Description

音频组件及移动终端 技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备领域,尤其涉及一种音频组件以及一种移动终端。
背景技术
当前市面上的手机在底部一般布置有多个孔洞,包括通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)孔、喇叭出音孔、耳机孔、麦克风(Microphone)收音孔等等。由于手机底部开设的孔洞较多,外界水汽、粉尘等容易经这些孔洞进入手机内部,导致手机内部器件故障或损毁,降低了手机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本申请提供一种使用寿命较长的音频组件及移动终端。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种音频组件。所述音频组件可应用于移动终端。所述音频组件包括壳体、扬声器及连接器。所述壳体具有收容腔及连通所述收容腔的连通孔。所述收容腔经所述连通孔连通至所述壳体的外部。所述扬声器和所述连接器均收容于所述收容腔。所述连接器的插接口通过所述连通孔与所述壳体的外部相通。所述收容腔内形成连通在所述扬声器与所述插接口之间的导音通道,所述导音通道用于将所述扬声器发出的声音传播至所述插接口。
在本实施方式中,所述音频组件既通过所述连通孔实现所述连接器与外部的连接关系,还通过所述连通孔实现所述扬声器的出音,所述连接器与所述扬声器共用所述连通孔,从而减少了所述音频组件的所述壳体所需开设的孔洞数量,也即减少了应用所述音频组件的移动终端的外壳所需开设的孔洞,从而降低外界水汽、粉尘等进入所述音频组件和所述移动终端内部的风险,使得所述音频组件和所述移动终端不易发生故障或损毁,故而所述音频组件和所述移动终端的可靠性更高,使用寿命较长。同时,由于所述移动终端的所述外壳通过开设一个对应于所述连通孔的孔洞,即可兼容所述连接器的连接需求和所述扬声器的出音需求,因此能够避免所述外壳的外观上出现多余的孔洞,使得所述移动终端的外观简洁。
可以理解的,所述扬声器和所述连接器均收容于所述收容腔,也即所述扬声器和所述连接器均固定在所述壳体内部,因此所述音频组件能够组装成一体式模组,从而快速组装至所述移动终端中,减少了所述移动终端的组装步骤和难度。
一种实施方式中,所述连接器包括屏蔽壳。所述屏蔽壳内形成所述插接口。所述屏蔽壳上设有通孔,所述通孔用于连通所述导音通道与所述插接口。所述连接器还包括绝缘件。所述绝缘件包括舌片和密封端部,所述舌片的一端固接所述密封端部。所述密封端部固接在所述屏蔽壳的第一端,以对所述屏蔽壳的第一端进行密封。所述密封端部能够防止外界水汽、粉尘等所述屏蔽壳的第一端进入所述音频组件,以提高所述音频组件的可靠性。所述舌片收容于所述插接口。所述舌片上设有连接引脚(图中未示出),所述连接引脚用于电连接外部器件,以实现外部器件与连接器及所述移动终端的内部器件的电连接。所述屏蔽 壳与第一端相对的第二端敞开设置,以使所述插接口得以连通至所述屏蔽壳的外部。
其中,所述屏蔽壳包括相对的两个平板部及相对地连接在所述两个平板部之间的弧形连接部。所述通孔开设在其中一个所述平板部上。在其他实施方式中,所述通孔也可同时开设在所述两个平板部上,以增加所述插接口与所述导音通道的连通面积,以提高所述音频组件的出音质量。
一种实施方式中,所述屏蔽壳的一端从所述连通孔伸出所述壳体,所述屏蔽壳的外侧壁与所述连通孔的孔壁相配合。换言之,所述屏蔽壳的一端插设于所述连通孔,所述屏蔽壳的一端部分位于所述壳体的外部,所述屏蔽壳的另一端收容于所述收容腔。此时,所述连通孔的孔壁对所述屏蔽壳进行限位。由于所述屏蔽壳的一端部分位于所述壳体的外部,因此便于外部器件插入所述插接口,提高所述音频组件和所述移动终端的用户使用体验。同时,所述屏蔽壳伸出所述壳体的部分,能够与所述移动终端的外壳上的开口相配合,从而使所述音频组件与所述外壳相固定,所述插接口得以经所述开口连通至所述外壳的外部。
一种实施方式中,所述壳体包括相盖合的第一壳部和第二壳部,所述第一壳部与所述第二壳部之间形成所述收容腔。所述第一壳部朝向所述第二壳部的一侧内凹形成第一凹槽,所述第二壳部朝向所述第一壳部的一侧内凹形成第二凹槽。所述第一壳部与所述第二壳部相盖合时,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽合并以共同形成所述收容腔。
