Description
本发明涉及一种考勤系统及方法,具体是指一种采用GPS定位技术且基于智能移动终端的考勤系统及方法。
考勤管理是企业事业单位对员工出勤进行考察管理的一种管理制度,包括是否迟到早退,有无旷工请假等。更具体而言,包括排班管理、请假管理(带薪年假、事假、病假管理)、补卡管理、加班申请管理、日出勤处理、月出勤汇总等等。
目前,各大企业使用的比较多的是指纹考勤机,打卡机,人力资源管理软件等。而其中的大部分企业已经依据各自的考勤管理办法或者考勤管理制度研发出对应的软件考勤系统对员工的考勤进行系统管理。该软件考勤系统是企业管理中最基本的管理,其中汇总的数据包括员工的工作日、上下班时间,请假、加班、出差、外出等考勤信息,考勤管理人员每月需要向主管和财务提供员工的上述考勤信息,包括迟到、请假、加班、早退、旷工等,以备主管对员工的绩效,财务对员工的工资进行确定。
因此,考勤系统是管理公司的员工的上下班考勤记录等相关情况的管理系统,是考勤软件与考勤硬件的结合,一般为HR部门使用,掌握并管理企业的员工出勤动态。
现有技术中,各企业主要是采用上下班打卡的考勤制度,即员工每天上班时打卡一次,下班时再打卡一次;当然也已经出现一些比较先进的方案,比如,采用手机打卡,此方案使用一张手机卡代替了传统的考勤卡,即一卡多用,从而降低了成本。但是,不论是传统的打卡系统,还是较为先进的手机打卡系统,都不能解决代打卡与员工忘记打卡等现象所暴露的问题,这给企业与员工都带来了不便。
因此,后续又不断的提出脸部识别或指纹识别等考勤方法,在提高人员识别准确度的同时,可有效防止代打卡的情况发生。但是,上述种种考勤方法,不论是上班还是下班,都需要员工到达考勤装置所在的固定地点进行考勤操作,考勤流程不够简化,工作效率较低,当单位员工较多时,在上下班高峰时段容易出现拥挤,大大浪费了员工的时间。
因此,本发明考虑提出一种采用GPS定位技术的考勤系统及方法。所述的GPS是Global Positioning System,即全球定位系统的简称。在20世纪70年代,美国陆海空三军
联合研制了新一代卫星定位系统GPS。主要目的是为陆海空三大领域提供实时、全天候和全球性的导航服务,并用于情报搜集、核爆监测和应急通讯等一些军事目的。之后又经过20余年的研究实验,到1994年为止,全球覆盖率高达98%的24颗GPS卫星己布设完成。时至今日,GPS已经成为全方位、全天候、全时段、高精度的卫星导航系统,能为全球用户提供低成本、高精度的三维位置、速度和精确定时等导航信息,是卫星通信技术在导航领域的应用典范,极大地提高了地球社会的信息化水平,有力地推动了数字经济的发展。
GPS可以提供车辆定位、防盗、反劫、行驶路线监控及呼叫指挥等功能,并且已经广泛应用于各行各业,主要基于其具有的以下特点:
全球全天候定位:GPS卫星的分布数目较多,且分布均匀,保证了地球上任何地方任何时间至少可以同时观测到4颗GPS卫星,确保实现全球全天候连续不断的导航定位服务;
定位精度高:应用实践已经证明,GPS相对定位精度在50km以内可达到10~6m,在100~500km以内可达到10~7m,在1000km以上仍然可达到10~9m;
观测时间短:随着GPS系统的不断完善,20km以内的相对静态定位,仅需15~20分钟;而对于快速静态相对定位测量时,当每个流动站与基准站相距在15km以内时,流动站观测时间只需1~2分钟;如果采取实时动态定位模式时,观测仅需几秒钟;因此使用GPS定位技术可大大提高定位效率;
测站间无需通视:GPS测量只要求上空开阔,不要求测站之间互相通视,因而不再需要建造觇标,既可大大减少测量工作的经费和时间,同时也使选点工作变得非常灵活,并且操作简便;
可提供全球统一的三维地心坐标:GPS测量可同时精确测定测站平面位置和大地高程;并且,GPS定位是在全球统一的WGS-84坐标系统中计算的,因此全球不同地点的测量结果是相互关联的。
综合上述GPS的各项特点,本发明考虑将GPS技术应用于考勤系统,提出一种新型的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统及方法,以解决现有的考勤系统所存在的缺点和限制。
发明的公开
本发明的目的是提供一种基于智能移动终端的考勤系统及方法,能提高考勤效率,防止遗忘考勤的问题,杜绝相互间代为考勤的行为。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种基于智能移动终端的考勤系统,由安装在各个智能移动终端上的考勤客户端、以及设置在单位服务器上的考勤管理端组成;其中,每个所述的考勤客户端包含:位置定位模块,确定持有智能移动终端的员工当前所处的位置信息,判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;背景定位模块,采集员工当前所处位置的背景信息,进一步判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;特征定位模块,采集员工的生物特征信息,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;所述的考勤管理端分别与位置定位模块、背景定位模块以及特征定位模块通过无线通信网络连接,接收获取的考勤信息,进行数据汇总和记录存储。
所述的位置定位模块包含:GPS定位单元,采用GPS定位技术获取智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标;第一存储单元,存储单位所在区域的位置范围信息,作为预先设定的考勤范围;位置比较单元,分别与GPS定位单元、第一存储单元以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标与单位所在的位置范围信息进行比较,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
