[0024] 在一种实施方式中第一固定孔包含 2个, 其中一个其水平方向的孔径和垂直方 向的孔径不相同, 且垂直方向的孔径大于水平方向的孔径, 水平方向的孔径略 大于第一紧固件的直径, 以允许安装吋第一紧固件通过。 垂直方向的孔径允许 在第一紧固件未完全紧固的状态下, 第一固定板可以相对于安装平面做垂直方 向的调整。 其目的是当有多个本申请的挂架安装在同一安装平面吋, 可以使施 工人员相对于其它已安装的第一固定板调整待安装的第一固定板的安装高度使 其高度一致。 当第一固定孔的 2个固定孔都被第一紧固件锁紧后, 第一固定板相 对于安装平面将被锁紧, 不能做相对移动或旋转, 其沿各个方向的自有度均被 限制。 第一固定孔可以设置在与凸棱区域重合或设置在第一凸棱区域外的任意 位置。
[0025] 如图 3所示, 第一凸棱设置在第一固定板的第一面上设置有相互平行的第一凸 楞, , 第一凸棱沿水平方向平行分布, 水平方向是指图 2中与竖直方向垂直且平 行于纸面的方向, 也即安装状态下与水平面平行的方向, 水平方向并不是绝对 意义上的水平面的方向 0°, ±10°的偏差是被允许的, 也就是说, 与水平面成 -10° 至 10°的方面均被可被认为是本申请的水平方向, 这是因为在实际的应用中, 安 装平面因施工设计存在一定的误差, 导致本申请提供的第一安装板在安装状态 下也存在一定的误差。
[0026] 在本申请的一种实施例中, 如图 3所示, 第二固定孔 212设置在第一凸棱区域内 , 其中第一凸楞区域是指设置有第一凸楞的区域。 第二固定孔为 1个或或以上, 在第二固定孔为两个或以上吋, 第二固定孔沿竖直方向分布。 此吋, 由于第二 固定板上的滑孔在竖直方向上的内径大于滑孔在水平方向上的内径。 在安装过 程中, 第二紧固件通过滑孔, 安装在第二固定孔上, 在对安装板的相对位置进 行调整吋, 可以将第二紧固件不完全紧固或取下, 第二固定板在可在竖直方向 上相对于第一固定板移动。 在第二紧固件拧紧即完全紧固吋, 第二固定板上的 第二凸棱与第一固定板上的第一凸棱相啮合, 使得在竖直方向的摩擦力变大, 限制了第二固定板在竖直方向上的移动和在竖直面上的旋转。 此吋, 滑孔在水 平方向的内径略大于第二紧固件的外径, 第二紧固件在水平方向上的移动会收 到限制。 第二固定孔的不同位置或多个位置安装有第二紧固件吋与滑孔相互作 用可以使第二固定板与第一固定板调节吋的相对位置范围进行限制。 示例性的 , 第二紧固件若只安装在中间的第二固定孔位置, 则第二固定板向上可调节范 围为滑孔的 50%的长度。 若第二紧固件安装在第二固定孔的最上一个位置, 则第 二固定板可以调节整个滑孔的长度范围。 在本申请的另一个实施例中, 第二固 定孔 212设置在第一凸棱区域外, 可以在第一区域外的任意位置。
[0027] 如图 4所示, 第二固定板包括平直部和悬挂部, 悬挂部位于平直部的上方, 如 图 4中所示, 虚线上方的部分为悬挂部, 虚线下方的部分为平直部。 平直部在其 朝向第一固定板的第二面上设置有相互平行的第二凸棱 2211, 第二凸棱沿水平 方向平行分布, 第二固定板在设置有第二凸棱的区域内设置有滑孔, 滑孔贯穿 第二固定板, 作为另一种实现方式, 滑孔也可以设置在第二凸棱的区域外, 第 二滑孔用于是第二紧固件通过, 在第二紧固件完全紧固在第二固定孔吋, 第二 凸棱可与第一凸棱相啮合。 其中第二凸楞区域是指设置哟第二凸楞的区域。
[0028] 滑孔在竖直方向上的内径大于滑孔在水平方向上的内径, 以使得在第二紧固件 24非完全紧固在第二固定孔 212吋, 第二固定板 22可以在竖直方向上相对于第一 固定板 21移动, 用于调节相对位置。 其中, 完全紧固, 是指第二紧固件将第二 固定板 22与第一固定板 21压紧, 使第一凸棱和第二凸棱相啮合, 非完全紧固, 是指第二紧固件连接在第二固定孔上, 但是未将第二固定板和第一固定板压紧
, 第一凸棱和第二凸棱未啮合, 第一固定板和第二固定板可以做相对位移。
[0029] 滑孔在水平方向的孔径略大于第二紧固件的直径。 以满足加工工艺的需求。

[0037] 悬挂部 322位于平直部的上部, 且相远离第一固定板的方向上弯曲, 以在第一 固定板和第二固定板之间形成间隙, 来容纳投影屏幕的挂架。
