Abstract

La présente invention concerne un trocart (100), une méthode d'utilisation dudit trocart et un kit pour l'insertion d'instruments chirurgicaux et/ou de dispositifs médicaux comprenant au moins un trocart (100), ledit trocart (100) comportant au moins une canule extérieure (20) présentant une première extrémité extérieure (21), une seconde extrémité extérieure (22) et une ouverture extérieure (24), et une canule intérieure (30) présentant une première extrémité intérieure (31), une seconde extrémité intérieure (32) et au moins une ouverture intérieure (33), le trocart (100) étant conçu de manière que la canule extérieure (20) et la canule intérieure (30) puissent être sélectivement entraînées en rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre, alignant et désalignant l'ouverture extérieure (24) de la canule extérieure (20) par rapport à au moins une ouverture intérieure (33) de la canule intérieure (30).