所述的背景定位模块包含:图片采集单元,通过用智能移动终端拍摄当前所处位置的背景图片;第二存储单元,存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片;图片比较单元,分别与图片采集单元、第二存储单元以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端拍摄得到的当前所处位置的背景图片与第二存储单元中存储的标志物图片进行匹配,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
所述的特征定位模块包含:特征采集单元,通过智能移动终端采集员工的生物特征信息,包括人脸、指纹或声音;第三存储单元,存储持有该智能移动终端的员工的生物特征信息;特征比较单元,分别与特征采集单元、第三存储单元以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端采集到的员工的生物特征信息与第三存储单元中存储的员工的生物特征信息进行匹配,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
所述的考勤管理端包含:信息接收模块,分别与各个考勤客户端的位置比较单元、图片比较单元以及特征比较单元连接,通过无线通信网络接收单位全部员工基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息;信息判断模块,与信息接收模块连接,根据接收到的考勤信息,判断员工当前考勤是否成功;信息记录模块,与信息判断模块连接,保存单位全部员工的考勤记录和考勤时间。
本发明还提供一种基于智能移动终端的考勤方法,采用上述的考勤系统实现,包含以下步骤:
S1、在员工持有的智能移动终端上安装考勤客户端,其通过无线通信网络与设置在单位服务器上的考勤管理端连接;
S2、考勤客户端的位置定位模块确定持有智能移动终端的员工当前所处的位置信息,判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;
S3、考勤客户端的背景定位模块采集员工当前所处位置的背景信息,进一步判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;
S4、考勤客户端的特征定位模块采集员工的生物特征信息,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;
S5、考勤管理端分别接收由位置定位模块、背景定位模块以及特征定位模块获取的考勤信息,进行数据汇总和记录存储。
所述的S2中,具体包含以下步骤:
S21、在第一存储单元中存储单位所在区域的位置范围信息,作为预先设定的考勤范围;
S22、GPS定位单元采用GPS定位技术获取智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标;
S23、位置比较单元将智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标与单位所在的位置范围信息进行比较,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
所述的S3中,具体包含以下步骤:
S31、在第二存储单元中存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片;
S32、图片采集单元通过智能移动终端拍摄当前所处位置的背景图片;
S33、图片比较单元将智能移动终端拍摄得到的当前所处位置的背景图片与第二存储单元中存储的标志物图片进行匹配,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
所述的S4中,具体包含以下步骤:
S41、在第三存储单元中存储持有该智能移动终端的员工的生物特征信息,包括人脸、指纹或声音;
S42、特征采集单元通过智能移动终端采集员工的生物特征信息;
S43、特征比较单元将智能移动终端采集到的员工的生物特征信息与第三存储单元中存储的员工的生物特征信息进行匹配,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
所述的S5中,具体包含以下步骤:
S51、信息接收模块通过无线通信网络接收单位全部员工基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息;
S52、信息判断模块根据接收到的考勤信息,判断员工当前考勤是否成功;
当信息判断模块同时收到基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明是员工本人当前在考勤范围内进行的考勤操作,则判断该员工上班考勤成功;
当信息判断模块仅收到基于位置坐标的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明当前未在考勤范围内,则判断该员工下班考勤成功;
S53、信息记录模块保存单位全部员工的考勤记录和考勤时间。
