请参阅图1,本发明实施方式的遥控器100包括支撑体10和传感装置20。支撑体10包括支撑面11,传感装置20贴合在支撑面11上。传感装置20包括输入面21,输入面21用于接收用户的触摸。
上述遥控器100中,传感装置20可以接收用户的触摸,遥控器100可以根据用户的触摸控制电子设备运行,操作简单。电子设备例如为灯具、风扇、电动窗帘等电子产品。
具体地,支撑面11可以为平面也可以为曲面。本实施方式中,支撑面11为平面。支撑体10还包括与支撑面11相背的握持面12,握持面12为曲面,这样使得用户握持遥控器100的手感较佳。
传感装置20呈片状,传感装置20例如为柔性触摸屏或柔性压力传感器。
柔性触摸屏例如为电容式、电阻式、超声波式等触摸屏。柔性触摸屏包括均呈片状的衬底层和覆盖层,衬底层上形成有多个感应电极以感应用户的触摸输入,覆盖层覆盖封装感应电极以避免感应电极被损坏。覆盖层包括输入面21。
传感装置20可以通过粘胶贴合固定在支撑面11上,例如,在安装传感装置20时,可以先在支撑面11上涂上粘胶(例如光学胶),然后将传感装置20通过粘胶粘接贴合在支撑面11上。
用户的触摸包括不同的手势操作,遥控器100用于根据不同的手势操作控制不同的电子设备运行。例如,用户可以在输入面21上进行点击、滑移等手势操作。
在一个例子中,电子设备为灯具,用户在输入面21进行点击触摸操作时,可以控制灯具发光或熄灭;用户在输入面21上进行滑移触摸操作时,可以控制灯具的亮度。
需要指出的是,遥控器100可以同时控制多个电子设备。例如,遥控器100可以同时控制灯具和电动窗帘。在一个例子中,传感装置20可以显示初级操作界面及二级操作界面。用户在初级操作界面点击时,可以进入与灯具对应的二级操作界面或与电动窗帘对应的操作界面,用户可以在相应的二级操作界面进行手势操作从而可以控制灯具或电动窗帘。用户在二级操作界面向右滑移时,可以返回到初级操作界面。
请参见图2,可以理解,遥控器100包括通信模块22,通信模块22可以实现遥控器100与电子设备之间的数据传输。
在某些实施方式中,支撑体10为透光体。例如,支撑体10的材料为亚克力,这样使得支撑体10容易制成。具体地,遥控器100内可以设置有光源(图未示),光源可以显示遥控器100的工作状态。例如,当遥控器100工作时,光源处于发光状态,当遥控器100停止工作时,光源处于熄灭状态。光源发出的光线可以透过支撑体10出射至遥控器100外,从而为用户提供更佳的体验。
请参阅图2-图4,在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括安装壳30和电路板
40。安装壳30设置在支撑体10的一端。电路板40收容于安装壳30内。传感装置20与电路板40电连接。
如此,电路板40可以与传感装置20进行数据传输,从而控制传感装置20接收用户的输入。进一步地,电路板40上设置有处理器(图未示),处理器与传感装置20连接。安装壳30可以保护电路板40,从而可以提高遥控器100的寿命。
本实施方式中,支撑体10呈柱状,安装壳30设置在支撑体10长度方向(如图3的左右方向)的一端,支撑体10的长度大于安装壳30的长度,支撑体10的宽度小于安装壳30的宽度,支撑体10插入安装壳30中。
在某些实施方式中,传感装置20通过连接器50与电路板40连接。
如此,传感装置20与电路板40的连接方式简单,这样可以提高遥控器100的组装效率。具体地,电路板40上可以设置有连接座,连接器50的一端可以通过绑定(bonding)的方式与传感装置20连接,另一端可以通过插设在连接座上,从而使得连接器50连接传感装置20及电路板40。
在某些实施方式中,安装壳30包括第一壳31和第二壳32。第一壳31与支撑体10固定连接。第二壳32与第一壳31配合连接。第一壳31与第二壳32可拆卸地连接,传感装置20自第二壳32伸入安装壳30内以与电路板40连接。
如此,安装壳30通过第一壳31和第二壳32配合连接,使得安装壳30容易制造形成。第一壳31与支撑体10可以通过螺钉等紧固件(图未示)连接,紧固件位于安装壳30内,这样可以避免紧固件露出在安装壳30外,使得遥控器100的外观更加美观。
需要指出的是,第一壳31与第二壳32为分体结构。本实施方式中,第一壳31位于第二壳32下方。
请参阅图5-图9,在某些实施方式中,第一壳31形成有第一卡合结构311(如图8),第二壳32包括顶板321和侧壁322。侧壁322自顶板321的边缘向第一壳31延伸。侧壁322形成有第二卡合结构323(如图9),第一卡合结构311与
第二卡合结构323卡合连接以使第一壳31与第二壳32可拆卸地连接。
如此,第一壳31与第二壳32通过卡合结构连接,使得第一壳31与第二壳32无需通过螺钉等紧固件连接,第一壳31与第二壳32拆装方便,并且安装壳30的外观无螺孔,使得遥控器100更加美观。
在某些实施方式中,第一卡合结构311包括弹性的卡勾312和与卡勾312间隔设置的卡槽313。卡勾312包括第一限位面314,卡槽313包括第二限位面315和连接第二限位面315的第三限位面316,第一限位面314与第二限位面315的朝向相反,第二卡合结构323包括间隔设置的第一卡块324和第二卡块325。