其中,所述第一壳部与所述第二壳部可通过粘接、螺接或卡扣连接等方式实现连接。所述第一壳部与所述第二壳部之间夹设密封件,所述密封件用以密封所述收容腔。所述密封件呈圈形,所述密封件的形状与所述第一壳部连接所述第二壳部的端面的形状相适配。
所述壳体将所述扬声器密封于所述收容腔中,能够防止所述扬声器前后腔声音短路,以充分发挥所述扬声器的性能,对声音的低频、高频进行修正,让声音真实还原。
其中,所述第一壳部和所述第二壳部均采用塑料材料,以减轻所述音频组件的重量。
一种实施方式中,所述第二壳部朝向所述收容腔的内侧面上设有抵持凸起。所述扬声器位于所述第一壳部朝向所述收容腔的内侧面与所述抵持凸起之间,以在所述扬声器与所述第二壳部的内侧面之间形成所述导音通道的第一部分。由于所述抵持凸起抵持所述扬声器,因此所述扬声器与所述第二壳部的内侧面之间形成间隙,从而能够构成所述导音通道的第一部分。所述扬声器所发出的声音进入所述导音通道的第一部分。
其中,所述抵持凸起中部镂空设置。此时,所述抵持凸起呈环形,以减轻所述壳体的重量,有利于减轻所述音频组件和所述移动终端的重量。
一种实施方式中,所述第一壳部的内侧面上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起围设出安置空间,所述扬声器远离所述抵持凸起的端部位于所述安置空间内。所述限位凸起能够对所述扬声器进行限位,使得所述扬声器固定在所述收容腔内,从而避免因晃动所造成的损毁风险。
一种实施方式中,所述音频组件还包括电路板。所述连接器安装在所述电路板上。所述电路板可为所述移动终端的主板。所述连接器经所述电路板电连接至所述移动终端的元器件。所述电路板收容于所述收容腔且固定于所述第二壳部。所述电路板与所述扬声器间隔设置,以在所述电路板与所述扬声器之间形成所述导音通道的第二部分。所述导音通道的第二部分连通所述导音通道的第一部分。所述电路板与所述扬声器间隔设置,也有利于 所述音频组件的组装,避免在组装过程中损坏器件。
其中,所述第二壳部的内侧面上凸设有多个连接柱。所述电路板上设有多个连接孔。所述音频组件还包括多个紧固件。所述多个紧固件一一对应连接地穿过所述多个连接孔并固定至所述多个连接柱。其中,至少有两个所述连接孔排布在所述连接器的相对两侧,以增加所述连接器的安装稳固度。
一种实施方式中,所述第一壳部的内侧面与所述电路板之间间隔设置,所述第一壳部的内侧面与所述连接器之间间隔设置,以在所述第一壳体的内侧面与所述电路板及所述连接器之间形成导音通道的第三部分。所述导音通道的第三部分连通在所述导音通道的第二部分与所述通孔之间。所述扬声器发出的声音依次经过所述导音通道的第一部分、所述导音通道的第二部分、所述导音通道的第三部分及所述通孔进入所述插接口,实现出音。

一种实施方式中,所述导向槽连通在所述导音通道的第二部分与所述通孔之间。所述通孔的孔壁在所述第一壳部的内侧面上的正投影落入所述导向槽内。换言之,所述导向槽覆盖所述通孔,所述导向槽与所述导音通道的第三部分相配合,能够更好地将所述音波引导至所述通孔,以顺利进入所述插接口。
其中,所述限位凸起朝向所述导音通道的第二部分的一侧设有缺口,所述缺口用以增加音波的传播空间,使得所述扬声器发出的声音的传播质量更佳。所述缺口连通所述导向槽和所述导音通道的第三部分。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种移动终端,包括外壳和上述音频组件。所述外壳具有开口,所述开口连通所述外壳的内部与外部。所述音频组件安装于所述外壳的内部,且所述壳体的所述连通孔正对所述开口,所述插接口经所述开口与所述移动终端的外部连通。本申请实施方式涉及的移动终端可以是任何具备通信和存储功能的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备。