综上所述,本发明提供的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统及方法,充分利用了无线网络通信技术和智能移动终端的性能优势,不需要员工到达考勤装置所在的特定位置进行考勤操作,且可以多人同时进行,不仅提高了考勤效率,而且可有效防止遗忘打卡的问题。另外,由于本发明具有极高的员工识别度,因此可有效杜绝同事之间代为打卡的不诚实行为。

如图1所示,为本发明提供的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统的结构示意图。所述的考勤系统由安装在各个智能移动终端上的考勤客户端、以及设置在单位服务器上的考勤管理端组成。具体来说,所述的考勤客户端是安装在智能移动终端上的APP(应用程序,Application),用于实时获取持有该智能移动终端的员工的考勤信息;每个考勤客户端可以通过无线通信网络(包括Wifi或蓝牙等)连接至所述的考勤管理端,并将实时获取的考勤信息发送至该考勤管理端进行数据汇总和记录存储。其中,所述的智能移动终端一般是指智能手机、平板电脑、智能可穿戴设备(包括智能手表或智能手环)等。
如图2所示,为本发明中的考勤客户端的结构示意图。每个所述的考勤客户端具体包含:位置定位模块1,与所述的考勤管理端通过无线通信网络连接,确定持有智能移动终端的员工当前所处的位置信息,判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内,并将判断结果发送至考勤客户端;背景定位模块2,与所述的考勤管理端通过无线通信网络连接,采集员工当前所处位置的背景信息,进一步判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内,并将判断结果发送至考勤客户端;特征定位模块3,与所述的考勤管理端通过无线通信网络连接,采集员工的生物特征信息,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人,并将判断结果发送至考勤客户端。
如图3所示,为本发明中的位置定位模块的结构示意图。所述的位置定位模块1具体
包含:GPS定位单元11,采用GPS定位技术获取智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标;第一存储单元12,其中存储单位所在区域的位置范围信息,作为预先设定的考勤范围;位置比较单元13,分别与所述的GPS定位单元11、第一存储单元12以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标与单位所在的位置范围信息进行比较,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内,并将判断结果作为考勤信息发送至考勤管理端。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在第一存储单元12中存储单位所在区域的中心位置坐标,并且在第一存储单元12中存储预设的距离阈值,因此也就是将以单位中心位置为圆心,以距离阈值为半径得到的圆所覆盖的区域作为设定的考勤范围;位置比较单元13计算智能移动终端当前所处的位置A与单位所在区域的中心位置B之间的直线距离,并判断该直线距离是否小于等于预设的距离阈值;如是,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围这个区域之内;如否,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围这个区域之外。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中,在第一存储单元12中存储单位所在区域的全部位置坐标,作为考勤范围判定的位置信息数据库;位置比较单元13将智能移动终端当前所处的位置A一一与第一存储单元12中存储的位置坐标进行比较;当找到第一存储单元12中存在与位置A相同的位置坐标时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围这个区域之内;当未找到第一存储单元12中存在与位置A相同的位置坐标时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围这个区域之外。
总所周知,由于GPS定位技术在室内会降低其定位精度,并且由于目前有绝大部分公司是设立在鳞次栉比的商务楼里,在该商务楼所处的位置区域内,可能同时有几十家公司存在,此时,对于GPS的定位精度就要求更高了。为了能够有效减少GPS定位的误差,本发明进一步设置背景定位模块,在基于GPS的基础定位之上,进一步进行单位实地背景的验证。
如图4所示,为本发明中的背景定位模块的结构示意图。所述的背景定位模块2具体包含:图片采集单元21,可利用智能移动终端自带的摄像头拍摄当前所处位置的背景图片;第二存储单元22,其中存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片;图片比较单元23,分别与所述的图片采集单元21、第二存储单元22以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端拍摄得到的当前所处位置的背景图片与第二存储单元22中存储的标志物图片进行匹配,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内,并将判断结果作为考勤信息发送至考勤管理端。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在第二存储单元22中存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片,例如包括公司前台、员工办公室布置、会议室布置、茶水间布置、各个领导
