本发明实施例的第三方面提供了一种按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如第一方面任一项所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整方法的步骤。
本发明实施例的第四方面提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至5任一项所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整方法的步骤。
本发明实施例与现有技术相比存在的有益效果是:通过获取用户的体征数据,并结合按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令,从而相应的控制按摩器在对应的按摩时间点,执行相应的按摩动作,或者按照不同的按摩强度执行按摩动作,从而使得按摩器的按摩操作更加能够适应不同时间、不同用户的身体状态,有利于提高按摩效果。

具体实施方式
以下描述中,为了说明而不是为了限定,提出了诸如特定系统结构、技术之类的具体细节,以便透彻理解本发明实施例。然而,本领域的技术人员应当清楚,在没有这些具体细节的其它实施例中也可以实现本发明。在其它情况中,省略对众所周知的系统、装置、电路以及方法的详细说明,以免不必要的细节妨碍本发明的描述。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
如图1所示,本申请实施例所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整方法,包括:
在步骤S101中,获取用户的体征数据以及按摩时间点。
具体的,本申请中所述的按摩器,可以为提高用户使用舒适度的按摩设备,尤其可适用于性按摩设备,比如男士所使用的飞机杯等按摩设备等。
所述用户的体征数据,可以包括按摩部位的体湿数据、按摩部位的体温数据、被按摩用户的心电数据、被按摩用户的脑电数据、按摩部位的血液流量数据和血液流向数据中的一种或者多种。
其中,所述按摩部位的体湿数据,可以通过在按摩器中设置的湿度传感器获取。优选的实施方式中,所述按摩器的湿度传感器与用户的按摩部位之间设置可传感湿度信息的传递层(所述传递层可选用能够提高用户使用舒适度的材料),从而使得湿度传感器可以通过所述传递层获取按摩部位的体湿数据。所述通过体湿数据的变化曲线与用户按摩效果的样本数据,建立所述体湿数据的变化曲线与按摩效果的对应关系。当获取用户的按摩部位的体湿数据变化曲线时,可以相应的查找对应的按摩效果。
所述按摩部位的体温数据,可以通过设置在按摩器中的温度传感器采集。优选的实施方式中,所述温度传感器和按摩部位之间可以设置柔软的传温层,可由传感器采集按摩过程的温度变化曲线。另外,可以根据温度变化曲线与按摩效果的样本数据,建立温度变化曲线与按摩效果的对应关系,当获取到用户的按摩部位的温度变化曲线时,可以查找对应的按摩效果。当然,还可以将温度变化曲线和湿度变化曲线相结合,根据温度变化曲线、湿度变化曲线与按摩效果的对应关系,查找对应的按摩效果。
在按摩过程中,用户的心率会加快,神经中枢也会变得更加兴奋,因此,可以通过采集心电和/或脑电的方式,来检测用户当前的按摩状态或者按摩
所述被按摩用户的心电数据,可以通过心电传感器对其进行采集。为了更有效的得到所获取的心电数据对应的用户状态,需要在按摩前获取用户的基准心电数据,将获取的心电数据与基准心电数据进行比较,并且可以结合心电变化曲线与按摩效果的对应关系,确定当前的按摩效果或按摩状态。
所述被按摩用户的脑电数据,可以通过脑电传感器对其进行采集。并可建立脑电曲线与按摩效果的对应关系,或者脑电曲线、心电曲线与按摩效果的对应关系。
所述按摩部位的血液流量和血液流向,可以通过超声检测的方式,确定按摩部位的血液流量的大小。所述血液流向,可以通过流入按摩部位的血液流量与流出按摩部位的血液流量的差值计算得到,当入按摩部位的血液流量大于流出按摩部位的血液流量,则血液流向按摩部位,当入按摩部位的血液流量小于流出按摩部位的血液流量,则血液流出按摩部位。
可以综合上述体征参数中的一个或者多个的变化曲线,建立与按摩效果的对应关系,方便用户可以根据当前的曲线确定按摩效果。
在步骤S102中,根据所述体征数据以及按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令。
在用户将按摩器对准按摩部位,并在启动按摩器时开始计时,所述按摩时 间点为按摩过程中所计时的时间点。所述按摩指令与所述体征数据和按摩时间点对应,即:对于相同的体征数据,在不同的按摩时间点,所对应的按摩指令可能也不会不同。
所述按摩指令,可以包括对按摩部位的负压控制操作、对按摩部位的锁紧操作和对用户的指定部位进行针灸操作中的一种或多种。其中,对于柱状的按摩部位,比如男性的性器官等按摩部位,可以通过负压控制操作,增加按摩的仿真效果,通过锁紧操作,可以有效的控制按摩部位的充血程度,即可以在充血初期的按摩时间点采用较小的锁紧力度,在按摩时间点的后期增加锁紧力度,从而有效的提高按摩部位的硬度,增加用户的按摩体验效果。
所述指定部位的针灸操作,可以为指定的穴位,比如可以为气海穴、关元穴、中极穴、太溪穴等。
所述按摩指令可以与具体的按摩动作对应,优选的实施方式中,所述按摩指令还可以与按摩动作、以及按摩动作对应的按摩强度对应。比如,所述按摩强度可以包括按摩频率、按摩力度和按摩时长中的一种或者多种。
所述按摩频率,可以为按摩器在与用户接触的按摩部位的震动频率。所述震动频率可以为整个按摩器的往复的摩擦运动的频率,也可以为按摩器针对按摩部位进行挤压的频率等。
所述按摩力度,是指按摩器针对按摩部位所施加的按压力度的大小。所述按摩时长可以理解为按照设定的按摩动作和/或按摩强度,持续进行按摩的时间。
所述按摩频率、按摩力度和按摩时长可以根据不同的用户、同一用户在不同的按摩时间点,进行相应的调整。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种确定用户在不同按摩时间点所对应的按摩运动以及按摩动作所对应的按摩强度的实现流程,详述如下:
在步骤S201中,获取用户在不同按摩时间点、不同的体征数据下,执行不同的按摩动作,和/或按摩动作的按摩强度,所对应的完成一次按摩的持续时 间的样本数据。
