在使用本发明时,首先在本装置空闲处安装可编程系列PLC控制器和1台电机驱动器,PLC控制器采用的型号优选的SIMATIC S7-300,将该型号PLC控制器的输出端通过导线分别与旋转电机20、第一微型泵7、第二微型泵13的输入端连接,本领域人员在将1台电机驱动器通过导线与旋转电机20的接线端连接。本领域人员通过PLC控制器编程后,完全可控制各个电器件的工 作顺序,具体工作原理如下:在使用的时候,将伸缩杆4向上抬起,让底座3上的旋转电机20驱动端上的支撑杆9升起一端高度,之后将车轮毂盖套装在支撑杆9上,之后第一微型泵7工作,将存水箱6的水通过进水管8运输到圆形箱体2内部,通过进水管8上的分管器10将水流分开两个,同时通过分管器10上连接的第一高压喷头11将水射出,射到车轮毂盖表面上,之后旋转电机20旋转,带动支撑杆9上的车轮毂盖旋转,便于躺车辆毂盖全方位被第一高压喷头11进行喷射,将表面尘土进行冲刷,之后第二微型泵13同时工作,将存液箱12内的清洗液通过吸液管14运输通过第二高压喷头15喷出,喷到车轮毂盖上,便于将车轮毂盖上的泥土冲刷干净,之后第二微型泵13停止工作,旋转电机20和第一微型泵7继续工作,便于将车轮毂盖上的泡沫清洗干净,之后第一微型泵7和旋转电机20停止工作,人们通过圆形通孔将车轮毂盖拿出,之后圆形箱体2侧壁面开有排污口内嵌装出液管16上第一控制阀打开,便于将污水排出,之后存水箱6侧壁面开有进水口嵌装存水管21上的第二控制阀打开,便于向存水箱6内灌水,之后存液箱12侧壁面开有进液口内嵌装进液管17上的第三控制阀打开,便于人们向存液箱12灌入清洗液,吸液管14上套装第四控制阀防止吸液管14中的清洗液流出,造成浪费,进水管8上套装第五控制阀防止水在不使用的时候流出,浪费水资源,弧形通孔内嵌装透明玻璃便于人们观察清洁车轮毂盖过程,之后挡门18用于遮挡圆形通孔。
