Description

一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统及物联网洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于物联网洗衣机设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统及物联网洗衣机。
背景技术
随着通信网络技术的发展和人们对家用产品要求的不断提升,物联网智能家电越来越多的进入人们关注的视线。对于物联网智能家电的设计开发也不再只停留在实验研发阶段,各种各样的智能家电已经开始小规模的进入市场,使用对象开始面向社会普通用户。
伴随着智能家居技术的不断进步和用户生活水平的提高,用户对洗衣机的智能化和用户体验感的需求提升。在用户使用洗衣机进行衣物洗涤的过程中,由于不同衣物的制作材料不同,对应不同制作材料的衣物,需要选择有针对性的洗涤方式来尽可能无磨损地洗涤衣物,并且,由于衣物制作材料的变化越来越多,使得对衣物材料准确识别以进行针对性的洗涤变得日益迫切。
现有物联网洗衣机具有联网功能,可以接收来自服务器的相关指令,也可以上报洗衣机当前状态给服务器,但本身的衣物识别智能功能较欠缺;还有一种洗衣机是本机端带有衣物识别模块,衣物识别之后通过本机端的显示屏进行衣服信息显示,识别结果不会与服务器有任何交集;还有一种是洗衣机本机带有衣物识别模块,但没有相应的显示装置,无法将识别结果进行显示,只能做简单的消息提示,洗衣机识别之后将衣服识别结果上报服务器,服务器将识别结果返回给移动终端,由移动终端进行衣服信息展示。如何充分利用现有物联网洗衣机现有的诸如远程操控,或者按照设定洗涤参数自动执行相应衣物处理程序等功能,最大程度上减少现有物联网洗衣机的改造,并使其具备衣物识别功能是提高洗衣机智能化的关键。
无线射频识别技术(RFID)是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,其主要利用射频信号和空间辐合(电感或电磁藕合)的传输特性并能自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据。RFID技术最为鲜明的特点在于:利用无线电波传送并识别信息的方式实现无线双向通信,数据读取量大且可以实现远程读取,不受空间限制,可以快速进行物体追踪和数据交换。作为一种新的无线识别技术,相对于传统的条形码、IC卡、语音识别以及生物识别方式而言,RFID技术以其非常显著的优势正在全球范围内迅速地发展并广泛地应用于多种领域。
由无线射频识别技术发展而来的无线射频识别系统(RFID系统)通常包括有电子标签、读写器以及实现电子标签与读写器之间数据通信的天线(读写器天线、电子标签天线),电子标签内存储有一定格式的电子数据,以此作为待识别物品的标识信息。该电子标签被附在待识别的物品上并作为待识别物品的电子标记。读写器向电子标签发送命令,电子标签根据收到的读写器指令将存储的标识性数据传输给读写器进而实现数据通信,读写器在读取数据并解码后将数据传送至计算机主机或者网络进行有关的数据处理。
随着洗衣机的更新换代和技术的发展,通过电子标签的智能洗衣技术得到了长足的发展。
在较早的一个专利中,公开了一种基于无线自动识别技术的洗衣机智能洗涤方法,包括附着有智能标签的衣物、智能标签识读设备、洗衣机的智能信息处理设备、洗衣机操作显示界面(触摸显示屏)和用户。该专利基于无线自动识别技术识别衣物信息,实现洗涤程序定制功能的扩展:1)洗衣机设定或连接的智能标签识读设备可以识别衣物信息;2)实现洗涤程序的个性化定制;3)本发明实现了衣物信息的自动识别以及洗涤程序的个性化设计,优化了洗衣效果,提高了洗衣机的智能化水平。本发明还提出了通过将洗衣机连接网络,上传数据,建立家庭洗涤衣物信息数据库的理念。
在另一个专利中,公开了一种洗衣机自动识别衣物的方法,通过加入近场通讯模块对衣物上的电子标签识别判断衣物是否能混洗,可以去除多余染色感应装置等,减少洗衣机部件,节约成本;并且近场通讯模块的成本低廉,更能够进一步的降低洗衣机成本。但这些专利并没有充分结合物联网洗衣机自身的操控方面的特点,并且衣物识别模块由于不具备无线上网或者数据处理功能,使在衣物识别技术在实现衣物处理的智能化方面的效果大打折扣。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统及物联网洗衣机,通过无线通信的方式实现衣物识别装置与物联网洗衣机和服务器的多种组网方式,并提供各种智能洗衣方式的支持,使存量洗衣机可以方便地实现衣物信息的识别,使该洗衣机实现根据衣物的不同来执行相应个性化的衣物处理程序的要求。为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,包括物联网洗衣机,所述物联网洗衣机与服务器 通信连接,衣物识别装置包括彼此数据连接的衣物识别模块和识别装置通信模块;所述衣物识别模块用于识别衣物信息;所述识别装置通信模块与所述物联网洗衣机、和/或服务器通信连接。
