在所述装置处于第二状态下,所述耳机推动所述滑块压缩所述第一弹簧,所述耳机头部的凸出端朝向所述容纳腔的第二端方向移动至脱离所述外延框,从而可从所述开口脱出。

第三方面,本申请提供了一种便携式式设备。该便携设备包括如第一方面中任一种设计提供的耳机容纳装置。
在一种可能的设计中,该便携式设备还可以包括如第二方面中任一种设计提供的耳机。
本申请实施例提供的耳机容纳装置、耳机及便携设备,通过在底座形成的容纳腔中的一端设置外延框,另一端设置第一弹簧和滑块。以及在耳机头部设置凸出端,在耳机尾部设置凹陷部。通过向下按压耳机推动滑块压缩第一弹簧,能够使滑块上的凸出部与耳机尾部的凹陷部卡接,同时耳机头部的凸出端被外延框限制在容纳腔之内,从而实现将耳机方便、快速、稳定地收纳在耳机容纳装置中。当需要将耳机取出使用时,通过向容纳腔的第二端按压耳机,推动滑块压缩第一弹簧,耳机头部的凸出端朝向容纳腔第二端方向移动至脱离所述外框,进而可从所述开口脱出,从而实现方便快速地将耳机从耳机容纳装置中取出。
进一步地,通过设置保险机构,使得在不按压保险按键的情况下,耳机不会从容纳装置中脱出,从而防止了耳机在用户未知的情况下受外力脱落丢失问题。而且,采用耳机尾部的第二凹平面至多移动至与轴向端面接触的设计,可以限制耳机推动滑块压缩第一弹簧的压缩量,从而有效防止用户从耳机容纳装置中取出耳机时,第一弹簧产生过大的回复力,导致耳机被弹飞,进而损坏的情况。此外,通过设置固定块,可以使当耳机容纳装置中第二弹簧与固定块的连接处等发生损坏时,不需更换整个底座,而直接更换固定块,从而减少用户的经济损失,提高客户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
图1a为本申请实施例提供的一种耳机容纳装置的结构俯视图,图1b为本申请实施例提供的一种耳机容纳装置的斜视图,图1c为本申请实施例提供的一种耳机容纳装置的剖面图。如图1a、图1b和图1c所示,该装置包括底座100。底座100上形成有用于放置耳机的容纳腔110,容纳腔110具有底面、侧壁和开口,并具有与耳机的头部相对应的第一端120和与耳机的尾部相对应的第二端130;在第一端的开口处形成有朝向第二端方向延伸的外延框121;该装置在第二端的侧壁处包括第一弹簧131和滑块132,第一弹簧131可沿第一端120与第二端130的连线方向压缩,滑块的第一端120与第一弹簧连接131,滑块的第二端形成有凸出部133。
图2a为本申请实施例提供的一种耳机的结构示意图,图2b为本申请实施例提供的一种耳机的剖面图。如图2a和图2b所示,耳机的头部形成有凸出端210,耳机的尾部形成有凹陷部220。图2a和图2b所示的耳机,能够可拆卸地容纳到如图1a、图1b和图1c所示的耳机容纳装置中。
在一个实施例中,如图3a所示,当耳机容纳装置处于第一状态,例如,第一状态为该装置中的耳机稳定的静置于耳机容纳装置中,耳机的头部的凸出端210被耳机容纳装置的外延框121限制在该装置的容纳腔110之内;耳机尾部的凹陷部220与装置的滑块133上的凸出部132卡接。
在又一个实施例中,如图3b所示,当耳机容纳装置处于第一状态,例如,第二状态为该装置中的耳机正被放入。耳机的头部的凸出端210被耳机容纳装置的外延框121限制在该装置的容纳腔110之内,耳机推动滑块133压缩第一弹簧131,从而实现耳机尾部的凹陷部220与装置的滑块133上的凸出部132卡接。
在另一个实施例中,如图3c所示,当耳机容纳装置处于第二状态,例如,第二状态为该装置中的耳机正被取出。耳机推动滑块133压缩第一弹簧131,耳机头部的凸出端210朝向容纳腔110的第二端130方向移动至脱离外延框121。此时,耳机头部与底座腔体留有间隙300,耳机可以向上旋转,从而可从容纳腔110的开口脱出。
本申请实施例提供的耳机容纳装置及耳机,通过在底座形成的容纳腔中的一端设置外延框,另一端设置第一弹簧和滑块。以及在耳机头部设置凸出端,在耳机尾部设置凹陷部。通过向下按压耳机推动滑块压缩第一弹簧,能够使滑块上的凸出部与耳机尾部的凹陷部卡接,同时耳机头部的凸出端被外延框限制在容纳腔之内,从而实现将耳机方便、快速、稳定地收纳在耳机容纳装置中。当需要将耳机取出使用时,通过向容纳腔的第二端按压耳机,推动滑块压缩第一弹簧,耳机头部的凸出端朝向容纳腔第二端方向移动至脱离所述外框,进而可从所述开口脱出,从而实现方便快速地将耳机从耳机容纳装置中取出。
图4a为本申请实施例提供的另一种耳机容纳装置的斜视图,图4b为本申请实施例提 供的另一种耳机容纳装置的结构俯视图。与图1a、图1b和图1c中所示的装置相比,图4a和图4b中,还包括保险机构。其中,保险机构包括卡簧141、第二弹簧142和保险按键143;保险按键143通过卡簧141和第二弹簧142可移动地固定在容纳腔110的侧壁上。在容纳腔的侧壁上具有配合孔144,保险按键143的一端通过配合孔144插入容纳腔110中。
