对于老人或具有某些疾病的人群来说,过长的洗浴时间也许会导致晕厥,而现有的浴霸并没有对于时长的控制。
发明内容
本专利的目的在于提出一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,解决了沐浴过程中温度过高带来的不舒适感甚至是灼伤,以及沐浴时间过长可能引发的危险。
为达到此目的,本专利采用以下技术方案:
所述智能控温控时浴霸通过调整功率实现温度的控制,在淋浴过程中的控制步骤如下:
S1:在开启热水前的第I阶段,浴霸保持恒定功率PC运行,直到环境温度从原始室温TO达到浴霸预设的取暖温度TC;
S2:在进行热水沐浴的第II阶段,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,此时逐渐减小浴霸功率至PL,浴霸提供的制暖量降低,与热水提供的热能叠加,保证沐浴区的环境温度维持在浴霸预设的取暖温度TC;
S3:在沐浴结束,关闭热水但未离开淋浴区的第III阶段,由于热水不再供应,导致环境温度逐渐降低,此时增大浴霸功率,使环境温度下降速度变缓,最 终环境温度不低于预设取暖温度TL;
所述浴霸通过调整浴霸功率实现温度的控制,温度传感器感测浴室实时环境温度,对比浴霸预设的取暖温度,先判断两者温差的大小,通过反馈控制系统对浴霸功率进行增大或减小,且浴霸功率的变化量与温差的变化量相当,当环境温度等于浴霸预设的取暖温度时,保持浴霸目前的运行状态。
在此过程中,温度传感器和反馈控制系统每隔一个单位时间,判断温差的大小,当环境温度小于预设的取暖温度TC时,此时进行沐浴容易造成感冒,因此控制系统增大浴霸功率,使环境温度达到预设的取暖温度TC;当环境温度高于预设的取暖温度TC时,人体一直处于此种环境,容易造成呼吸不畅,胸闷等不良反应,此时控制系统减小浴霸功率,将环境温度逐渐降低至预设的取暖温度TC,实现智能控温过程,保证沐浴期间的恒温,有利于增强用户的舒适感、维持用户的健康。
在进行热水沐浴的第II阶段中,记录人体沐浴时长,超过浴霸预设的取暖时间时,则提示报警。
实现时间控制的过程如下:
在进行热水沐浴阶段,浴霸计时系统开始计时,对比浴霸预设的取暖时间,当计时时长未超过预设的取暖时长,浴霸系统保持运行;当计时时长超过预设的取暖时间,则浴霸反馈控制系统提示报警。
设置浴霸提示报警的目的在于:提示用户,当淋浴区温度达到设定取暖温度,可以进入热水淋浴阶段;当热水淋浴结束时,提示用户环境温度开始逐渐下降,需要及时穿衣,避免感冒;另一方面,也能提示在浴室之外的家人,在沐浴结束之后,若用户没有及时走出浴室,可以上前询问,为用户的安全沐浴提供多一层保护。

S21:使用者在准备沐浴时,可以点击开启按钮,选择某一种沐浴模式,同时也确定了取暖温度和取暖时间;
S22:温度感应器感应室温,并通过反馈控制系统判断室温是否小于预设的取暖温度;
S23:若为是,则进入取暖模式,启动浴霸,开始浴室内升温;
S24:当环境温度达到预设的取暖温度,淋浴区灯光从冷光灯变成暖光灯;
S25:用户进行淋浴时,每隔单位时间,判断环境温度是否高于预设的取暖温度;
S26:若为是,则根据温差变化量同步减小浴霸功率,并开始取暖计时;若为否,则回到S3,再次对浴室升温;
S27:当环境温度等于预设的取暖温度,则浴霸保持目前运行状态;
S28:开始取暖计时之后,判断计时时长是否超过预设取暖时间;
S29:若为是,淋浴区灯光从暖光灯变换为冷光灯;若为否,则浴霸保持目前的运行状态。
总的来说,通过调整浴霸功率实现温度的控制,温度传感器感测浴室实时环境温度,对比浴霸预设的取暖温度,先判断两者温差的大小,通过反馈控制系统对浴霸功率进行增大或减小,且浴霸功率的变化量与温差的变化量相当,当环境温度等于浴霸预设的取暖温度时,保持浴霸目前的运行状态。
