Abstract

The present invention relates to portable, modular equipment for the installation of a multi-sports and/or multi-use area, and a method of installing a multi-sports and/or multi-use area, ideal for practising sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, handball or other sports, as well as physical, educational and recreational activities which are primarily intended for obtaining knowledge related to teaching/learning/leisure; the modular equipment (10) is completely portable and formed of one, preferably two, modules (20), each one preferably having the shape of a container (21) and being capable of housing a set of structural components (CP) corresponding to half of a multi-sports/multi-use area (AP); said set of components (CP) is substantially comprised of an articulated end enclosure (30A), two lateral enclosures (30B), at least four modular bleachers (40), at least one access structure (30C), multi-sports accessories such as, inter alia, goal posts (60) and volleyball nets (61), at least one self-sufficient unit for generating light (70) and a Wi-Fi signal, artificial grass modules or modular floor lining (GS), as well as mounting components such as, inter alia, connectors and screws.

Description

"PORTABLE MODULAR EQUIPMENT FOR ASSEMBLING POLYESPORTIVE AND / OR MULTIUSE AREA AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY OF POLYESPORTIVE AND / OR MULTIUS AREA".

TECHNICAL FIELD OF I NVENTION

The present invention relates to portable modular equipment for multi-purpose and multi-purpose area mounting and multi-purpose and multi-purpose area mounting method, suitable for sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, handball or other sports, as well as such as physical, educational and recreational activities that primarily aim at the production of knowledge related to teaching / learning / leisure; said modular system is comprised of a pair of transport modules, for example containers or other suitable means, where modular components such as bleachers, screens or wire fences and light poles with solar energy collecting means are housed , varied equipment such as soccer rails, masts, net for basketball, basketball court or other components, and also multi-sport modular floor, synthetic grass with velcro-type seams, which makes assembly easy and quick; such as transport modules or containers, as well as storing the components of the modular system, serve as a star for assembling multiple screen panels, wiring or the like to compose the sides and bottoms surrounding the entire polyester / multipurpose area; modular and other accoutrements are 100¾ portable, easy to assemble, safe and durable.

H ISTORY OF I NVENTION

[002] As is well known, for the construction of multipurpose / multipurpose areas it is necessary to follow international and national standards that establish safety and performance criteria regarding shock absorption capacity, lateral slip of feet, level of vertical deformation of the floor, level of brightness and reflection of the floor, modulus of elasticity, deflection patterns, energy of recovery and reflection of the ball, and also mention some prohibited chemical substances, such as German standard - DINV18032 / 2 and European Union standard - EN 14904 / 2006.

[003] Likewise, procedures are laid down which establish conditions techniques to be obeyed in the execution of works and services, setting minimum parameters to be met for materials, services and equipment.

[004] Thus, it is found that the construction of a multi-sport area requires considerable public resources for the purchase of various materials and the hiring of specialized manpower, as well as the provision of public space for the construction of the multi-sporting area. , thus a long-term project that depends heavily on climatic conditions for its completion, often leaving behind mainly in peripheral areas remote from urban centers. For all the reasons listed above, one can see how difficult it is to build a sports court in a short time or for certain events.

Some portable sports court models are already known, however, they are idealized only for children's entertainment and used in recreational events such as parties, school recreation and the like. These portable areas are formed by inflatable floor and enclosure, so as to present a certain practicality of assembly / disassembly, as well as, they may present soccer ball formed by a pair of inflatable walls interconnected by a net.

[006] Said portable field model can be glimpsed in the nos document. FR2885375 which discloses a structure formed by inflatable tubes arranged horizontally and stacked parallel to one another. Each tube has a self-adhesive buckle / hook type tape that cooperates with the tape on the top and / or bottom of the tube. Frame assemblies are alternatively arranged at the level of the tubes and in two shoring units. A connecting rod passes through each set of frames to ensure connection and attachment of the two units with the tubes.

ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[007] In research conducted in specialized databases, documents were found concerning the modular soccer field, such as the n &. RU2396400 comprising a movable platform with a support frame intended to receive a football field thereon. The platform rests on the fixed concrete base through rollers, sliding bearings and rails. The rails interact with rolling surfaces. Each bearing is installed in the foundation of concrete. The rails are inverted and are attached to the underside of the platform support frame.