办公室布置、生产车间布置、实验室布置、甚至可以是厂区内的个性雕塑等等;员工在采用图片采集单元21拍摄背景图片时,需要选择其中最近最方便的一个标志物进行拍摄;图片比较单元23将智能移动终端拍摄得到的背景图片一一与第二存储单元22中存储的标志物图片进行比较,当找到第二存储单元22中存在与背景图片相匹配的标志物图片时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围这个区域之内;当未找到第二存储单元22中存在与背景图片相匹配的标志物图片时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围这个区域之内。
进一步,为了提高图片在匹配时的准确性,对于每个标志物,可在第二存储单元22中存储多张不同角度、不同光线的图片,从而使得无论是在何种天气情况下、或者是在何种角度拍摄到的背景图片,图片比较单元23都能够顺利准确的从第二存储单元22中找到匹配的标志物图片,简化员工考勤的操作,并有效减少错误判断的可能性,使得考勤流程快速简便。
如图5所示,为本发明中的特征定位模块的结构示意图。所述的特征定位模块3具体包含:特征采集单元31,可通过智能移动终端采集员工的生物特征信息;第三存储单元32,其中存储持有该智能移动终端的员工的生物特征信息;特征比较单元33,分别与所述的特征采集单元31、第三存储单元32以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端采集到的员工的生物特征信息与第三存储单元32中存储的员工的生物特征信息进行匹配,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人,并将判断结果作为考勤信息发送至考勤管理端。
在本发明的第一个优选实施例中,在第三存储单元32中存储该名员工的脸部特写照片;当然,为了提高人脸识别的准确性,可以存储该员工不同角度、不同光线、甚至素颜或带妆状态下的多张脸部特写照片;员工将智能移动终端自带的摄像头作为特征采集单元31,为自己拍摄一张脸部自拍照;特征比较单元33将拍摄的脸部自拍照一一与第三存储单元32中存储的脸部特写照片进行比较,通过人脸识别技术判断照片中的是否为同一个人;如是,则说明其确实为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;如否,则说明其并非为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
在本发明的第二个优选实施例中,在第三存储单元32中存储该名员工的指纹信息;当然,为了提高指纹识别的准确性,可以存储该员工多个不同手指的指纹信息;员工将智能移动终端自带的指纹识别按钮作为特征采集单元31来输入指纹信息;特征比较单元33将输入的指纹信息一一与第三存储单元32中存储的指纹信息进行比较,通过指纹识别技术判断是否为同一个人;如是,则说明其确实为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;如否,
则说明其并非为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
在本发明的第三个优选实施例中,在第三存储单元32中存储该名员工的声音信息;当然,为了提高指纹识别的准确性,可以存储该员工在不同地点、不同环境中录制的多条声音信息;员工将智能移动终端自带的麦克风作为特征采集单元31来输入声音信息(当前输入的内容可与预先录制的内容一致,以便于声纹的识别);特征比较单元33将输入的声音信息一一与第三存储单元32中存储的声音信息进行比较,通过声纹识别技术判断是否为同一个人;如是,则说明其确实为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;如否,则说明其并非为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
如图6所示,为本发明中的考勤管理端的结构示意图。所述的考勤管理端具体包含:信息接收模块4,分别与各个考勤客户端的位置比较单元13、图片比较单元23以及特征比较单元33连接,通过无线通信网络接收单位全部员工基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息;信息判断模块5,与所述的信息接收模块4连接,根据接收到的考勤信息,判断员工当前考勤是否成功;当同时收到基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明是员工本人当前在考勤范围内进行的考勤操作,则判断该员工上班考勤成功;当仅收到基于位置坐标的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明当前未在考勤范围内,则判断该员工下班考勤成功;信息记录模块6,与所述的信息判断模块5连接,保存单位全部员工的考勤记录和考勤时间。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统还包含数据传输模块,由设置在各个考勤客户端的二维码生成单元、以及设置在考勤管理端的二维码解码单元构成。其中,每个所述的二维码生成单元分别与位置比较单元13、图片比较单元23以及特征比较单元33连接,将接收到的基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息生成对应的二维码,并通过无线通信网络发送至考勤管理端的二维码解码单元。所述的二维码解码单元与信息接收模块4连接,对接收到的二维码进行解码,并将解码后得到的基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息发送至信息接收模块4。利用二维码技术进行信息传输,能有效减少传输的数据大小,提高传输效率。
