可选地,所述接收用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令,根据所述指令触发启动所述智能终端的休眠模式,并打开助眠LED灯的步骤包括:
接收用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令,关闭正在运行的影音设备,播放预设助眠音乐;
打开所述助眠LED灯,并调节所述助眠LED灯的亮度到预设阈值。
可选地,所述根据预设时间间隔,获取用户的状态信息,在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯的步骤包括:
根据预设时间间隔,获取所述用户的状态信息,并根据预存数据判断所述状态信息是否指示所述用户进入睡眠状态;
在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。

本发明实施例方案的主要思路是:接收用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令,根据所述指令触发启动所述智能终端的休眠模式,并打开助眠LED灯;
根据预设时间间隔,获取用户的状态信息,在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯,实现了节省成本以及提高辅助睡眠方式的便捷性的技术问题。
参照图1,图1为本发明实施例方案涉及的辅助睡眠的装置硬件运行环境的终端结构示意图。
本发明实施例的终端可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。如图1所述,该终端可以包括处理器1001(例如CPU),通信总线1002,用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;可选用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard);网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口);存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器,存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的辅助睡眠的装置硬件运行环境的终端结构并不构成对本发明辅助睡眠的装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
继续参照图1,图1中作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及辅助睡眠的程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接云服务器,与云服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003可以连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的辅助睡眠的程序,并执行以下操作:

本实施例中,为了实现节省成本以及提高辅助睡眠方式的便捷性的目的,解决现有智能终端中灯光只能用于照明的单一模式。通过增加LED灯珠,并增加挡光板使所述LED灯产生的光能更好地散射,从而可以在接收到启动灯光助眠模式的指令时,进入休眠模式,打开助眠LED灯,产生柔和的灯光,以实现助眠效果。设置灯光助眠模式的智能终端可以为便携个人移动终端,如手机、PAD、便携游戏机、音乐播放终端等。可以通过在智能终端上增加设置灯光助眠模式,还可以是静音模式、会议模式,来实现本实施例的方法。具体地,所述辅助睡眠的方法应用于智能终端,由于现有智能终端中只有闪光灯和手电筒两种灯光模式。闪光灯用于拍照时进行曝光补偿,不能应用于辅助睡眠。手电筒用于日常照明,光线亮度很高,且不能调节,因此也不适于辅助睡眠。本发明中在智能终端中添加了灯光柔和的LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠可安装于终端的屏幕上。如图2所示,所述LED灯珠可安装于屏幕的正上方,具体实施例中所述LED灯珠也可以安装于屏幕的正下方。且所述LED灯珠可以是任意个数。如图3所示,且所述LED灯珠上方设有挡光板,所述挡光板可以为玻璃材质,并覆盖于所述LED灯珠的上表面。所述挡光板可使所述LED灯珠产生的光能够更好地散射,从而产生柔和的灯光,类似与夜光灯。所述LED灯珠和挡光板上方覆盖设有TP盖板。启动灯光助眠模式的指令可以是用户操作触发,如用户可通过智能手机主界面中的快捷图标,或者快捷按键,以启动灯光助眠模式。在接收到所述用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令时,即表示用户需要进行睡眠状态。将所述智能终端调入休眠模式,即关闭所有正在运行的应用程序,打开助眠的助眠LED灯。
根据预设时间间隔,获取用户的状态信息,在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。
具体地,在启动休眠模式并打开助眠LED灯后,根据预设时间间隔,周期性获取用户的状态信息,如0.1S、1S等。用户的状态信息表示用户的睡眠质量状况,用户是否进入睡眠,睡眠深度等。在获取的状态信息表示用户已经进入睡眠时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。具体实施例中,在开启第三方助眠应用时,还需要关闭第三方助眠应用,为用户营造良好的睡眠环境。

具体地,在启动休眠模式并打开助眠LED灯后,根据预设时间间隔,周期性获取用户的状态信息,如0.1S、1S等。用户的状态信息表示用户的睡眠质量状况,用户是否进入睡眠,睡眠深度等。在获取的状态信息表示用户已经进入睡眠时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。具体实施例中,在开启第三方助眠应用时,还需要关闭第三方助眠应用,为用户营造良好的睡眠环境。
其中,所述状态信息包括呼吸频率、心跳频率或脑电波中至少一种。
具体地,所述状态信息可以包括呼吸频率、心跳频率。除此之外,所述状态信息还可以包括体表温度、脉搏频率等可以表征人体睡眠状态的信息。