[006] The document of na. US2014123566 deals with a sports field and a grandstand for spectators around. The field comprises a plurality of grams modules supported on a fixed support base. The grams modules are movable on the fixed support base and can thus be removed from the fixed support base. The fixed support base has an opening constituting access to a storage room below the fixed support base. The storage room is adapted for storage of the grams modules. An elevator is arranged to move the grass modules through the aperture.

[009] The documents mentioned in the above paragraphs, although belonging to the same field of application, do not present any of the characteristics of the object hereby perfected, thus ensuring that it meets the legal requirements of patentability.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

In order to present improvements to the consumer market, the applicant has developed a modular system and assembly method for multi-purpose / multipurpose area composition, such as, for sports practices such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball or other, as well as physical activities , educational and recreational activities that primarily aim at the production of knowledge related to teaching / learning / leisure, contributing to social development in the content that is inserted.

[011] In addition, an innovative assembly method was developed that makes it possible to obtain the multi-purpose / multipurpose area quickly, that is, due to the portability conditions of the equipment, with only two (2) assemblers it is possible to obtain , in 2 to 3 days, the whole frame of the fences and bleachers and another 02 days the assembly of synthetic grass or suitable floor. Thus, in a practical and methodological way, we obtain a multi-purpose / multi-use area that avoids impacts generated by civil construction such as noise pollution, visual pollution, various construction waste, etc. and, consequently, environment. A totally green implantation solution, contributing significantly to the environment.

As can be seen, the versatility, portability and practicality are attested to by the speed and efficiency that this innovation provides, because in very short time the portable equipment is manufactured, installed and released for use, moving away and dissociating this equipment from any relation to the conventional civil construction work, not to mention that the problems related to the climatic factor is totally removed since, even with rain, it is possible to proceed with the assembly of the poliesporttva / multiple area in question.

[013] A very significant advantage is that the innovative portable equipment has a high quality construction standard, since all parts are produced industrially, from galvanized metal parts, "MIG" welding, screws and connections in stainless steel and other characteristics. The workmanship of the parts is carried out in a closed, safe and protected environment, different from what happens in the civil works, where the parts are kept outside and subject to variations of inclemencies. Once the parts of the equipment in question are produced, they are packed and stored, ready for assembly at the final destination, without any delay, as already commented on as in civil works.

[014] Another advantage is that portable and sustainable equipment can be assembled, disassembled and reassembled several times in a variety of areas chosen by customers - prefectures; event sponsors and others - thus making it possible to adapt to neighborhoods and event plans over the years.

Another advantage is that 85% of the equipment at the end of its useful life is recycled, thus avoiding disturbances such as pollution to the environment and even visual (not trash), moving further away from problems and inconveniences arising from the waste of works or, when there is a need to clear a block in masonry for the construction of other works.

[016] Mentioned modular equipment, portable 10096, includes at least two transport modules of the interconnectable elements for shaping the multi-purpose / multi-purpose court. These transport modules, in a preferred option, are comprising 40-foot containers, or equivalent chests or compartments, capable of being transported in suitable trucks, trucks, boats or vehicles, thus enabling these transport modules with all the modular structure to obtain the multi-purpose / multipurpose area. delivered anywhere in the world.

[017] Each transport module, hereinafter referred to as container only, packs a set of parts which corresponds to the half of a block or multi-purpose / multipurpose area, a set of parts which is basically formed by tubular frames where the screen panels or wiring; all of the tubular blocks include connectors such as hinges which enable the assembly and disassembly of a bottom wall having each side end apt to mount to another screen frame corresponding respectively to the half of a side wall of the sports / multipurpose.

[018] In the central outer part of the fence or bottom screen is fixed the side of the container, corresponding, for example, to the place where the goal post is positioned, if the sports area is set up for soccer practice. Estre Container has an important function in the structure that is to act as ballast of all the bottom fence and the respective side halves of the multi-purpose / multipurpose area.

[019] To complete the bottom wall anchorage in each container, angular structural profiles are provided which remain supported on the upper wall of the container by configuring wind-resistant bracing and consequently configuring greater constructional strength of any structure.

[020] Mentioned containers, when employed only in the form of foundations, may be replaced by another module or ballast, provided they are of considerable size and allow support of the structure of the bottom fence and its side halves. As an example, the modules can be configured by chests of trucks, wagons or other products with large dimensions and portable like boxes of water, pools of fiberglass, etc.