第一卡块324抵靠第一限位面314以限制第二壳32沿支撑体10的长度方向相对于第一壳31运动。第二卡块325抵靠第二限位面315,以限制第二壳32沿支撑体10的长度方向相对于第一壳31运动;第二卡块325抵靠第三限位面316以限制第二壳32沿支撑体10的厚度方向相对于第一壳31运动,如图6所示。
如此,第一壳31与第二壳32的连接结构简单,第一壳31与第二壳32拆卸简单方便。具体地,如图5的方位所示,第一限位面314朝向左方,第二限位面315朝向右方,第三限位面316朝向下方。
第一壳31与第二壳32组装前,第一壳31与第二壳32相错排布,如图7所示,第二壳32位于偏右的位置。当用力推动第二壳32向左移动,第一卡块324抵靠卡勾312时,卡勾312产生弹性变形,使得第一卡块324位于第一限位面314的左侧,第一卡块324抵靠第一限位面314,从而可以防止第二壳32向右移动;此时,第二卡块325位于卡槽313中,第二卡块325抵靠第二限位面315,从而可以防止第二壳32向左移动;第二卡块325抵靠第三限位面316,从而可以防止第二壳32向上移动,如图5及图6所示。
可以理解,第一壳31抵靠在第二壳32上,从而可以防止第二壳32向下移动,侧壁322抵靠在第一壳31上,从而可以防止第二壳32左右移动。
第一壳31与第二壳32拆卸时,用力向右推动第二壳32向右移动,第一卡块324抵靠卡勾312使得卡勾312产生弹性变形,致使第一卡块324与卡勾312脱离配合,此时,第二卡块325位于卡槽313外,第二壳32从而可以第一壳31上取下。
请结合图2及图8,在某些实施方式中,第一壳31包括底板317和侧板318。底板317与顶板321相对设置。底板317与支撑体10固定连接,电路板40安装在底板317上。侧板318自底板317远离支撑体10的一端向顶板321延伸。卡勾312自侧板318向支撑体10延伸,卡槽313形成于底板317,卡槽313形成有背向支撑体10的开口3131。
具体地,电路板40可通过螺钉等紧固件固定在底板317上。侧板318大致呈弧形,卡勾312位于侧板318弧长方向的端部,卡勾312的数量为两个,这样使得第一壳31与第二壳32连接更加牢固。可以理解,第二卡块325从开口3131卡入卡槽313中。
请再次参阅图2,在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括显示屏60,显示屏60连接电路板40。显示屏60收容于安装壳30内,显示屏60固定在第二壳32上,第二壳32形成有窗口326,显示屏60与窗口326对应设置。
如此,当传感装置20为柔性压力传感器时,传感装置20没有显示功能,当用户在传感装置20上操作后,显示屏60可以显示电子设备的工作状态。例如,显示屏60可以显示电子设备是否开启及电子设备的运行的参数。显示屏60可以通过螺钉等紧固件固定在第二壳32或电路板40上。
用户可以通过窗口326观看到显示屏60显示的内容,窗口326的形状与显示屏60的形状大致相同,本实施方式中,窗口326呈矩形。
在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括位于显示屏60与窗口326之间的透明面板70,透明面板70覆盖显示屏60。
如此,透明面板70可以防止灰尘等杂质落到显示屏60上,使得显示屏60显示的内容更加清晰。
在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括设置在电路板40上的电池41,电池41收容于安装壳30内。
如此,电池41可以为显示屏60、传感装置20等电子元件供电,以确保遥控器100正常工作。电池41可以为锂电池等充电电池,这样可以增大电池41的蓄电量,提高遥控器100持续使用的时间。
在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括按键80和按钮81。按键80安装在电路板40上。按钮81穿设安装壳30并抵靠在按键80上,如图2及图4所示。
如此,按键80可以控制遥控器100是否工作。例如,当通过按钮81按下按键80时,遥控器100开机,当再次按下按键80时,遥控器100关机。具体地,本实施方式中,按钮81穿过侧壁322以抵靠在按键80上。
在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括与电池41连接的充电端子82,充电端子82露出在安装壳30外。
具体地,充电端子82通过第一壳31露出在安装壳30外。充电端子82与电路板40接触,并通过电路板40与电池41连接。这样使得充电端子82可以为电池41充电。
在某些实施方式中,遥控器100包括装饰件90,装饰件90连接在安装壳30远离支撑体10的一端,安装壳30夹设于支撑体10与装饰件90之间,如图1及图2所示。