如图7所示,为本发明提供的基于智能移动终端的考勤方法的流程图,其采用上述的考勤系统实现,包含以下步骤:
S1、在员工持有的智能移动终端上安装考勤客户端,其通过无线通信网络与设置在单位服务器上的考勤管理端连接;
S2、考勤客户端的位置定位模块1确定持有智能移动终端的员工当前所处的位置信
息,判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;
S3、考勤客户端的背景定位模块2采集员工当前所处位置的背景信息,进一步判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;
S4、考勤客户端的特征定位模块3采集员工的生物特征信息,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;
S5、考勤管理端分别接收由位置定位模块1、背景定位模块2以及特征定位模块3获取的考勤信息,进行数据汇总和记录存储。
所述的S2中,具体包含以下步骤:
S21、在第一存储单元12中存储单位所在区域的位置范围信息,作为预先设定的考勤范围;
S22、GPS定位单元11采用GPS定位技术获取智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标;
S23、位置比较单元13将智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标与单位所在的位置范围信息进行比较,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内,并将判断结果作为考勤信息发送至考勤管理端。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在第一存储单元12中存储单位所在区域的中心位置坐标,并且在第一存储单元12中存储预设的距离阈值;位置比较单元13计算智能移动终端当前所处的位置A与单位所在区域的中心位置B之间的直线距离,并判断该直线距离是否小于等于预设的距离阈值;如是,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围之内;如否,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围之外。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中,在第一存储单元12中存储单位所在区域的全部位置坐标,作为考勤范围判定的位置信息数据库;位置比较单元13将智能移动终端当前所处的位置A一一与第一存储单元12中存储的位置坐标进行比较;当找到第一存储单元12中存在与位置A相同的位置坐标时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围之内;当未找到第一存储单元12中存在与位置A相同的位置坐标时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围之外。
所述的S3中,具体包含以下步骤:
S31、在第二存储单元22中存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片;
S32、图片采集单元21通过智能移动终端自带的摄像头拍摄当前所处位置的背景图片;
S33、图片比较单元23将智能移动终端拍摄得到的当前所处位置的背景图片与第二
存储单元22中存储的标志物图片进行匹配,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内,并将判断结果作为考勤信息发送至考勤管理端。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在第二存储单元22中存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片,例如包括公司前台、员工办公室布置、会议室布置、茶水间布置、各个领导办公室布置、生产车间布置、实验室布置、甚至可以是厂区内的个性雕塑等等;并且对于每个标志物,可存储多张不同角度、不同光线的图片;员工在采用图片采集单元21拍摄背景图片时,需要选择其中最近最方便的一个标志物进行拍摄;图片比较单元23将智能移动终端拍摄得到的背景图片一一与第二存储单元22中存储的标志物图片进行比较,当找到第二存储单元22中存在与背景图片相匹配的标志物图片时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围之内;当未找到第二存储单元22中存在与背景图片相匹配的标志物图片时,则说明智能移动终端目前处在考勤范围之内。
所述的S4中,具体包含以下步骤:
S41、在第三存储单元32中存储持有该智能移动终端的员工的生物特征信息;
S42、特征采集单元31通过智能移动终端采集员工的生物特征信息;