在本实施方式中,由于所述连通孔正对所述开口,所述插接口经所述开口与所述移动终端的外部连通,因此所述移动终端既能够通过所述开口实现所述连接器与外部的连接关系,还能够通过所述开口实现所述扬声器的出音,所述连接器与所述扬声器共用所述开口,从而减少了所述外壳所需开设的孔洞数量,从而降低外界水汽、粉尘等进入所述移动终端内部的风险,使得所述移动终端不易发生故障或损毁,故而所述移动终端的可靠性更高,使用寿命较长。同时,由于所述移动终端的所述外壳通过开设一个对应于所述连通孔的所述开口,即可兼容所述连接器的连接需求和所述扬声器的出音需求,因此能够避免所述外壳的外观上出现多余的孔洞,使得所述移动终端的外观简洁。并且,由于减少了所述外壳上的开孔,能够降低所述外壳加工制造的成本,并省去现有喇叭出音孔处的结构物料(如防尘网、装饰件等),因此降低了所述移动终端的整机成本。
其中,所述屏蔽壳部分位于所述开口中,所述开口的壁面与所述屏蔽壳的外侧壁相配合,以对所述屏蔽壳进行限位,也便于外部器件插入所述屏蔽壳的所述插接口,提高所述 移动终端的用户使用体验。
一种实施方式中,所述移动终端还包括插拔件。所述插拔件包括屏蔽套。所述屏蔽套上设有导音孔。所述插拔件与所述连接器电连接时,部分所述屏蔽套插入所述插接口,所述导音孔连通所述插接口且至少部分所述导音孔位于所述外壳的外部,以将所述扬声器发出的声音传播至所述移动终端的外部。
在本实施方式中,所述扬声器发出的声音依次经过所述导音通道、所述连通孔、所述插接口以及所述导音孔后传播至所述移动终端的外部,从而实现出声。所述插拔件插接所述连接器时,可以对所述移动终端进行充电或实现数据传输。故而,在所述插拔件插入所述插接口时,所述移动终端即可实现充电、数据传输等功能,还能通过所述导音孔实现出音。
可以理解的是,所述插拔件至少包括一与所述连接器相适配的部件。例如,所述连接器为通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)连接器的母座,所述插拔件包括通用串行总线连接器的公头。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述连接器也可为通用串行总线连接器的公头,所述插拔件包括通用串行总线连接器的母座。所述连接器为通用串行总线连接器时,所述插接口的形状大致呈跑道型长圆孔,使得所述扬声器具有较大的出音面积,能够保证出音质量。在其他实施方式中,所述连接器也可为其他类型的电连接器。
其中,所述插拔件还可包括连接线缆,所述连接线缆连接所述插拔件一端的连接器。

在本实施方式中,所述音频组件100既通过所述连通孔11实现所述连接器3与外部的连接关系,还通过所述连通孔11实现所述扬声器2的出音,所述连接器3与所述扬声器2共用所述连通孔11,从而减少了所述音频组件100的所述壳体1所需开设的孔洞数量,也即减少了应用所述音频组件100的移动终端200的外壳300所需开设的孔洞,从而降低外界水汽、粉尘等进入所述音频组件100和所述移动终端200内部的风险,使得所述音频组件100和所述移动终端200不易发生故障或损毁,故而所述音频组件100和所述移动终端200的可靠性更高,使用寿命较长。同时,由于所述移动终端200的所述外壳300通过开设一个对应于所述连通孔11的孔洞,即可兼容所述连接器3的连接需求和所述扬声器2的出音需求,因此能够避免所述外壳300的外观上出现多余的孔洞,使得所述移动终端200的外观简洁。
可以理解的,所述扬声器2和所述连接器3均收容于所述收容腔10,也即所述扬声器2和所述连接器3均固定在所述壳体1内部,因此所述音频组件100能够组装成一体式模组,从而快速组装至所述移动终端200中,减少了所述移动终端200的组装步骤和难度。
其中,所述连接器3为通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)连接器时,所述插接口30的形状大致呈跑道型长圆孔,使得所述扬声器2具有较大的出音面积,能够保证出音质量。在其他实施方式中,所述连接器3也可为其他类型的电连接器。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图3、图5以及图6,所述连接器3包括屏蔽壳31。所述屏蔽壳31内形成所述插接口30。所述屏蔽壳31上设有通孔310,所述通孔310用于连通所述导音通道4与所述插接口30。所述连接器3还包括绝缘件32。所述绝缘件32包括舌片321和密封端部322,所述舌片321的一端固接所述密封端部322。所述密封端部322固接在所述屏蔽壳31的第一端,以对所述屏蔽壳31的第一端进行密封。所述密封端部322能够防止外界水汽、粉尘等所述屏蔽壳31的第一端进入所述音频组件100,以提高所述音频组件100的可靠性。所述舌片321收容于所述插接口30。所述舌片321上设有连接引脚(图中未示出),所述连接引脚用于电连接外部器件,以实现外部器件与连接器3及所述移动终端200的内部器件的电连接。所述屏蔽壳31与第一端相对的第二端敞开设置,以使所述插接口30得以连通至所述屏蔽壳31的外部。
