本申请涉及信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种信息展示方法及装置。
背景技术
随着电子科技的不断发展,人们之间的信息交流方式从以往的信件等方式逐渐演变为以即时通信为主的交流方式。即时通信即指能够即时发送和接收互联网消息等的通信业务。在日常生活中,一些常见的聊天应用程序所采用的都属于即时通信的方式。
用户在使用即时通信应用程序进行交流时,常有信息查询的需求,例如,用户使用手机与其他人聊天时,想约定下午2点开会,但又不确定自己下午2点是否已有别的事情。那么此时用户需要返回手机主界面,然后开启日历或备忘录应用程序,查看当天日程,查询完成后,再返回聊天页面,根据查询到的信息确定日程,再发送信息告知对方。
可以看出,在上述即时通信过程中,当需要进行信息查询时,需要返回主界面,再通过其他应用程序查询信息,在查询信息时一般需要在该应用程序的查询界面输入所需的关键字等进行查询,得到所要查询的信息后,返回即时通信界面发送消息,这种做法十分繁琐,用户操作非常不方便。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种信息展示方法及装置,以在即时通信过程中进行信息查询时,简化用户操作。具体技术方案如下:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息展示方法,应用于终端,所述方法包括:
获取即时通信过程中显示的文字信息;
当检测到所述文字信息中包括预设关键字时,根据预设的关键字与服务 器的对应关系,确定所述预设关键字对应的目标服务器;
发送网络查询请求至所述目标服务器,其中,所述网络查询请求包括所述预设关键字;
接收所述目标服务器发送的与所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息;
根据所述待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示。
可选的,所述根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,确定所述预设关键字对应的目标服务器的步骤,包括:

本申请实施例提供的方案中,获取即时通信过程中显示的文字信息,当检测到文字信息中包括预设关键字时,根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,确定预设关键字对应的目标服务器,发送网络查询请求至目标服务器,其中,网络查询请求包括所述预设关键字,接收目标服务器发送的与预设关键字对应的待展示信息,根据待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示。可见,在即时通信过程中需要进行信息查询时,终端可以发送网络查询请求至目标服务器,并根据目标服务器发送的待展示信息确定目标 展示信息,按照预设模板进行展示,无需用户退出即时通信界面进行查询,简化用户操作。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为了在即时通信过程中进行信息查询时,简化用户操作,本申请实施例提供了一种信息展示方法、装置、终端、服务器、计算机可读存储介质及应用程序。
下面首先对本申请实施例所提供的第一种信息展示方法进行介绍。
本申请实施例所提供的第一种信息展示方法可以应用于终端,该终端可以为手机、电脑、平板电脑、智能手表等电子设备,在此不做具体限定。该终端可以安装即时通信应用程序,以便用户通过该即时通信应用程序进行信息交流。
如图1所示,一种信息展示方法,应用于终端,所述方法包括:
S101,获取即时通信过程中显示的文字信息;
S102,当检测到所述文字信息中包括预设关键字时,根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,确定所述预设关键字对应的目标服务器;
S103,发送网络查询请求至所述目标服务器,其中,所述网络查询请求包括所述预设关键字;
S104,接收所述目标服务器发送的与所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息;
S105,根据所述待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示。
可见,本申请实施例提供的方案中,终端获取即时通信过程中显示的文字信息,当检测到文字信息中包括预设关键字时,根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,确定预设关键字对应的目标服务器,发送网络查询请求至目标服务器,接收目标服务器发送的与预设关键字对应的待展示信息,根据待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示。可见,在即时通信过程中需要进行信息查询时,终端可以发送网络查询请求至目标服务器,并根据目标服务器发送的待展示信息确定目标展示信息,按照预设模板进行展示,无需用户退出即时通信界面进行查询,简化用户操作。
