Description of Embodiments
A preferred embodiment of the invention is provided and described in detailed below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is the front view of an adjustable bracket structure according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, wherein, the adjustable bracket structure comprises a bumper skin structure 1 and a headlight structure 2 located at a corner of a vehicle, a trim structure 3 being mounted between the bumper skin structure 1 and the headlight structure 2.
Figure 2 is the back view of Figure 1, and Figure 3 is the sectional view along the line A-Aof Figure 2. Wherein, the bumper skin structure 1 comprises a bumper skin 11 and a bumper skin bracket 12, the bumper skin 11 being mounted through the bumper skin bracket 12. The headlight structure 2 comprises a headlight 21 (see Figure 1) and a headlight bracket 22, the headlight 21 being mounted through the headlight bracket 22. The trim structure 3 comprises a trim stripe 31 and a trim bracket 32, the trim stripe 31 being mounted through the trim bracket 32.
As shown in Figure 2, the trim stripe 31, the trim bracket 32 and the headlight bracket 22 are mounted in a superposing way, wherein, the trim stripe 31 is located at the bottom, the headlight bracket 22 is located at the top, while the trim bracket 32 is fixedly mounted relative to the trim stripe 31 and located between the trim stripe 31 and the headlight bracket 22. Specifically, two anti-off snaps 32a are provided on the surface of the trim bracket 32 facing the headlight bracket 22. Correspondingly, two T-shaped snap slots 22a for cooperating with the anti-off snaps 32a with a snap fit are provided on the headlight bracket 22, wherein, the T-shaped snap slots 22a comprise, along the direction F, a narrow end and a wide end.
As shown in Figure 3, the adjustable bracket structure according to a preferred embodiment of the invention further comprises a gear 4 and a rod tool 5. The bumper skin structure 1 further comprises a pressing plate 13, which is fixedly mounted on the bumper skin bracket 12 through a screw, and the gear 4 is accommodated between the bumper skin bracket 12 and the pressing plate 13, and capable of rotating around its central axis L. In the embodiment, a slot structure 41 is provided on the top surface of the gear 4 facing the bumper skin 11, the slot structure 41 cooperating with the free end of the rod tool 5 so as to drive the gear 4 to rotate around the central axis L by means of the rod tool 5. In the embodiment, the rod tool 5 is a straight screwdriver. It should be understood that the rod tool 5 can also be a portable screwdriver, a hexagonal wrench, a key plate, etc.
As shown in Figure 3, the adjustable bracket structure according to a preferable embodiment of the invention further comprises a gear rack 6 that engages with the gear 4. In the embodiment, the gear rack 6 is fixedly connected with the trim bracket 32. Preferably, the gear rack 6 is integrated with the trim bracket 32 as a single piece. Obviously, by the rotation of the gear 4, the gear rack 6 can be moved in the direction F perpendicular to the central axis L (see Figure 2) .
Thus, when the trim stripe 31 needs to be moved, the bumper skin 11 of the bumper skin structure 1 is lifted open, and the rod tool 5 penetrates through a hole reserved on the bumper skin bracket 12 of the bumper skin structure 1 (or on the front of the grill) until the free end of the rod tool 5 aligns with the slot structure 41 of the gear 4. An external force is exerted on the rod tool 5 so that the gear 4 rotates around the central axis L. As the gear 4 engages with the gear rack 6, the external force is transmitted to the gear rack 6, driving the gear rack 6 to move along the direction F. As the gear rack 6 is fixed to the trim bracket 32, the external force is transmitted to the trim bracket 32, driving the trim bracket 32 to move along the direction F. When the anti-off snap 32a of the trim bracket 32 moves in the direction F into the narrow end of the T-shaped snap slot 22a of the headlight bracket 22, the trim bracket 32 is clamped relative to the headlight bracket 22, i.e., the trim stripe 31 is fixed by chucking relative to the headlight 21. When the anti-off snap 32a of the trim bracket 32 moves in the direction F into the wide end of the T-shaped snap slot 22a of the headlight bracket 22, the trim bracket 32 is released relative to the headlight bracket 22, i.e., the trim stripe 31 is released relative to the headlight 21, and thus the trim stripe 31 can be dismounted.
What has not been described in detail about the bumper structure 1, the headlight structure 2, and the trim structure 3 all belongs to conventional technology of the technical field, for example, the sliding and stopping structures stated in CN2015100558722, the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety.
What has been described above is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention, and not for the purpose of limiting the scope of the invention. The above-described embodiment of the invention can be subject to various modifications. In other words, all simple, equivalent modifications and embellishments made according to the claims and the specification of the invention application fall within the scope of protection of the claims of the invention. What has not been described in detail in the invention all belongs to the conventional technology.
