如图1所示,为本发明一种实验仪器设备管理系统的实施例的硬件架构图。该实验仪器设备管理系统运行于云端服务器1中,云端服务器通常是云平台中虚拟的服务器。云端服务器中还包括了数据库2用于存储相关数据。云端服务器1通过网络3与PC客户端4连接或者与智能手机5或者与其它智能终端6连接,所述PC客户端5通过浏览器访问云端服务器1, 智能手机5通过APP访问云端服务器1,其它智能终端设备6主要包括平板电脑,可以通过浏览器或者移动APP访问云端服务器1,所述网络3可以是校园网、医院内部网络或者互联网。
如图2所示,为一种实验仪器设备管理系统10,运行于云端服务器1中,包括:用户注册管理模块11、实验仪器设备注册登记模块12、实验仪器设备租赁管理模块13、实验数据模板管理模块14、实验数据填报模块15、实验数据共享管理模块16、实验进度跟踪模块17、仪器设备状态管理模块18和实验组管理模块19。
用户注册管理模块11,用于注册新的用户;这是常规的用户注册方式,可以根据用户的邮箱、手机号等进行新用户的注册和登记。新用户注册,填写账号密码相关资料,绑定手机号接受验证码,进入平台主页面。
实验仪器设备注册登记模块12,用于登记新的需要共享的实验仪器设备,为系统注册用户提供租赁。所登记的信息包括实验仪器的名称、用途、使用说明等等,提供图片上传,可以图文并茂的描述实验仪器设备。登记后又系统自动为每一个仪器设备的唯一的ID号以唯一的标识该仪器设备。
实验仪器设备租赁管理模块13,用于管理实验仪器设备的租赁。系统根据注册用户提供的需求申请,建立起了一个实验需求用户列表,为这些用户提供闲置仪器共享,使用技术人员支持的三方平台,让用户在有短期实验需求的时候,通过软件整合的地图功能,查找到最近的租赁方,并且能够联系到相关技术人员提供帮助支持,另一方面用户也可以出租自己的闲置设备,提高设备利用率与经济效益。通过PC客户端4(也可以通过手机5的APP或其它智能终端6)在网站首页点击“设备共享”,可以在出现的地图上方的搜索栏搜索需要使用的实验设备名称,搜索后可以在地图中找到所需共享设备的地点、数量、以及所需价格。筛选找到确定的仪器设备后,点击进入设备详情页,可以看到出现选择租赁设备的时间,可以根据自身所需人性化的选择租赁设备的时间,并以商品的形式进行付款,之后便可以联系设备提供方,到设备地点进行使用。
实验数据模板管理模块14,用于为每种类型的实验设备建立实验流程和定义填报数据的实验数据模板,所述实验数据模板由一系列键值对构成,所述键为序号,以指示实验步骤,所述值为实验项目,存储于云端服务器的数据库中。针对医院的许多科研项目,为节省经费的开支,也需要大量的仪器设备的共享,往往这些设备仪器的共享是在不同的团队和不同的导师之间进行的共享,不同的团队需要对实验进度和实验内容进行管理,针对不同的实验仪器设备怎么体现,怎么进行管理,在系统中采用了实验数据模板的方案来进行管理。例如,实验模板的键值对可以为:<1,“测量设备供电电流”>,<2,“测量设备供电电压”>等等, 可以根据不同的实验不同的项目,设置不同的模板,因此,所述实验仪器设备包括一个或多个实验数据模板。当然,如果没有项目管理的用户,可以不受实验模板的限制,自行完成实验。建立模板后,针对这些模板建立模板库,模板库包括:模板ID,模板名称,模板内容。其中模板内容存储的就是键值对。一个仪器设备的ID可以对应多个模板ID,是一对多的关系。
实验数据填报模块15,用于当注册用户实验过程中,根据预定的仪器设备的实验数据模板自动生成的数据项填报实验数据,所述数据项由实验设备的实验数据模板定义,所填报的数据至少包括:序号、实验项目、实验结论和填报日期。比如,按照上面的例子,实验项目填报的数据可以是:(1,“测量设备供电电流”,“电流为1A”)、(1,“测量设备供电电压”,“电压为5V”),注册用户在报实验数据时,系统保存到数据库中,保存时,系统自动为每一项数据(也就是一个实验步骤的数据)生成一个实验数据ID。