在此过程中,温度传感器和反馈控制系统每隔一个单位时间,判断温差的大小,当环境温度小于预设的取暖温度TC时,此时进行沐浴容易造成感冒,因此控制系统增大浴霸功率,使环境温度达到预设的取暖温度TC;当环境温度高于预设的取暖温度TC时,人体一直处于此种环境,容易造成呼吸不畅,胸闷等不良反应,此时控制系统减小浴霸功率,将环境温度逐渐降低至预设的取暖温度TC,实现智能控温过程,保证沐浴期间的恒温,有利于增强用户的舒适感、维持用户的健康。
其中,在淋浴过程中的控制步骤如下:
S1:在开启热水前的第I阶段,浴霸保持恒定功率PC运行,直到环境温度从原始室温TO达到浴霸预设的取暖温度TC;
S2:在进行热水沐浴的第II阶段,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,此时逐渐减小浴霸功率至PL,浴霸提供的制暖量降低,与热水提供的热能叠加,保证沐浴区的环境温度维持在浴霸预设的取暖温度TC;
S3:在沐浴结束,关闭热水但未离开淋浴区的第III阶段,由于热水不再供 应,导致环境温度逐渐降低,此时增大浴霸功率,使环境温度下降速度变缓,最终环境温度不低于预设取暖温度TL;
在实施例1和2中,图3至图14各符号的意义如下:
t1: 人开始淋浴时刻 第I阶段: 沐浴前的准备过程
t2: 人结束淋浴时刻 第II阶段: 热水淋浴的过程
t3: 人离开浴室的时刻 第III阶段: 淋浴结束后离开浴室前的过程
TC: 浴霸预设的取暖温度 PC: 第I阶段浴霸运行功率
TL: 第III阶段所允许的最低温度 PL: 第II阶段结束时浴霸运行功率
TO: 浴霸开启前的环境温度 PH: 第III阶段浴霸运行功率
其中,成人、老人、儿童模式中环境温度和浴霸运行功率分别用下标“1”、“2”、“3”区分。
实施例1采取的是,三种模式下,第I阶段时长相同,浴霸功率PC大小为:老人最高,儿童次之,成人最低。
如图3和图4所示,在第一时长的成人模式下,浴室初始环境温度为TO1=5℃,设定第I阶段时长为5分钟,用户先进行沐浴前准备,此阶段内,浴霸功率维持PC1=2333W恒定功率运行,直到t1时刻,环境温度到达浴霸预设的取暖温度TC1=35℃,此时,浴霸系统报警,提示用户可以开始进行热水淋浴;
设定第II阶段时长为45分钟,用户开启热水淋浴,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,为了保证用户淋浴的舒适36度,此时将浴霸功率逐渐降低到PL1=1166W,以维持环境温度在TC1=35℃,直到t2时刻,用户结束淋浴;
设定第III阶段时长为15分钟,用户结束淋浴,还需要在淋浴后的穿衣等过程,此时环境温度会随着热水的停止供应,逐渐降低,不利于用户健康,此时,将浴霸功率提升到PH1=1866W,以维持环境温度不低于TL1=28℃,直到t3时刻,用户离开浴室,完成整个沐浴过程中的控温过程。
在进行热水沐浴阶段,浴霸计时系统开始计时,当计时时长未超过45分钟,系统保持运行;当计时时长超过45分钟,则浴霸反馈控制系统提示报警。
如图5和图6所示,在第一时长的老人模式下,浴室初始环境温度为TO2=5℃,设定第I阶段时长为5分钟,用户先进行沐浴前准备,此阶段内,浴霸功率维持PC2=3000W恒定功率运行,直到t1时刻,环境温度到达浴霸预设的取暖温度TC2=45℃,此时,浴霸系统报警,提示用户可以开始进行热水淋浴;
设定第II阶段时长为30分钟,用户开启热水淋浴,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,为了保证用户淋浴的舒适度,此时将浴霸功率逐渐降低到PL2=1600W,以维持环境温度在TC2=45℃,直到t2时刻,用户结束淋浴;
