通孔;
    后壳,与所述前壳相对设置,所述后壳的端部与所述前壳的端部固定连接,以在所述后壳与所述前壳之间形成收容空间;
    支架,设置于所述收容空间内,并且所述支架位于所述后壳上,所述支架面向所述后壳的表面的中部凹陷形成凹槽;
    矩形显示屏,位于所述支架的面向所述前壳的表面上,所述矩形显示屏包括显示部和非显示部,所述显示部与所述通孔相对,且所述通孔在所述显示部上的投影位于所述显示部之内;所述非显示部包围所述显示部且所述非显示部与所述显示部连接;
    电池,设置在所述支架的凹槽中,为所述电子设备提供电源;
    透明片,固定于所述通孔内;所述透明片包括透光部和遮光部,所述透光部与所述显示部相对,所述遮光部与所述非显示部相对;
    其中,所述显示部的形状、所述通孔的截面形状和所述透明片的形状相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述透明片的形状为圆形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述通孔的内壁向内延伸形成承载台,所述承载台设置于所述非显示部上,所述遮光部固定于所述承载台上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括防尘泡棉,所述防尘泡棉设置于所述承载台和所述非显示部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述防尘泡棉与所述承载台之间和/或所述防尘泡棉与所述非显示部之间设置双面胶带。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括便携式无线路由器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述矩形显示屏中,将所述非显示部的状态设置为不显示状态或者显示为黑色。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述遮光部的背向所述矩形显示屏的表面上采用丝印印刷的方式印刷形成保护层。
  9. 一种具有异形显示屏幕的电子设备,其中,包括:
    前壳,具有通孔;
    后壳,与所述前壳相对设置,所述后壳的端部与所述前壳的端部固定连接,以在所述后壳与所述前壳之间形成收容空间;
    支架,设置于所述收容空间内,并且所述支架位于所述后壳上;
    矩形显示屏,位于所述支架的面向所述前壳的表面上,所述矩形显示屏包括显示部,所述显示部与所述通孔相对,且所述通孔在所述显示部上的投影位于所述显示部之内;
    透明片,固定于所述通孔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述通孔的截面形状与所述透明片的形状相同。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其中,所述透明片的形状为圆形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形中的一种。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述矩形显示屏还包括非显示部,所述非显示部包围所述显示部且所述非显示部与所述显示部连接;
    所述透明片包括透光部和遮光部,所述透光部与所述显示部相对,所述遮光部与所述非显示部相对。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其中,所述通孔的内壁向内延伸形成承载台,所述承载台设置于所述非显示部上,所述遮光部固定于所述承载台上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括防尘泡棉,所述防尘泡棉设置于所述承载台和所述非显示部之间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述防尘泡棉与所述承载台之间和/或所述防尘泡棉与所述非显示部之间设置双面胶带。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括便携式无线路由器。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述矩形显示屏中,将所述非显示部的状态设置为不显示状态或者显示为黑色。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述遮光部的背向所述矩形显示屏的表面上采用丝印印刷的方式印刷形成保护层。
