本公开涉及计算机领域,具体涉及一种信息推送方法、电子设备及非易失性计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,为了方便用户获取信息,很多网站或APP都会向用户推送各类信息内容。其中,为了增加推送过程的趣味性和娱乐性,其推送方式通常还会采用转盘抽取优惠信息或随机滚动抽取优惠信息等游戏的方式向用户呈现。上述推送方式不仅能够将一定的优惠信息推送给用户,还能够进一步提升用户的关注度,进而实现多重有益效果。
但是,在实现本公开的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:在采用如上方式向用户推送信息时,用户对推送的优惠信息的使用率普遍偏低。其原因在于,由于待推送的优惠信息种类有限,而用户数量巨大,导致一个推送的优惠信息往往对应多个用户,但对每个用户而言,其获取的优惠信息往往不能与其实际需求相符,导致用户在获取到优惠信息时,通常都会选择弃置其获取到的优惠信息,这不仅使信息推送过程的有效性降低,还会进一步伤害用户体验,使得用户关注度也随之降低,从而使整个信息推送过程的有益效果大大减小。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本公开以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的信息推送方法、电子设备及非易失性计算机可读存储介质。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种信息推送方法,包括:根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据得到分析结果,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容;将与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供了一种电子设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,处理器、存储器和通信接口通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,可执行指令使处理器执行以下操作:根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据得到分析结果,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容;将与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。

在本公开提供的信息推送方法、电子设备、非易失性计算机可读存储介质及计算机程序产品中,能够根据获取到的用户标识确定对应的用户属性信息,并进一步通过确定与该用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;然后通过分析用 户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容,最后将与上述分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。由此可见,本公开中能够对用户以及推送信息进行有效分类,并进一步在进行分类后的用户和推送信息之间建立对应关系,以使特定类别的推送信息能够被推送给具有特定属性的用户,使推送信息在面向用户时更具针对性和定制性,确保向用户推送的信息与用户当前需求相匹配,从而使信息推送过程更具有效性。

本公开能够解决在采用随机抽取推送信息的方式进行信息推送时,用户对推送信息的使用率偏低进而导致信息推送有效性大大降低的问题。本公开能够对用户属性以及推送信息进行有效分类,从而将特定类别的推送信息推送给具有特定属性的用户,使推送信息在面向用户时更具针对性和定制性, 确保向用户推送的信息与用户当前需求相匹配,从而使信息推送过程更具有效性。
实施例一
图1示出了本公开实施例一提供的信息推送方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S110:根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息。
其中,用户标识可以是用户名、用户注册账号等能够唯一标识该用户身份的标识信息。每个用户标识都有与其相对应的用户属性信息,用于表示每个用户自身所具有的属性。例如,用户的年龄、性别等用户的基本属性信息;或者用户在使用网站或APP过程中的历史操作信息、历史浏览信息等历史行为属性信息,或者用户的账户余额、历史账单、消费类型统计信息等与用户消费相关的用户消费属性信息,等等。具体实施中,用户属性信息包括但不限于上述所列举的各种类信息,本公开对用户属性信息的种类不作限定。
其中,用户属性信息可以只包括一个维度,也可以包括多个维度,本公开对此不作限制。以电子书APP为例,用户属性信息的维度可以包括以下维度中的一个或多个:余额维度、充值频率维度、充值金额维度、消费频率维度、消费金额维度、阅读时长维度、活动次数维度、以及已推送的信息内容维度。当然,可以理解的是,具体实施中,用户属性信息的维度包括但不限于上述各个维度,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要将用户属性信息的维度设置为除上述维度以外的其它维度,本公开对此不作限定。
具体实施中,本步骤的触发条件可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,例如,当接收到通过预设的推送入口触发的请求推送消息时,获取请求推送消息中包含的用户标识,确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;或者当监测到当前用户的用户行为符合预设的信息推送条件时,获取当前用户的用户标识,确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息,等等。本公开对本步骤的触发条件不作限制。
步骤S120:确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别。
具体地,用户属性类别的确定方式可以有多种。当用户属性信息中仅包含一个维度的信息时,可以根据实际情况对该维度中信息进行划分,并根据划分结果来确定用户属性类别。具体地,可以将一个维度中的信息划分为多个不同的信息区间,每个信息区间对应一个用户属性类别。以余额维度为例,当用户属性信息中的维度仅包括余额维度时,可以针对用户余额划分出不同的余额区间,并使每个余额区间对应一个用户属性类别,以此来确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别。具体实施中,上述信息划分的方式可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。
当用户属性信息中包含多个维度的信息时,可以根据实际情况分别对每个维度中的信息进行划分,然后选取不同的维度中的划分结果进行自由组合,并根据组合结果来确定用户属性类别。例如,可以分别将每个维度中的信息划分为多个不同的信息区间,确定当前用户属性信息在每个维度中所属的信息区间,然后选取不同维度中的信息区间进行组合,每个组合结果对应一个用户属性类别。其中,上述信息区间的划分方式和组合方式可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。
