Abstract
L'invention concerne un nanogel réticulé d'ester de boronate basé sur un mélange de : A) un polysaccharide anionique modifié greffé avec un groupe X, B) un polysaccharide neutre modifié greffé par un groupe Y, dans lequel : X est un dérivé d'acide arylboronique ou un dérivé de cis-diol, ledit cis-diol étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par le fructose, l'acide sialique, le maltose, le cellobiose et le lactose, Y est un dérivé d'acide arylboronique ou un dérivé de cis-diol, ledit cis-diol étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par le fructose, l'acide sialique, le maltose, le cellobiose et le lactose, si l'un de X ou Y est un dérivé d'acide arylboronique, l'autre est un dérivé de cis-diol.