在上述步骤S101中,用户在利用终端中安装的可以进行即时通信的应用程序与其他用户进行交流时,一般会输入文字信息,用户输入的文字信息及其他用户发送的文字信息会显示于终端,例如,显示于终端的显示屏幕上,那么终端便可以获取所显示的文字信息。例如,用户A发送文字信息至该终端,该文字信息为“你明天几点飞北京”,该终端的用户B输入文字信息“不知道,我先查查”。那么在此过程中,终端便可以获取文字信息“你明天几点飞北京”及“不知道,我先查查”。
终端可以实时检测获取的文字信息中包括的关键字,具体可以采用自然语言分析方法等关键字识别技术中的方式,确定获取的文字信息中包括的关键字,在此不做具体限定,只要可以确定获取的文字信息中包括的关键字即可。当检测到文字信息中包括预设关键字时,终端可以根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,确定该预设关键字对应的目标服务器。示例性地,预设关键字可以为“飞机”、“火车”、“会议”、“电话号码”、“几点”、“时间”等关键字,具体可以根据实际需要进行设定,在此不做具体限定。
终端可以预先存储预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,进而,当检测到文字信息中包括预设关键字时,终端可以根据该对应关系,确定该预设关键字对应的目标服务器。其中,对应关系中包括的服务器可以是网络应用服务器,例如,可以为邮件服务器、火车购票服务器等;也可以是存储服务器, 例如,备忘录服务器、通讯录服务器等。举例来说,预先存储预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系可以为:预设关键字“飞机”对应邮件服务器,预设关键字“火车”、“几点”对应火车购票服务器,预设关键字“会议”对应备忘录服务器,预设关键字“电话号码”对应通讯录服务器等。其中,在该对应关系中,可以是一个预设关键字对应一个服务器,也可以是多个预设关键字对应一个服务器,这都是合理的。
终端确定目标服务器后,便可以发送网络查询请求至目标服务器,该网络查询请求包括上述预设关键字,这样,目标服务器便会接收终端发送的网络查询请求,然后根据该网络查询请求所包括的预设关键字,查找该预设关键字对应的待展示信息,进而发送该待展示信息至终端,终端便可以接收该待展示信息,进而执行步骤S105,按照预设模板展示基于待展示信息确定的目标展示信息。其中,本文中所说的网络查询请求就是一种网络请求。
举例而言,预设关键字为“飞机”及“时间”,目标服务器为邮件服务器,那么目标服务器查找到的待展示信息可以为包括“飞机”及“时间”的航班信息的邮件内容,终端便可以接收该待展示信息,并基于待展示信息确定目标展示信息后进行展示,用户便可以看到该目标展示信息,进而,用户可以获知航班信息,并与其他用户进行即时通信交流关于航班的信息。
其中,预设模板可以根据用户需要及即时通信界面风格等因素确定,在此不做具体限定,例如可以为如图2所示的卡片的形式等,一般可以包括题目201、来源202、具体内容203等,当然还可以包括图片204及一些用户入口205。例如,可以包括关闭用户入口,用户点击该关闭用户入口时,可以关闭该目标展示信息,方便用户继续进行即时通信。当然也可以包括复制用户入口,方便用户复制终端所展示的目标展示信息。
示例性的,假设预设关键字包括“会议”,预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系中,预设关键字“会议”对应备忘录服务器。那么用户使用手机与其他人聊天时,其他人想与该用户约定下午2点开会,便可以发送消息询问该用户下午2点是否有时间,其可以发送消息“你下午2点有时间参加会议吗?”。该用户收到该消息后,即时通信界面中会显示文字信息“你下午2点有时间参加会议吗?”,进而,终端便可以获取该文字信息并进行检测,便可以检测到文 字信息中包括预设关键字“会议”。
进而,根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,可以确定目标服务器为备忘录服务器,那么终端也就可以发送网络查询请求至备忘录服务器,备忘录服务器获取该网络查询请求后,可以将查找到的待展示信息,也就是关于会议的文字信息。例如“下午2点到3点在会议室1开会”,终端接收到该待展示信息后,可以根据该待展示信息确定目标展示信息为“下午2点到3点在会议室1开会”,并按照预设模板进行展示。
例如,可以通过一个卡片的形式将目标展示信息展示于当前即时通信界面,这样,用户便可以看到该目标展示信息,获知自己在下午2点到3点需要在会议室1开会,用户也就可以与上述其他人约定其他时间进行会议。
