本发明属于卫浴设备技术领域,特别是一种马桶测压喷水装置及测压喷水方法。

近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,健康生活越来越受到人们的重视,新型的卫浴产品走入了平常百姓家庭,电子马桶具有便后自动冲洗的功能,不仅给人们提供了新的卫浴理念,也大大提高了人们的日常卫生。
但是,现有的自动冲洗喷水马桶,其喷杆位置是预定的,不能根据使用者个体不同进行调节,导致冲洗时不能准确对准人体肛门和阴部,使用效果不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种马桶测压喷水装置及测压喷水方法,通过准确定位人体的肛门进行便后冲洗。
每次坐上马桶时的位置各有偏差,会造成臀部对于马桶盖的压力位置及大小不同,因此,利用设于马桶盖上的压力传感器将所述压力差异转化为电信号,并经处理器进行计算处理,可推算出肛门位置,进而将喷水装置对准肛门位置,实现准确清洗。
一种马桶测压喷水装置,包括喷杆、支架、驱动电机、压力传感控制单元、中央控制单元和马桶盖;所述支架为槽形结构;所述喷杆为下部带齿条的圆柱形结构,可移动安装在所述支架上;所述驱动电机固定于所述支架上,其转子齿轮与喷杆的齿条啮合,驱动所述喷杆在所述支架上移动;所述中央处理单元位于马桶测压喷水装置末端;在所述喷杆上设置有臀洗喷水孔,在所述喷杆内设置臀洗管路,所述臀洗管路的一端连接臀洗喷水孔,另一端为臀洗进水口;所述支架固定于所述马桶盖上;所述压力传感控制单元设置在所述马桶盖内侧;所述压力传感控制单元连接至所述中央处理单元;当人坐上马桶时时,所述压力传感控制单元根据马桶盖各部分受力大小检测用户肛门位置并发送至所述中央处理单元,所述中央处理单元控制所述驱动电机驱动所述喷杆移动,使所述喷杆的臀洗喷水孔调整至对准用户肛门位置进行喷洗。通过压力传感控制单元,准确定位人体肛门位置,实现便后清洗。

进一步,在一个实施例中,所述压力传感器为一个覆盖马桶盖内表面的环形压力传感器,其检测马桶盖受力情况后将所感应到的压力大小传至处理器,处理器统计所述压力的数据,得出马桶盖左右两侧的压力峰值,据此推算肛门位置。
进一步,所述臀洗喷水孔为单个圆形喷水孔,且直径小,提供充足的水流冲击力清洗位于臀部的排泄残余物。
进一步,所述马桶盖表面为弹性材料,提高检测灵敏度。
进一步,马桶盖与压力传感控制单元之间设有密封圈,提高水密性,延长使用寿命。

(5)压力传感控制单元将肛门位置反馈至中央处理单元;
(6)中央处理单元控制驱动电机驱动所述喷杆,使臀洗喷水孔位于肛门位置;
(7)中央处理单元控制臀洗喷水孔喷水对用户进行清洗;
(8)清洗完毕后,喷杆缩回。
进一步,所述第(7)步中,所述中央处理单元接收切换信号,控制分配电机切换使所述臀洗上水口或妇洗上水口连接水源。

下面结合附图对本发明马桶测压喷水装置及测压喷水方法的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
请参阅附图1至3,马桶测压喷水装置包括马桶盖1、压力传感控制单元2、喷杆4、支架3、驱动电机和中央控制单元。马桶盖1表面为弹性材料,其内侧设置压力传感控制单元2。压力传感控制单元2包括压力传感器和处理器。压力传感控制单元2连接至中央处理单元。
喷杆4可移动安装在支架3上,驱动电机连接驱动喷杆4在支架3上移动,支架3为槽形结构,喷杆4为带齿条的圆柱形结构,驱动电机固定于支架3上,驱动电机的转子齿轮与喷杆4下部的齿条啮合。
喷杆4上设置有臀洗喷水孔5,在喷杆4内设置臀洗管路,臀洗管路的一端连接臀洗喷水孔5,臀洗喷水孔5为直径小的单个圆形喷水孔,提供充足的水流冲击力提高冲洗的洁净度;其另一端为臀洗进水口51,臀洗进水口51通过臀洗上水管连接至水源。

当臀部接触马桶盖后,被臀部接触的马桶盖部分对应的压力传感器的受力情况发生变化,将所感应到的压力大小传至处理器,处理器比较每个压力传感器的压力数值大小,并分别选出马桶盖两侧压力值最大的传感器,将这两个传感器相应的位置发送到中央处理单元。由于马桶盖水平放置,人体坐于其上,承载人体大部分体重的身体躯干所处的平面对于马桶盖的压力为最大,即臀部尾骨对于马桶盖的作用力大小为整个马桶盖受力面中的最大值。而肛门的位置位于左右两个臀部尾骨的中间线上。因此,处理器所得两个传感器相应的位置即为左右两个臀部尾骨的位置,将马桶盖两侧压力值最大的传感器的位置取一中点,即为肛门所处的位置。处理器得出压力峰值后,计算出马桶盖两侧压力峰值对应的位置的中点位置,并将所述中点位置发送至中央处理单元,中央处理单元控制喷杆4的臀洗喷水孔5对准所述中点位置即用户肛门位置进行喷洗。
优选的,压力传感控制单元2电连接有一加热片,加热片位于臀洗管路旁,当电路连通时加热片自动启动加热,以环保方式提供温暖水流。