S43、特征比较单元33将智能移动终端采集到的员工的生物特征信息与第三存储单元32中存储的员工的生物特征信息进行匹配,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人,并将判断结果作为考勤信息发送至考勤管理端。
这里所提到的生物特征,可以是人脸、指纹或声音,可分别通过智能移动终端的摄像头、指纹识别按钮以及麦克风采集到;并且分别通过人脸识别技术、指纹识别技术以及声纹识别技术来判断是否为同一个人,从而完成生物特征的验证。
如图8所示,为本发明中的S5考勤管理端的操作步骤的流程图,具体包含以下步骤:
S51、信息接收模块4通过无线通信网络接收单位全部员工基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息;
S52、信息判断模块5根据接收到的考勤信息,判断员工当前考勤是否成功;
当信息判断模块5同时收到基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明是员工本人当前在考勤范围内进行的考勤操作,则判断该员工上班考勤成功;否则,判断该员工上班考勤失败;
当信息判断模块5仅收到基于位置坐标的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明当前未在考勤范围内,则判断该员工下班考勤成功;
S53、信息记录模块6保存单位全部员工的考勤记录和考勤时间。
以下通过几个具体实施例,进一步更好的说明本发明提供的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统及方法。
具体实施例1:员工A为设立在商务楼中的某广告公司的员工,其早上在达到商务楼并等待电梯时,进行考勤操作。虽然GPS定位验证了其位于考勤范围内,并且生物特征验证(脸部识别)也表明确是其本人,但是由于该员工A尚未到达公司楼层,没有提供匹配的公司内部的标志物图片,所以其上班考勤操作失败。
具体实施例2:员工B为设立在商务楼中的某广告公司的员工,其早上在达到商务楼并坐电梯达到公司楼层后,进行考勤操作。同一时间,GPS定位验证了其位于考勤范围内;并且该员工B拍摄了公司前台的标志物图片,通过了背景验证;以及生物特征验证(指纹识别)也表明确是其本人,所以其上班考勤操作成功。
从上述两个实施例能够看出,同时设置GPS定位验证以及单位背景验证,能够有效提升考勤系统对于实时考勤位置的识别能力。
具体实施例3:员工C为设立在郊区某工厂的员工,其早上在到达厂区后,碰到员工D,由于员工C要去工厂食堂买早餐,因此员工C将其持有的手机交给了员工D,让员工D到达工厂车间进行考勤操作。虽然GPS定位验证了其位于考勤范围内,并且背景验证(提交了工厂车间的标志物照片)也确定了其位于考勤范围内,但是生物特征验证(声音识别)失败,其分辨出员工D与员工C的声音信息不一致。因此,最终员工C的上班考勤操作失败。
从上述这个实施例能够看出,设置生物特征验证,能够有效防止同事间代为打卡考勤的不诚实行为。
具体实施例4:员工E为设立在郊区某工厂的员工,其晚上加班后,直接离开了工厂厂区。此时GPS定位验证了其已经离开考勤范围,并且同一时间,没有收到背景验证和生物特征验证的信息,因此员工E下班考勤操作成功。
从上述这个实施例能够看出,对于上班已经非常忙碌,而下班经常忘记打卡的员工来说,能够有效防止忘记打卡的情况发生,特别是对于加班后忘记打卡的员工,将不会再发生无法计算加班费的情况。
综上所述,本发明所提供的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统及方法,充分利用了无线网络通信技术和智能移动终端的性能优势,不需要员工到达考勤装置所在的特定位置进行考勤操作,且可以多人同时进行,不仅提高了考勤效率,而且可有效防止遗忘打卡的问题。另外,由于本发明具有极高的员工识别度,因此可有效杜绝同事之间代为打卡的不诚实行
为。

Claims (10)
- 一种基于智能移动终端的考勤系统,由安装在各个智能移动终端上的考勤客户端、以及设置在单位服务器上的考勤管理端组成;其特征在于:每个所述的考勤客户端包含:位置定位模块,确定持有智能移动终端的员工当前所处的位置信息,判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;背景定位模块,采集员工当前所处位置的背景信息,进一步判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;特征定位模块,采集员工的生物特征信息,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;所述的考勤管理端分别与位置定位模块、背景定位模块以及特征定位模块通过无线通信网络连接,接收获取的考勤信息,进行数据汇总和记录存储。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统,其特征在于,所述的位置定位模块包含:GPS定位单元,采用GPS定位技术获取智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标;第一存储单元,存储单位所在区域的位置范围信息,作为预先设定的考勤范围;位置比较单元,分别与GPS定位单元、第一存储单元以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标与单位所在的位置范围信息进行比较,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