进一步地,所述识别装置通信模块与所述服务器通信连接,实现所述衣物识别装置与服务器的通信连接,所述服务器接收处理所述衣物识别装置识别出的衣物信息。
进一步地,所述服务器与控制终端通信连接,该控制终端还与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接;所述控制终端调取服务器中的所述衣物信息,将该衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机,所述洗涤参数是衣物处理各过程的控制指标;
优选地,所述洗涤参数包括洗涤时长,和/或漂洗次数,和/或电机转速,和/或洗涤水温;
优选地,所述控制终端是智能终端,并安装有用于将衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数的应用软件。
进一步地,所述服务器与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接,将接收到的所述衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机。
进一步地,衣物识别装置还设置有与所述衣物识别模块和识别装置通信模块数据连接的处理器,所述处理器具有数据处理功能,能够将所述衣物识别装置识别出的衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数;

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明的一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统及物联网洗衣机,其中的衣物识别装置应用于对现有的物联网洗衣机的智能化升级,本发明对现有的物联网洗衣机不需要额外布线或者复杂的配置,就可以方便快捷地为现有物联网洗衣机增加衣物识别功能,并进一步实现针对不同衣物的个性化洗涤要求,提高现有物联网洗衣机的智能化水平。
本发明使用无线通信模块能够方便快捷地与其他的终端建立起通信连接,使线衣物识别装置的应用情境得到极大地拓宽。本发明充分利用衣物上的RFID标签或者其他无线标签所存储的表征衣物特征的衣物信息,使用衣物识别模块将所述的衣物信息进行识别。
本发明采用多种实施方案,达到拓展现有物联网洗衣机衣物智能洗涤能力的目的。比如,通过在该衣物识别装置上设置的处理器,直接将上述识别出的衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数;并通过上述的无线通信模块直接与物联网洗衣机通信连接,将这些洗涤参数传送给物联网洗衣机,使物联网洗衣机直接依据这些洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序;或者,该衣物识别装置将衣物信息发送给服务器,使用服务器或者是控制终端来 将上述的衣物信息解析成所述的洗涤参数,并发送给物联网洗衣机,使物联网洗衣机同样依据这些洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序。这些方案灵活方便,可以依据现有的设备和通信条件进行灵活的调整。
另外,本发明的衣物识别装置还进一步设置了语音播报装置和显示装置等输出设备,使衣物识别装置可以实时地将衣物识别的情况传递给用户,使用户能够根据需要及时调整洗涤策略或者洗涤程序,在增强了洗衣机智能效果的同时,还提高了洗衣过程的安全性。

实施例1
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中揭示了一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统。如图1所示,该洗衣系统包括衣物识别装置1,并包括物联网洗衣机2,图中未示出的所述物联网洗衣机2与通常的物联网洗衣机类似的,都与服务器通信连接。
所述物联网洗衣机2设置有用于通信的洗衣机通信模块。所述衣物识别装置1包括彼此数据连接的衣物识别模块和识别装置通信模块;所述衣物识别模块能够识别衣物上设置的无线标签,所述无线标签存储有该衣物的信息;所述识别装置无线通信模块用于进行所 述衣物识别装置的信息通信。
由于WiFi技术的成熟和基于现有物联网洗衣机一般均默认配置有WiFi模块,因此,本实施例中的洗衣机和识别装置的通信模块使用的是无线通信模块,并且该无线通信模块都是采用WiFi模块,并以WiFi模块为例进行说明。当然在其他的实施例中,所述的WiFi模块还可以被其他的如蓝牙和/或Zigbee和/或Z-wave等通信模式的无线通信模块所取代,这里不再赘述。
