现有技术中,大多数手机都是通过指纹模组实现指纹识别功能,该指纹模组可以通过前置或后置的方式实现。当指纹模组前置时,是在触控屏TP盖板上设置用于容置指纹模组的通孔,从而通过通孔中的指纹模组采集用户的指纹信息,以完成指纹识别。当指纹模组后置时,是在手机后盖板上设置用于容置指纹模组的通孔,从而通过通孔中的指纹模组采集用户的指纹信息,以完成指纹识别。但是,在实现指纹识别的过程中,均需要在手机盖板(TP盖板或手机后盖板)上设置用于容置指纹模组的通孔,使得手机盖板的密封性不好。为了提高手机盖板的密封性,本发明实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备可以包 括电子设备本体和保护盖板,电子设备本体包括预设盖板;其中,预设盖板上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔,保护盖板覆盖在预设盖板的外表面,用于遮盖容置指纹模组的通孔,且保护盖板的形状与预设盖板的形状相匹配,由此可见,本发明实施例提供的电子设备,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔的预设盖板的外表面覆盖一层保护盖板,且保护盖板的形状与预设盖板的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备预设盖板的密封性。
下面以具体地实施例对本发明的技术方案以及本申请的技术方案如何解决上述技术问题进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例中不再赘述。下面将结合附图,对本发明的实施例进行描述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种电子设备10的结构示意图,以预设盖板1011为触控屏(Touch Panel,简称TP)盖板为例,可选的,该电子设备10可以为手机,也可以为平板电脑。当然,本发明实施例只是以图1为例进行说明,但并不代表本发明仅局限于此。具体请参见图1所示,该电子设备10可以包括:
电子设备本体101和保护盖板102,电子设备本体101包括预设盖板1011。
其中,预设盖板1011上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,保护盖板102覆盖在预设盖板1011的外表面,用于遮盖容置指纹模组的通孔1012,且保护盖板102的形状与预设盖板1011的形状相匹配。
示例的,在发明实施例中,以电子设备10为手机为例,则电子设备本体101即为手机本体,该手机本体包括预设盖板1011,且在预设盖板1011上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,用户可以通过手指触摸通孔1012内的指纹模组,以完成指纹信息的采集和识别。
在将保护盖板102覆盖在预设盖板1011的外表面时,可选的,可以通过光学胶或水胶粘贴在预设盖板1011的外表面。当然,本发明实施例只是以通过光学胶或水胶粘贴在预设盖板1011的外表面为例进行说明,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此,对于保护盖板102如何覆盖在预设盖板1011的外表面,本发明不做具体限制。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置保护盖板102,其目的在于:可以将该保护盖板102覆盖在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的预设盖板1011的外表面,由于保护盖板102的形状与预设盖板1011的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10预设盖板1011的密封性。此外,还可以通过该保护盖板102起到保护预设盖板1011的作用,从而防止预设盖板1011受到外部损坏。
由此可见,本发明实施例提供的电子设备10,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔 1012的预设盖板1011的外表面覆盖一层保护盖板102,且保护盖板102的形状与预设盖板1011的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10预设盖板1011的密封性。
本发明实施例提供了一种电子设备10,该电子设备10可以包括电子设备本体101和保护盖板102,电子设备本体101包括预设盖板1011;其中,预设盖板1011上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,保护盖板102覆盖在预设盖板1011的外表面,用于遮盖容置指纹模组的通孔1012,且保护盖板102的形状与预设盖板1011的形状相匹配,由此可见,本发明实施例提供的电子设备10,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的预设盖板1011的外表面覆盖一层保护盖板102,且保护盖板102的形状与预设盖板1011的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10预设盖板1011的密封性。
基于图1对应的实施例,可选的,预设盖板1011可以为触控屏TP盖板1011A或后盖板。