具体地,多个待推送的信息类别可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。其中,针对不同类型的网站和APP,多个待推送的信息类别也对应不同。以电子书APP为例,多个待推送的信息类别可以包括以下信息类别中的至少一个:书籍信息类别、积分信息类别、实物信息类别、电子券信息类别、福利卡信息类别、充值优惠信息类别、活动信息类别、阅读权限信息类别,等等。可以理解的是,针对于电子书APP,上述所列举的多个待推送的信息类别也仅仅是示意性的,具体实施中,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际情况将电子书APP中的多个待推送的信息类别设置为除上述列举的各个信息类别之外的其它信息类别,本公开对此不作限定。
最后,在上述确定的用户属性类别和多个待推送的信息类别之间建立对应的类别映射关系,以实现从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别的目的。具体实施中,上述类别映射关系中的对应关系可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限定。
步骤S130:分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据,从与用户属性 类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容。
具体地,针对用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据,预先设置多个相应的数据范围。其中,与上述数据范围对应的具体范围数值可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限定。针对与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别中包含的信息内容,预先对其进行进一步的分类划分,将上述信息内容进一步划分出多个信息内容类别。然后在上述预设的数据范围和信息内容类别之间建立对应的内容映射关系。其中,上述内容映射关系中的对应关系可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限定。
在执行本步骤时,通过分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据确定与该用户属性数据对应的数据范围,然后根据上述确定的数据范围以及上述内容映射关系从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容。具体实施中,分析用户属性信息的具体分析方式可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。
步骤S140:将与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。
具体地,在本步骤中,将步骤S130中选择出的与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。
在本公开提供的信息推送方法中,能够根据获取到的用户标识确定对应的用户属性信息,并进一步通过确定与该用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;然后通过分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容,最后将与上述分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。由此可见,本公开中能够对用户以及推送信息进行有效分类,并进一步在进行分类后的用户和推送信息之间建立对应关系,以使特定类别的推送信息能够被推送给具有特定属性的用户,使推送信息在面向用户时更具针对性和定制性,确保向用户推送的信息与用户当前需求相匹配,从而使信息推送 过程更具有效性。
实施例二
图2示出了本公开实施例二提供的信息推送方法的流程图。在本实施例中,以电子书应用为例进行说明,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本公开还可以应用于其他各种类型的应用中。如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S210:根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息。
其中,本步骤的触发条件可以有多个。例如,当接收到通过预设的推送入口触发的请求推送消息时,获取请求推送消息中包含的用户标识并确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;或者,当监测到当前用户的用户行为符合预设的信息推送条件时,获取请求推送消息中包含的用户标识,确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息。其中,上述两个触发条件可以单独使用,也可以结合使用,本公开对此不作限定。并且,上述预设的推送入口可以是抽奖入口、手机摇一摇入口等类似推送入口,具体实施中,本公开对上述推送入口的具体设置形式不作限定。上述预设的信息推送条件包括以下中的至少一个:用户阅读至弃读概率大于预设阈值的电子书章节、用户阅读时长超过预设阅读时长、用户阅读章节达到预设章节,等等。具体实施中,上述预设阈值以及预设阅读时长可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。当然,可以理解的是,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际情况将触发条件设置为除上述两种方式以外的其它方式,本公开对此不作限定。

步骤S220:确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别。
具体地,用户属性类别的确定方式可以有多种。其中,在本实施例中,与用户标识相对应的用户属性信息包括多个维度,则确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别的过程可以为:首先分别针对每个维度的用户属性信息,确定与该维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类。具体实施中,可以将每个维度的用户属性信息划分为多个类别,则每个类别对应一个用户属性子分类。其中,将每个维度的用户属性信息划分的方式可以有多种,本公开对此不做限定。以余额维度和充值频率维度的用户属性信息为例,在余额维度中,可以根据余额额度的大小确定与余额维度的用户属性信息相对应的多个用户属性子分类,例如,当余额额度小于10时,确定与余额维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类为第一用户属性子类别;当余额额度在10-50之间时(包括10和50),确定与余额维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类为第二用户属性子类别;当余额额度大于50时,确定与余额维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类为第三用户属性子类别,等等。在充值频率维度中,可以预先设定一个或多个充值频率阈值,并通过判断用户充值频率是否大于上述充值频率阈值来确定与充值频率维度的用户属性信息相对应的多个用户属性子分类。例如,若设定一个充值频率阈值为0.3次/天,当用户充值频率大于0.3次/天,确定与充值频率维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类为第一用户属性子类别(对应高频充值用户);当用户充值频率小于或等于0.3次/天,确定与充值频率维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类为第二用户属性子类别(对应低频充值用户),等等。同样地,其它维度的用户属性信息中的用户属性子分类的确定方法与上述余额维度中用户属性子分类的确定方法类似,此处不再赘述。