本实施例中的所述衣物识别装置1中的衣物识别模块是RFID阅读器,所述无线标签是RFID无线标签。如图1所示,所述衣物识别装置还包括与所述衣物识别模块电性连接的天线,所述天线与所述衣物上设置的无线标签耦合,之后通过RFID阅读器读取标签信息。所述无线标签存储有该衣物的信息,这些衣物信息固化在标签内包括衣物类别和/或材质/材质,主要包括毛衣、衬衣、牛仔裤、西服、羽绒服、内衣、真丝、纯棉、棉麻、化纤、羊毛等衣物自身属性的标识。
上述RFID是radiofrequencyidentification的简称,为射频识别,是一种无线通信技术,可通过无线电讯号识别特定目标并读写相关数据,而无需识别系统与特定目标之间建立机械或光学接触,无线电的信号是通过调成无线电频率的电磁场,把数据从附着在物品上的标签上传送出去,以自动辨识与追踪该物品。某些标签在识别时从识别器发出的电磁场中就可以得到能量,并不需要电池;也有标签本身拥有电源,并可以主动发出无线电波(调成无线电频率的电磁场)。标签包含了电子存储的信息,数米之内都可以识别。
如图1所示,物联网洗衣机2中还设置有用于按照洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序的洗衣机处理器,所述洗衣机处理器控制该物联网洗衣机2按照所述洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序;所述衣物处理程序包括洗涤,和/或漂洗,和/或脱水,和/或烘干,和/或加热等。所述洗涤参数是衣物处理各过程的控制指标,至少包括洗涤时长,和/或漂洗次数,和/或电机转速,和/或洗涤水温等指标。
如图1所示,衣物识别装置还设置有与所述衣物识别模块和识别装置通信模块(本实施例中的WiFi模块)数据连接的处理器。所述处理器是MCU具有数据处理功能,能够将所述衣物识别装置识别出的衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的上述洗涤参数。
本发明的所述洗衣机通信模块与所述识别装置通信模块通信连接,实现所述物联网洗衣机与衣物识别装置的通信连接,本实施例中也就是相应的衣物识别装置1和物联网洗衣机2上的WiFi模块通过无线通信的方式彼此通信连接,所述衣物识别装置1将处理器所解 析出的洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机2。
如图2所示,本实施例中的物联网洗衣机的衣物识别装置绑定配置流程包括:洗衣机通过本机端按键使之进入网络配置模式,定义洗衣机在WiFi网络中的名称;衣物识别装置上配置有相应功能按键,通过该按键可以使衣物识别装置搜索周围网络,找到洗衣机的WiFi模块的名称,并与该WiFi模块进行连接,二者连接成功之后,洗衣机退出配置模式。
完成了上述的绑定配置流程之后,如图3所示,本实施例中RFID阅读器与物联网洗衣机形成了通信连接,并开始执行相应的识别操作流程:RFID阅读器与物联网洗衣机建立无线通信,且RFID阅读器与洗衣机遵循一定的网络协议衣物识别装置识别完衣服标签之后,衣物识别装置的处理器集成了现有APP的SDK,可以在衣服信息识别之后,将所获得的衣服信息计算得出相关洗涤参数,衣物识别装置将这些洗涤参数按照洗衣机可识别的格式下发给洗衣机处理器,洗衣机按照该洗涤参数执行相应的衣物处理程序。
通过本实施所公开的衣物识别装置可以非常方便地拓展目前的物联网洗衣机的功能,使物联网洗衣机具有衣物识别的功能。使洗涤过程中的衣物处理程序按照不同的洗涤参数所规定的洗涤时间、洗涤温度、洗涤转速、洗涤水位、漂洗时间、脱水时间等进行。这些洗涤参数对不同成分衣物护理针对性高,并且根据所识别出的不同衣物的特性,来执行不同的个性化的衣物处理程序,减少衣物的损耗或者是水电的使用。
实施例2
本实施例是对实施例1的衣物识别装置的补充,本实施与实施例1的区别在于:本实施例的衣物识别装置不具有衣物信息解析的功能。
如图4所示,本实施例增加服务器和控制终端,所述识别装置通信模块与服务器通信连接,实现所述衣物识别装置与服务器的通信连接,所述服务器接收所述衣物识别装置识别出的衣物信息。所述服务器与控制终端通信连接,该控制终端还与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接;所述控制终端调取服务器中的所述衣物信息,将该衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机。
本实施例中的所述控制终端是智能终端具体为一种智能手机,该手机中安装有用于将衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数的应用软件app。