其中,所述屏蔽壳31包括相对的两个平板部及相对地连接在所述两个平板部之间的弧形连接部。所述通孔310开设在其中一个所述平板部上。在其他实施方式中,所述通孔310也可同时开设在所述两个平板部上,以增加所述插接口30与所述导音通道4的连通面积,以提高所述音频组件100的出音质量。
可以理解的是,所述连接器3收容于所述收容腔10是指所述连接器3的大部分结构均收容于所述收容腔10,所述连接器3的少部分结构(如用于形成所述插接口30的所述屏蔽壳31的一端)可穿过所述连通孔11、部分伸出所述壳体1。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述连接器3也可完全收容于所述收容腔10,所述屏蔽壳31的朝向所述插接口30的内侧壁对齐所述连通孔11的孔壁111,以使所述插接口30连通所述连通孔11。外部器件依次伸入所述连通孔11及所述插接口30后,电连接至所述连接器3。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图1、图2、图4以及图6,所述屏蔽壳31的一端从所述连通孔11伸出所述壳体1,所述屏蔽壳31的外侧壁311与所述连通孔11的孔壁111相 配合。换言之,所述屏蔽壳31的一端插设于所述连通孔11,所述屏蔽壳31的一端部分位于所述壳体1的外部,所述屏蔽壳31的另一端收容于所述收容腔10。此时,所述连通孔11的孔壁111对所述屏蔽壳32进行限位。由于所述屏蔽壳31的一端部分位于所述壳体1的外部,因此便于外部器件插入所述插接口30,提高所述音频组件100和所述移动终端200的用户使用体验。同时,如图1和图2所示,所述屏蔽壳31伸出所述壳体1的部分,能够与所述移动终端200的外壳300上的开口301相配合,从而使所述音频组件100与所述外壳300相固定,所述插接口30得以经所述开口301连通至所述外壳300的外部。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图3、图4以及图7,所述壳体1包括相盖合的第一壳部12和第二壳部13,所述第一壳部12与所述第二壳部13之间形成所述收容腔10。所述第一壳部12朝向所述第二壳部13的一侧内凹形成第一凹槽120,所述第二壳部13朝向所述第一壳部12的一侧内凹形成第二凹槽130。所述第一壳部12与所述第二壳部13相盖合时,所述第一凹槽120与所述第二凹槽130合并以共同形成所述收容腔10。
其中,所述第一壳部12与所述第二壳部13可通过粘接、螺接或卡扣连接等方式实现连接。所述第一壳部12与所述第二壳部13之间夹设密封件(图中未示出),所述密封件用以密封所述收容腔10。所述密封件呈圈形,所述密封件的形状与所述第一壳部12连接所述第二壳部13的端面的形状相适配。
所述壳体1将所述扬声器2密封于所述收容腔10中,能够防止所述扬声器2前后腔声音短路,以充分发挥所述扬声器2的性能,对声音的低频、高频进行修正,让声音真实还原。
其中,所述第一壳部12和所述第二壳部13均采用塑料材料,以减轻所述音频组件100的重量。
其中,所述连通孔11部分成型在所述第一壳体12上,另一部分成型在所述第二壳部13上。所述连通孔11成型在所述第一壳体12上的部分小于所述连通孔11成型在所述第二壳部13上的部分,使得所述屏蔽壳31能够直接定位并固定在所述第二壳部13上,同时也有利于组装时实现防呆。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图3和图5,所述第二壳部13朝向所述收容腔10的内侧面131上设有抵持凸起132。所述扬声器2位于所述第一壳部12与所述抵持凸起132之间,以在所述扬声器2与所述第二壳部13的内侧面131之间形成所述导音通道4的第一部分41。由于所述抵持凸起132抵持所述扬声器2,因此所述扬声器2与所述第二壳部13的内侧面131之间形成间隙,从而能够构成所述导音通道4的第一部分41。所述扬声器2所发出的声音进入所述导音通道4的第一部分41。
