优选地,所述耳机还设有通信模块,其与所述主控芯片连接,用于使耳机与智能终端通过有线或无线的方式建立通信。所述通信模块包含:蓝牙适配器,蓝牙收发器以及数据线;所述蓝牙适配器用于以无线的方式与其他设有蓝牙设备智能终端建立通信连接;所述数据线用于通过有线的方式与所述智能终端建立通信连接。所述蓝牙收发器用于通过无线的方式将所述存储模 块中的音频文件数据进行传输。
优选地,所述耳机还设有一数据模块,其包括音频解码器以及与所述音频解码器连接的数模转换器;所述音频解码器与所述主控芯片连接;所述音频解码器用于将待播放的音频文件进行解码,再将解码后的音频文件发送至所述数模转换器,所述数模转换器将所述解码后的音频文件转换成模拟电信号并发送。
优选地,所述耳机还设有一发声模块,其包括用于控制当前播放音频文件的播放模式的播控单元,发声单元,其用于将所述数模转换器输出的模拟的音频文件电信号转换成声波信号输出。
所述发生单元包括:互相连接的极片、磁铁与音圈;所述极片与所述主控芯片连接;所述模拟的音频文件电信号经所述极片加到磁铁上,通过交变电流产生交变磁场,所述音圈在所述交变磁场中感应,产生对应的声波信号,实现音乐播放。
优选地,所述耳机外壳的一侧还设有一SD卡槽,以及与所述SD卡槽相匹配的存储有音频文件数据的数据存储卡,将其插入至所述SD卡槽内,与所述主控芯片连接;所述主控芯片控制所述耳机设有的发声模块直接对存储在所述数据存储卡中的音频文件进行播放,且控制截取模块对当前播放的音频文件进行截取。
优选地,当连续双击所述功能按键且不松开时,所述检测模块匹配的控制命令为开始对当前播放的音频文件进行截取。当松开所述功能按键时,所述检测模块匹配的控制命令为停止对当前播放的音频文件的截取,并重复播放所截取的音频文件的片段。当再次双击所述功能按键时,所述检测模块匹配的控制命令为恢复对当前播放的音频文件的完整播放。
本发明的另一个技术方案为一种基于上文所述的截取音频文件的耳机的控制方法,包含以下过程:单击功能按键,对来自耳机外部的终端设备的音频文件或者存储在耳机数据存储卡中的音频文件进行播放。双击所述功能按键并按住不放,开始对当前播放的音频文件进行截取。松开所述功能按键,停止对当前播放的音频文件的截取操作,对截取的音频文件片段进行重复播放并存储。
优选地,所述控制方法还包含以下过程:再次双击所述功能按键,停 止对所述音频文件片段的播放,恢复对来自耳机外部的终端设备的音频文件或者存储在耳机数据存储卡中的音频文件的播放。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明将截取音频文件的功能附加在耳机中,通过耳机实现对音频文件的截取,操作简单,更加快速便捷;本发明的耳机再带存储器,可以匹配不同类型的智能终端;本发明的耳机所截取的歌曲可以通过蓝牙传输或者读取耳机存储器芯片方式取出来,用作制作铃声等其他用途。本发明节省了智能终端的系统内存,提高了用户体验。

实现本发明的最佳方式
以下结合附图,通过详细说明一个较佳的具体实施例,对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例一
图1为本发明一种截取音频文件的耳机的机械结构示意图;如图1所示,在本实施例中的截取音频文件的耳机,包含以下结构:耳机外壳1,上述耳机外壳的一侧设有入耳式耳塞2,上述入耳式耳塞2的表面覆盖有软膜,其用于保护耳朵不被磨伤,且由于上述入耳式耳塞2本体比较硬,长时间佩戴时,造成用户耳朵有疼痛感,在本实施例中,设置的软膜使用户佩戴耳机时有很好的舒适度且其还能提高播放音频文件的音质,提高用户体验。上述耳机外壳1的另一侧设有功能按键3以及状态指示灯5;所述功能按键3以及 状态指示灯5与所述入耳式耳塞2所在的耳机外壳1的两个表面是相对设置的。在本实施例中,其还设有一USB接口1021,其设置在上述耳机外壳1的底部或底部一侧。
图2为本发明一种截取音频文件的耳机的内部结构模块框图;如图2所示,在本实施例中,该截取音频文件的耳机中的耳机外壳1的内部还设有一主控芯片100;主控芯片采用嵌入式处理器,所述功能按键3对应连接到上述主控芯片100设有的I/O接口;上述主控芯片100连接有电源模块102,通信模块103,指示模块104,检测模块101,截取模块105,存储模块106,数据模块107以及发声模块108。
上述电源模块102用于为上述截取音频文件的耳机供电;如图上述电源模块102进一步包括:充电电池1020与充电电池1020电连接的USB接口1021。
