一种放养家禽捕捉器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及家禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种放养家禽捕捉器。
背景技术
鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽,传统的养殖中为了经济效益的最大化,基本都是采用集中饲养,即放置于养殖笼中并用饲料喂养,以达到最短的出栏时间。但是随着社会经济的进步,人们的思想观念发生转变转变,开始追求健康、优质的食品,因此一些传统的养殖方式也发生了转变,开始采用放养的养殖方式。放养的方式使家禽且除了喂以饲料外还可自由捕食,同时家禽在不断跑动的过程中可以使肉质更好。但是自由放养的养殖方式使得家禽动作更加灵活和迅速,在出栏时捕捉相对比较困难,现有的方式大都采用人工进行捕捉,并辅以网兜、夹爪等工具,但是这种方式效率低下,容易对家禽造成伤害,同时人体也有被家禽伤害的风险。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种可自动捕捉放养的家禽的放养家禽捕捉器。
本实用新型采用如下方案实现:
一种放养家禽捕捉器,包括箱体、设于箱体内部的用于盛放饲料的料槽、与箱体连接的连接通道、以及用于推动家禽朝连接通道移动 的推动组件、设置在箱体外表面的扬声器以及主控制器;所述箱体内部还设置有一用于感应家禽位置的感应器;所述箱体的一侧面设有开口,且所述开口处设置有一活动门,定义开口所在的侧面为第一侧面,与第一侧面相邻的两侧面为第二侧面和第三侧面,与第一侧面相对的一面为第四侧面,所述活动门通过一转轴连接在所述第二侧面和第三侧面之间,并在设置于所述第三侧面上的第一驱动件驱动下转动。
进一步的,所述推动组件包括设置在箱体内部且平行于第二侧面和第三侧面的推动板、设置在箱体上端面的与推动板连接的丝杆,以及设置在箱体上端面的用于驱动丝杆转动的第二驱动件;所述丝杆垂直于所述第二侧面和第三侧面。
进一步的,所述推动板通过一连接固件与丝杆连接,在所述箱体上端面与连接固件对应的位置处设置有一供连接固件穿过的通孔;所述通孔垂直于第二侧面和第三侧面。
进一步的,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件为电机。
进一步的,所述连接通道和箱体的连接处设置有朝向连接通道打开的单向门。
进一步的,所述感应器为红外感应器。
进一步的,所述料槽设置在所述箱体的底面靠近第四侧面的一端。
对比现有技术,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型在箱体外部设置了扬声器,在箱体内部设置了料槽,可将家禽吸引到箱体之中,并通过推动组件和单向门的配合将家禽驱 赶到连接通道中,进而可以放置到笼子里。不必再用人工进行抓捕,节省了人力成本同时也提高了抓捕效率。另一方面,本实用新型通过驱赶使家禽自身走向笼子之中,避免对家禽产生伤害。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本实用新型,下面将结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
本实用新型可用于代替人工自动捕捉放养的鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽。
参照图1至图3,本实用新型提供的一种放养家禽捕捉器,包括箱体1、设于箱体内部的用于盛放饲料的料槽2、与箱体连接的连接通道3、以及用于推动家禽朝连接通道移动的推动组件4、设置在箱体外表面的扬声器5以及主控制器6,在箱体内部还设置有一用于感应家禽位置的感应器7,本实施例中感应器采用了红外感应器,具体设置在箱体上端平面的内表面处。
箱体1的其中一个侧面设有开口,且开口处设置有一活动门11。定义开口所在的侧面为第一侧面,与第一侧面相邻的两侧面为第二侧面和第三侧面,与第一侧面相对的一面为第四侧面。活动门11通过一转轴12连接在第二侧面和第三侧面之间,第三侧面上设置有用于 驱动活动门转动的第一驱动件13,本实施例中,第一驱动件采用了电机。连接通道3和主控制器设置于第二侧面处,扬声器5设置在第三侧面处。连接通道3和箱体1的连接处设置有一朝向连接通道打开的单向门31,料槽2设置在箱体1的底面靠近第四侧面的一端。
推动组件4包括设置在箱体内部的推动板41、设置在箱体1上端面上的与推动板连接的丝杆42,以及用于驱动丝杆转动的第二驱动件43。其中,推动板41平行于第二侧面和第三侧面,丝杆42垂直于第二侧面和第三侧面。推动板41通过一连接固件44和丝杆42连接,在上端面对应连接固件的位置处设置有一细长的通孔14,该通孔垂直于第二侧面和第三侧面,连接固件44穿过该通孔。第二驱动件的驱动丝杆旋转,进而可带动推动板在垂直于第二侧面和第三侧面的方向上移动。本实施例中,第二驱动件采用了电机。
为使本领域工作人员更清晰地理解本实用新型,下面对本实用新型的工作过程做一个说明。初始状态时,活动门11呈打开状态,此时活动门11与箱体1的上端面和底面平行,推动板41处于靠近第三侧面的一侧。工作时,主控制器6控制扬声器5发出叫声等能吸引家禽的声音,当家禽被吸引过来,事先放置在料槽2的饲料可吸引家禽从箱体1开口处进入到箱体内部。感应器7感应到家禽走入到箱体内部,向主控制器6反馈,主控制器控制第一驱动件13启动,将活动门11关闭。接着主控制器又控制第二驱动件43启动,驱动推动板41朝向第二侧面处移动,此时家禽在推动板的驱赶下逐渐靠近连接通道3,最后通过单向门31进入到连接通道中。具体实施时,连接 通道的另一端可与笼子或网兜等进行连接,以存放捕捉到的家禽。当家禽进入到连接通道后,第一驱动件和第二驱动件分别驱动推动板和活动门复位,进行下一次的捕捉。
本实用新型在箱体外部设置了扬声器,在箱体内部设置了料槽,可将家禽吸引到箱体之中,并通过推动组件和单向门的配合将家禽驱赶到连接通道中,进而可以放置到笼子里。不必再用人工进行抓捕,节省了人力成本同时也提高了抓捕效率。另一方面,本实用新型通过驱赶使家禽自身走向笼子之中,避免了对家禽产生伤害。

  1. 一种放养家禽捕捉器,其特征在于,包括箱体(1)、设于箱体内部的用于盛放饲料的料槽(2)、与箱体连接的连接通道(3)、以及用于推动家禽朝连接通道移动的推动组件(4)、设置在箱体外表面的扬声器(5)以及主控制器(6);所述箱体内部还设置有一用于感应家禽位置的感应器(7);所述箱体(1)的一侧面设有开口,且所述开口处设置有一活动门(11),定义开口所在的侧面为第一侧面,与第一侧面相邻的两侧面为第二侧面和第三侧面,与第一侧面相对的一面为第四侧面,所述活动门(11)通过一转轴(12)连接在所述第二侧面和第三侧面之间,并在设置于所述第三侧面上的第一驱动件(13)驱动下转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的放养家禽捕捉器,其特征在于,所述推动组件(4)包括设置在箱体(1)内部且平行于第二侧面和第三侧面的推动板(41)、设置在箱体上端面的与推动板连接的丝杆(42),以及设置在箱体上端面的用于驱动丝杆转动的第二驱动件(43);所述丝杆(42)垂直于所述第二侧面和第三侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的放养家禽捕捉器,其特征在于,所述推动板(41)通过一连接固件(44)与丝杆(42)连接,在所述箱体(1)上端面与连接固件对应的位置处设置有一供连接固件穿过的通孔(14);所述通孔(14)垂直于第二侧面和第三侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的放养家禽捕捉器,其特征在于,所述第一驱动件(13)和第二驱动件(43)为电机。