其中,所述抵持凸起132中部镂空设置。此时,所述抵持凸起132呈环形,以减轻所述壳体1的重量,有利于减轻所述音频组件100和所述移动终端200的重量。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图3、图5以及图7,所述第一壳部12的内侧面121上设有限位凸起122,所述限位凸起122围设出安置空间123,所述扬声器2远离所述抵持凸起132的端部位于所述安置空间123内。所述限位凸起122能够对所述扬声器2进行限位,使得所述扬声器2固定在所述收容腔10内,从而避免因晃动所造成的损毁风险。
其中,所述容置空间123内设置有支撑凸起125。所述支撑凸起125固定在所述第一 壳部12的内侧面121上,所述支撑凸起125向所述收容腔10的方向凸起。所述支撑凸起125围设出振动空间126,所述扬声器2的振膜21正对所述振动空间126。所述振动空间126用以使所述振膜21的振动动作更顺畅、阻力小。在一种实施方式中,所述振动空间126的底壁1261相对于所述第一壳部12的内侧壁121内陷,以增加所述振动空间126的容积。在一种实施方式中,所述支撑凸起125连接所述限位凸起122朝向所述安置空间123的内壁,以增加所述支撑凸起125和所述限位凸起122的强度。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图3、图5以及图8,所述音频组件100还包括电路板5。所述连接器3安装在所述电路板5上。所述电路板5可为所述移动终端200的主板。所述连接器3经所述电路板5电连接至所述移动终端200的元器件。所述电路板5收容于所述收容腔10且固定于所述第二壳部13。所述电路板5与所述扬声器2间隔设置,以在所述电路板5与所述扬声器2之间形成所述导音通道4的第二部分42。所述导音通道4的第二部分42连通所述导音通道4的第一部分41。所述电路板5与所述扬声器2间隔设置,也有利于所述音频组件100的组装,避免在组装过程中损坏器件。
其中,所述第二壳部13的内侧面131上凸设有多个连接柱133。所述电路板5上设有多个连接孔51。所述音频组件100还包括多个紧固件6。所述多个紧固件6一一对应连接地穿过所述多个连接孔51并固定至所述多个连接柱133。其中,至少有两个所述连接孔51排布在所述连接器3的相对两侧,以增加所述连接器3的安装稳固度。所述紧固件6可为螺钉、螺栓或铆钉等。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图5,所述第一壳部12的内侧面121与所述电路板5之间间隔设置,所述第一壳部12的内侧面121与所述连接器3之间间隔设置,以在所述第一壳部12的内侧面121与所述电路板5及所述连接器3之间形成导音通道4的第三部分43。所述导音通道4的第三部分43连通在所述导音通道4的第二部分43与所述通孔310之间。所述扬声器2发出的声音依次经过所述导音通道4的第一部分41、所述导音通道4的第二部分42、所述导音通道4的第三部分43及所述连通孔310进入所述插接口30,实现出音。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图5和图7,所述第一壳部12的内侧面121上设有凹陷的导向槽127。所述导向槽127连通所述导音通道4的第三部分43。所述导向槽127的设置减薄了所述第一壳体12的部分区域的厚度,增加了所述导音通道4的空间容积,使得所述扬声器2发出的声音的传播质量更佳。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图5和图7,所述导向槽127连通在所述导音通道4的第二部分42与所述通孔310之间。所述通孔310的孔壁3101在所述第一壳部12的内侧面121上的正投影落入所述导向槽127内。换言之,所述导向槽127覆盖所述通孔310,所述导向槽127能够更好地将所述音波引导至所述通孔310和所述插接口30。