上述充电电池1020与主控芯片100电连接;上述USB接口1021与主控芯片100设有的数据读写端连接,其用于直接为上述耳机供电或者读取上述耳机中所存储的音频文件或者耳机中所截取的音频文件片段。在本实施例中,上述充电电池1020为充电锂电池。上述充电电池1020还可以通过USB接口1021进行充电,同时,USB接口1021还能够直接连接通过数据线连接到电脑上直接下载音乐文件。
上述指示模块104包括上述状态指示灯5,其与上述主控芯片100连接,用于指示当前上述充电电池1020的电量状态,当电量充足的时候,状态指示灯5常亮,当电量不足时,上述状态指示灯5开始闪烁。
图4为本发明一种截取音频文件的耳机的通信模块结构框图,如图4所示,所述通信模块103包括:一蓝牙适配器1030与蓝牙收发器1031;上述蓝牙适配器1030以及蓝牙收发器1031分别与上述主控芯片100连接;上述通信模块103中的蓝牙适配器1030用于与其他蓝牙设备建立通信连接;在本实施例中所述蓝牙设备包含但不限于带有蓝牙的智能手机,平板电脑或笔记本。
上述通信模块103中的蓝牙收发器1031用于进行数据传输,将耳机中所存储的音频文件或音频文件片段向与之连接的蓝牙设备传输,或将上述蓝牙设备中输出音频文件进行存储。
图5为本发明一种截取音频文件的耳机的数据模块结构框图,如图5所示,在本实施例中,上述数据模块107设有音频解码器1071以及与上述音频解码器1071连接的数模转换器1072;上述音频解码器1071与上述主控芯片100连接;上述数模转换器1072与上述发声模块108连接;所述音频解码器1071用于将所述压缩的音频文件进行解码,再将解码后的音频文件发送至上述数模转换器1072,上述数模转换器1072将上述解码后的音频文件转换成模拟电信号。
如图6所示,所述发声模块108进一步包含播控单元1080以及发声单元1081;上述播控单元1080与发声单元1081连接,且分别与上述主控芯片100连接。
上述播控单元1080用于控制当前播放音频文件的播放模式,上述播放模式包含但不限于:随机播放,单曲循环和顺序播放。所述发声单元1081用于将数模转换器1072输出的模拟的音频文件电信号转换成声波信号输出。
如图7所示,上述发生单元1081设置在上述入耳式耳塞2内部;上述发生单元1081包括:互相连接的极片10800、磁铁10811与音圈10812;上述极片10800与上述主控芯片100连接。上述数模转换器1072输出的模拟的音频文件电信号经上述极片10800加到磁铁10811上,通过交变电流产生交变磁场,通过上述音圈10812在上述的交变磁场中感应,产生对应的声波信号,从而实现音乐播放。
如图8所示,上述截取模块105包含一相互连接的获取单元1050与截取单元1051,上述获取单元1050与截取单元1051分别与上述主控芯片100连接;所述获取单元1050用于获取上述检测模块101所检测的功能按键3的状态所述对应的操作命令,当连续按两下上述功能按键3并按住不放时,此时所述功能按键3所处的状态对应的操作命令为截取当前播放的音频文件的片段命令。
上述截取单元1051根据上述获取单元1050所输出的截取命令,开始对当前播放的音频文件进行截取;对音频文件截取时,当前音频文件继续播放,当松开上述功能按键3时,所述获取单元1050从上述检测模块101中获取停止截取当前播放的音频文件的命令。
上述截取单元1051根据上述获取单元1050所输出的停止截取命令,立 即停止截取当前播放的音频文件。所述截取单元1051将其所截取的音频文件片段自动存储至上述存储模块106。
所述发声模块108自动以单曲循环模式对当前所述截取单元1051所截取的音频文件片段进行播放。
当再次快速按两次功能按键后,所述检测模块101发送停止播放当前播放的音频文件片段的命令,上述发声模块108执行所述检测模块101发出的命令,停止对当前播放的音频文件片段的播放,且正常播放整个音频文件。
基于实施例一,本发明还公开了一种截取音乐的耳机的控制方法:包含以下过程:
在本实施例中,耳机中的通信模块103设有的蓝牙适配器1030与智能手机建立通信连接;通过智能手机设有的播放音乐按键或者通过快速双击耳机上设有的功能按键3触发智能手机中所存储的音频文件进行播放;所述检测模块101检测上述功能按键3当前所处的状态并匹配对应的命令,对应上述命令的模块执行。
当连续触发两次功能按键3,且按住不放时;所述检测模块10发送截取命令;所述截取模块105中的获取单元1050获取所述截取命令并触发所述截取模块105中的截取单元1051对当前正在播放的音频文件进行截取。
当连续松开功能按键3时;所述检测模块10发送停止截取命令;所述截取模块105中的获取单元1050获取所述截取命令并触发所述截取模块105中的截取单元1051对当前正在播放的音频文件进行停止截取。
