Description
本发明涉及智能穿戴领域,尤其涉及一种四季智能服装。
近年来,随着技术的日益发展,智能可穿戴设备逐渐成为新的技术潮流,其中,智能服装作为与人们日常生活息息相关的产品,正在获得越来越广泛的关注。人体绝大部分均为凹凸不平区域,智能服装上的电路板由于其不可弯折,尤其是穿着多层服装时,电路板受到服装带来的压力,易发生变形,甚至断裂,进而影响电路板正常使用。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可四季穿戴的智能服装。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种四季智能服装,包括服装本体,所述服装本体包括衣袖,所述衣袖的衣袖口上设有沿衣袖内延伸至衣袖口外的连接线,所述连接线的一端与外设的电路板的一端电连接,所述电路板的另一端设有用于与衣袖外壁连接的可拆装结构,所述连接线位于衣袖口外的部分上设有可弯折段,所述可弯折段与衣袖口之间设有预设间距。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的一种四季智能服装,通过位于电路板另一端的可拆装结构以及具有可弯折段的连接线,使得当穿戴其他衣物时先将可拆装结构拆开,再翻转电路板,使得原本位于衣袖外壁上的电路板离开衣袖表面,穿戴其他衣物后,再次翻转电路板使其回到衣袖外壁上固定连接,此时电路板由服装里层移至服装外层,不会使得电路板受到服装带来的压力,发生变形或断裂,进而确保电路板正常使用。

本发明最关键的构思在于:通过位于电路板另一端的可拆装结构以及具有可弯折段的连接线,使得当穿戴其他衣物时可使电路板由服装里层移至服装外层,不会受到服装带来的压力,进而确保电路板正常使用。
请参照图1以及图2,本发明提供的一种四季智能服装,包括服装本体1,所述服装本体1包括衣袖11,所述衣袖11的衣袖口上设有沿衣袖内延伸至衣袖口外的连接线12,所述连接线的一端与外设的电路板13的一端电连接,所述电路板的另一端设有用于与衣袖外壁连接的可拆装结构14,所述连接线位于衣袖口外的部分上设有可弯折段15,所述可弯折段15与衣袖口之间设有预设间距。

进一步的,所述可拆装结构14为设置在电路板另一端端部的第一磁块141,所述衣袖外壁设有多个沿袖长方向呈一字且相互之间设有固定间隔的第二磁块142,所述第一磁块141与第二磁块142相互吸引连接。
由上述描述可知,通过磁块相互吸引连接,便于拆装,多个第二磁块之间设有固定间隔可表征服装厚度,进而表征天气情况。
进一步的,所述第二磁块的数量为四个。
由上述描述可知,四个第二磁块表示四季,最远离衣袖口的第二磁块表示夏天,剩下的第二磁块往衣袖口的方向依次表示春天、秋天和冬天。
进一步的,所述电路板上设有相互电连接的显示屏和控制器,所述第一磁块上套设有第一接线端子,所述第二磁块上套设有用于当第一磁块与第二磁块发生磁性连接时与第一接线端子电接触的第二接线端子,所述第一接线端子和第二接线端子分别与控制器电连接。
由上述描述可知,当电路板另一端端部的第一磁块与位于最远离衣袖口的第二磁块磁性连接时,此时第一接线端子与位于最远离衣袖口的第二磁块上的第二接线端子电接触时,控制器发送指令至显示屏,显示屏显示“夏天”,穿戴者可通过显示屏直接了解穿着情况。

由上述描述可知,当需要在本智能服装外部增设衣物时,在可伸缩段的作用下,使得连接线可拉伸,可适用于穿戴不同厚度、不同层数的服装,使得电路板保持正常稳定工作。
进一步的,所述可伸缩段的形状为S型。
由上述描述可知,当S型的可伸缩段两端被拉伸时,S型会变形成扭曲的直线型,增长可伸缩段两端之间的距离,使其具有一定的伸缩性。

上述的可拆装结构为设置在电路板另一端端部的反向黏扣带。此结构拆装方便,可适用于多种智能服装。
本发明还提供了另一种可拆装结构,具体为设置在电路板另一端端部的第一磁块,所述衣袖外壁设有多个沿袖长方向呈一字且相互之间设有固定间隔的第二磁块,所述第一磁块与第二磁块相互吸引连接。通过磁块相互吸引连接,便于拆装,多个第二磁块之间设有固定间隔可表征服装厚度,进而表征天气情况。所述第二磁块的数量为四个。四个第二磁块表示四季,最远离衣袖口的第二磁块表示夏天,剩下的第二磁块往衣袖口的方向依次表示春天、秋天和冬天。同理,可采用钮扣连接固定的方式来代替上述磁块连接结构。
上述的电路板上设有相互电连接的显示屏和控制器,所述第一磁块上套设有第一接线端子,所述第二磁块上套设有用于当第一磁块与第二磁块发生磁性连接时与第一接线端子电接触的第二接线端子,所述第一接线端子和第二接线端子分别与控制器电连接。当电路板另一端端部的第一磁块与位于最远离衣袖口的第二磁块磁性连接时,此时第一接线端子与位于最远离衣袖口的第二磁块上的第二接线端子电接触时,控制器发送指令至显示屏,显示屏显示“夏天”,穿戴者可通过显示屏直接了解穿着情况。
上述的连接线位于衣袖口内的部分上设有可伸缩段。当需要在本智能服装外部增设衣物时,在可伸缩段的作用下,使得连接线可拉伸,可适用于穿戴不同厚度、不同层数的服装,使得电路板保持正常稳定工作。
上述的可伸缩段的形状为S型。当S型的可伸缩段两端被拉伸时,S型会变形成扭曲的直线型,增长可伸缩段两端之间的距离,使其具有一定的伸缩性。
所述可伸缩段的上方覆盖毛线层。以反复缝织的毛线组成毛线层,且覆盖在可伸缩段上方,不仅起到固定连接线的作用,而且由于毛线具有一定的柔软性,使得常常揉成一圈的可伸缩段在毛线的作用下,改善其舒适感。
所述衣袖口的内壁上设有弹簧,所述可伸缩段缠绕弹簧设置。使得当连接线拉伸时,弹簧也会被拉伸,此时弹簧就会具有一定回复力,可伸缩段在回复力的作用下可方便收缩,以供下次拉伸。

- 根据权利要求1所述的四季智能服装,其特征在于,所述可拆装结构为设置在电路板另一端端部的第一磁块,所述衣袖外壁设有多个沿袖长方向呈一字且相互之间设有固定间隔的第二磁块,所述第一磁块与第二磁块相互吸引连接。