- 如权利要求2所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统,其特征在于,所述的背景定位模块包含:图片采集单元,通过用智能移动终端拍摄当前所处位置的背景图片;第二存储单元,存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片;图片比较单元,分别与图片采集单元、第二存储单元以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端拍摄得到的当前所处位置的背景图片与第二存储单元中存储的标志物图片进行匹配,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
- 如权利要求3所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统,其特征在于,所述的特征定位模块包含:特征采集单元,通过智能移动终端采集员工的生物特征信息,包括人脸、指纹或声音;第三存储单元,存储持有该智能移动终端的员工的生物特征信息;特征比较单元,分别与特征采集单元、第三存储单元以及考勤管理端连接,将智能移动终端采集到的员工的生物特征信息与第三存储单元中存储的员工的生物特征信息进行匹配,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
- 如权利要求4所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤系统,其特征在于,所述的考勤管理端包含:信息接收模块,分别与各个考勤客户端的位置比较单元、图片比较单元以及特征比较单元连接,通过无线通信网络接收单位全部员工基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息;信息判断模块,与信息接收模块连接,根据接收到的考勤信息,判断员工当前考勤是否成功;信息记录模块,与信息判断模块连接,保存单位全部员工的考勤记录和考勤时间。
- 一种基于智能移动终端的考勤方法,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的考勤系统实现,包含以下步骤:S1、在员工持有的智能移动终端上安装考勤客户端,其通过无线通信网络与设置在单位服务器上的考勤管理端连接;S2、考勤客户端的位置定位模块确定持有智能移动终端的员工当前所处的位置信息,判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;S3、考勤客户端的背景定位模块采集员工当前所处位置的背景信息,进一步判断其是否位于预先设定的考勤范围内;S4、考勤客户端的特征定位模块采集员工的生物特征信息,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人;S5、考勤管理端分别接收由位置定位模块、背景定位模块以及特征定位模块获取的考勤信息,进行数据汇总和记录存储。
- 如权利要求6所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤方法,其特征在于,所述的S2中,具体包含以下步骤:S21、在第一存储单元中存储单位所在区域的位置范围信息,作为预先设定的考勤范围;S22、GPS定位单元采用GPS定位技术获取智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标;S23、位置比较单元将智能移动终端当前所处的位置坐标与单位所在的位置范围信息进行比较,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
- 如权利要求7所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤方法,其特征在于,所述的S3中,具体包含以下步骤:S31、在第二存储单元中存储位于单位不同位置的各个标志物图片;S32、图片采集单元通过智能移动终端拍摄当前所处位置的背景图片;S33、图片比较单元将智能移动终端拍摄得到的当前所处位置的背景图片与第二存储单元中存储的标志物图片进行匹配,判断其是否位于预设的考勤范围内。
- 如权利要求8所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤方法,其特征在于,所述的S4中,具体包含以下步骤:S41、在第三存储单元中存储持有该智能移动终端的员工的生物特征信息,包括人脸、指纹或声音;S42、特征采集单元通过智能移动终端采集员工的生物特征信息;S43、特征比较单元将智能移动终端采集到的员工的生物特征信息与第三存储单元中存储的员工的生物特征信息进行匹配,判断其是否为持有该智能移动终端的员工本人。
- 如权利要求9所述的基于智能移动终端的考勤方法,其特征在于,所述的S5中,具体包含以下步骤:S51、信息接收模块通过无线通信网络接收单位全部员工基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息;S52、信息判断模块根据接收到的考勤信息,判断员工当前考勤是否成功;当信息判断模块同时收到基于位置坐标、背景图片以及生物特征的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明是员工本人当前在考勤范围内进行的考勤操作,则判断该员工上班考勤成功;当信息判断模块仅收到基于位置坐标的考勤信息,且考勤信息表明当前未在考勤范围内,则判断该员工下班考勤成功;S53、信息记录模块保存单位全部员工的考勤记录和考勤时间。