实施例2

压力传感控制单元2包括压力传感器和处理器。所述压力传感器为一个覆盖马桶盖内表面的环形压力传感器。当臀部接触马桶盖后,被臀部接触的马桶盖部分对应的压力传感器的受力情况发生变化,压力传感器检测马桶盖受力情况,将所感应到的压力大小传至处理器,处理器统计所述压力的数据,得出马桶盖左右两侧的压力峰值。由于马桶盖水平放置,人体坐于其上,承载人体大部分体重的身体躯干所处的平面对于马桶盖的压力为最大,即臀部尾骨对于马桶盖的作用力大小为整个马桶盖受力面中的最大值。而肛门的位置位于左右两个臀部尾骨的中间线上。因此,处理器所得压力峰值对应的位置即为左右两个臀部尾骨的位置,将马桶盖两侧压力峰值对应的位置取一中点,即为肛门所处的位置。处理器得出压力峰值后,计算出马桶盖两侧压力峰值对应的位置的中点位置,并将所述中点位置发送至中央处理单元,中央处理单元控制喷杆4的臀洗喷水孔5对准所述中点位置即用户肛门位置进行喷洗。

  1. 一种马桶测压喷水装置,包括喷杆、支架、驱动电机、压力传感控制单元、中央控制单元和马桶盖;所述支架为槽形结构;所述喷杆为下部带齿条的圆柱形结构,可移动安装在所述支架上;所述驱动电机固定于所述支架上,其转子齿轮与喷杆的齿条啮合,驱动所述喷杆在所述支架上移动;所述中央处理单元位于马桶测压喷水装置末端;在所述喷杆上设置有臀洗喷水孔,在所述喷杆内设置臀洗管路,所述臀洗管路的一端连接臀洗喷水孔,另一端为臀洗进水口;所述支架固定于所述马桶盖上;所述压力传感控制单元设置在所述马桶盖内侧;所述压力传感控制单元连接至所述中央处理单元;当人坐上马桶时时,所述压力传感控制单元根据马桶盖各部分受力大小检测用户肛门位置并发送至所述中央处理单元,所述中央处理单元控制所述驱动电机驱动所述喷杆移动,使所述喷杆的臀洗喷水孔调整至对准用户肛门位置进行喷洗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:所述压力传感控制单元包括压力传感器和处理器,所述处理器与压力传感器电连接;所述压力传感器感应马桶盖各部分受力情况,并将所得压力信息送至处理器,处理器选取其中压力值最大的位置,推算出肛门位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:所述压力传感器为多个传感器的组合;所述处理器比较每个压力传感器的压力数值大小,并分别选出马桶盖两侧压力值最大的压力传感器,将这两个压力传感器相应的位置发送到中央处理单元。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:所述压力传感器为一个覆盖马桶盖内表面的环形压力传感器,其检测马桶盖受力情况后将所感应到的压力大小传至处理器,处理器统计所述压力的数据,得出马桶盖左右两侧的压力峰值,据此推算肛门位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:所述马桶盖表面为弹性材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:马桶盖与压力传感控制单元之间设有密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:所述臀洗喷水孔为单个圆形喷水孔,且直径小。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的马桶测压喷水装置,其特征在于:在所述臀洗喷水孔前端的喷杆上,还设置妇洗喷水孔,所述妇洗喷水孔为多个圆形喷水孔,所述喷杆内还设置妇洗管路,所述妇洗管路的一端连接妇洗喷水孔,另一端为妇洗进水口,所述支架上还 设有分配电机,所述分配电机切换所述臀洗进水口、妇洗进水口与水源之间的连通;所述妇洗喷水孔运行时,所述喷杆往前伸出更多。
  9. 一种如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的马桶测压喷水装置的测压喷水方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    (1)中央处理单元接收用户使用指令启动所述马桶测压喷水装置;
    (2)所述中央处理单元控制驱动电机驱动所述喷杆向前伸出后缩回;
    (3)马桶测压喷水装置的压力传感器测得马桶盖受力情况,经处理器计算处理获得肛门位置;
    (4)如果没有探测到马桶盖受力情况,提醒用户改为坐姿后,返回步骤(2);
    (5)压力传感控制单元将肛门位置反馈至中央处理单元;
    (6)中央处理单元控制驱动电机驱动所述喷杆,使臀洗喷水孔位于肛门位置;
    (7)中央处理单元控制臀洗喷水孔喷水对用户进行清洗;
    (8)清洗完毕后,喷杆缩回。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的马桶测压喷水方法,其特征在于:所述第(7)步中,所述中央处理单元接收切换信号,控制分配电机切换使所述臀洗上水口或妇洗上水口连接水源。
