- 根据权利要求24所述的终端设备,所述第一保存部分,配置为:由第一接入设备提供的第一接入链路切换至第二接入设备提供的第二接入链路之后,设置第一定时器,并按照预设的时长进行计时;在所述第一定时器超时之前,保存所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息;当所述第一定时器超时时,释放所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息。
- 根据权利要求24所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一接入链路的上下文信息是所述第一接入链路中部分承载或部分Qos流或部分业务数据流或部分PDU会话或部分PDN连接的配置信息;或者,所述第一接入链路的上下文信息是所述第一接入链路中每个承载或每个Qos流或每个业务数据流或每个PDU会话或者每个PDN连接的配置信息。
- 根据权利要求26所述的终端设备,还包括第一标识部分,配置 为:对所述第一接入链路中部分承载或部分Qos流或部分业务数据流或部分PDU会话或部分PDN连接的配置信息进行标识,或者,对所述第一接入链路中每个承载或每个Qos流或每个业务数据流或每个PDU会话或者每个PDN连接的配置信息进行标识。
- 根据权利要求27所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一恢复部分,配置为:当从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,向网络设备发送恢复请求消息;其中,所述恢复请求消息包括需要恢复的承载或Qos流或业务数据流或PDU会话或PDN连接的配置信息标识;接收由所述网络设备发送的针对所述恢复请求消息的确认消息。
- 根据权利要求27所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一恢复部分,配置为:当从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,接收由网络设备发送的恢复指令消息;其中,所述恢复指令消息中包括需要恢复的承载或Qos流或业务数据流或PDU会话或PDN连接的配置信息标识;针对所述恢复指令消息向所述网络设备发送恢复响应消息。
- 根据权利要求24所述的终端设备,其中,当网络设备为业务接入管理节点时,所述第一恢复部分,配置为:利用与所述业务接入管理节点之间的协议栈进行消息的发送与接收;或者,向所述第一接入设备发送消息后,通过所述第一接入设备发送至所述业务接入管理节点,或,接收所述第一接入设备发送的消息,其中,所述消息由所述第一接入设备从所述业务接入管理节点接收得到。
- 根据权利要求24所述的终端设备,其中,当网络设备为第一接入设备时,所述第一恢复部分,配置为:利用与所述第一接入设备之间的协议栈进行消息的发送与接收。
- 一种网络设备,包括第二保存部分和第二恢复部分,其中,所述第二保存部分,配置为当终端设备由第一接入设备提供的第一接入链路切换至第二接入设备提供的第二接入链路之后,保存所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息;所述第二恢复部分,配置为当所述终端设备从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,按照所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息恢复与所述终端设备之间的第一接入链路;其中,所述终端设备中也保存有所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息。
- 根据权利要求32所述的网络设备,其中,所述第二保存部分,配置为:设置第二定时器,并按照预设的时长进行计时;在所述第二定时器超时之前,保存所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息;当所述第二定时器超时时,释放所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息。
- 根据权利要求32所述的网络设备,还包括:第二标识部分,配置为:对所述第一接入链路中部分承载或部分Qos流或部分业务数据流或部分PDU会话或部分PDN连接的配置信息进行标识,或者,对所述第一接入链路中每个承载或每个Qos流或每个业务数据流或每个PDU会话或者每个PDN连接的配置信息进行标识。
- 根据权利要求34所述的网络设备,其中,所述第二恢复部分,配置为:当所述终端设备从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,接 收由所述终端设备发送的恢复请求消息;其中,所述恢复请求消息中包括需要恢复的承载或Qos流或业务数据流或PDU会话或PDN连接的配置信息标识;向所述终端设备发送的针对所述恢复请求消息的确认消息。
- 根据权利要求34所述的网络设备,其中,所述第二恢复部分,配置为:当从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,向所述终端设备发送恢复指令消息;其中,所述恢复指令消息中包括需要恢复的承载或Qos流或业务数据流或PDU会话或PDN连接的配置信息标识;接收所述终端设备发送的针对所述恢复指令消息的恢复响应消息。
- 根据权利要求32所述的网络设备,其中,当所述网络设备为业务接入管理节点时,所述第二恢复部分,配置为:利用与所述终端设备之间的协议栈进行消息的发送与接收;或者,接收由所述第一接入设备发送的消息,所述消息由所述终端设备向所述第一接入设备发送,或,向所述第一接入设备发送消息,并通过第一接入设备将所述消息发送至所述终端设备。
- 根据权利要求32所述的网络设备,其中,当所述网络设备为第一接入设备时,所述第二恢复部分,配置为:利用与所述终端设备之间的协议栈进行消息的发送与接收。
- 根据权利要求32所述的网络设备,其中,所述第一接入链路的上下文信息按照配置信息的类型保存在不同的网络实体中;其中,所述接入层上下文信息保存在第一接入设备中,所述非接入层上下文信息保存在核心网设备中,所述第一接入设备与所述核心网之间与所述终端设备相关的连接信息保存在所述第一接入设备和所述核心网设备中。
- 根据权利要求32所述的网络设备,其中,所述第一接入链路的上下文信息保存在所述核心网设备中。
- 一种终端设备,包括:第一网络接口,第一存储器和第一处理器;其中,所述第一网络接口,用于在与其他外部网元之间进行收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送;所述第一存储器,用于存储能够在所述第一处理器上运行的计算机程序;所述第一处理器,用于在运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求1至11任一项所述方法的步骤。
- 一种网络设备,包括:第二网络接口、第二存储器和第二处理器;其中,所述第二网络接口,用于在与其他外部网元之间进行收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送;所述第二存储器,用于存储能够在第二处理器上运行的计算机程序;所述第二处理器,用于在运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求12至23任一项所述方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读介质存储有接入链路的管理程序,所述接入链路的管理程序被至少一个处理器执行时实现权利要求1至11中任一项或权利要求12至23中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
- 一种接入链路的管理系统,包括终端设备和网络设备;其中,所述终端设备,配置为由第一接入设备提供的第一接入链路切换至第二接入设备提供的第二接入链路之后,保存所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息;当从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,按照所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息恢复与所述第一接入设备之间的第一接入链路;所述网络设备,配置为当终端设备由第一接入设备提供的第一接入链 路切换至第二接入设备提供的第二接入链路之后,保存所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息;当所述终端设备从所述第二接入链路回切至所述第一接入链路时,按照所述第一接入链路的通路和/或所述第一接入链路的上下文信息恢复与所述终端设备之间的第一接入链路。