具体地,在接收到用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令时,关闭所述终端中所有正在运行的影音设备,其中,所述影音设备可以是影音程序,如腾讯视频、优酷视频或者酷狗音乐等。也可以是与所述终端通讯连接音箱或喇叭等设备。所述终端发送关闭指令至所述影音设备。并根据预先存储的路径,获取预设助眠音乐,并播放所述预设助眠音乐。为了进一步给用户营造良好的睡眠环境,还可以启动控制睡眠环境的操作,如遥控拉窗帘、调暗灯光、关闭电视,具体可通过终端控制接入的物联网平台来实现。
步骤S12,打开所述助眠LED灯,并调节所述助眠LED灯的亮度到预设阈值;
具体地,打开所述助眠LED灯,并根据预存灯光亮度阈值,调节所述助眠LED灯的亮度到所述预设阈值。

具体地,根据预先存储的工作时间阈值,判断所述工作时间是否大于所述预设时间阈值。在所述工作时间大于所述预设时间阈值时,则发送关闭指令至所述助眠LED灯,以关闭所述助眠LED灯。
步骤S50,在所述工作时间小于预设时间阈值时,打开所述助眠LED灯,并播放预设助眠音乐。
具体地,若判定所述工作时间小于预设时间阈值时,则所述助眠LED灯可继续正常工作,打开所述助眠LED灯,同事播放预设的助眠音乐。

  1. 一种辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助睡眠的方法应用于智能终端,所述智能终端的屏幕与盖板之间设有LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠上表面覆盖有用于使LED灯光散射的挡光板,所述辅助睡眠的方法包括以下步骤:
    接收用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令,根据所述指令触发启动所述智能终端的休眠模式,并打开助眠LED灯;
    根据预设时间间隔,获取用户的状态信息,在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令,根据所述指令触发启动所述智能终端的休眠模式,并打开助眠LED灯的步骤包括:
    接收用于指示启动灯光助眠模式的指令,关闭正在运行的影音设备,播放预设助眠音乐;
    打开所述助眠LED灯,并调节所述助眠LED灯的亮度到预设阈值。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设时间间隔,获取用户的状态信息,在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯的步骤包括:
    根据预设时间间隔,获取所述用户的状态信息,并根据预存数据判断所述状态信息是否指示所述用户进入睡眠状态;
    在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设时间间隔,获取所述用户的状态信息,并根据预存数据判断所述状态信息是否指示所述用户进入睡眠状态的步骤之后,还包括:
    在所述状态信息指示所述用户为苏醒状态时,打开所述助眠LED灯,并播放预设助眠音乐。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设时间间隔,获取用户的状态信息,在所述状态信息指示所述用户进入睡眠状态时,关闭所述助眠LED灯的步骤之后,还包括:
    在所述状态信息指示所述用户为苏醒状态时,获取所述助眠LED灯的工作时间;
    判断所述工作时间是否大于预设时间阈值,在所述工作时间大于预设时间阈值时,关闭所述助眠LED灯。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助睡眠的方法还包括:
    在所述工作时间小于预设时间阈值时,打开所述助眠LED灯,并播放预设助眠音乐。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助睡眠的方法还包括:
    在关闭所述助眠LED灯时,获取所述用户的所有状态信息,分析所述所有状态信息生成对应的分析报告,并将所述分析报告上传至终端和/或服务器。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的辅助睡眠的方法,其特征在于,所述状态信息包括呼吸频率、心跳频率或脑电波中至少一种。
  9. 一种辅助睡眠的装置,其特征在于,所述辅助睡眠的装置包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的辅助睡眠的程序,其中所述辅助睡眠的程序被所述处理器执行时,实现如所述权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的辅助睡眠的方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有辅助睡眠的程序,所述辅助睡眠的程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的辅助睡眠的方法的步骤。