如此,遥控器100更加美观。较佳地,装饰件90的材料与支撑体10的材料相同,例如,装饰件90的材料与支撑体10的材料均为亚克力。
在某些实施中,支撑体10的长度大于安装壳30的长度,支撑体10用于供握持,安装壳30用于收容除传感装置20之外的遥控器100的其他电子器件。例如,安装壳30收容以上所述的电路板40等电子器件。
请参图10,本发明实施方式的遥控器组件102包括托架200和以上任一实施方式的遥控器100。遥控器100放置在托架200上。
上述遥控器组件102中,传感装置20可以接收用户的触摸,遥控器100
可以根据用户的触摸控制电子设备运行,操作简单。托架200可以方便用户放置遥控器100。
请结合图11及图12,在某些实施方式中,托架200包括底座210和自底座210向上延伸的支架220,遥控器100支撑在底座210上并抵靠在支架220上。
如此,底座210和支架220共同承载遥控器100,使得遥控器100放置自托架200上更加可靠。具体地,支撑体10支撑在底座210上,安装壳30抵靠在支架220上。进一步地,第一壳31抵靠在支架220上。
底座210包括底壳211和配重块212,配重块212收容于底壳211内。配重块212可以使得托架200的重心更低,托架200更加稳定。支架220自底座210向斜上方延伸。
在某些实施方式中,支架220包括支撑杆221和承靠部222。支撑杆221连接底座210。承靠部222设置在支撑杆221远离底座210的一端。承靠部222设置有用于与充电端子82配合连接的接触端子230。
如此,接触端子230可以通过充电端子82为电池41充电。具体地,支架220内设置有导线231,导线231的一端连接接触端子230,并延伸至底座210。导线231可以连接降压后的电路,这样使得接触端子230可以为遥控器100提供较低的充电电压,避免用户不慎触碰接触端子230而产生触电事故。
在某些实施方式中,承靠部222包括固定件223、安装件224和覆盖片225。固定件223固定连接支撑杆221。固定件223形成有收容腔2231,安装件224设置在固定件223上,安装件224收容于收容腔2231内。覆盖片225套设在安装件224上,接触端子230固定在固定件223上,并穿设安装件224。
具体地,安装件224可以通过螺钉等紧固件安装在固定件223上,安装件224形成凸起2241,凸起2241开设有供充电端子82穿过的过孔2242,覆盖片225套设在凸起2241上,这样使得接触端子230可以露出于覆盖片225外,以与充电端子82连接。
在某些实施方式中,安装壳30内设置有第一磁性件33,安装件224上设置有与第一磁性件33相吸的第二磁性件240,第一磁性件33与第二磁性件240对应设置。
如此,遥控器100抵靠在支架220上更加可靠,这样可以防止充电端子82与接触端子230接触不良而无法为遥控器100充电。
具体地,第二磁性件240的数量为两个,接触端子230位于两个第二磁性件240之间,安装件224形成有两个安装槽2243,每个第二磁性件240安装于对应的安装槽2243中。
进一步地,支撑杆221朝向遥控器100的表面上开设有沟槽2211,并贴设有覆盖沟槽2211的装饰条226。沟槽2211用于供连接接触端子230的导线231通过支撑杆221进入底座210,并与底座210上的电源接口连接。由此,托架200可通过外接电源给遥控器100充电。装饰条226可采用软性的材料制造,如橡胶,以避免遥控器100抵靠于支架220上时对遥控器100的表面造成刮花。
需要指出的是,本发明实施方式的遥控器组件102其他未展开的部分,请参考上述遥控器100相同或类似的部分,在此不再赘述。

Claims (22)
- 一种遥控器,其特征在于,包括:支撑体,所述支撑体包括支撑面;和贴合在所述支撑面上的传感装置,所述传感装置包括输入面,所述输入面用于接收用户的触摸而对电子设备进行控制。
- 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述支撑体为透光体。
- 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括设置在所述支撑体一端的安装壳和收容于所述安装壳内的电路板,所述传感装置与所述电路板电连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述传感装置包括柔性触摸屏。
- 如权利要求3所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述安装壳包括与所述支撑体固定连接的第一壳和与所述第一壳配合连接的第二壳,所述第一壳与所述第二壳可拆卸地连接,所述传感装置自所述第二壳伸入所述安装壳内以与所述电路板连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述第一壳形成有第一卡合结构,所述第二壳包括顶板及自所述顶板的边缘向所述第一壳延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁形成有第二卡合结构,所述第一卡合结构与所述第二卡合结构卡合连接以使所述第一壳与所述第二壳可拆卸地连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述第一卡合结构包括弹性的卡勾,所述卡勾包括第一限位面,所述第二卡合结构包括第一卡块;所述第一卡块抵靠第一限位面,以限制所述第二壳沿所述支撑体长度方向相对于所述第一壳运动。