[021] It is preferable to transport modules or containers, chests, etc., since they have the additional function of packing bleachers and other paraphernalia that configure the multi-purpose / multi-purpose area such as soccer rackets, volleyball masts and net, basketball tables, lighting towers, accessories or other components.

In a constructive solution, the bottom frames and hinged frames are configured by tubular profiles with anti-corrosion treatment and galvanized paint where screens are installed.

[023] The stands, in turn, are configured by banks formed by metal structure where at least two platforms are housed at different levels, each obtained by a wooden plank or perforated metal plate; the metal structure provides at least three vertical rods extending towards the side embossments to comprise means for securing said seats to the multi-purpose / multipurpose area.

The aforementioned assembly of the bleachers in the lateral wedges provides rigidity and structural stability to the multi-purpose / multi-purpose area, avoiding the need to use any type of means of fixing the bleachers to the ground at the time of assembly, as well as said bleachers cooperate as ballast panels or side trim.

The method of assembling the multi-purpose / multi-purpose equipment is practical and quick, by arranging the containers or other type of weight structure close to the bottom lines of the synthetic lawn or modular lining suitable for obtaining the desired multi-purpose or multi-purpose area, the in order to compose a foundation for framing of the articulated panels or mills that make up the bottom of the multi-purpose / multi-purpose area.

After said bottom and side edges of the multi-purpose / multi-purpose area are assembled and secured together, it is sufficient for the assemblers to distribute and fix the stands at the outer side edges of said side edges, and then to install the synthetic lawn / coverings modular systems. [028] The great advantage of the innovative system consists of obtaining a multisport / multipurpose court that dispenses any type of civil construction, foundation or drilling work, etc., simply providing a flat area for the assembly of the system's modular elements.

[029] Another great advantage lies in the fact that assembly of the articulated and peripheral panels dispense any type of specialized workforce, thus reducing hiring costs.

[034] Another advantage is that containers, after being emptied of all structures, can act as locker rooms or as a point of service for the community, such as snack bars, outlets, shops, among other uses.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[035] Complementing the present description in order to obtain a better understanding of the features of the present invention and according to a preferred practical embodiment thereof, accompanying the attached description is a set of drawings, in which, in exemplary but not limitative manner, their operation has been represented:

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the modular system revealing two transport modules, each containing half of the total components for assembling the equipment in question;

Figure IA represents one of the transport modules in perspective and open position, allowing to observe several components in an exploded position, such as peripheral panels, bleachers, floor covering

(in the case of synthetic grass), lighting pastes and others that make up half the components for the assembly of the equipment in question;

Figure 2 shows, through block diagram, the modular system and method of assembling a sports area based on the equipment proposed here;

Figures 3, 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D show views of the bottom panel assembly relative to the transport container which acts as the bottom and ballast of the sports area;

Figure 4 illustrates the method of assembling the components that make up the equipment for multi-purpose and / or multipurpose area;

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [036] Referring to the drawings, the present invention relates to the "PORTABLE MODULAR EQUIPMENT FOR ASSEMBLY OF A POLYPORTS AND / OR MULTIUS AREA AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY OF A POLYESPORTIVE AND / OR MULTIUS AREA", more precisely it is equipment (10) (Figure 2) for the composition of a multipurpose and / or multipurpose area (PA) for practicing soccer, volleyball, handball, basketball, among others or as multi-use of events, fairs, various presentations, among others.

According to the present invention, the modular equipment (10) is fully portable and is formed by one, preferably two modules (20), each to the preferred shape of a container (21) and capable of packaging a set of parts (CP) (see Fig. 1A), which correspond to half of a multi-purpose / multipurpose area (AP). Said set of parts (CP) is basically composed of a bottom hinged fence (3QA), two lateral fences (30B), at least four modular bleachers (40), at least one access structure (30C), multi sports accessories (60), volleyball nets (61) or others, at least one self-winding assembly for generating illumination (70) and Wl-Fi signal, synthetic grass modules or modular floor coverings (GS) as well as mounting components such as connectors, screws and others.

Thus, each two transport modules (20) containing respectively a set of parts (CP), when properly fixed to one another and arranged on planned ground of the desired locality, ultimately form a multi-purpose / multipurpose area (AP) ) safe and rigid, idealized for various sports and / or social activities.