在完成上述过程之后,结合各个维度的用户属性信息所对应的用户属性子分类确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别。具体实施中,可以将各个维度的用户属性信息所对应的用户属性子分类进行叠加组合,并根据上述叠加组合的结果来确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别。例如,将上述举例中的余额维度的第一用户属性子类别和充值频率维度的第一用户属 性子类别进行叠加组合,并将叠加组合的结果确定为第一用户属性类别(即用户属性信息要同时满足余额维度的第一用户属性子类别和充值频率维度的第一用户属性子类别,此时用户在充值消费特性上表现对应为高频低价);类似地,将上述举例中的余额维度的第三用户属性子类别和充值频率维度的第二用户属性子类别进行叠加组合,并将叠加组合的结果确定为第二用户属性类别(用户在充值消费特性上表现为低频高价),等等。具体实施中,上述叠加组合过程中的具体叠加组合方式可以由本领域技术根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。其中,为了使确定的用户属性类别更具准确性,在上述确定用户属性类别的过程中,还可以为各个用户属性子分类设置对应的权重,并根据上述设置的权重来计算对应的叠加组合结果,并根据计算所得的叠加组合结果来确定用户属性类别,以提升确定用户属性类型的准确性。
具体地,上述多个待推送的信息类别可以包括以下信息类别中的至少一个:书籍信息类别、积分信息类别、实物信息类别、电子券信息类别、福利卡信息类别、充值优惠信息类别、活动信息类别、阅读权限信息类别。在确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别时,可以根据预设的用户信息映射表中存储的各个用户属性类别与各个信息类别之间的对应关系,确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别。例如,当确定的用户属性类别为第一用户属性类别(对应高频低价用户)时,若预设的用户信息映射表中存储的对应关系为:第一用户属性类别对应第一信息类别(对应高频低价用户的推送信息类别),则确定与第一用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别为第一信息类别。具体实施中,其它用户属性类别以及其对应的信息类别的确定方式与上述方式类似,此处不再赘述。其中,预设的用户信息映射表中存储的对应关系可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限制。
步骤S230:分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,根据预设的信息内容映射表,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容。
其中,本步骤将每个用户属性类别中的用户属性信息以及每个信息类别中的信息内容进行了更加细化的分类。具体地,针对每个用户属性类别中的用户属性信息,分析其中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围。其中,上述分析过程的具体分析方式以及上述数据范围的具体圈定范围可以由本领域 技术人员根据实际情况进行设置,本公开对此不作限定。预设的信息内容映射表中预先设置有用户属性数据所属的数据范围和与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容之间的对应关系。在本步骤中,在确定用户属性类别之后,首先分析并确定用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,然后在预设的信息内容映射表中查找并确定与上述数据范围对应的信息内容,使用户属性数据和推送的信息内容之间的对应关系更加细化,从而使后续过程中在推送信息时,其推送的对应信息在面向用户时更具针对性和定制性,使推送信息更加有效。
举例说明,以步骤S220中的例子为例,当确定第一用户属性类别对应第一信息类别之后,进一步分析第一用户属性类别的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,若预设的信息内容映射表中针对上述用户属性数据的数据范围有两个,分别为第一数据范围和第二数据范围。其中,第一数据范围对应第一信息内容,第二数据范围对应第二信息内容。则当分析所得第一用户属性类别的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属第一数据范围时,根据预设的信息内容映射表确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容为第一信息内容;同样地,当分析所得第二用户属性类别的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属第二数据范围时,则根据预设的信息内容映射表确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容为第二信息内容。
另外,可选地,上述用户属性数据还可以是存储在本地的用户属性数据,例如,用户存储在本地的书籍。则在分析用户属性数据所属的数据范围时,还可以首先搜索并获取用户存储在本地的用户属性数据,并进一步分析上述获取到的本地的用户属性数据所属的数据范围。例如,当分析用户存储在本地的电子书之后,若分析结果为用户存储在本地的电子书中言情类书籍的数量在本地书籍总数量中的占比大于50%,则确定用户属性数据所属的数据范围为言情类,则在预设的信息内容映射表中查找与言情类对应的信息内容。以将与言情相关的内容推送给用户。
另外,在确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容时,还可以将不同的用户属性数据所属的数据范围进行叠加组合,并根据叠加组合的结果确定相对应的信息内容。其中,上述叠加组合的过程与步骤S220中的叠加过程类似,此处不再赘述。并且,在上述叠加过程中,还可以进一步根据用户数属性数据的重要性给为每个用户属性数据设置对应权重,然后根据上述设置的权重 来计算并分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,以使分析所得的数据范围更加准确,从而使确定的对应的信息内容也更加确定,提升推送信息的准确性。
步骤S240:将上述对应的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。
具体地,在本步骤中,将步骤S230中确定的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。
