- the making of said driver 23 may be with a non-rough (smooth) surface. If necessary, the handle 23 may be provided with an additional removable cover, made of rough material so that the handling of the trocar 100 is optimized.
- the outer cannula 20 and the inner cannula 30 are rotatable relative to one another. In a preferred embodiment, this rotation occurs by selectively activating the ie the actuation of the handle 23 causes at least one of the outer and inner cannulae 20 to move (rotate) relative to the other.

- the trocar 100 is made of any rigid material, preferably at least one of metal, plastic or thermoplastic materials. More specifically, the trocar 100 is preferably made of at least one of the following materials: stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, polyphenylsulfone (PPSF, PPSU), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polycarbonates, polyvinylchloride (PVC) and polymeric composites preferably rigid, such as a carbon / carbon composite.

Its configuration allows at least one of surgical instruments and medical devices to be advantageously and selectively inserted and withdrawn from said trocar 100 without it being disassociated from the patient's body.
- a method of using said trocar 100 comprising the features of the present invention in which the insertion and withdrawal of at least one of surgical instruments and medical devices therein is performed by selective rotation of the cannula outer portion 20 and the inner cannula 30 relative to one another to align and misalign the outer tear 24 of the outer cannula 20 relative to at least one internal tear 33 of the inner cannula 30.
- at least one of surgical instruments and medical devices is advantageously and selectively inserted and withdrawn from said trocar 100 without it being disassociated from the patient's body.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un trocart (100), une méthode d'utilisation dudit trocart et un kit pour l'insertion d'instruments chirurgicaux et/ou de dispositifs médicaux comprenant au moins un trocart (100), ledit trocart (100) comportant au moins une canule extérieure (20) présentant une première extrémité extérieure (21), une seconde extrémité extérieure (22) et une ouverture extérieure (24), et une canule intérieure (30) présentant une première extrémité intérieure (31), une seconde extrémité intérieure (32) et au moins une ouverture intérieure (33), le trocart (100) étant conçu de manière que la canule extérieure (20) et la canule intérieure (30) puissent être sélectivement entraînées en rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre, alignant et désalignant l'ouverture extérieure (24) de la canule extérieure (20) par rapport à au moins une ouverture intérieure (33) de la canule intérieure (30).