[039] The sets of pieces (CP) are mounted on the ground without the need of fixing in this, that is, it dispenses foundations or perforations in the ground, as well as exempts civil works.

Each transport module (20), in addition to the transport function of the set of parts (CP), has the additional function of remaining incorporated into the multispind / multipurpose area, more precisely acting as a ballast of any structure, being the central and external element of the bottom fence (30A), permitting the mounting and fixing of the side frames (30B) and assembly of the stand modules (40).

[041] The transport modules 20 are either 20- or 40-foot containers 21 and can be transported in trucks, trucks, boats or equivalent (CN) (see Figure 2). When installed and fixed in the external parts of the bottom frames (30A), besides acting as a ballast of these structures, as already mentioned, they can be used for other activities, such as snack bars, dressing rooms, dressing rooms, among other services (see Figure 6 ).

As alternatives to the ballast function or foundation of the bottom frames, the containers 21 may be replaced by trunks, wagons, or other structures having equivalent dimensions and resistances to the containers, such as water tanks, swimming pools fiberglass, etc. (not shown).

The bottom (30A), side (30B) and access (30C) bottom panels are made from frames formed by vertical metal tubular profiles (33) and horizontal (34) joined by screens (T1).

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Each bottom fence 32, in a preferred option, when assembled from its industrial manufacture (see Figures 3 to 3D) comprises a set of assembled modules superimposed on one of the larger side walls RV and an upper wall RV1, of the transport module or container (20). This module assembly is formed by two side modules 32a of length (x2) corresponding to the half of the side of the transport module (20); each module 32a is hinged to a vertical edge 21c of the transport module 20, as well as providing an upper and central module 32b, of length (x) preferably equal to the length (x) of the major side ( RV) of said transport module (20); said upper module (32b) is fixed and hinged to the upper edge (21d) of the module (20). At each end of the upper and central module 32b two wiring panels 32c, each having length (x2) corresponding to one-half the length (x) of the major side (RV) of the module (32b) are articulated. As the lower side modules 32a and the upper side modules 32c are hinged and aligned in a single plane vertical to the wall RV and upper central module 32b are secured therebetween by means of stainless steel connectors (not shown). The joints between the modules 32a, 32b and 32c relative to the edges 21c and 21d are obtained by conventional hinges or the like. Thus, modules 32a, 32b and 32c composing the bottom fence 30A, when armed with respect to the transport module 20, in the form of a container 21 or other ballast form the multi-purpose area (AP) bottom wall.

Articulated panels 32b, as stability prevention, contemplate articulating rods 35 (see Figures 3D) which, when positioned on the top wall or roof (RV1) of the container (21), form booms resistant to the action of the wind.

Each side wiring 30B (See Figures 1A and 4) comprises a frame formed by vertical metal tubular (33) and horizontal (34) joined by tubular (T1) profiles. The length of each side fence is I half (x3) of the multi-purpose and / or multipurpose area (40) and further includes, close to the connection with the bottom fence (30A), an upper end sector (S1) (H) of the wiring (30B) so as to enable the sector (S1) to be attached at 90 ° to the end of the upper module (32c), while the side of the side bracket (30B) is attached to the end of the module (32a) of the bottom fence (30A).

Between the side flanges (3QB), in a preferred option, a distance (W) is maintained that acts as a means of accessing the polystyles and / or multifidus (AP) area, access means protected by at least one (30C) formed by a frame of horizontal tubular profiles (34) and vertical profiles (33) joined by a screen (T1). The upright profiles (33) have angular projections (35) which extend so as to be secured to the lateral fences (30B).

Each stand (40) (Figures 1A and 4), in a preferred option, is comprised of a support structure formed by vertical profiles (50) joined below by a stepped wire structure (51) on which are distributed slabs of seat (52) made of wood or other resistant material. The upright profiles (50) have angular projections (51) for fixing to the outer faces of the side walls (30B).

Lighting poles (70), preferably made with a solar energy pick-up device (71) and luminaires (72), are provided to provide illumination when necessary. The lighting poles may be arranged on ballast bases 74 (Figure 4) or alternatively (Figure 5A), be provided with a hinged base (75), facilitating transportation and assembly at side walls (30B) and (30A).