其中,如图7所示,所述限位凸起122朝向所述导音通道4的第二部分42的一侧设有缺口124,所述缺口124用以增加所述导音通道4的空间容积,使得所述扬声器2发出的声音的传播质量更佳。所述缺口124连通所述导向槽127和所述导音通道4的第三部分43。
第二方面,请一并参阅图1至图8,本申请提供了一种移动终端200,包括外壳300和上述音频组件100。所述外壳300具有开口301,所述开口301连通所述外壳300的内部与外部。所述音频组件100安装于所述外壳300的内部,且所述壳体1的所述连通孔11正对 所述开口301,所述插接口30经所述开口301与所述移动终端200的外部连通。本申请实施方式涉及的移动终端200可以是任何具备通信和存储功能的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备。
在本实施方式中,由于所述连通孔11正对所述开口301,所述插接口30经所述开口301与所述移动终端200的外部连通,因此所述移动终端200既能够通过所述开口301实现所述连接器3与外部的连接关系,还能够通过所述开口301实现所述扬声器2的出音,所述连接器3与所述扬声器2共用所述开口301,从而减少了所述外壳300所需开设的孔洞数量,从而降低外界水汽、粉尘等进入所述移动终端200内部的风险,使得所述移动终端200不易发生故障或损毁,故而所述移动终端200的可靠性更高,使用寿命较长。同时,由于所述移动终端200的所述外壳300通过开设一个对应于所述连通孔11的所述开口301,即可兼容所述连接器3的连接需求和所述扬声器2的出音需求,因此能够避免所述外壳300的外观上出现多余的孔洞,使得所述移动终端200的外观简洁。并且,由于减少了所述外壳300上的开孔,能够降低所述外壳300加工制造的成本,并省去现有喇叭出音孔处的结构物料(如防尘网、装饰件等),因此降低了所述移动终端200的整机成本。
其中,所述屏蔽壳31部分位于所述开口301中,所述开口301的壁面与所述屏蔽壳31的外侧壁311相配合,以对所述屏蔽壳31进行限位,也便于外部器件插入所述屏蔽壳31的所述插接口30,提高所述移动终端200的用户使用体验。
一种实施方式中,请一并参阅图3、图5以及图9,所述移动终端200还包括插拔件400。所述插拔件400包括屏蔽套401。所述屏蔽套401上设有导音孔403。所述插拔件400与所述连接器3电连接时,部分所述屏蔽套401插入所述插接口30,所述导音孔403连通所述插接口30且至少部分所述导音孔403位于所述外壳300的外部,以将所述扬声器2发出的声音传播至所述移动终端200的外部。所述插拔件400与所述连接器3之间为可拆卸连接。
在本实施方式中,所述扬声器2发出的声音依次经过所述导音通道4、所述连通孔11、所述插接口30以及所述导音孔403后传播至所述移动终端200的外部,从而实现出声。所述插拔件400插接所述连接器3时,可以对所述移动终端200进行充电或实现数据传输。故而,在所述插拔件400插入所述插接口30时,所述移动终端200即可实现充电、数据传输等功能,还能通过所述导音孔403实现出音。
可以理解的是,所述插拔件400至少包括一与所述连接器3相适配的部件。例如,所述连接器3为通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)连接器的母座,所述插拔件400包括通用串行总线连接器3的公头。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述连接器3也可为通用串行总线连接器3的公头,所述插拔件400包括通用串行总线连接器的母座。所述连接器3为通用串行总线连接器3时,所述插接口30的形状大致呈跑道型长圆孔,使得所述扬声器2具有较大的出音面积,能够保证出音质量。在其他实施方式中,所述连接器3也可为其他类型的电连接器。其中,所述插拔件400还可包括连接线缆,所述连接线缆连接所述插拔件400一端的连接器(如公头)。
一种实施方式中,如图9所示,所述屏蔽套401形成插拔口402。所述导音孔403贯 穿所述屏蔽套401的一侧。所述导音孔403连通所述插拔口402。部分所述屏蔽套401插入所述插接口30时,所述插拔口402连通所述插接口30,所述导音孔403位于所述外壳300外,以将所述扬声器2发出的声音传播至所述移动终端200的外部。在本实施方式中,所述扬声器2发出的声音依次经过所述导音通道4、所述连通孔11、所述插接口30、所述插拔口402以及所述导音孔403后传播至所述移动终端200的外部,从而实现出声。