可见,用户在不确定自己下午2点是否已有别的事情时,不再需要返回手机主界面开启日历或备忘录应用程序,查看当天日程后再返回聊天页面,可以无需退出即时通信界面,便可以获知所需要查询的信息,方便快捷,简化了用户操作。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,为了方便确定目标服务器,上述根据预设的关键字与服务器的对应关系,确定所述预设关键字对应的目标服务器的步骤,可以包括:
根据预设分类规则,确定所述预设关键字的类别;根据预设的类别与服务器的对应关系,确定所确定的类别对应的服务器,并将所确定的服务器作为目标服务器。
为了方便确定目标服务器,终端可以预先设定一分类规则,即预设分类规则,进而,在确定预设关键字后,可以根据该预设分类规则,确定该预设关键字的类别。预设分类规则可以是:将语义相同或相近的预设关键字划分至一个类别。例如,预设分类规则为:预设关键字“飞机”、“飞机票”、“航班”对应类别为机票;预设关键字“火车”、“火车票”、“动车”、“高铁”对应类别为火车票;预设关键字“会议”、“开会”对应类别为备忘录等,那么终端确定预设关键字“开会”后,便可以确定其类别为备忘录。其中,确定预设关键字语义的方式可以采用现有任意确定文字语义的方式,在此不做具 体限定。
那么,终端便可以根据预设的类别与服务器的对应关系,确定所确定的类别对应的服务器,并将所确定的服务器作为目标服务器。其中,预设的类别与服务器的对应关系一般可以为一个类别对应一个服务器,这样更加便于快速查找。例如,类别机票对应邮件服务器,类别火车票对应火车票购票服务器,类别备忘录对应备忘录服务器。这样,假设终端确定的类别为备忘录,那么目标服务器即为忘录服务器。
可见,在本实施例中,终端可以采用预设分类规则,确定预设关键字的类别,进而根据预设的类别与服务器的对应关系,确定目标服务器,终端可以更加快速方便地确定目标服务器,提高信息展示速率,进而提升信息查询效率。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,在上述根据所述待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示的步骤之前,上述方法还可以包括:
判断所述待展示信息包括的待展示子信息的数量。
由于目标服务器发送的待展示信息可能包括一个或多个待展示子信息,那么为了方便后续展示目标展示信息,终端可以判断待展示信息所包括的待展示子信息的数量。
在一种实施方式中,待展示信息可以携带数量标识,这样,终端便可以根据该数量标识确定待展示子信息的数量。其中,数量标识可以为数字、字母等标识,只要可以表示待展示子信息的数量即可,在此不做具体限定。
相应的,上述根据所述待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示的步骤,可以包括:

为了方便区分各待展示子信息,目标服务器可以根据各待展示子信息与预设关键字的相似度,为每个待展示子信息添加相似度标识,该相似度标识可以为任意能够表示待展示子信息与预设关键字相识度的标识,可以为数字、字母或二者的组合等形式,在此不做具体限定。
那么,终端接收到待展示子信息后,便可以根据每个待展示子信息携带的相似度标识,确定每个待展示子信息与预设关键字的相似度的排列顺序。例如,待展示子信息为5个,携带的相似度标识分别为8、7.5、6.8、9及9.7,分别表示相似度为80%、75%、68%、90%及95%,那么显然按照相似度由高到低的顺序进行排列,排列顺序为95%、90%、80%、75%及68%。

可见,在本实施例中,终端可以展示多个待展示子信息,并标识待展示子信息与预设关键字的相似度,为用户提供多种选择,进一步提升用户体验。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,上述方法还可以包括:
在接收到所述目标服务器发送的查找失败指令时,在本地查找所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息;根据所述待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示。
其中,该查找失败指令一般为目标服务器未查找到与上述预设关键字对应的待展示信息时发送的,那么,当终端接收到目标服务器发送的查找失败指令时,说明目标服务器未查找到与上述预设关键字对应的待展示信息,进而,终端便可以在本地查找预设关键字对应的待展示信息。也就是说,终端可以查找包括预设关键字,或者包括与预设关键字的相似度较高的文字的文字信息,作为待展示信息。
例如,备忘录应用程序中的一些或全部备忘录信息可能保存于终端本地,而未上传至备忘录服务器,那么备忘录服务器便无法查找到这些备忘录信息,此时,终端便可以在本地查找预设关键字所对应的备忘录信息。
终端在本地查找到与上述预设关键字对应的待展示信息后,便可以根据待展示信息确定目标展示信息,并按照预设模板进行展示。对于确定目标展示信息的具体方式以及按照预设模板进行展示的具体方式,可以参见上述实施例中的相应方式,在此不再赘述。