针对某一个用户,其样本数据可以来自于该用户使用按摩器的数据,也可以来自于同类用户,或者大量用户所使用按摩器的数据。在完成一次按摩过程中,记录各个按摩时间点所对应的按摩动作和/或按摩强度,以及完成一次按摩的持续时间。所述完成一次按摩的持续时间,是指按摩部位,尤其指男性的性器官按摩时,由开始按摩时按摩部位充血到按摩部位结束充血的这一段时间。在检测用户是否完成一次按摩时,可以根据按摩部位的体温数据、血液流量数据、血液流向数据、硬度数据、运动频率数据中的一种或者多种,确定用户是否完成一次按摩。
所述样本数据可以表述为:用户完成一次按摩的持续时间为T,在0-t1的时间段内,体征数据为x1,按摩动作为a1,按摩强度为q1,在0-t1的时间段内,体征数据为x2,按摩动作为a2,按摩强度为q2,在t1-t2的时间段内,体征数据为x3,按摩动作为a3,按摩强度为q3,在t2-t3的时间段内,体征数据为x4,按摩动作为a4,按摩强度为q4……在tn-T的时间段内,体征数据为xn,按摩动作为an,按摩强度为qn。
在步骤S202中,根据所述样本数据进行训练,确定按摩持续时间超过预定时长的一次按摩,在不同按摩时间点所对应的按摩动作以及按摩动作的按摩强度。
根据记录的样本数据,选择样本数据中完成一次按摩的持续时间超过预定时长样本数据进行训练,得到在不同的按摩时间点的按摩动作和按摩强度所对应的完成一次按摩的持续时间的对应关系。根据不同的按摩的持续时间的需要,可以选用对应的按摩动作和按摩强度的序列进行按摩。另外,为了提高按摩的效果,可以设定按摩持续时间超预定时长的一次按摩,在不同按摩时间点所对应的按摩动作以及按摩动作的按摩强度。所述预定时长可以为25分钟、30分钟等。
在步骤S103中,根据查找的按摩指令控制所述按摩器在对应的按摩时间 点执行相应的按摩动作和/或按摩强度。
根据图2所述的访求确定用户按摩持续时间,与在不同按摩时间点所对应的按摩运动以及按摩动作所对应的按摩强度的对应关系后,查找一个或者多个按摩推荐方案,提高用户的按摩体验效果。
作为本申请优选的一种实施方式中,所述按摩方案,还可以根据用户当前的按摩动作,实时的查找和推荐与用户当前的按摩动作对应的按摩推荐方案,从而能够更好的帮助用户有效的完成按摩。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本发明实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
图3为本申请实施例提供的一种按摩器的按摩状态调整装置的结构示意图,如图3所示,所述按摩器的按摩状态调整装置,包括:
数据获取单元301,用于获取用户的体征数据以及按摩时间点;
指令查找单元302,用于根据所述体征数据以及按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令;
按摩控制单元303,用于根据查找的按摩指令控制所述按摩器在对应的按摩时间点执行相应的按摩动作和/或按摩强度。
优选的,所述体征数据包括按摩部位的体湿数据、按摩部位的体温数据、被按摩用户的心电数据、被按摩用户的脑电数据、按摩部位的血液流量数据和血液流向数据中的一种或者多种。
优选的,所述按摩动作包括对按摩部位的负压控制操作、对按摩部位的锁紧操作和对用户的指定部位进行针灸操作中的一种或多种,所述按摩强度包括按摩频率、按摩力度和按摩时长中的一种或者多种。
图4是本发明一实施例提供的按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备的示意图。如图4所示,该实施例的按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4包括:处理器40、存储器41以及存储在所述存储器41中并可在所述处理器40上运行的计算机程序 42,例如按摩器的按摩状态的调整程序。所述处理器40执行所述计算机程序42时实现上述各个按摩器的按摩状态的调整方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至103。或者,所述处理器40执行所述计算机程序42时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图3所示模块301至303的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机程序42可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器41中,并由所述处理器40执行,以完成本发明。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机程序42在所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4中的执行过程。例如,所述计算机程序42可以被分割成数据获取单元、指令查找单元、按摩控制单元,各单元具体功能如下:
数据获取单元,用于获取用户的体征数据以及按摩时间点;
指令查找单元,用于根据所述体征数据以及按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令;
按摩控制单元,用于根据查找的按摩指令控制所述按摩器在对应的按摩时间点执行相应的按摩动作和/或按摩强度。