当预设盖板1011为触控屏TP盖板1011A时,则说明该电子设备10是采用指纹模组前置的方式实现指纹识别功能的,具体请参见图2所示,图2为本发明实施例提供的另一种电子设备10的结构示意图,当然,本发明实施例只是以图2为例进行说明,但并不代表本发明仅局限于此。当预设盖板1011为后盖板时,则说明电子设备10是采用指纹模组后置的方式实现指纹识别功能,具体请参见图3所示,图3为本发明实施例提供的再一种电子设备10的结构示意图,当然,本发明实施例只是以图3为例进行说明,但并不代表本发明仅局限于此。
图2为本发明实施例提供的另一种电子设备10的结构示意图,在图2所示的实施例中,预设盖板1011为触控屏TP盖板1011A,具体请参见图2所示,该电子设备10可以包括:
电子设备本体101和保护盖板102,电子设备本体101包括TP盖板1011A。
其中,TP盖板1011A上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,保护盖板102覆盖在TP盖板1011A的上表面,用于遮盖容置指纹模组的通孔1012,且保护盖板102的形状与TP盖板1011A的形状相匹配。
可选的,保护盖板102的材质为玻璃材质或聚碳酸酯材质。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过设置TP盖板1011A,其目的在于:可以通过该TP盖板1011A起到保护电子设备10显示屏的作用,从而防止电子设备10的显示屏受到外部损坏,此外,还可以在TP盖板1011A上开设用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,以将该指纹模组容置在该通孔1012内,使得用户可以通过手指触摸通孔1012内的指纹模组,以完成 指纹信息的采集和识别。
在进行指纹识别时,用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的直径大小可以为8毫米,也可以为9毫米,当然,也可以为10毫米,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,只要用户手指触摸该通孔1012内的指纹模组时,该通孔1012内的指纹模组采集到的指纹信息能够进行指纹识别即可,在此,对于用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的直径大小,本发明不做具体限制。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过设置保护盖板102,其目的在于:可以将该保护盖板102覆盖在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的TP盖板1011A的外表面,由于保护盖板102的形状与TP盖板1011A的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10TP盖板1011A的密封性。此外,还可以通过该保护盖板102起到保护TP盖板1011A的作用,从而防止TP盖板1011A受到外部损坏。
在将保护盖板102覆盖在TP盖板1011A的上表面时,可选的,保护盖板102通过光学胶或水胶粘贴在TP盖板1011A的上表面。
由此可见,本发明实施例提供的电子设备10,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的TP盖板1011A的上表面覆盖一层保护盖板102,且保护盖板102的形状与TP盖板1011A的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10TP盖板1011A的密封性。
可选的,保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过将保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值,其目的在于:在将该保护盖板102覆盖在TP盖板1011A的上表面时,为了不影响指纹信息的采集和识别,将保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值,从而实现在提高电子设备10TP盖板1011A密封性的同时,还可以通过通孔1012内的指纹模组实现指纹信息的采集,进而完成指纹识别。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,只是以保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值为例进行说明,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此,对于保护盖板102的厚度,本发明实施例不做具体限制。
可选的,保护盖板102上设置有纹理。
其中,纹理可以为直线构成的纹理,可以为曲线构成的纹理,且在保护盖板102上设置该纹理之后,不会影响电子设备10的图像及文字显示功能。可选的,在本发明实施例中,为了不影响电子设备10的图像及文字显示功能,当预设盖板1011为TP盖板1011A时,保护盖板102包括显示区1021和非显示区1022,可以只在保护盖板102的非显示区 1022上设置纹理,具体请参见图4所示,图4为本发明实施例提供的又一种电子设备10的结构示意图,当然,本发明实施例只是以图3为例进行说明,但并不代表本发明仅局限于此。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过在保护盖板102的非显示区1022上设置纹理,其目的在于:可以通过该纹理使电子设备10的上表面具有炫彩效果,从而提高电子设备10上表面的美观度。
在保护盖板102上设置纹理时,可选的,该纹理通过丝印或蚀刻的方式设置在保护盖板102上。