实验数据共享管理模块16,用于注册用户将实验数据分享给其他注册用户。仪器设备对科研项目来说是重要的资源而实验数据是更加重要的资源,因为凝聚了科研人员的时间和精力,单一的仪器设备的共享不能够充分的共享资源,但也不能任意的共享实验数据,必须尊重科研人员的劳动成果,因此,系统建立了一种请求和分享的机制。具体包括:提供可共享实验数据列表——请求共享数据——共享数据——共享数据评价。
在实验数据共享模块16中,根据注册用户各项实验记录统计生成可共享实验数据列表,以提供给其他所有的注册用户查阅,所述共享数据列表包括:实验仪器设备,实验项目和填报日期;所述可共享数据列表中的每一项实验数据,还包括该项实验数据的评价信息列表,为接收了该项数据的注册用户提供的对该数据的评价信息列表,所述评价信息列表包括:用户ID,用户名、评价内容和评价日期;注册用户只能在其他注册用户发起请求后,才能将实验结论数据共享给发起请求的注册用户。
在实验数据共享模块16中,还包括将记录实验数据的请求和共享信息的日志记录存储于云端服务器的数据库中,以形成实验数据共享日志,实验数据共享日志至少包括:请求用户、共享用户、实验数据ID和共享时间。
数据共享的具体实现方法有多种,简单的方法,采用数据库查询权限的限制来实现,就是当拥有数据的注册用户,即共享用户没有共享数据的时候,即先判断共享日志里是否有共享用户共享数据给请求用户的记录,如果存在共享用户给请求用户的共享记录,那么该请求用户则拥有了查询该项ID的共享用户的实验数据的权限。
采用共享日志的管理不仅记录了数据的共享过程而且通过共享日志本身就实现了数据的共享,一举多用,提高了系统的效率。
综上,为了更加清晰的描述如图3所示,实验数据共享管理模块16,进一步包括:可共享数据列表生成单元161,用于根据数据库中存储的实验数据生成可共享的数据列表,并提供给所有注册用户;请求共享数据单元162,用于注册用户向拥有实验数据的用户发送共享实验数据的请求;数据共享单元163,用于拥有实验数据的注册用户向请求数据的注册用户发送实验数据;共享数据评价单元164,用于接收到共享数据的注册用户对所共享的实验数据进行评价;数据共享日志管理单元165,用于记录共享数据请求、数据共享的全部过程。
实验进度跟踪模块17,用于根据注册用户实验数据和预定义的实验数据模板,生成实验进度报告,所述实验进度报告包括:已完成步骤、待完成步骤和完成进度。
对于科研项目来说,项目负责任或者导师都比较关注实验进度,在负责任或导师设置了实验数据模板后,系统根据用户填报的实验数据表,根据最后一项填报可以知道实验完成的步骤,而“待完成的步骤”=“模板设定实验总步骤”-“最后完成的步骤”,而“完成进度”=“最后完成的步骤”/“模板设定实验总步骤”
仪器设备状态管理模块18,用于根据最新填报的实验数据统计实验设备的使用状态,并利用对应仪器设备历史数据和预设的模板,计算每一步骤完成所需平均时间,并估算仪器设备空闲的时间,以提供给等待租借的注册用户;在注册用户完成实验后,对仪器设备进行评价,评价信息包括:评价等级和文字描述;所述仪器设备状态信息包括:当前状态、预计空闲时间、已使用用户数、好评率;当前状态包括空闲和使用。
虽然模板中可以设定每一步骤完成所需的时间,但是,往往只是计划时间,要提供准确可靠的时间估算,就要根据仪器设备每项实验数据的填报日期之间的间隔来计算时间,这种得到的时间相对可靠和准确。当然对不同的项目和不同的科研人员每一步骤完成的时间都不一样,所以,需要根据历史记录计算平均值的方式来估算时间。为等待租借的注册用户提供一个相对可靠的时间估算。
为了让等待租借的用户有个完备的信息参考,在注册用户使用完仪器设备后,需进行评价,评价采用划分等级的方式,比如划分为4个等级,如:好、较好、一般、差。同时也可以进行文字描述,让等待租借的用户有更多可以参考的信息。
状态信息中的“当前状态”可以包括两项信息,如:使用中、可租借。
状态信息中的“预计空闲时间”,对于空闲的仪器设备可以设置为空,表明闲置就可以租借;而使用中的仪器设备由系统进行估算给出。
状态信息中的“已使用用户数”,由系统根据该仪器设备历史的租用数据自动统计后给出。
状态信息中的“好评率”,由系统根据该仪器设备的用户评价统计给出。在好评率的计算中,可以采用“好”这一等级在评价记录中的占比,或者是“好”、“较好”这两个等级在评 价记录中的占比来得出。