此时,将上述截取单元1051所截取的音频文件片段输送至存储模块106中进行存储。通过耳机中设有的发声模块108对上述音频文件片段进行重复播放。
当再次快速双击上述功能按键3时,所述检测模块10发送停止播放上述音频文件片段的命令,此时,耳机中设有的发声模块108停止对上述音频文件片段进行重复播放,同时,上述发声模块108设有的播控单元1080切换至播放智能手机中存储的音频文件的模式,即发声模块108对智能手机中存储的每一个音频文件进行完整播放。
实施例二
基于实施例一所述的截取音频文件的耳机,所述耳机外壳1的一侧还设 有一SD卡槽4,所述数据模块107进一步设有一数据存储卡1070,上述数据存储卡1070为与所述SD卡槽4相匹配的存储卡,当使用时,将其插入至所述SD卡槽4内,与所述主控芯片100连接;通过设置主控芯片100,所述耳机设有的发声模块108可以直接对存储在所述数据存储卡1070中的音频文件进行播放。
基于实施例二中所述的截取音频文件的耳机,本发明还公开了一种截取音频文件的耳机的控制方法,包含以下过程:
在SD卡槽4中插入所述数据存储卡1070。
通过快速双击耳机上设有的功能按键3触发所述数据存储卡1070所存储的音频文件进行播放;所述检测模块101检测上述功能按键3当前所处的状态并匹配对应的命令,对应上述命令的模块执行。
当连续触发两次功能按键3,且按住不放时;所述检测模块10发送截取命令;所述截取模块105中的获取单元1050获取所述截取命令并触发所述截取模块105中的截取单元1051对当前正在播放的音频文件进行截取。
当连续松开功能按键3时;所述检测模块10发送停止截取命令;所述截取模块105中的获取单元1050获取所述截取命令并触发所述截取模块105中的截取单元1051对当前正在播放的音频文件进行停止截取。
此时,将上述截取单元1051所截取的音频文件片段输送至存储模块106中进行存储。通过耳机中设有的发声模块108对上述音频文件片段进行重复播放。
当再次快速双击上述功能按键3时,所述检测模块10发送停止播放上述音频文件片段的命令,此时,耳机中设有的发声模块108停止对上述音频文件片段进行重复播放,同时,上述发声模块108设有的播控单元1080切换至播放数据存储卡1070中存储的音频文件的模式,即发声模块108对数据存储卡1070中存储的每一个音频文件进行正常的完整播放。
实施例三
基于实施例二所述的截取音频文件的耳机,所述耳机包含主耳机与副耳机,所述主耳机包含:如上文实施例二所述的耳机,且其耳机外壳1的一侧还设有一数据线,上述数据线一端与所述主控芯片100连接;当需要使用耳机时,通过将数据线的另一端连接至智能终端,在本实施例中,所述智能终 端包含但不限于,智能手机,平板电脑,计算机与笔记本;所述耳机设有的发声模块108可以直接对存储在通过上述数据线所连接的智能终端中所存储的音频文件进行播放。
所述副耳机还设有蓝牙接收模块,其接收上述主耳机中设有的蓝牙收发器1031发送的当前播放的音频文件数据并控制其设置在副耳机中发生单元对上述音频文件数据进行播放。
基于实施例三中所述的截取音频文件的耳机,本发明还公开了一种截取音频文件的耳机的控制方法,包含以下过程:
通过数据线将上述耳机与存储有音频文件的智能终端连接。
通过快速双击主耳机上设有的功能按键3触发所述主耳机与副耳机设有的发声模块对所述智能终端所存储的音频文件进行播放;主耳机上设有的所述检测模块101检测上述功能按键3当前所处的状态并匹配对应的命令,对应上述命令的模块执行。
当连续触发两次功能按键3,且按住不放时;所述检测模块10发送截取命令;主耳机上设有的所述截取模块105中的获取单元1050获取所述截取命令并触发所述截取模块105中的截取单元1051对当前正在播放的音频文件进行截取。
当连续松开功能按键3时;所述检测模块10发送停止截取命令;所述截取模块105中的获取单元1050获取所述截取命令并触发所述截取模块105中的截取单元1051对当前正在播放的音频文件进行停止截取。
此时,将上述截取单元1051所截取的音频文件片段输送至存储模块106中进行存储。通过主耳机与副耳机中设有的发声模块108对上述音频文件片段进行重复播放。
当再次快速双击上述功能按键3时,所述检测模块10发送停止播放上述音频文件片段的命令,此时,主耳机与副耳机中设有的发声模块停止对上述音频文件片段进行重复播放,同时,上述主耳机设有的播控单元1080切换至播放智能终端中存储的音频文件的模式,即主耳机与副耳机设有的发声模块对智能终端中存储的每一个音频文件进行正常的完整播放。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方

Claims (10)

  1. 一种截取音频文件的耳机,包含:
    耳机壳体,设置在所述耳机壳体外部一侧的入耳式耳塞;设置在所述耳机壳体外部另一侧的至少一个功能按键,其特征在于,
    所述耳机内还设有主控芯片,所述功能按键与所述主控芯片连接;
    所述主控芯片连接有检测模块,截取模块和存储模块;
    所述主控芯片控制检测模块检测当前所述功能按键的操作方式,并根据所述功能按键的操作方式对应匹配控制命令向主控芯片反馈,以及驱使所述耳机进行相应的操作;
    所述截取模块用于获取主控芯片输出的对当前播放的音频文件进行截取的控制命令,并执行所述截取音频文件的控制命令,直至获取到停止截取当前播放的音频文件的控制命令并执行;
    所述存储模块用于存储所述截取模块截取的音频文件片段。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的截取音频文件的耳机,其特征在于,
    所述耳机还设有为所述耳机供电的电源模块,所述电源模块包含:充电电池,以及与所述充电电池连接的USB接口,所述充电电池通过所述USB接口进行充电;所述USB接口还与所述主控芯片的数据读写端连接,读取所述存储模块所存储的音频文件数据。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的截取音频文件的耳机,其特征在于,
    所述耳机还设有至少一个状态指示灯,其设置在所述耳机壳体上且与所述主控芯片连接;
    用于指示当前耳机用电量状态。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的截取音频文件的耳机,其特征在于,
    所述耳机还设有通信模块,其与所述主控芯片连接,用于使耳机与智能终端通过有线或无线的方式建立通信;
    所述通信模块包含:蓝牙适配器,蓝牙收发器以及数据线;所述蓝牙适配器用于以无线的方式与其他设有蓝牙设备智能终端建立通信连接;所述数据线用于通过有线的方式与所述智能终端建立通信连接;
    所述蓝牙收发器用于通过无线的方式将所述存储模块中的音频文件数据进行传输。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的截取音频文件的耳机,其特征在于,
    所述耳机还设有一数据模块,其包括音频解码器以及与所述音频解码器连接的数模转换器;所述音频解码器与所述主控芯片连接;所述音频解码器用于将待播放的音频文件进行解码,再将解码后的音频文件发送至所述数模转换器,所述数模转换器将所述解码后的音频文件转换成模拟电信号并发送。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的截取音频文件的耳机,其特征在于,
    所述耳机还设有一发声模块,其包括用于控制当前播放音频文件的播放模式的播控单元,发声单元,其用于将所述数模转换器输出的模拟的音频文件电信号转换成声波信号输出;

    所述耳机外壳的一侧还设有一SD卡槽,以及与所述SD卡槽相匹配的存储有音频文件数据的数据存储卡,将其插入至所述SD卡槽内,与所述主控芯片连接;所述主控芯片控制所述耳机设有的发声模块直接对存储在所述数据存储卡中的音频文件进行播放,且控制截取模块对当前播放的音频文件进行截取。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的截取音频文件的耳机,其特征在于,
    当连续双击所述功能按键且不松开时,所述检测模块匹配的控制命令为开始对当前播放的音频文件进行截取;
    当松开所述功能按键时,所述检测模块匹配的控制命令为停止对当前播放的音频文件的截取,并重复播放所截取的音频文件的片段;
    当再次双击所述功能按键时,所述检测模块匹配的控制命令为恢复对当前播放的音频文件的完整播放。
  9. 一种基于权利要求1~8中任意一项所述的截取音频文件的耳机的控制方法,其特征在于,包含以下过程:单击功能按键,对来自耳机外部的终端设 备的音频文件或者存储在耳机数据存储卡中的音频文件进行播放;
    双击所述功能按键并按住不放,开始对当前播放的音频文件进行截取;
    松开所述功能按键,停止对当前播放的音频文件的截取操作;
    对截取的音频文件片段进行重复播放并存储。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的截取音频文件的耳机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包含以下过程:再次双击所述功能按键,停止对所述音频文件片段的播放,恢复对来自耳机外部的终端设备的音频文件或者存储在耳机数据存储卡中的音频文件的播放。