其中,蚀刻是指将材料使用化学反应或物理撞击作用而移除的技术。蚀刻技术可以分为湿蚀刻(wet etching)和干蚀刻(dry etching)两类。通常所指蚀刻也称光化学蚀刻(photochemical etching),指通过曝光制版、显影后,将要蚀刻区域的保护膜去除,在蚀刻时接触化学溶液,达到溶解腐蚀的作用,形成凹凸或者镂空成型的效果。
进一步地,该电子设备10还可以包括:
装饰件1013,装饰件1013设置在指纹模组和TP盖板1011A之间。
其中,装饰件1013的材质可以为金属材质,当然,也可以为其他材质,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此,本发明实施例只是以装饰件1013的材质为金属材质为例进行说明,但并不代表本发明仅局限于此。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过设置装饰件1013,其目的在于:可以通过该装饰件1013对指纹模组起到装饰作用,提高电子设备10整体的美观度。
在实际应用过程中,当指纹模组前置时,通常是在TP盖板1011A上设置用于容置有指纹模组的通孔1012,使得用户可以通过手指触摸通孔1012内的指纹模组,以完成指纹信息的采集和识别。为了避免由于设置通孔1012使得TP盖板1011A密封性不好,在本发明实施例中,首先,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的TP盖板1011A的上表面覆盖一层保护盖板102,且保护盖板102的形状与TP盖板1011A的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10TP盖板1011A的密封性。其次,由于保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值,可以实现在提高电子设备10TP盖板1011A密封性的同时,还可以通过通孔1012内的指纹模组实现指纹信息的采集,进而完成指纹识别。此外,还可以在保护盖板102上设置纹理,以通过该纹理使电子设备10的上表面具有炫彩效果,从而提高电子设备10上表面的美观度。
图3为本发明实施例提供的再一种电子设备10的结构示意图,在图3所示的实施例 中,预设盖板1011为后盖板1011B,具体请参见图3所示,该电子设备10可以包括:
电子设备本体101和保护盖板102,电子设备本体101包括后盖板1011B。
其中,后盖板1011B上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,保护盖板102覆盖在后盖板1011B的下表面,用于遮盖容置指纹模组的通孔1012,且保护盖板102的形状与后盖板1011B的形状相匹配。
可选的,保护盖板102的材质为玻璃材质或聚碳酸酯材质。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过设置后盖板1011B,其目的在于:可以通过该后盖板1011B起到保护电子设备10内部元件及电路的作用,从而防止电子设备10的内部元件及电路受到外部损坏,此外,还可以在后盖板1011B上开设用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012,以将该指纹模组容置在该通孔1012内,使得用户可以通过手指触摸通孔1012内的指纹模组,以完成指纹信息的采集和识别。
在进行指纹识别时,用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的直径大小可以为8毫米,也可以为9毫米,当然,也可以为10毫米,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,只要用户手指触摸该通孔1012内的指纹模组时,该通孔1012内的指纹模组采集到的指纹信息能够进行指纹识别即可,在此,对于用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的直径大小,本发明不做具体限制。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过设置保护盖板102,其目的在于:可以将该保护盖板102覆盖在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的后盖板1011B的下表面,由于保护盖板102的形状与后盖板1011B的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10后盖板1011B的密封性。此外,还可以通过该保护盖板102起到保护后盖板1011B的作用,从而防止后盖板1011B受到外部损坏。
在将保护盖板102覆盖在后盖板1011B的下表面时,可选的,保护盖板102通过光学胶或水胶粘贴在后盖板1011B的下表面。
由此可见,本发明实施例提供的电子设备10,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的后盖板1011B的下表面覆盖一层保护盖板102,且保护盖板102的形状与后盖板1011B的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10后盖板1011B的密封性。