实验组管理模块19,用于将注册用户划分实验组,所述实验组包括:普通用户和实验组管理员;所述实验组管理员能够查阅实验组内所有注册用户的实验数据,以实现实验进度的监控和管理;当实验仪器存在多个模板时,所述实验数据模板由实验组管理员按预定的实验需求设定模板;默认情况下,相同实验组内实验结论数据是相互共享的;一个注册用户可以加入多个分组,是一对多的关系。
建立实验组就是为了科研团队管理,便于导师或者项目负责人对实验进行管控,在同一实验组内,实验设备是共享的
如图4所示,为一种实验仪器设备管理方法流程图,包括:
S1、通过云端服务器实现实验仪器设备注册登记和实验仪器设备租赁管理。
S2、为每种类型的实验设备建立实验流程和定义填报数据的实验数据模板。
所述实验数据模板由一系列键值对构成,所述键为序号,以指示实验步骤,所述值为实验项目,存储于云端服务器的数据库中;
S3、当注册用户实验过程中,根据预定的仪器设备的实验数据模板自动生成的数据项填报实验数据,所述数据项由实验设备的实验数据模板定义。
所填报的数据至少包括:序号、实验项目、实验结论和填报日期。
S4、根据注册用户实验数据和预定义的实验数据模板,生成实验进度报告。
S5、根据最新填报的实验数据统计实验设备的使用状态,并利用对应仪器设备历史数据和预设的模板,计算每一步骤完成所需平均时间,并估算仪器设备空闲的时间,以提供给等待租借的注册用户;在注册用户完成实验后,对仪器设备进行评价,评价信息包括:评价等级和文字描述;所述状态信息包括:当前状态,预计空闲时间,已使用用户数,好评率。
S6、注册用户将实验数据分享给其他注册用户。
根据注册用户各项实验记录统计生成可共享实验数据列表,以提供给其他所有的注册用户查阅,所述可共享数据列表包括:实验仪器设备,实验项目和填报日期;所述可共享数据列表中的每一项实验数据,还包括该项实验数据的评价信息列表,为接收了该项数据的注册用户提供的对该数据的评价信息列表,所述评价信息列表包括:用户ID,用户名、评价内容和评价日期;所述注册用户只能在其他注册用户发起请求后,才能将实验结论数据共享给发起请求的注册用户。
S7、将注册用户划分实验组,所述实验组包括:普通注册用户和实验组管理员;所述实验组管理员能够查阅实验组内所有注册用户的实验数据,以实现实验进度的监控和管理;默认情况下,相同实验组内实验结论数据是相互共享的。
综上,如图5所示,实验数据共享的流程图包括以下步骤:
S61、生成可共享数据列表提供给所有注册用
S62、请求共享数据
S63、向请求用户提供共享数据
S64、请求用户获得数据后对数据进行评价
S65、生成共享数据日志。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种实验仪器设备管理系统,运行于云端服务器中,包括:用户注册管理模块,用于注册新的用户,实验仪器设备注册登记模块,用于登记新的需要共享的实验仪器设备,为系统注册用户提供租赁,实验仪器设备租赁管理模块,用于管理实验仪器设备的租赁,其特征在于,还包括:
    实验数据模板管理模块,用于为每种类型的实验设备建立实验流程和定义填报数据的实验数据模板;所述实验数据模板由一系列键值对构成,所述键为序号,以指示实验步骤,所述值为实验项目,存储于云端服务器的数据库中;
    实验数据填报模块,用于当注册用户实验过程中,根据预定的仪器设备的实验数据模板自动生成的数据项填报实验数据,所述数据项由实验设备的实验数据模板定义,所填报的数据至少包括:序号、实验项目、实验结论、填报日期;
    实验数据共享管理模块,用于注册用户将实验数据分享给其他注册用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:所述实验仪器设备包括一个或多个实验数据模板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:实验进度跟踪模块,用于根据注册用户实验数据和预定义的实验数据模板,生成实验进度报告,所述实验进度报告包括:已完成步骤、待完成步骤和完成进度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:仪器设备状态管理模块,用于根据最新填报的实验数据统计实验设备的使用状态,并利用对应仪器设备历史数据和预设的模板,计算每一步骤完成所需平均时间,并估算仪器设备空闲的时间,以提供给等待租借的注册用户;在注册用户完成实验后,对仪器设备进行评价,评价信息包括:评价等级和文字描述;所述仪器设备状态信息包括:当前状态、预计空闲时间、已使用用户数、好评率。