在本公开提供的信息推送方法中,能够根据获取到的用户标识确定对应的用户属性信息,并进一步通过确定与该用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;然后通过分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据,分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,根据预设的信息内容映射表,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容,最后将与上述分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。由此可见,本公开能够通过建立多维的用户属性信息和推送信息,使用户属性信息和推送信息之间具有更加细化和多元的对应关系,并能够自动通过上述对应关系和用户属性信息向用户推送对应的信息内容,增加了信息推送时的准确性,使特定类别的推送信息能够被推送给具有特定属性的用户,并使推送信息在面向用户时更具针对性和定制性,确保向用户推送的信息与用户当前需求相匹配,从而使信息推送过程更具准确性和有效性。
为了便于理解,结合图2所示实施例,以用户账户余额不足的场景为例,进行示例说明:
通过步骤S210,根据获取到的用户标识,确定该用户标识对应的用户属性信息;本示例以余额维度作为用户属性信息为例进行说明,实际应用中用户属性信息可以是多个维度综合考虑。
通过步骤S220,当用户属性信息为余额时,如果余额较低,确定相对应的用户属性类别为余额不足类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与余额不足类别相匹配的信息类别为代金券类别。
通过步骤S230,根据余额的具体数额,根据预设的信息内容映射表, 从代金券类别包含的多个代金券金额中确定相应的代金券金额。具体地,用户的余额越低,表明用户越需要数额较大的代金券;例如,当用户余额不足2元时,对应的代金券金额为5元;当用户余额不足10元时,对应的代金券金额为3元。
通过步骤S240,将与用户对应的代金券推送给用户终端。
通过以上步骤,可以实现用户余额不足时,判定用户需要的是代金券,进而向用户推送代金券的过程。在一种可能的实际应用中,可以通过转盘抽奖的方式将代金券推送给用户。具体过程如下:用户触发转盘抽奖,系统判定用户当前余额不足,所以将代金券类别作为候选奖项显示在转盘上;当用户转动转盘完成转盘抽奖后,会命中代金券类别,命中后点击该代金券类别,显示具体的代金券金额。采用将代金券类别作为候选奖项,这个过程中无需查询预设的信息内容映射表,可以节省时间,提高确定候选奖项的速度。另一方面,在转盘转动的期间,可以根据用户当前的余额从预设的信息内容映射表中进行查询,确定代金券金额,采用这样的方法,不仅可以确定更佳的代金券金额来保证更好的推送精度,而且其中的处理过程所需要的时间不会让用户有所感知,可以提升用户体验。
实施例三
本公开实施例三提供了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,该非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的信息推送方法。
可执行指令具体可以用于使得处理器执行以下操作:根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;分析用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据得到分析结果,从与用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容;将与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与用户标识相对应的用户终端。
在一种可选的方式中,用户属性信息包括以下维度中的至少一个:余额维度、充值频率维度、充值金额维度、消费频率维度、消费金额维度、阅读 时长维度、活动次数维度、以及已推送的信息内容维度。
在一种可选的方式中,当与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息包括多个维度时,可执行指令进一步使处理器执行以下操作:分别针对每个维度的用户属性信息,确定与该维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类;结合各个维度的用户属性信息所对应的用户属性子分类确定与用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别。

图3示出了根据本公开实施例四的一种电子设备的结构示意图,本公开具体实施例并不对电子设备的具体实现做限定。
如图3所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)302、通信接口(Communications Interface)304、存储器(memory)306、以及通信总线308。
其中:处理器302、通信接口304、以及存储器306通过通信总线308完成相互间的通信。通信接口304,用于与其它设备比如客户端或其它服务器等的网元通信。处理器302,用于执行程序310,具体可以执行上述信息推送方法实施例中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序310可以包括程序代码,该程序代码包括计算机操作指令。

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其包括:
    根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;
    确定与所述用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;
    分析所述用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据得到分析结果,从与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与所述分析结果相匹配的信息内容;
    将所述与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与所述用户标识相对应的用户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户属性信息包括以下维度中的至少一个:余额维度、充值频率维度、充值金额维度、消费频率维度、消费金额维度、阅读时长维度、活动次数维度、以及已推送的信息内容维度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,当所述与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息包括多个维度时,所述确定与所述用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别的步骤具体包括:
    分别针对每个维度的用户属性信息,确定与该维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类;
    结合各个维度的用户属性信息所对应的用户属性子分类确定与所述用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的方法,其中,所述多个待推送的信息类别包括以下信息类别中的至少一个:书籍信息类别、积分信息类别、实物信息类别、电子券信息类别、福利卡信息类别、充值优惠信息类别、活动信息类别、阅读权限信息类别;