在一个实施例中,如图4c所示,保险按键143包括朝向容纳腔内侧的第一端1431和朝向容纳腔外侧的第二端1432,以及连接第一端和第二端的连接轴1433;保险按键的第一端1431形成有与连接轴1433的轴向平行的轴向端面1434。
更进一步地,如图4d所示,配合孔144包括通孔1441和凹陷面1442。通孔1441的截面小于凹陷面1442。如图4e所示,连接轴1433上靠近所述保险按键143的第一端1431处设置有凹槽1435。如图4f所示,卡簧142插入凹槽1435并固定在容纳腔的侧壁上。第二弹簧142的一端与保险按键143的第二端1432接触,其另一端与凹陷面1442接触。卡簧142的厚度小于凹槽1435的宽度,第二弹簧142可在保险按键143的推动下沿连接轴1433的轴向压缩。
图5为本申请实施例提供的另一种耳机的结构示意图。与图2a和图2b中的耳机相比,图5中的耳机尾部在靠近保险机构的一侧还形成有凹陷腔,凹陷腔具有台阶状的第一凹平面510和第二凹平面520,第一凹平面510相比于第二凹平面520更靠近耳机外侧,第二凹平面520至耳机头部的距离小于第一凹平面510至耳机头部的距离。图5所示的耳机,能够可拆卸地容纳到如图4a和图4b所示的耳机容纳装置中。
在一个实施例中,当耳机容纳装置处于第一状态,例如,第一状态为该装置中的耳机稳定的静置于耳机容纳装置中,如图3a所示,耳机的头部的凸出端210被耳机容纳装置的外延框121限制在该装置的容纳腔110之内;耳机尾部的凹陷部220与装置的滑块133上的凸出部132卡接。同时,如图6a所示,耳机尾部的第一凹平面510与保险按键143第一端1431的轴向端面1434接触。此时,如果不按压保险按键143,则耳机无法向容纳腔110的第二端130方向移动,从而可以防止耳机从耳机容纳装置中脱出。
在另一个实施例中,当耳机容纳装置处于第一状态,例如,第一状态为该装置中的耳机正被放入。如图3b所示,耳机的头部的凸出端210被耳机容纳装置的外延框121限制在该装置的容纳腔110之内,耳机推动滑块133压缩第一弹簧131,从而实现耳机尾部的凹陷部220与装置的滑块133上的凸出部132卡接。此时,将耳机放入耳机容纳装置时,只需下压耳机,不需要按下保险按键。
在又一个实施例中,如图6b所示,当耳机容纳装置处于第二状态,例如,第二状态为该装置中的耳机正被取出。保险按键143压缩第二弹簧141,位于保险按键143第一端1431的轴向端面1434脱离第一凹平面510,沿轴向移动至凹陷腔中与第二凹平面相对的位置。此时,耳机可以推动滑块133压缩第一弹簧131,耳机头部的凸出端210朝向容纳腔110的第二端130方向移动至脱离外延框121,耳机头部与底座腔体留有间隙300,耳机可以向上旋转,从而可从容纳腔110的开口脱出。
更进一步地,当耳机容纳装置处于第二状态,耳机头部的凸出端210朝向容纳腔110的第二端130方向移动时,相应的,耳机尾部的第二凹平面520至多移动至与轴向端面1434接触。采用这种设计,可以限制耳机推动滑块133压缩第一弹簧131时的压缩量,从而有 效防止用户从耳机容纳装置中取出耳机时,第一弹簧131产生过大的回复力,导致耳机被弹飞,进而损坏的情况。
下面,对用户从耳机容纳装置中取出耳机以及放入耳机的过程进行介绍。
如图7a所示,步骤S710,用户使用大拇指按下保险按键。此时,如图7b所示,保险按键143压缩第二弹簧141,位于保险按键143第一端1431的轴向端面1434脱离第一凹平面510,沿轴向移动至凹陷腔中与第二凹平面520相对的位置。如图7a所示,步骤S720,用户朝向容纳腔110的第二端130推动耳机。此时,如图7c所示,耳机头部的凸出端210朝向容纳腔110的第二端130方向移动至脱离外延框121,耳机头部与底座腔体留有间隙300,如图7b所示,耳机尾部的第二凹平面520移动至与轴向端面1434接触。然后,如图7c中所示,向上旋转取出耳机。
如图8所示,首先,将耳机头部的凸出端210放入容纳腔110中。然后,向下按压耳机,使耳机推动滑块133压缩第一弹簧131,从而实现耳机尾部的凹陷部220与装置的滑块133上的凸出部132卡接。
需要说明的是,本申请中的耳机容纳装置,还可以包括如图9a所示的固定块150。在一个实施例中,如图9b所示,固定块150的一端通过螺钉151固定在容纳腔110的第二端130,该固定块的另一端与第一弹簧131连接。通过设置固定块,当耳机容纳装置中第二弹簧与固定块的连接处等发生损坏时,可以不需更换整个底座,而直接更换固定块,从而减少用户的经济损失,提高客户体验。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种耳机容纳装置,其特征在于,包括:底座;
