La présente invention concerne un procédé de gestion de production d'une ferme intelligente et un dispositif de gestion de production d'une ferme intelligente, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes qui consistent : à acquérir des informations de plan de production à partir d'un terminal de gestionnaire ; à générer une liste d'informations de tâches en fonction des informations de plan de production et d'informations de configuration de production mémorisées au préalable ; à envoyer des informations de tâches de la liste d'informations de tâches à un terminal d'opérateur correspondant, et à mettre à jour le statut des informations de tâches correspondantes ; à acquérir des informations d'opération à partir du terminal d'opérateur, et à mettre à jour le statut d'informations de tâches correspondant aux informations d'opération. Grâce à la solution technique de cette invention, la gestion de production est plus organisée, le degré de standardisation du processus de production et des règlementations est amélioré, la collaboration au travail s'effectue de manière plus fluide, des données dans l'ensemble du processus de production peuvent être enregistrées et interrogées, l'opération respecte les processus de production pratiques de légumes-fruits et de légumes à feuilles, la production est conforme, moins de papier est utilisé, la division du travail et les responsabilités sont plus claires, et le niveau d'intelligence global de la gestion de la production agricole est amélioré.