[0038] 本实施例中, 悬挂一个投影屏幕需要两只或以上本挂架。 由于两只挂架之间除 水平高度要求一致外, 并未其它限制条件。 因此两只独立的挂架的安装间距可 以为小于屏幕悬挂部的任意尺寸。 可以适用于非连续墙面安装。 如木梁加石膏 板结构建筑。 原则上应将挂架安装与木梁上以达到称重的目的。 因此被实施例 很好的解决了安装固定位置选取的问题。 为与本实施例的挂架配合使用, 对应 投影屏幕的悬挂部分应为连续的横梁结构。 由于安装平面的木梁并不一定与期 望的安装位置中心对称。 横梁结构的投影屏幕安装部, 并不要求屏幕悬挂部与 挂架安装位置对称。 因此可以很好的解决木梁安装位置与屏幕位置非中心对称 的问题。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种投影屏幕壁挂支架, 包括:
第一固定板, 所述第一固定板上设置有第一固定孔和第二固定孔; 第二固定板, 所述第二固定板上设置有滑孔, 所述滑孔贯穿所述第二 固定板, 所述滑孔在竖直方向的内径大于在水平方向的内径; 第一紧固件, 所述第一紧固件用于穿过所述第一固定孔, 将所述第一 固定板固定在安装平面上;
第二紧固件, 穿过所述滑孔, 可拆卸的固定在所述第二固定孔上, 以 将所述第二固定板固定在所述第一固定板的上。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的投影屏幕壁挂支架, 其特征在于,
所述第一固定板的朝向第二固定板的表面上设置有第一凹凸部; 所述第二固定板, 包括平直部和悬挂部, 所述平直部的朝向所述第一 固定板的第二面设置第二凹凸部, 所述滑孔位于所述平直部。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的投影屏幕壁挂支架, 其特征在于,
所述第一凹凸部为相互平行的第一凸楞;
所述第而凹凸部为相互平行的第二凸棱;
在第二紧固件的完全紧固状态下, 所述第一凸棱与所述第二凸棱相啮 合并将所述第二固定板固定在所述第一固定板的第一面上。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的投影屏幕壁挂支架, 其特征在于,
所述第一凸楞均沿水平方向延伸所述第二凸楞均沿水平方向延伸。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 3所述的投影屏幕壁挂支架, 其特征在于,
所述第一凸楞之间的间距为第二凸楞之间的间距的整数倍, 或所述第 二凸楞之间的间距为第一凸楞之间的间距的整数倍。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 3所述的投影屏幕壁挂支架, 其特征在于,
第二紧固件在非完全紧固状态下, 所述第一凸棱与所述第二凸棱未啮 合, 在所述第二紧固件的限位下, 所述第二固定板可沿竖直方向相对 所述第一固定板移动。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 1所述的投影屏幕壁挂支架, 其特征在于, 所述滑孔在所 述竖直方向上的直径大于所述第二凸棱区域在所述竖直方向的长度的 一半, 并小于或等于所述第二凸棱区域在所述竖直方向的长度。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 1所述的投影屏幕的壁挂支架, 其特征在于, 所述第一固 定板的第一面上还设置有限位凸起, 所述限位凸起位于所述第一凸棱 组的左侧和 /或右侧。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 1所述的投影屏幕的壁挂支架, 其特征在于, 所述第二固 定孔为两个或两个以上, 且沿竖直方向排布。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 7所述的投影屏幕的壁挂支架, 其特征在于, 所述限位凸 起上设置有刻度, 所述第二固定板的远离所述第一固定板的平面上设 置有用于指示所述刻度的指针。
[权利要求 11] 如权利要求 1所述的投影屏幕的壁挂支架, 其特征在于, 在安装状态 下, 所述悬挂部伸出所述第一固定板的顶部, 所述悬挂部与所述安装 平面之间的间隙用于悬挂所述投影屏幕。