可见,本实施例中,在目标服务器未查找到与预设关键字对应的待展示信息时,终端可以在本地进行查找,提高查找待展示信息的全面性,保证在本地或目标服务器中保存有与预设关键字对应的待展示信息时,均可以查找到并向用户展示目标展示信息。
本申请实施例还提供了另一种信息展示方法。下面对本申请实施例所提供的第二种信息展示方法进行介绍。
本申请实施例所提供的第二种信息展示方法可以应用于目标服务器,该目标服务器与上述终端建立通信连接。
如图4所示,一种信息展示方法,应用于目标服务器,所述方法包括:
S401,接收终端发送的网络查询请求,其中,所述网络查询请求为所述终端检测到即时通信过程中显示的文字信息中包括预设关键字时发送的,且所述网络查询请求包括预设关键字;
S402,根据所述预设关键字,查找所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息;
S403,发送所述待展示信息至所述终端。
可见,本申请实施例提供的方案中,目标服务器接收终端发送的网络查询请求,然后根据预设关键字,查找预设关键字对应的待展示信息,再发送待展示信息至终端。目标服务器可以接收终端在即时通信过程中需要进行信息查询时发送的网络查询请求,并发送待展示信息至终端,使得终端可以根据目标服务器发送的待展示信息确定目标展示信息,按照预设模板进行展示,无需用户退出即时通信界面进行查询,简化用户操作。
终端在检测到即时通信过程中显示的文字信息中包括预设关键字时,会发送网络查询请求至目标服务器,目标服务器也就可以接收到该网络查询请求,其中,该网络查询请求包括预设关键字。
进而,在上述步骤S402中,目标服务器便可以根据该预设关键字,查找该预设关键字对应的待展示信息。例如,预设关键字为“会议”、“下午两点”,那么目标服务器便可以查找包括该预设关键字,或者包括与预设关键字含义相近的文字内容的文字信息,将该文字信息作为待展示信息。进而执行步骤S403。
例如,目标服务器为邮件服务器,终端发送的网络查询请求中包括的预设关键字为“飞机票”时,那么邮件服务器可以在存储的所有邮件中,查找 包括“飞机票”的邮件,进而将该邮件的全部或部分文字内容作为待展示信息。又例如,目标服务器为火车购票服务器时,终端发送的网络查询请求中包括的预设关键字为“火车票”、“北京”时,那么购票服务器可以在存储的所有订单信息中,查找包括“火车票”、“北京”的订单信息,进而将查找到的订单信息的全部或部分文字内容作为待展示信息。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,上述根据所述预设关键字,查找所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息的步骤,可以包括:
确定备选信息;根据所述相似度,从所述备选信息中确定所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息。
其中,上述备选信息可以为:所包含的文字内容与预设关键字的相似度不小于第一预设阈值的文字信息。目标服务器查找待显示信息时,一般根据关键字进行查找,并且可以记录所查找到的文字信息所包含的文字内容与预设关键字的相似度。进而,目标服务器可以将相似度不小于第一预设阈值的文字信息确定为备选信息。该第一预设阈值可以根据信息查询的需要进行设定,例如可以为70%、80%、90%等,在此不做具体限定。
接下来,目标服务器便可以根据所查找到的文字信息所包含的文字内容与预设关键字的相似度,从所确定的备选信息中,确定预设关键字对应的待展示信息。在一种实施方式中,目标服务器可以将全部备选信息确定为待展示信息。在另一种实施方中,目标服务器可以根据从备选信息中选取一些作为待展示信息,这都是合理的,后续将进行具体介绍。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,上述根据所述相似度,从所述备选信息中确定所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息的步骤,可以包括:
确定所述相似度中的最高相似度;将所述最高相似度所对应的备选信息确定为所述预设关键字对应待展示信息。
在确定备选信息后,目标服务器可以确定上述相似度中的最高相似度,也就是所有查找到的文字信息所包含的文字内容与预设关键字的相似度中最高相似度,进而将该最高相似度所对应的备选信息确定为预设关键字对应待展示信息。
例如,所有查找到的文字信息所包含的文字内容与预设关键字的相似度分别为98%、96%、85%及81%,那么显然最高相似度为98%,目标服务器也就可以将相似度98%所对应的备选信息确定为预设关键字对应的待展示信息。
可见,本实施例中,目标服务器将与预设关键字的相似度最高的备选信息确定为预设关键字对应的待展示信息并发送至终端,进而,终端可以展示与预设关键字相似度最高的目标展示信息,该目标展示信息与用户当前所需查询的信息相同的概率非常高,提高信息展示的准确度。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,如图5所示,上述根据所述相似度,从所述备选信息中确定所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息的步骤,可以包括:
S501,将不小于第二预设阈值的相似度所对应的备选信息确定为待展示子信息;

为了使终端可以准确区别各待展示子信息与预设关键字的相似度,目标服务器可以为各待展示子信息添加相似度标识,该相似度标识可以为任意能够表示待展示子信息与预设关键字相识度的标识,可以为数字、字母或二者的组合等形式,在此不做具体限定。
S503,将添加相似度标识后的待展示子信息确定为所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息。
目标服务器为各待展示子信息添加相似度标识后,也就可以将添加相似度标识后的待展示子信息确定为预设关键字对应的待展示信息。
可见,本实施例中,目标服务器将添加相似度标识后的待展示子信息确 定为预设关键字对应的待展示信息并发送至终端,进而,终端可以准确确定各待展示子信息与预设关键字的相似度,进而根据所确定的相似度确定及展示目标展示信息,使信息展示的灵活性更高,提升用户体验。
作为本申请实施例的一种实施方式,当未查找到与上述预设关键字对应的待展示信息时,上述方法还可以包括:发送查找失败指令至所述终端。
目标服务器未查找到与上述预设关键字对应的待展示信息时,为了告知终端,以使终端可以在本地查找与上述预设关键字对应的待展示信息,服务器可以发送查找失败指令至终端。
可见,本实施例中,目标服务器可以发送查找失败指令至终端,以告知终端未查找到与预设关键字对应的待展示信息,提高查找待展示信息的灵活性。

  23. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待展示信息查找模块包括:
    备选信息确定子模块,用于确定备选信息,其中,所述备选信息为:所包含的文字内容与所述预设关键字的相似度不小于第一预设阈值的文字信息;
    待展示信息确定子模块,用于根据所述相似度,从所述备选信息中确定所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待展示信息确定子模块包括:
    最高相似度确定单元,用于确定所述相似度中的最高相似度;
    第一待展示信息确定单元,用于将所述最高相似度所对应的备选信息确定为所述预设关键字对应待展示信息。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待展示信息确定子模块包括:
    待展示子信息确定单元,用于将不小于第二预设阈值的相似度所对应的备选信息确定为待展示子信息;
    相似度标识添加单元,用于为所述待展示子信息添加相似度标识;
    第二待展示信息确定单元,用于将添加相似度标识后的待展示子信息确定为所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息。
  26. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    查找失败指令发送模块,用于当未查找到与所述预设关键字对应的待展示信息时,发送查找失败指令至所述终端。
  27. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,处理器,通信接口,存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    存储器,用于存放计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的程序时,实现权利要求1-8任一所述的方法步骤。
  28. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,处理器,通信接口,存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    存储器,用于存放计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的程序时,实现权利要求9-13任一所述的方法步骤。
  29. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-8任一所述的方法步骤。
  30. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求9-13任一所述的方法步骤。
  31. 一种应用程序,其特征在于,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法步骤。
  32. 一种应用程序,其特征在于,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行权利要求9-13任一项所述的方法步骤。