可选的,保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过将保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值,其目的在于:在将该保护盖板102覆盖在后盖板1011B的上表面时,为了不影响指纹信息的采集和识别,将保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫 米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值,从而实现在提高电子设备10后盖板1011B密封性的同时,还可以通过通孔1012内的指纹模组实现指纹信息的采集,进而完成指纹识别。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,只是以保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值为例进行说明,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此,对于保护盖板102的厚度,本发明实施例不做具体限制。
可选的,保护盖板102上设置有纹理。
其中,纹理可以为直线构成的纹理,可以为曲线构成的纹理。当预设盖板1011为后盖板1011B时,可以在保护盖板102的整个表面区域设置纹理,也可以在保护盖板102的部分区域设置纹理,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此,本发明不做具体限制。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过在保护盖板102上设置纹理,其目的在于:可以通过该纹理使电子设备10的下表面具有炫彩效果,从而提高电子设备10下表面的美观度。
在保护盖板102上设置纹理时,可选的,该纹理通过丝印或蚀刻的方式设置在保护盖板102上。
其中,蚀刻是指将材料使用化学反应或物理撞击作用而移除的技术。蚀刻技术可以分为湿蚀刻(wet etching)和干蚀刻(dry etching)两类。通常所指蚀刻也称光化学蚀刻(photochemical etching),指通过曝光制版、显影后,将要蚀刻区域的保护膜去除,在蚀刻时接触化学溶液,达到溶解腐蚀的作用,形成凹凸或者镂空成型的效果。
进一步地,该电子设备10还可以包括:

其中,装饰件的材质可以为金属材质,当然,也可以为其他材质,具体可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此,本发明实施例只是以装饰件的材质为金属材质为例进行说明,但并不代表本发明仅局限于此。
示例的,在本发明实施例中,通过设置装饰件,其目的在于:可以通过该装饰件对指纹模组起到装饰作用,提高电子设备10整体的美观度。
在实际应用过程中,当指纹模组后置时,通常是在后盖板1011B上设置用于容置有指纹模组的通孔1012,使得用户可以通过手指触摸通孔1012内的指纹模组,以完成指纹信息的采集和识别。为了避免由于设置通孔1012使得后盖板1011B密封性不好,在本发明实施例中,首先,通过在设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔1012的后盖板1011B的下表面覆盖一层保护盖板102,且保护盖板102的形状与后盖板1011B的形状相匹配,从而提高了电子设备10后盖板1011B的密封性。其次,由于保护盖板102的厚度为大于等于0.05 毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值,可以实现在提高电子设备10后盖板1011B密封性的同时,还可以通过通孔1012内的指纹模组实现指纹信息的采集,进而完成指纹识别。此外,还可以在保护盖板102的表面设置有纹理,以通过该纹理使电子设备10的下表面具有炫彩效果,从而提高电子设备10下表面的美观度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    电子设备本体和保护盖板,所述电子设备本体包括预设盖板;
    其中,所述预设盖板上设置有用于容置指纹模组的通孔,所述保护盖板覆盖在所述预设盖板的外表面,用于遮盖所述容置所述指纹模组的通孔,且所述保护盖板的形状与所述预设盖板的形状相匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述预设盖板为触控屏TP盖板或后盖板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    当所述预设盖板为所述TP盖板时,所述保护盖板的形状与所述TP盖板的形状相匹配,以使所述盖板覆盖在所述TP盖板的上表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    当所述预设盖板为所述后盖板时,所述保护盖板的形状与所述后盖板的形状相匹配,以使所述盖板覆盖在所述后盖板的下表面。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述保护盖板的厚度为大于等于0.05毫米、且小于等于0.5毫米内任一值。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述保护盖板的材质为玻璃材质或聚碳酸酯材质。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述保护盖板上设置有纹理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述纹理通过丝印或蚀刻的方式设置在所述保护盖板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述保护盖板通过光学胶或水胶粘贴在所述盖板的外表面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    装饰件,所述装饰件设置在所述指纹模组和所述预设盖板之间。