- 如权利要求7所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述第一卡合结构还包括与所述卡勾间隔设置的卡槽,所述卡槽包括与所述第一限位面的朝向相反的第二限位面,以及与所述第二限位面连接的第三限位面,所述第二卡合结构还包括与所述第一卡块间隔设置的所述第二卡块;所述第二卡块抵靠于所述第二限位面,以限制所述第二壳沿所述支撑体长度方向相对所述第一壳运动,所述第二卡块抵靠所述第三限位面以限制所述第二壳沿所述支撑体的厚度方向相对所述第一壳运动。
- 如权利要求8所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述第一壳包括:与所述顶板相对的底板,所述底板与所述支撑体固定连接,所述电路板安装在所述底板上;和侧板,所述侧板自所述底板远离所述支撑体的一端向所述顶板延伸;所述卡勾自所述侧板向所述支撑体延伸,所述卡槽形成于所述底板,所述卡槽形成有背向所述支撑体的开口。
- 如权利要求5所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括连接所述电路板的显示屏,所述显示屏收容于所述安装壳内,所述显示屏固定在所述第二壳上,所述第二壳形成有窗口,所述显示屏与所述窗口对应设置。
- 如权利要求3所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括电池及与所述电池连接的充电端子,所述充电端子露出在所述安装壳外。
- 如权利要求3所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括装饰件,所述装饰件连接在所述安装壳远离所述支撑体的一端,所述安装壳夹设于所述支撑体与所述装饰件之间。
- 如权利要求12所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述支撑体的长度大于所述安装壳的长度,所述支撑体用于供握持,所述安装壳用于收容除所述传感装置之外的所述遥控器的其他电子器件。
- 如权利要求13所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述安装壳内设有光源,所述光源发出的光透过所述支撑体射出。
- 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述用户的触摸包括不同的手势操作,所述遥控器用于根据所述不同的手势操作控制不同的电子设备运行。
- 一种遥控器组件,其特征在于,包括:托架;和放置在所述托架上的遥控器,所述遥控器包括:支撑体,所述支撑体包括支撑面;和贴合在所述支撑面上的传感装置,所述传感装置包括输入面,所述输入面用于接收用户的触摸而对电子设备进行控制。
- 如权利要求16所述的遥控器组件,其特征在于,所述托架包括底座和自所述底座向上延伸的支架,所述遥控器支撑在所述底座上并抵靠在所述支架上。
- 如权利要求17所述的遥控器组件,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括设置 在所述支撑体长度方向的一端的安装壳和收容于所述安装壳内的电路板,所述传感装置与所述电路板连接,所述支撑体支撑在所述底座上,所述安装壳抵靠在所述支架上。
- 如权利要求18所述的遥控器组件,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括电池及与所述电池连接的充电端子,所述充电端子露出在所述安装壳外;所述支架包括连接所述底座的支撑杆和设置在所述支撑杆远离所述底座的一端的承靠部,所述承靠部设置有用于与所述充电端子配合连接的接触端子。
- 如权利要求19所述的遥控器组件,其特征在于,所述承靠部包括:固定连接所述支撑杆的固定件,所述固定件形成有收容腔;设置在所述固定件上的安装件,所述安装件收容于所述收容腔内;和套设在所述安装件上的覆盖片,所述接触端子固定在所述固定件上,并穿设所述安装件。
- 如权利要求20所述的遥控器组件,其特征在于,所述安装壳内设置有第一磁性件,所述安装件上设置有与所述第一磁性件相吸的第二磁性件,所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件对应设置。
- 如权利要求19所述的遥控器组件,其特征在于,所述支撑杆朝向所述遥控器的表面上开设有沟槽,连接所述接触端子的导线通过所述沟槽进入所述底座,所述支撑杆上还设有覆盖所述沟槽的装饰条,所述装饰条采用软性材料制造。