如图5所示,手机app通过利用手机app将洗衣机绑定到路由器,利用手机app将衣物识别装置绑定到同一路由器,之后通过手机app将二者建立联系,可以使所用的衣物识 别装置上报的衣服信息指定到相应的洗衣机进行洗涤。当然,随着Ipv6和物联网技术的进一步发展,在实现类似的绑定过程时并不一定需要绑定到同一路由器,只要在手机中进行相应的网络地址或者网络设备名称进行定义,就可以方便地实现衣物识别装置、洗衣机以及手机app的一一对应关系。
如图6所示,本实施例中,衣物识别装置将所识别的衣物信息上报服务器,服务器作为数据存储和中转,并给对app开放相应的接口,app从相关接口去查询相应的衣服信息,app获取衣服信息之后,按照所制定的衣服信息标准文档和算法文档进行衣服信息解析和洗涤参数计算,用户通过手机app启动按钮,触发整个RFID衣物识别洗涤过程,类似于现有的app远程选择程序控制洗涤。
实施例3
本实施例的网络结构和绑定配置过程与实施例2相同,但本实施例与实施例2的区别在于,本实施中的服务器具有将衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数的功能。所述服务器与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接,能够将接收的所述衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机。
如图7所示,该衣物识别装置将衣服信息上报服务器,服务器将其数据进行保存,并开放接口给app调用,同时对本次识别数据按照标准文档和算法文档进行洗涤参数计算,通过相关通道发送给洗衣机无线模块,最终由洗衣机按照该参数执行洗涤,而app端调用服务器接口获取参数之后,同理也按照标准文档进行解析,并将所洗衣服进行展示,同时根据逻辑判断,得出相应的衣服异常提醒。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,本实施中的不设置控制终端。本实施中的服务器具有将衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数的功能。所述服务器与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接,能够将接收的所述衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机。物联网洗衣机根据该洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序;所述衣物处理程序包括洗涤,和/或漂洗,和/或脱水,和/或烘干,和/或加热。
实施例5
本实施例是对上述实施例中所使用的衣物识别装置的模块结构的说明。
如图8所示的衣物识别装置1包括外壳17,外壳17内设置有电性连接的RFID阅读器 11和天线12,所述天线12与所述衣物上设置的无线标签耦合,之后通过RFID阅读器11读取标签信息所代表的衣物信息,处理器16是MCU具有数据处理功能,在实施例1中,能够将所述衣物识别装置1识别出的衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数。所述洗涤参数通过识别装置无线通信模块15发送给与其通信连接物联网洗衣机或者服务器或者移动终端。指示灯13用于显示衣物识别装置1的工作状态,按键14用于对衣物识别装置1的运行参数进行配置。本发明的衣物识别装置1为有源设备,电源插接端子18用于为所述衣物识别装置1提供电源。
实施例6
本实施例是对上述实施例中所使用的衣物识别装置的模块结构的补充。如图9所示,本实施例与实施例5的区别在于,本实施例的衣物识别装置还设置有声音播报装置。
本实施例中的所述衣物识别装置还包括与所述衣物识别模块数据,即RFID阅读器11连接的声音播报装置,所述声音播报装置通过不同的声音表示所述衣物识别装置对无线标签的识别状态。具体的,在本实施例中的声音播报装置是蜂鸣器19。可以通过蜂鸣器19发出报警提示,和/或读取标签提示。比如声音间断发出,表示衣服读取中,声音连续发出,表示有异常,为用户执行衣物识别时及时进行提醒。
实施例7
本实施例是对上述实施例中所使用的衣物识别装置的模块结构的补充。本实施例与实施例6的区别在于,本实施例的衣物识别装置声音播报装置是语音播报装置。所述语音播报装置用语音播报的方式发出报警提示,和/或播报所述衣物识别模块所识别的衣物信息。
实施例8
本实施例是对上述实施例中所使用的衣物识别装置的模块结构的补充。如图10所示,本实施与上述的实施例的区别在于,所述实施例中设置有显示屏20。
显示屏20所显示的内容和衣物识别模块识别出的衣物信息相对应。具体地,所述显示屏20显示衣服材质、和/或类别、和/或颜色、和/或不能水洗、和/或易串色、和/或不宜混洗的衣服。本实施例通过显示屏20显示当前所识别衣服信息,给用户更加直观的体验,比如显示衣服材质、类别、颜色等信息,当洗涤的衣物中混有不能水洗和/或易串色和/或不宜混洗的衣服时,作出相关提示,及时提醒用户。复位按键141用于对衣物识别装置进行复位,电源按键142用于控制衣物识别装置的开启和关闭。