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:在实验数据共享模块中,根据注册用户各项实验记录统计生成可共享实验数据列表,以提供给其他所有的注册用户查阅,所述可共享数据列表包括:实验仪器设备,实验项目、填报日期;所述可共享实验数据列表中的每一项实验数据,还包括该项实验数据的评价信息列表,为接收了该项数据的注册用户提供的对该数据的评价信息列表,所述评价信息列表包括:用户ID,用户名、评价内容、评价日期;所述注册用户只能在其他注册用户发起请求后,才能将实验结论数据共享给发起请求的注册用户。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,在实验数据共享模块中,还包括将记录实验数据的请求和共享信息的日志记录存储于云端服务器的数据库中,以形成实验数据共享日志,实验数据共享日志至少包括:请求用户、共享用户、实验数据ID、共享时间。
  7. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:实验组管理模块,用于将注册用户划分实验组,所述实验组包括:普通用户和实验组管理员;所述实验组管理员能够查阅实验组内所有注册用户的实验数据,以实现实验进度的监控和管理;当实验仪器存在多个模板时,所述实验数据模板由实验组管理员按预定的实验需求设定模板;默认情况下,相同实验组内实验结论数据是相互共享的。
  8. 一种实验仪器设备管理方法,所述实验仪器管理通过云端服务器实现实验仪器设备注册登记和实验仪器设备租赁管理,其特征在于,包括:
    为每种类型的实验设备建立实验流程和定义填报数据的实验数据模板;所述实验数据模板由一系列键值对构成,所述键为序号,以指示实验步骤,所述值为实验项目,存储于云端服务器的数据库中;
    注册用户实验过程中,根据预定的仪器设备的实验数据模板自动生成的数据项填报实验数据,所述数据项由实验设备的实验数据模板定义,所填报的数据至少包括:序号、实验项目、实验结论、填报日期;
    注册用户将实验数据分享给其他注册用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述实验仪器设备包括一个或多个实验数据模板。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:根据注册用户实验数据和预定义的实验数据模板,生成实验进度报告。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:根据最新填报的实验数据统计实验设备的使用状态,并利用对应仪器设备历史数据和预设的模板,计算每一步骤完成所需平均时间,并估算仪器设备空闲的时间,以提供给等待租借的注册用户;在注册用户完成实验后,对仪器设备进行评价,评价信息包括:评价等级和文字描述;所述仪器设备状态信息包括:当前状态、预计空闲时间、已使用用户数、好评率。

  13. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:将记录实验数据的请求和共享信息存储于云端服务器的数据库中,以形成实验数据共享日志,实验数据共享日志至少包括:请求用 户、共享用户、实验数据ID和共享时间。
  14. 根据权利要求8、9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,将注册用户划分实验组,所述实验组包括:普通注册用户和实验组管理员;所述实验组管理员能够查阅实验组内所有注册用户的实验数据,以实现实验进度的监控和管理;默认情况下,相同实验组内实验结论数据是相互共享的。