所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备可包括,但不仅限于,处理器40、存储器41。本领域技术人员可以理解,图4仅仅是按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4的示例,并不构成对按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器40可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器 件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器41可以是所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4的内部存储单元,例如按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4的硬盘或内存。所述存储器41也可以是所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4的外部存储设备,例如所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器41还可以既包括所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备4的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器41用于存储所述计算机程序以及所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器41还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能单元、模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能单元、模块完成,即将所述装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能单元或模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。实施例中的各功能单元、模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中,上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。另外,各功能单元、模块的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本申请的保护范围。上述系统中单元、模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述或记载的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用 和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

所述集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。。其中,所述计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机 存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括是电载波信号和电信信号。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种按摩器的按摩状态调整方法,其特征在于,所述按摩器的按摩状态调整方法包括:
    获取用户的体征数据以及按摩时间点;
    根据所述体征数据以及按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令;
    根据查找的按摩指令控制所述按摩器在对应的按摩时间点执行相应的按摩动作和/或按摩强度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整方法,其特征在于,所述体征数据包括按摩部位的体湿数据、按摩部位的体温数据、被按摩用户的心电数据、被按摩用户的脑电数据、按摩部位的血液流量数据和血液流向数据中的一种或者多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整方法,其特征在于,所述按摩动作包括对按摩部位的负压控制操作、对按摩部位的锁紧操作和对用户的指定部位进行针灸操作中的一种或多种,所述按摩强度包括按摩频率、按摩力度和按摩时长中的一种或者多种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述体征数据以及按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户在不同按摩时间点、不同的体征数据下,执行不同的按摩动作,和/或按摩动作的按摩强度,所对应的完成一次按摩的持续时间的样本数据;
    根据所述样本数据进行训练,确定按摩持续时间超过预定时长的一次按摩,在不同按摩时间点所对应的按摩动作以及按摩动作的按摩强度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据按摩部位的体温数据、血液流量数据、血液流向数据、硬度数据、运 动频率数据中的一种或者多种,确定用户是否完成一次按摩。
  6. 一种按摩器的按摩状态调整装置,其特征在于,所述按摩器的按摩状态调整装置包括:
    数据获取单元,用于获取用户的体征数据以及按摩时间点;
    指令查找单元,用于根据所述体征数据以及按摩时间点,查找对应的按摩指令;
    按摩控制单元,用于根据查找的按摩指令控制所述按摩器在对应的按摩时间点执行相应的按摩动作和/或按摩强度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整装置,其特征在于,所述体征数据包括按摩部位的体湿数据、按摩部位的体温数据、被按摩用户的心电数据、被按摩用户的脑电数据、按摩部位的血液流量数据和血液流向数据中的一种或者多种。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩器的按摩状态调整装置,其特征在于,所述按摩动作包括对按摩部位的负压控制操作、对按摩部位的锁紧操作和对用户的指定部位进行针灸操作中的一种或多种,所述按摩强度包括按摩频率、按摩力度和按摩时长中的一种或者多种。
  9. 一种按摩器的按摩状态的调整设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至5任一项所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至5任一项所述按摩器的按摩状态的调整方法的步骤。