实施例9
本实施例公开了应用于上述任一实施例的一种物联网洗衣机,所述物联网洗衣机设置有洗衣机处理器,所述洗衣机处理器用于控制该物联网洗衣机按照洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序;所述衣物处理程序包括洗涤,和/或漂洗,和/或脱水,和/或烘干,和/或加热。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,包括物联网洗衣机,所述物联网洗衣机与服务器通信连接,其特征在于:
    衣物识别装置包括彼此数据连接的衣物识别模块和识别装置通信模块;所述衣物识别模块用于识别衣物信息;所述识别装置通信模块与所述物联网洗衣机、和/或服务器通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述识别装置通信模块与所述服务器通信连接,实现所述衣物识别装置与服务器的通信连接,所述服务器接收处理所述衣物识别装置识别出的衣物信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述服务器与控制终端通信连接,该控制终端还与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接;所述控制终端调取服务器中的所述衣物信息,将该衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机,所述洗涤参数是衣物处理各过程的控制指标;
    优选地,所述洗涤参数包括洗涤时长,和/或漂洗次数,和/或电机转速,和/或洗涤水温;
    优选地,所述控制终端是智能终端,并安装有用于将衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数的应用软件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述服务器与所述物联网洗衣机通信连接,将接收到的所述衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数,并将该洗涤参数发送给所述物联网洗衣机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:衣物识别装置还设置有与所述衣物识别模块和识别装置通信模块数据连接的处理器,所述处理器具有数据处理功能,能够将所述衣物识别装置识别出的衣物信息解析成与该衣物信息对应的洗涤参数;
    优选地,所述处理器是MCU。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述识别装置通信模块是无线通信模块;
    优选地,识别装置通信模块的无线通信模块采用WIFI和/或蓝牙和/或Zigbee和/或Z-wave通信模式。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述物联网洗衣机设置有无线通信模块,该无线通信模块与识别装置的无线通信模块通信连接,实现物联网洗衣机与所述衣物识别装置的通信连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述衣物识别装置还包括与所述衣物识别模块电性连接的天线,所述天线与所述衣物上设置的无线标签耦合,所述无线标签是RFID无线标签,所述衣物识别模块是RFID阅读器。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述衣物识别装置还包括与所述衣物识别模块数据连接的声音播报装置,所述声音播报装置通过不同的声音表示所述衣物识别装置对无线标签的识别状态;
    优选地,所述声音播报装置是蜂鸣器;
    进一步优选地,蜂鸣器发出报警提示,和/或读取标签提示;
    优选地,所述声音播报装置是语音播报装置;
    进一步优选地,所述语音播报装置用语音播报的方式发出报警提示,和/或播报所述衣物识别模块所识别的衣物信息。
    优选地,所述衣物识别装置还包括与所述衣物识别模块数据连接的显示屏,显示屏所显示的内容和衣物识别模块识别出的衣物信息相对应;
    进一步优选地,所述显示屏显示衣服材质、和/或类别、和/或颜色、和/或不能水洗、和/或易串色、和/或不宜混洗的衣服。
  10. 一种物联网洗衣机,应用权利要求1至9任一所述的使用衣物识别装置的洗衣系统,其特征在于:所述物联网洗衣机设置有洗衣机处理器,所述洗衣机处理器用于控制该物联网洗衣机按照洗涤参数执行相应衣物处理程序;
    优选地,所述衣物处理程序包括洗涤,和/或漂洗,和/或脱水,和/或烘干,和/或加热。