The assembly method (10A) of the multipurpose and / or multipurpose area (AP) (Figure 2) comprises the following steps:

a) Arrangement of the transport modules 20 in the form of containers 21 or other suitable ballast proximate to the lawn / sheath demarcation lines L1 of the sports and / or multipurpose area;

b) Arming, by pivoting the pivotal panels 32a / 32b / 32c relative to the module 20, firmly positioning the pivoting rods 35 (3 to 3 figures);

c) Assembling the side walls (30B) in the bottom walls (30A); d) Assembling the stands (40) and the access panels (30C) in the side parts (32B);

e) Installation of lighting poles (70) Next to the bleachers (40); and f) Assembly of synthetic grass or modular sheeting (GS).

[051] Of course, when the present invention is put into practice, modifications may be made with respect to certain details of construction and shape, without departing from the fundamental principles which are clearly substantiated in the context of the claim, it being understood that the terminology employed was not intended to be limiting.

Claims

1) "PORTABLE MODULAR APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLING A POLYPORTATIVE AND / OR MULTI-PURPOSE AREA AND A POLYPORTATIVE AND / OR MULTI-PURPOSE AREA ASSEMBLY", more specifically, it is a modular equipment (10) and an assembly method (10A) for area composition sports and / or multipurpose (AP) for practicing soccer, volleyball, handball, basketball, among others or even multipurpose events, fairs, various presentations, among others; characterized in that the modular equipment (10) is fully portable and is formed by a preferably two modules (20), each of which is in the preferred shape of a container (21) and is capable of holding a set of structural parts (CP) corresponding to half of a multi-purpose / multipurpose area (AP); (CP) is basically composed of a bottom hinged winding (30A), two side wires (30B), at least four modular bleachers (40), at least one access structure (30C), multi-sports accessories (60), volleyball nets (61) or others, at least one self-sufficient assembly for generating illumination (70) and Wi-Fi signal, synthetic grass modules or modular floor coverings (GS) as well as mounting components such as connectors, screws and others.

(2) "PORTABLE MODULAR APPARATUS FOR MULTI-AND / OR MULTI-PURPOSE AREA ASSEMBLY" according to claim 1, characterized in that each two transport modules (20) respectively contain a set of parts (CP) when properly secured to one another and arranged on planned ground, conform, at the end, a multisports / multipurpose area (AP).

4) "PORTABLE MODULAR EQUIPMENT" according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom (30A), side (30B) and access (30C) fences are made from frames formed by vertical (33) horizontal and tubular (34) metal tubular profiles (T1).

A portable modular apparatus according to claim 1 and in a preferred option, characterized in that each bottom fence (32) comprises a set of assembled modules superimposed on one of the larger side walls (RV) and an upper wall (RV1) of the transport module or container (20); this set of modules is formed by two side modules 32a of length x2 corresponding to the half of the side of the transport module 20; each module 32a is hinged to a vertical edge 21c of the transport module 20, as well as providing an upper and central module 32b, of length (x) preferably equal to the length (x) of the major side ( RV) of said transport module (20); said upper module (32b) is fixed and hinged to the upper edge (21d) of the module (20). At each end of the upper and central module 32b two wiring panels 32c, each having length (x2) corresponding to one-half the length (x) of the major side (RV) of the module (32b) are articulated. As the lower side modules 32a and the upper side modules 32c are hinged and aligned in a single vertical plane with the wall RV and upper central module 32b, they are secured to each other by means of connectors stainless steel; the joints between the modules 32a, 32b and 32c relative to the edges 21c and 21d are obtained by conventional hinges or the like.

A portable modular apparatus according to claims 1 and 5, characterized in that the modules (32a), (32b) and (32c) constituting the bottom fence (30A), when armed with respect to the transport module (20), in the form of a container (21) or other ballast, form the bottom wall of the multi-purpose / multipurpose area (AP).

A portable modular apparatus according to claims 1 and 5, characterized in that each transport module (20) acts as a ballast of any structure formed by the bottom wiring (30A), side wiring (30B) and assembly of the (40).

"PORTABLE MODULAR EQUIPMENT", according to claim 1, characterized in that the length of each sidewall corresponds to the half-shell (x3) of the multi-purpose and / or multipurpose area (40) and further includes an end upper joint (S1) extending proximal to the bottom groove (30A) the height (H) of the treadmill (30B) so as to enable the sector (S1) to be attached at 90Â ° to the end of the upper module (32c), while the end of the side tread (30B) of the bottom module (32a) of the bottom groove (30A).
