若所述工序档案中的生产部门包含在人事档案中的一级部门内, 并且 生产班组也包含在人事档案中的二级部门内; 则所述人事档案和工序 档案为正确的初始化资料。

在所述异常列表中显示数据错误査看控件及修正链接;
接收用户对所述数据错误査看控件的选中操作, 显示所述错误数据出 错的原因;
接收用户对所述修正链接的选中操作, 加载初始化资料编辑界面; 接收用户在所述初始化资料编辑界面的编辑操作, 修正所述错误数据
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户对系统职能权 限的配置操作, 配置员工的系统职能权限, 包括: 根据所述人事档案中的一级部门信息和二级部门信息, 生成部门列表 ; 所述部门列表设有部门负责人选择控件;
接收用户对所述部门负责人选择控件的选中操作, 加载与部门关联的 员工名单列表界面;
接收用户在所述员工名单列表界面的选中操作, 设置一级部门和二级 部门的部门负责人, 所述部门负责人被配置为拥有该部门负责人所在 部门的审批权限。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设置一级部门和二级部 门的部门负责人, 所述部门负责人被配置为拥有该部门负责人所在部 门的审批权限, 包括:
根据所述人事档案中的一级部门信息, 设置其中一个一级部门的部门 负责人拥有全部部门的审批权限。

根据所述人事档案中的岗位信息, 生成岗位列表; 所述岗位列表将相 同岗位的员工名单合并在一个配置区;
接收用户在该配置区对系统职能权限的配置操作, 为相同岗位的员工 配置相同的系统职能权限。
[权利要求 12] 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为相同岗位的员工配置 相同的系统职能权限, 还包括:
将未与相应岗位的员工匹配的系统职能列入待分配职能管理列表中; 接收用户对所述待分配职能管理列表中的系统职能权限的配置操作, 配置员工的系统职能权限。

在应用端 APP中对首次登录所述系统的员工进行授权验证。
[权利要求 14] 一种 ERP系统的上线装置, 其特征在于, 所述 ERP系统为基于 SaaS模 式的系统, 所述上线装置包括: 上传模块, 用于接收用户上传的初始化资料;
导入模块, 用于分析所述初始化资料的正确性, 将正确的初始化资料 导入系统;
权限配置模块, 用于接收用户对系统职能权限的配置操作, 配置员工 的系统职能权限;
信息发送模块, 用于在所述系统职能权限的配置完成后, 向员工发送 系统的登录验证信息。
[权利要求 15] 一种终端, 包括存储器、 处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述 处理器上运行的计算机程序, 其特征在于, 所述处理器执行所述计算 机程序吋实现如权利要求 1-13中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
