Abstract

A monolithic wave metal roof sheet with a more efficient, effective and quality crimps (1), wherein both the right end and the left end (2, 2) of the metal root sheet (1) is crimped with a number of crimps (2a, 2b) to form a list plank (2, 2' ) and at the center is also crimped with a number of crimps (3') so as to form an integrated ridge (3)., the list plank (2, 2' ) and the ridqe (3) form an integrated monolith wave metal roof sheet (1). Thus both left and right ends (2, 2) of the monolithic wave metal roof sheet (1) have a number of crimps forming a list plank (2, 2') and at the center of the monolithic wave metal roof sheet has a number of crimps (3') forming a ridge (3). A monolithic wave metal roof sheet with integrated list plank and ridge or one side of the ridge roof of the other side of the roof is straight and one side of the ridge of the roof of the other side of the flat roof and list plank. All roof that is divided into two sheets can be right or left, can also vice versa. Production of the roof can also be made or produced in the factory when the monolith waves of roof sheet are in length, that allowed them to be transported by truck from the factory to the project site or to the buyer.

A MONOLITHIC WAVE METAL ROOF SHEET WITH CRIMPS
Field Of Invention
The present invention relates to a sheet of monolithic wave metal roofing with crimps forming a list plank and an integrated ridge. A monolithic wave metal roof sheet with crimps forming an integrated list plank and ridge, a metal sheet metal product made of thin, sheet material, the thin metal sheet referred to be made continuously to form a wave roof sheet, which at both ends can be straight without crimps or with crimps (to a certain size) form the list plank and precisely at the center is shrunk to form a ridge. En another applications sheets of metal plates are continuous ly roiied in which the metal roof sheets can be split apart , f-u: example, the first part of the metal roofing sheet on t e right side has a straight or list plank, wh :h e the second p r of the metal roofing sheet '-r: eft " J c tic a ■>; <-· end list plank or straight course, ate vice verse it depends on the desire or condition on the field so as to form a monolithic wave metal roof sheet with crimps to form list plank and integrated ridge. The method for producing a wave metal roof according to the present invention, typically carried out at the site, on the grctmd or on a truck, may even be produced in the factory for a short size.
Background of Invention
The roofing sheet product is mut-'/ u ge : r ,h. u/ , ".·:·., a rooEing sheet product which is done separately. For example a wave metal roof product consists of roofing sheets, mdge sheets, and list plank . sheets . After the roof sheets are instaiiec neatly, then the arum*: :u -v . :us~ -. . v - : ige add List plan;: conducted c r. r " ue uu u. · . .·.·..:: .· roof installation. Similarly, for tr.e tip of ;.·.-.-· rout without list plank or the tip of the straight reef which always causes the flow of water is not oirected properly, so the water drops could be falling out of the drain that has been prepared. Such roof sheet products may cause many problems, among others: the price of the roof becomes expensive because of the additional cost for trie roof tip and roof installation, often there is damage to the roof when the installation of the roof -and ridge tip, and ir. a long time the tip of the roof and ridge can fce damaged rc detachec. due to weather or a continuously wind blowing that can looser, the bond from the end of the roof.
Our roof production system with ID C04.756A, describes a mobile wave roof system production. This rotf production system is a corrugated roof production system which angular position and up-and-down position of the hydra- ; :.b ent ne .is driven by hydraulic, to adjust to the slope angle of the roof and formec over the vehicle and directly onto the roof frame of the building. So the roof is pushed up to one side of the building and then cut and passed to the other side of the building.
Our corrugated metal roofing production system with ID number 011.996A, describes a corrugated tret a". oia':e p r oduc t ion system per formeo frit runt r'"uu -.---us- -:,-.r uiu w; : :· srst r row workspace.
Our patent with ID number 02 .816A, describes a metal corrugated plate for a roof which mci-udes a sheen of metal plate on which the wave is formed in a longitudinal direction, the formation of multiple crimps within a certain intae ir the or reef : -jr. :::.-·■■■--■■·.. i .: : :.e vu. , . :. :u. u:. ~ :>■ wav j s adjusted to the waveform «*. v. aurea; r ·. .:'-: and ui _::.pu i ntended to make the lower end curvature of the roof radial to be flexible so that due' to the installation., the ! 1st plank always perpendicular to the surface of the water gutter- that adjusts to the slope of the roof that has been installed which thus makes the installation of the radial roof tip to be tight and neat. Another alternative of the present invention is a radial edge of the roof without, crimps, the lower end of the roof with a certain wave-drag rollers, thus harming a radial curvature.
Our nternational paten pub1 ication WG2 G u3 / i 64806 A describes a mobile corrugated roof production system ana it installation, as well as ID 311.996A, a corrugated nieta plate production system for high roof construction wit narrow workspace.