另一种实施方式中,部分所述屏蔽套401插入所述插接口30时,所述导音孔403部分位于所述壳体300的内部且连通所述插接口30,所述导音孔403另一部分位于所述壳体300的外部,所述导音孔403直接将所述插接口30中的声音引导至所述移动终端200的外部。其中,所述导音孔403可以为开设在所述屏蔽罩401一侧上的凹槽。所述凹槽呈长条形。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种音频组件,其特征在于,包括壳体、扬声器及连接器,所述壳体具有收容腔及连通所述收容腔的连通孔,所述扬声器和所述连接器均收容于所述收容腔,所述连接器的插接口通过所述连通孔与所述壳体的外部相通,所述收容腔内形成连通在所述扬声器与所述插接口之间的导音通道,所述导音通道用于将所述扬声器发出的声音传播至所述插接口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述连接器包括屏蔽壳,所述屏蔽壳内形成所述插接口,所述屏蔽壳上设有通孔,所述通孔用于连通所述导音通道与所述插接口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述屏蔽壳的一端从所述连通孔伸出所述壳体,所述屏蔽壳的外侧壁与所述连通孔的孔壁相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述壳体包括相盖合的第一壳部和第二壳部,所述第一壳部与所述第二壳部之间形成所述收容腔;
    所述第二壳部朝向所述收容腔的内侧面上设有抵持凸起,所述扬声器位于所述第一壳部朝向所述收容腔的内侧面与所述抵持凸起之间,以在所述扬声器与所述第二壳部的内侧面之间形成所述导音通道的第一部分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述第一壳部的内侧面上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起围设出安置空间,所述扬声器远离所述抵持凸起的端部位于所述安置空间内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述音频组件还包括电路板,所述连接器安装在所述电路板上,所述电路板收容于所述收容腔且固定于所述第二壳部,所述电路板与所述扬声器间隔设置,以在所述电路板与所述扬声器之间形成所述导音通道的第二部分。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述第一壳部的内侧面与所述电路板之间间隔设置,所述第一壳部的内侧面与所述连接器之间间隔设置,以在所述第一壳体的内侧面与所述电路板及所述连接器之间形成导音通道的第三部分。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述第一壳部的内侧面上设有凹陷的导向槽,所述导向槽连通所述导音通道的第三部分。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的音频组件,其特征在于,所述导向槽连通在所述导音通道的第二部分与所述通孔之间,所述通孔的孔壁在所述第一壳部的内侧面上的正投影落入所述导向槽内。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括外壳和权利要求1至9任一项所述的音频组件,所述外壳具有开口,所述开口连通所述外壳的内部与外部,所述音频组件安装于所述外壳的内部,且所述壳体的所述连通孔正对所述开口,所述插接口经所述开口与所述移动终端的外部连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括插拔件,所述插拔件包括屏蔽套,所述屏蔽套上设有导音孔,所述插拔件与所述连接器电连接 时,部分所述屏蔽套插入所述插接口,所述导音孔连通所述插接口且至少部分所述导音孔位于所述外壳的外部,以将所述扬声器发出的声音传播至所述移动终端的外部。