    所述从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别的步骤具体包括:
    根据预设的用户信息映射表中存储的各个用户属性类别与各个信息类别之间的对应关系,确定与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其中,所述分析所述用户属性信 息中包含的用户属性数据,从与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与分析结果相匹配的信息内容的步骤具体包括:
    分析所述用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,根据预设的信息内容映射表,从与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容;
    其中,所述信息内容映射表用于存储各个信息类别中包含的多个信息内容以及与每个信息内容相对应的用户属性数据的数据范围。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,当所述与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息包括多个维度时,所述分析所述用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,根据预设的信息内容映射表,从与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容的步骤具体包括:
    分别确定每个维度的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围;
    结合各个维度的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,以及各个维度的用户属性信息的权重,确定相对应的信息内容。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的方法,其中,所述根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息的步骤具体包括以下步骤中的至少一个:
    当接收到通过预设的推送入口触发的请求推送消息时,获取所述请求推送消息中包含的用户标识,确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;
    当监测到当前用户的用户行为符合预设的信息推送条件时,获取所述当前用户的用户标识,确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;其中,所述预设的信息推送条件包括以下中的至少一个:用户阅读至弃读概率大于预设阈值的电子书章节、用户阅读时长超过预设阅读时长、用户阅读章节达到预设章节。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使所述处理器 执行以下操作:
    根据获取到的用户标识确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;
    确定与所述用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别,从多个待推送的信息类别中确定与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别;
    分析所述用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据得到分析结果,从与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中选择与所述分析结果相匹配的信息内容;
    将所述与分析结果相匹配的信息内容推送给与所述用户标识相对应的用户终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述用户属性信息包括以下维度中的至少一个:余额维度、充值频率维度、充值金额维度、消费频率维度、消费金额维度、阅读时长维度、活动次数维度、以及已推送的信息内容维度。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子设备,其中,当所述与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息包括多个维度时,所述可执行指令进一步使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    分别针对每个维度的用户属性信息,确定与该维度的用户属性信息相对应的用户属性子分类;
    结合各个维度的用户属性信息所对应的用户属性子分类确定与所述用户属性信息相对应的用户属性类别。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一所述的电子设备,其中,所述多个待推送的信息类别包括以下信息类别中的至少一个:书籍信息类别、积分信息类别、实物信息类别、电子券信息类别、福利卡信息类别、充值优惠信息类别、活动信息类别、阅读权限信息类别;
    则所述可执行指令进一步使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    根据预设的用户信息映射表中存储的各个用户属性类别与各个信息类别之间的对应关系,确定与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一所述的电子设备,所述可执行指令进一步使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    分析所述用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,根据预设的信息内容映射表,从与所述用户属性类别相匹配的信息类别所包含的多个信息内容中确定与该数据范围相对应的信息内容;
    其中,所述信息内容映射表用于存储各个信息类别中包含的多个信息内容以及与每个信息内容相对应的用户属性数据的数据范围。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其中,当所述与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息包括多个维度时,所述可执行指令进一步使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    分别确定每个维度的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围;
    结合各个维度的用户属性信息中包含的用户属性数据所属的数据范围,以及各个维度的用户属性信息的权重,确定相对应的信息内容。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13任一所述的电子设备,所述可执行指令进一步使所述处理器执行以下操作中的至少一种:
    当接收到通过预设的推送入口触发的请求推送消息时,获取所述请求推送消息中包含的用户标识,确定与该用户标识相对应的用户属性信息;