    所述底座上形成有用于放置耳机的容纳腔,所述容纳腔具有底面、侧壁和开口,并具有与所述耳机的头部相对应的第一端和与所述耳机的尾部相对应的第二端;在所述第一端的开口处形成有朝向第二端方向延伸的外延框;所述装置在所述第二端的侧壁处包括第一弹簧和滑块,所述第一弹簧可沿第一端与第二端的连线方向压缩,所述滑块的第一端与所述第一弹簧连接,所述滑块的第二端形成有凸出部;
    在所述装置处于第一状态下,所述耳机头部的凸出端被所述外延框限制在所述容纳腔之内;所述滑块上的凸出部与所述耳机尾部的凹陷部卡接;
    在所述装置处于第二状态下,所述滑块在所述耳机的推动下压缩所述第一弹簧,所述耳机头部的凸出端朝向所述第二端方向移动至脱离所述外框,从而可从所述开口脱出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:保险机构;
    所述保险机构包括卡簧、第二弹簧和保险按键;所述保险按键通过所述卡簧和所述第二弹簧可移动地固定在所述容纳腔的侧壁上;所述保险按键包括朝向所述容纳腔内侧的第一端和朝向所述容纳腔外侧的第二端,以及连接所述第一端和所述第二端的连接轴;在所述容纳腔的侧壁上具有配合孔;所述保险按键的第一端通过所述配合孔插入所述容纳腔中;所述保险按键的第一端形成有与所述连接轴的轴向平行的轴向端面;
    所述耳机的尾部在靠近所述保险机构的一侧还形成有凹陷腔,所述凹陷腔具有台阶状的第一凹平面和第二凹平面,所述第一凹平面相比于第二凹平面更靠近耳机外侧,所述第二凹平面至所述耳机头部的距离小于所述第一凹平面至所述耳机头部的距离;
    在所述装置处于第一状态下,所述轴向端面与所述耳机尾部的第一凹平面接触;
    在所述装置处于第二状态下,所述保险按键压缩所述第二弹簧,所述轴向端面脱离所述第一凹平面,沿轴向移动至所述凹陷腔中与所述第二凹平面相对的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述配合孔包括通孔和凹陷面,所述通孔的截面小于所述凹陷面,所述连接轴上靠近所述保险按键的第一端处设置有凹槽,所述卡簧插入所述凹槽并固定在所述侧壁上;所述第二弹簧的一端与所述保险按键的第二端接触,所述第二弹簧的另一端与所述凹陷面接触;所述卡簧的厚度小于所述凹槽的宽度,所述第二弹簧可在所述保险按键的推动下沿所述连接轴的轴向压缩。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:固定块;
    所述固定块的一端通过螺钉固定在所述容纳腔的第二端,所述固定块的另一端与所述第一弹簧连接。
  5. 一种耳机,可拆卸地容纳到如权利要求1所述的耳机容纳装置中,其特征在于,所述耳机的头部形成有凸出端,所述耳机的尾部形成有凹陷部;
    在所述装置处于第一状态下,所述耳机头部的凸出端被所述装置的外延框限制在所述装置的容纳腔之内;所述耳机尾部的凹陷部与所述装置的滑块上的凸出部卡接;
    在所述装置处于第二状态下,所述耳机推动所述滑块压缩所述第一弹簧,所述耳机头部的凸出端朝向所述容纳腔的第二端方向移动至脱离所述外延框,从而可从所述开口脱出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,
    所述耳机的尾部在靠近所述保险机构的一侧还形成有凹陷腔,所述凹陷腔具有台阶状的第一凹平面和第二凹平面,所述第一凹平面相比于第二凹平面更靠近耳机外侧,所述第二凹平面至所述耳机头部的距离小于所述第一凹平面至所述耳机头部的距离;
    所述装置还包括保险机构;所述保险机构包括卡簧、第二弹簧和保险按键;所述保险按键通过所述卡簧和所述第二弹簧可移动地固定在所述容纳腔的侧壁上;所述保险按键包括朝向所述容纳腔内侧的第一端和朝向所述容纳腔外侧的第二端,以及连接所述第一端和所述第二端的连接轴;在所述容纳腔的侧壁上具有配合孔;所述保险按键的第一端通过所述配合孔插入所述容纳腔中;所述保险按键的第一端形成有与所述连接轴的轴向平行的轴向端面;
    在所述装置处于第一状态下,所述耳机尾部的第一凹平面与所述保险机构的轴向端面接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,
    在所述装置处于第二状态下,所述耳机尾部的第二凹平面至多移动至与所述轴向端面接触。
  8. 一种便携式设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的耳机。