设定第III阶段时长为10分钟,用户结束淋浴,还需要在淋浴后的穿衣等过程,此时环境温度会随着热水的停止供应,逐渐降低,不利于用户健康,此时,将浴霸功率提升到到PH2=2400W,以维持环境温度不低于TL2=36℃,直到t3时刻,用户离开浴室,完成整个沐浴过程中的控温过程。
在进行热水沐浴阶段,浴霸计时系统开始计时,当计时时长未超过30分钟,系统保持运行;当计时时长超过30分钟,则浴霸反馈控制系统提示报警。
如图7和图8所示,在第一时长的成人模式下,浴室初始环境温度为TO3=5℃,设定第I阶段时长为5分钟,用户先进行沐浴前准备,此阶段内,浴霸功率维持PC3=2666W恒定功率运行,直到t1时刻,环境温度到达浴霸预设的取暖温度TC3=40℃,此时,浴霸系统报警,提示用户可以开始进行热水淋浴;
设定第II阶段时长为35分钟,用户开启热水淋浴,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,为了保证用户淋浴的舒适度,此时将浴霸功率逐渐降低到PL1=1333W,以维持环境温度在TC3=40℃,直到t2时刻,用户结束淋浴;
设定第III阶段时长为5分钟,用户结束淋浴,还需要在淋浴后的穿衣等过程,此时环境温度会随着热水的停止供应,逐渐降低,不利于用户健康,此时,将浴霸功率提升到到PH3=2132W,以维持环境温度不低于TL3=32℃,直到t2时刻,用户离开浴室,完成整个沐浴过程中的控温过程。
在进行热水沐浴阶段,浴霸计时系统开始计时,当计时时长未超过35分钟,系统保持运行;当计时时长超过35分钟,则浴霸反馈控制系统提示报警。
实施例2:
与实施例1不同之处在于,三种模式下,最大功率PC相等,第I阶段时长为:成人最长,老人次之,儿童最短。
如图9和图10所示,在第一时长的成人模式下,浴室初始环境温度为TO1=5℃,设定第I阶段时长为15分钟,用户先进行沐浴前准备,此阶段内,浴霸功率维持PC1=3000W恒定功率运行,直到t1时刻,环境温度到达浴霸预设的取暖温度TC1=35℃,此时,浴霸系统报警,提示用户可以开始进行热水淋浴;
设定第II阶段时长为45分钟,用户开启热水淋浴,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,为了保证用户淋浴的舒适度,此时将浴霸功率逐渐降低到PL1=1600W,以维持环境温度在TC1=35℃,直到t2时刻,用户结束淋浴;
设定第III阶段时长为15分钟,用户结束淋浴,还需要在淋浴后的穿衣等过程,此时环境温度会随着热水的停止供应,逐渐降低,不利于用户健康,此时,将浴霸功率提升到PH1=2400W,以维持环境温度不低于TL1=28℃,直到t3时刻,用户离开浴室,完成整个沐浴过程中的控温过程。

设定第II阶段时长为30分钟,用户开启热水淋浴,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,为了保证用户淋浴的舒适度,此时将浴霸功率逐渐降低到PL2=1600W,以维持环境温度在TC2=45℃,直到t2时刻,用户结束淋浴;
设定第III阶段时长为10分钟,用户结束淋浴,还需要在淋浴后的穿衣等过程,此时环境温度会随着热水的停止供应,逐渐降低,不利于用户健康,此时,将浴霸功率提升到到PH2=2400W,以维持环境温度不低于TL2=36℃,直到t3时刻,用户离开浴室,完成整个沐浴过程中的控温过程。

设定第II阶段时长为35分钟,用户开启热水淋浴,环境温度随着热水的释放逐渐升高,为了保证用户淋浴的舒适度,此时将浴霸功率逐渐降低到PL1=1600W,以维持环境温度在TC3=40℃,直到t2时刻,用户结束淋浴;
设定第III阶段时长为5分钟,用户结束淋浴,还需要在淋浴后的穿衣等过程,此时环境温度会随着热水的停止供应,逐渐降低,不利于用户健康,此时,将浴霸功率提升到到PH3=2400W,以维持环境温度不低于TL3=32℃,直到t2时刻,用户离开浴室,完成整个沐浴过程中的控温过程。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,所述浴霸通过调整功率实现温度的控制,其特征在于,在淋浴过程中的控制步骤如下:
    S1:在第I阶段,浴霸保持功率PC运行,直到环境温度从TO上升到TC;
    S2:在第II阶段,逐渐减小浴霸功率至PL,保证沐浴区的环境温度维持在TC;
    S3:在第III阶段,增大浴霸功率至PH,环境温度不低于TL;
    上述符号定义如下:
    第I阶段:沐浴前的准备过程;
    第II阶段:热水淋浴的过程;
    第III阶段:淋浴结束后离开浴室前的过程;
    TO:浴霸开启前的环境温度;        PC:第I阶段浴霸运行功率;
    TC:浴霸预设的取暖温度;          PH:第III阶段浴霸运行功率;
    TL:第III阶段所允许的最低温度;   PL:第II阶段结束时浴霸运行功率;
    在进行热水沐浴时,记录人体沐浴时长,超过第II阶段时长,即浴霸预设的取暖时间时,则提示报警。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,所提到的各个参数应满足下列条件:
    TO<TL<TC且0.8TC≤TL≤TC;
    PL<PH<PC且0.5PC≤PL≤PC且0.8PC≤PH≤PC。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,所述淋浴模式分为三种,成人模式、老人模式、儿童模式;浴霸预设的取暖温度TC对比如下:成人<儿童<老人;预设第I阶段时长对比如下:儿童<老人<成人;浴霸预设的取暖时长,即第II阶段时长对比如下:老人<儿童<成人;预设第III阶段时长对比如下:儿童<老人<成人。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,在成人模式下,浴霸预设的取暖温度TC1范围为35℃至85℃;预设第I阶段时长为5分钟至20分钟;预设的取暖时间范围,即第II阶段时长为15分钟至90分钟;预设第III阶段时长为5分钟至20分钟。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,在老人模式下中,浴霸预设的取暖温度TC2范围为45℃至85℃;预设第I阶段时长为5分钟至15分钟;预设的取暖时间范围,即第II阶段时长为10分钟至45分钟;预设第III阶段时长为5分钟至15分钟。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,在儿童模式下,浴霸预设的取暖温度TC3范围为40℃至85℃;预设第I阶段时长 为5分钟至10分钟;预设的取暖时间范围,即第II阶段时长为10分钟至60分钟;预设第III阶段时长为5分钟至10分钟。
  7. 根据权利要求3到6任一项所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,若设置第I阶段时长相等,则三种模式下的第I阶段功率大小对比如下:成人<儿童<老人。
  8. 根据权利要求3到6任一项所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,若三种模式下第I阶段功率PC相同,则第I阶段时长对比如下:儿童<老人<成人。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,浴霸提示报警安装位置分别在淋浴区和客厅。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浴霸智能控温控时的方法,其特征在于,报警提示与浴室门锁联动,提示报警时,浴室门锁自动解锁。
