请结合参照图2和图3,图2为本实施例提供的流体分隔装置010的外部结构示意图。图3为本实施例提供的流体分隔装置010的内部结构示意图。从图2和图3中可以看出,流体分隔装置010包括轴体100、封隔件200和弹性复位件300。
多个封隔件200围绕轴体100布置,弹性复位件300连接在轴体100与封隔件200之间。弹性复位件300对封隔件200施加径向向外的弹性力。封隔件200与轴体100外周面之间形成容纳空间401,封隔件200上开设有连通容纳空间401与外界的第一通孔201。
流体分隔装置010在井道700内运动的过程中,在弹性复位件300的作用下,封隔件200始终与井道700内壁接触,以将流体分隔装置010上方和流体分隔装置010下方的流体分隔开。当井道700内壁出现凹凸不平的情况时,封隔件200受到径向向内的力,封隔件200将弹性复位件300压缩并径向向内运动,以使流体分隔装置010能够顺利通过井道700内壁凹凸不平处。流体分隔装置010在井道700内运动的过程中,封隔件200始终处于不断径向运动的状态,当封隔件200径向向内运动时,容纳空间401的体积减小;当封隔件 200径向向外运动时,容纳空间401的体积增大。在流体分隔装置010运动过程中,井道700内的砂砾、油蜡或铁屑等异物通过第一通孔201进入容纳空间401中。当封隔件200径向向内运动时,容纳空间401的体积减小,进而将容纳空间401中的异物通过第一通孔201挤出去。由于容纳空间401中的异物能够被实时的排出,因此避免了封隔件200无法径向向内收回的情况发生,进而避免流体分隔装置010卡在井道700内。
井道700的内壁容易附着油蜡,通过流体分隔装置010的运动,能够在避免封隔件200被卡住的情况下,将井道700内壁的油蜡刮除。具体的,在流体分隔装置010运动过程中,封隔件200将井道700内壁的油蜡刮除,被刮掉的油蜡通过第一通孔201进入容纳空间401中,随着封隔件200的挤压,油蜡又通过第一通孔201排出,排出的油蜡随着井道700内的流体运动,进而被排出至井道700外。这样能够有效避免井道700内壁上油蜡过多聚集,影响井道700内的流体流通。
进一步的,请参照图3,在本实施例中,流体分隔装置010还包括导向件500。轴体100的外周面上开设有导向孔101。导向件500的一端与封隔件200连接,导向件500的另一端与导向孔101可滑动地配合。导向件500为圆柱状,导向孔101为圆孔。设置导向件500,能够使确保封隔件200只能进行径向运动,提高流体分隔装置010的工作可靠性。
进一步的,请参照图3,在本实施例中,轴体100内具备空腔102; 空腔102与导向孔101连通;导向件500的一端伸入空腔102内;导向件500位于空腔102内的一端具备限位部510。限位部510为由导向件500位于空腔102内的一端径向向外凸出的凸缘。当封隔件200沿径向向外扩张至极限位置时,限位部510与空腔102的内壁抵靠。这样,能够防止导向件500完全脱离导向孔101导致的封隔件200无法正常回位的情况发生。提高了流体分隔装置010的工作可靠性。
进一步的,请参照图3,在本实施例中,轴体100的一端开设有连通空腔102与外界的开口103;轴体100的外周面上开设有连通空腔102与容纳空间401的沟通孔104。具体的,开口103开设在轴体100的下端。当流体分隔装置010沿井道700下行时,流体通过开口103进入空腔102内,然后通过沟通孔104进入容纳空间401,对容纳空间401内的异物进行冲击。容纳空间401内的异物在流体冲击作用下,能够更加容易地通过第一通孔201排出,进一步提高了流体分隔装置010排出异物的能力。
请参照图2,从图2中可以看出,相邻的两个封隔件200之间不可避免的存在间隙,在本实施例中,该间隙被称为流道230。当流体分隔装置010上行过程中,流体分隔装置010下方的流体会通过流道230流动至流体分隔装置010上方,这导致流体分隔装置010受到的推力减小,影响流体分隔装置010的举升能力。为了提高流体分隔装置010的举升能力,在本实施例中,封隔件200的上端的外弧面设置有弧形的密封槽210,以及与密封槽210相邻的弧形密封段220;弧 形密封段220搭接在相邻的封隔件200的密封槽210中,且弧形密封段220的内弧面221与密封槽210的槽底面可滑动地接触。通过弧形密封段220与密封槽210的配合,能够大幅度降低流道230上端的流通面积,甚至将流道230上端封闭,进而使得流体分隔装置010上行过程中,流体分隔装置010下方的流体难以流动至流体分隔装置010上方。这样,能够有效提高流体分隔装置010受到的向上的推力,提高流体分隔装置010的举升能力。可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,也可以在封隔件200的下端设置密封槽210和弧形密封段220,或者在封隔件200的上下两端均设置密封槽210和弧形密封段220。
请参照图4,并结合图2和图3,图4为本实施例中密封环600的结构示意图,在本实施例中,流体分隔装置010还包括与封隔件200一一对应的连接的密封环600;密封环600套设在轴体100上,多个密封环600层叠设置;密封环600的中间孔610的面积大于轴体100的横截面积,以使密封环600能够随与之连接的封隔件200相对于轴体100径向运动。通过层叠设置的密封环600,够大幅度降低流道230下端的流通面积,使得流体分隔装置010下方的流体更加难以流动至流体分隔装置010上方,从而进一步提高流体分隔装置010受到的向上的推力。
进一步的,在本实施例中,中间孔610的内周壁具备相对的两段弧形壁611;弧形壁611的直径与轴体100外周面的直径相同;当封隔件200径向向内收缩至极限位置时,其中一个弧形壁611与轴体 100外周面贴合;当封隔件200径向向外扩张至极限位置时,另一个弧形壁611与轴体100外周面贴合。通过弧形壁611与轴体100的配合,能够提高密封环600与轴体100之间的密封能力,使得流体分隔装置010下方的流体更加难以流动至流体分隔装置010上方,从而进一步提高流体分隔装置010受到的向上的推力。
进一步的,密封环600的外周面设置有至少两个径向凸出的封隔片620;封隔片620与相邻的封隔件200之间形成的流道230正对。通过封隔片620能够进一步降低流道230下端的流通面积,使得流体分隔装置010下方的流体更加难以流动至流体分隔装置010上方,从而进一步提高流体分隔装置010受到的向上的推力。
请再次参照图3,在本实施例中,轴体100的两端分别设置有径向凸出的第一大直径段110和第二大直径段120;第一大直径段110的外周缘设置有轴向凸出的第一限位环111;第二大直径段120的外周缘设置有轴向凸出的第二限位环121;封隔件200的两端分别设置有沿轴向延伸的第一凸缘240和第二凸缘250;第一凸缘240位于第一限位环111与轴体100的外周面之间;第二凸缘250位于第二限位环121与轴体100的外周面之间。通过是上述结构,能够对封隔件200的径向运动起限位作用,提高了流体分隔装置010的工作可靠性。
综上所述,本实施例提供的流体分隔装置010和井道结构020,避免了封隔件200无法径向向内收回的情况发生,进而避免流体分隔装置010卡在井道700内。

Claims (10)

  1. 流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于,包括:
    轴体(100);
    围绕所述轴体(100)布置的多个封隔件(200);以及
    连接在所述轴体(100)与所述封隔件(200)之间的弹性复位件(300),
    其中,所述封隔件(200)与所述轴体(100)外周面之间形成容纳空间(401),所述封隔件(200)上开设有连通所述容纳空间(401)与外界的第一通孔(201);所述封隔件(200)可选择性的用于在外力的作用下沿径向向内收缩并减小所述容纳空间(401)的体积,或在所述弹性复位件(300)的作用下沿径向向外扩张并增大所述容纳空间(401)的体积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述流体分隔装置(010)还包括导向件(500);所述轴体(100)的外周面上开设有导向孔(101);所述导向件(500)的一端与所述封隔件(200)连接,所述导向件(500)的另一端与所述导向孔(101)可滑动地配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述轴体(100)内具备空腔(102);所述空腔(102)与所述导向孔(101)连通;所述导向件(500)的一端伸入所述空腔(102)内;所述导向件(500)位于所述空腔(102)内的一端具备限位部(510);所述限位部(510)用于在所述封隔件(200)沿径向向外扩张至极限位置时与所述空腔(102)的内壁抵靠。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述轴体(100)内具备空腔(102);所述轴体(100)的一端开设有连通所述空腔(102)与外界的开口(103);所述轴体(100)的外周面上开设有连通所述空腔(102)与所述容纳空间(401)的沟通孔(104)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    沿所述轴体(100)的轴线方向,所述封隔件(200)的至少一端的外弧面设置有弧形的密封槽(210),以及与所述密封槽(210)相邻的弧形密封段(220);
    所述弧形密封段(220)搭接在相邻的所述封隔件(200)的所述密封槽(210)中,且所述弧形密封段(220)的内弧面(221)与所述密封槽(210)的槽底面可滑动地接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述流体分隔装置(010)还包括与所述封隔件(200)一一对应 的连接的密封环(600);所述密封环(600)套设在所述轴体(100)上,多个所述密封环(600)层叠设置;所述密封环(600)的中间孔(610)的面积大于所述轴体(100)的横截面积,以使所述密封环(600)能够随与之连接的所述封隔件(200)相对于所述轴体(100)径向运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述中间孔(610)的内周壁具备相对的两段弧形壁(611);所述弧形壁(611)的直径与所述轴体(100)外周面的直径相同;当所述封隔件(200)径向向内收缩至极限位置时,其中一个所述弧形壁(611)与所述轴体(100)外周面贴合;当所述封隔件(200)径向向外扩张至极限位置时,另一个所述弧形壁(611)与所述轴体(100)外周面贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述密封环(600)的外周面设置有至少两个径向凸出的封隔片(620);所述封隔片(620)与相邻的所述封隔件(200)之间形成的流道(230)正对。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的流体分隔装置(010),其特征在于:
    所述轴体(100)的两端分别设置有径向凸出的第一大直径段(110)和第二大直径段(120);所述第一大直径段(110)的外周缘设置有 轴向凸出的第一限位环(111);所述第二大直径段(120)的外周缘设置有轴向凸出的第二限位环(121);
    所述封隔件(200)的两端分别设置有沿轴向延伸的第一凸缘(240)和第二凸缘(250);所述第一凸缘(240)位于所述第一限位环(111)与所述轴体(100)的外周面之间;所述第二凸缘(250)位于所述第二限位环(121)与所述轴体(100)的外周面之间。
  10. 一种井道结构(020),其特征在于:
    所述井道结构(020)包括井道(700)以及权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的流体分隔装置(010);所述流体分隔装置(010)可滑动地设置在所述井道(700)内;所述封隔件(200)与所述井道(700)的内表面接触。
